Analisa ANALISA PEMBUATAN BATA TANPA BAKAR DARI LIMBAH PERTANIAN ABU AMPAS TEBU UNTUK MENGURANGI POLUSI UDARA
No full textPenelitian dan Percobaan dibidang batu bata dilakukan sebagai upaya meningkatkan kualitas batu bata, teknik pelaksanaan untuk menjawab tuntutan yang semakin tinggi terhadap pemakain batu bata serta mengatasi kendala yang terjadi pada pelaksanaan pekerjaan di lapangan seperti berkurangnya material tanah lempung, tanah merah dan kayu untuk pembakaran bata yang hanya berdampak polusi udara sehingga menyebabkan penyakit pernafasan bagi masyarakat..Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk pemeriksaan sifat mekanik batu bata dengan menggunakan limbah pertanian campuran ampas tebu sebagai campuran bata tanpa bakar sehingga tidak membuat polusi udara. Komposisi campuran batu bata adalah banding 1:8:2:2 dari berat semua variasi. Cetakan benda uji uyang digunakan berbentuk persegi panjang dengan ukuran panjang 20 cm, lebar 10 cm, dan tinggi 6 cm, sesuai standart SNI, proses pencetakan mengguanakn alat mesin hidrolik Press. Dari Penelitian ini yang di uji adalah uji kuat tekan, penyerapan air, kadar garam, sifat tampak dan berta jenis sebanyak benda uji yang diperlukan. Hasil uji kuat tekan 3,58 Mpa, hasil penyerapan kadar air sebesar 0,432 %, hasil kadar garam 0,001 %, hasil berat jenis bata 1,403 kg/cm. dari hasil penelitian semua sesuai standar SNI hanya untuk uji kuat tekan yang masih dibawah 5 Mpa sebagai standar SNIPenelitian dan Percobaan dibidang batu bata dilakukan sebagai upaya meningkatkan kualitas batu bata, teknik pelaksanaan untuk menjawab tuntutan yang semakin tinggi terhadap pemakain batu bata serta mengatasi kendala yang terjadi pada pelaksanaan pekerjaan di lapangan seperti berkurangnya material tanah lempung, tanah merah dan kayu untuk pembakaran bata yang hanya berdampak polusi udara sehingga menyebabkan penyakit pernafasan bagi masyarakat..Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk pemeriksaan sifat mekanik batu bata dengan menggunakan limbah pertanian campuran ampas tebu sebagai campuran bata tanpa bakar sehingga tidak membuat polusi udara. Pembangunan storage tank kapasitas 7.500 Kl pada Pelabuhan Tanjung Gudang Belinyu perlu dilakukan. Mengingat dalan desain dan Pemodelan storage membutuhkan ketelitian yang tinggi. Desain storage tank yang efektif dan tepat dapat mengurangi angka resikokegagalan desain saat proses pabrikasinya. Pemodelan Storage tank menggunakan Sofware SAP 2000 Versi 14. Untuk mendapatkan hasil desain tebal plat yang ideal. Serta nantinya untuk menghitung jenis pondasi yang tepat digunakan. Setelah didesain diperoleh hasil Hasil Pemodelan SAP 2000 Versi 14 menghasilkan Storage Tank Kapasitas 7.500 KL menggunakan plat besi tebal 12 mm sebanyak 2 lapis.Aboveground tank adalah bagian vital dalam industri perminyakan. Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran Pada Guest House Gintribu Dolat Rakyat dalam Meningkatkan Pengunjung

Lodging services are developing rapidly so that they can create competition between tourist attractions in attracting tourists. The rapid changes in the business environment force tourist attractions to continue to develop existing tourist locations and look for new ways to market them. Therefore, researchers conducted research on businesses in the lodging services sector. Gintribu Dolat Rakyat Guest House is the place of choice for researchers to research the marketing strategies used by business owners at this guest house. The marketing communication strategy used by Guest House GINTRIBU Dolat Rakyat uses the Theory of Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning (STP), first developed by Wendell R. Smith. Researchers apply qualitative methods by conducting observations, interviews and descriptive document analysis. This research aims to explore the marketing communication strategies carried out by Gintribu Dolat Rakyat Guest House in marketing and increasing visitors. As well as giving hope to turn the strategy implemented by this guest house into a study in opening up business opportunities in the field of lodging services.Perkembangan usaha dibidang jasa penginapan saat ini sudah semakin banyak. Jasa penginapan berkembang pesat sehingga mampu menimbulkan persaingan antar tempat wisata dalam menarik wisatawan. Perubahan yang terjadi cukup pesat dalam lingkungan bisnis memaksa tempat wisata untuk terus mengembangkan lokasi wisata yang ada saat ini serta mencari cara baru untuk memasarkannya. Maka dari itu peneliti melakukan penelitian mengenai usaha dibidang jasa penginapan. Guest House Gintribu Dolat Rakyat merupakan tempat pilihan peneliti untuk meneliti strategi pemasaran yang digunakan oleh pemilik usaha di guest house ini. Strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang digunakan oleh Guest House GINTRIBU Dolat Rakyat ini menggunakan Teori Segmentasi, Targeting, dan Positioning (STP) pertama kali dikembangkan oleh Wendell R. Smith Peneliti menerapkan metode kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen dengan sifat deskriptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh Guest House Gintribu Dolat Rakyat dalam memasarkan serta meningkatkan pengunjung. Serta memberikan harapan untuk menjadikan strategi yang dilakukan oleh guest house ini menjadi kajian dalam membuka peluang usaha di bidang jasa penginapan
