Application of Sharing Risk in Musharakah Contracts
This study provides new empirical evidence regarding the application of sharing risk in Islamic banking in Indonesia. The focus of this research is to analyze the application of sharing risk in musyarakah financing, formulating sharing risk in musyarakah financing. The research method used is descriptive research which is analyzed qualitatively. Data sources were obtained from employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia account maintenance unit, Risk unit and collection unit, as well as documentation. Data analysis was done by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: 1) the implementation of risk sharing in musharakah financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia has not been fully fulfilled; 2) The risk sharing formulation can be implemented by proposing several improvements including the existence of a communication room where every customer's business development will be reported per period with the concept of joint business, then if a risk occurs it should be included in the communication room so that it can be discussed with both parties to formulate the best steps; Our evidence suggests that regulators further strengthen the Islamic banking system through musharakah contract reform and focus on the risk sharing system, especially the contracting parties
Is it True Perceived Fairness can Improve Employee Performance ?
The performance of the State Civil Service Apparatus can be used as a benchmark to determine the qualifications and competence of government employees, as a measure of public trust in the government. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of psychological capital and Person Organization Fit on performance by moderating perceptions of fairness at the Pati District Health Office. This research was conducted on employees at the Pati District Health Office with a population of 107 people. The sample takes the entire population to be used as a research sample. Data analysis used validity test with matrix components, reliability test with Cronbach alpha, multiple regression analysis, t test and r2 test with adjust r2 and moderation test. The results of the study concluded that psychological capital had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Pati District Health Office. Person Organization Fit has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Pati District Health Office. The perception of justice is considered unable to moderate the variables of psychological capital and Person Organization Fit on performance in the Pati District Health Office. Penta Helix A Strategy of Development of Womenpreneurs Creative Creations in The City of Tanjungbalai in The Islamic Economic Presfective
The aim of this research is to find out suitable development strategies to be carried out by stakeholders in developing creative craft womenpreneurs in Teluk Nibung sub-district. The method used is qualitative with the SOAR method as a determinant of the strategy proposed by the author. The result of the SOAR method is O-A, which is a strategy that uses all opportunities to develop creative seashell crafts. It has been suggested that the development of creative craft womenpreneurs in the city of Tanjungbalai really needs support from the government in the form of capital assistance, marketing and training to increase the potential of the creative economy in the city of Tanjungbalai.
The Role of Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, and Task Technology Fit to Increase Perceived Impact on Learning
This study aims to explore Task-Technology Fit, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Ease of Use on users' Attitudes toward Video Conferencing applications, as well as their impact on Perceived Impact on Learning. Researchers added Task-Technology Fit as an element of novelty and used the Technology Acceptance Model as the main theory used. This research uses a survey method with the participation of 170 respondents who actively use Video Conference applications in various contexts and are of all ages with productive age specifications. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant positive correlation between Task-Technology Fit and Perceived Usefulness, as well as Task-Technology Fit and Perceived Ease of Use. In addition, a significant positive relationship was detected between Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness. Furthermore, Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use have a positive impact on users' Attitudes toward Video Conferencing applications. Apparently, user Attitude also has a proven positive influence on the Perceived Impact on Learning. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used as the analysis technique conducted using AMOS Graphics 24. The practical implications of these findings involve recommendations for Video Conferencing application developers to improve features and design to enhance user experience. Hopefully, these findings can support the development of video conferencing-based technologies to be more effective and have a positive impact on virtual learning and interaction
The Effects of Profitability, Financial Risk and Corporate Growth on Profit Management on Healthcare Companies Listed on The Indonesian Stock Exchange Period 2018-2022
The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact on profitability, the risk of financial failure, and the growth of the corporate with regard to profit management in healthcare companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the years 2018–2022. The population included in this study included thirty-two companies. In this study, 17 companies were sampled using the purposive sampling method. Documentation and case studies are the data collection methods used in this study. The type of data used is secondary data consisting of financial accounting records that are generated using the Eviews application tool. The results of the research indicate that while profitability has no significant effect on profit management. The variable of financial risk has a positive and significant effect on profit management. The corporate growth variable does not have a significant effect on profit management. Simultaneously the variables of profitability, financial risk and corporate growth have a significant influence on profit management. The Adjusted R-Squared value of 41.76% indicates the degree to which the variables of profitability, financial risk, and corporate growth influence profit management, with the remaining 58.24% being influenced by other factors
Klasifikasi Kematangan Buah Pisang Secara Real-Time Menggunakan Convolutional Neural Network Berbasis Android
Pisang adalah buah yang banyak diminati masyarakat karena memiliki rasa dan kandungan gizi serta vitamin yang baik untuk kebutuhan tubuh manusia. Berdasarkan data dari bps.go.id pada tahun 2021, Indonesia memproduksi 8.