E-HRM as a Mediator of the Relationship Between Work Competence and Work Motivation on Employee Performance
Get PDFEmployee performance has a very important role in determining the success of a company. When employee performance is at an optimal level, it can increase overall productivity, operational efficiency, and also the quality of goods and services offered by the company. This research aims to determine the role of e-HRM as a mediator in the relationship between competence and work motivation on employee performance in the garment industry in Central Java. The method applied in this research adopts a quantitative method with a qualitative approach to understand the behavioral and psychological aspects that influence employee performance. This research is cross-sectional. Data is collected through surveys via questionnaires which will be distributed to employees and literature studies. Samples were taken using the Accidental Sampling technique to obtain 50 samples. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using a regression test. The research results show that in the garment industry in Central Java, competency and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. E-HRM is able to encourage employee performance through work competency and work motivation. E-HRM can help companies improve employee work competency by providing training and development that is relevant to job needs. E-HRM can also help companies increase employee motivation by providing programs that can meet employee needs
Job Satisfaction’s Impact on Employee Performance: The Mediating Role of Employee Engagement
Get PDFThis study aims to examine the impact of job satisfaction (JS) on employee performance (EP) and examine the role of employee engagement (EE) in their relationship. This study was undertaken based on settled theories of job satisfaction (JS), employee performance (EP), and employee engagement (EE). It maintains that the employee's perceived JS can boost EP and that EE serves as a mediator in this relationship. Using a deductive approach and a quantitative research design, the study investigated the correlation between JS and EP in PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital. Data from 131 respondents were analyzed utilizing AMOS with the help of SEM software. The data analysis uncovered that employee job satisfaction (JS) positively impacted performance (EP) in PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital. In addition, employee engagement (EE) acted as a mediator between JS and EP. Job satisfaction felt by employees and creating employee engagement could boost EP in PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital. The study highlights that providing job satisfaction to employees has broad benefits, including greater employee engagement, enhanced employee work, and a positive contribution to the development of PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital. Practically, this research highlights the importance of creating employee job satisfaction. Employee satisfaction is something that organizations must pay attention to because it affects employee engagement and employee performance. Employees will be more active in carrying out their assigned tasks if they feel satisfied. Employees who feel connected (engaged) with the company will have an awareness of the organization so that employees will provide their best abilities and skills for the success of the organization. The theoretical implications of testing the correlation between job satisfaction and employee engagement on employee performance can enrich existing behavioral theories in organizations
The Influence of Ownership Structure, Board Composition and Financing Decisions on the Performance of Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Sector
Get PDFThis research aims to investigate the impact of ownership structure, board size, proportion of independent directors, funding decisions, company size, and dividend policy on the performance of consumer goods manufacturing companies. Purposive sampling was employed for data collection. Results indicate that ownership structure and board size positively and significantly influence company performance, as measured by Tobin's Q and ROA. However, the proportion of independent directors, funding decisions, company size, and dividend policy do not exhibit significant effects. Consequently, effective management of ownership structure and board size is crucial for enhancing company performance in the consumer goods manufacturing sector. These findings provide valuable insights for companies to improve their performance and corporate governance practices, fostering stability and sustainability in alignment with economic trends

This research uses qualitative research which provides an actual, systematic and accurate picture of tourism development using the pentahelix model through descriptive methods. Tourism potential can develop rapidly if all stakeholders work together well, this is shown by the correlation between elements of the pentahelix model. Test the validity of the data using the triangulation method method. The results of this research are that Pentahelix in the development of Paloh Naga Agrotourism towards the Social Economy of the Denai Lama Tourism Village Community has been running optimally. In encouraging tourism progress, the role of various supporting parties is needed through creative ideas and innovation that work synergistically. Apart from that, the development of Agrotourism must always pay attention to the objectives of Islamic economics, namely that it must be in line and in accordance with Islamic law so that all ongoing tasks are directed towards the benefit of the people

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the influence of service security factors, service effectiveness, and service security in marketing strategies for PT Bank Tabungan Negara or Bank BTN KC Yogyakarta customers. This study uses a quantitative approach using the Accidental Sampling technique, which produces 100 samples. The data analysis technique is processed using IBM SPSS 26 software. The results of the study indicate that service security and service effectiveness at BTN Mobile have a significant positive effect on mobile banking marketing strategies, while ease of service does not have an influence on the mobile banking marketing strategy. This research is useful to help banks understand what factors influence marketing strategies in using mobile banking services to improve their mobile banking services so that they better meet customer needs and desires such as security, effectiveness, and ease of mobile banking services
The Guarantee of Children's Right in Determinating Guardian ad Litem on Sale and Purchase of Inherited Property
Get PDFOn selling the property of minors, absolutely parents must pay attention to the main objective, namely the welfare of the child. Thus, it is not used for personal interests and overrides the interests of children because this is contrary to children's rights. This study examines protecting children's rights for Guardian ad Litem (GAL), which will trade their children's property. To study the rules governing how a guardian ad litem can handle inherited property for the benefit of minors because he is considered an heir to his parent's property if his parents die. This study uses an empirical juridical methodology from the legislative framework, cases, conceptual frameworks, and interviews. Then, the novelty contains the role of the government in regulating minors who legally sell their inherited property and consider related children's rights. The study shows that Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) of Kota Surakarta has carried out its duties effectively, supported by the conditions set for parents who want to sell the property on behalf of their children. The results of this study are the steps taken by the government to ensure that parents do not abuse their power to steal children's property and further examine guardian ad litem ship according to Islamic law. The role of BPN of Kota Surakarta is also in collaboration with the Religious Court in charge of determining guardian ad litem of minors. It can be concluded that the reasons for parents who want to sell their children's inheritance are clear and not abused by parents who want to become guardian ad litem. It caused the role of guardian ad litem in Islam to include the maintenance of themselves and their property. So that all guardians ad litem maintain health, justice, honesty, and good behavior
Resolution Effort of Electricity Theft Crimes at PLN UP3 Sorong
Get PDFThis study aims to investigate the impact of electricity theft on PLN and the state and analyze the out-of-court resolution system for electricity theft by PT PLN UP3 Sorong Branch. The method used is an empirical juridical approach focusing on case analysis and field data. The results showed that PLN uses the additional bill, Tagihan Susulan (TS) as the fine, as an out-of-court resolution for electricity theft cases. However, there is an option to settle through the court if the customer objects. Although the number of cases is decreasing, challenges in addressing the problem of electricity theft still exist, and its resolution requires a holistic approach that considers the principles of justice and applicable law. In conclusion, electricity theft violates the law that must be addressed effectively to maintain the sustainability of the electricity sector and justice for all parties involved
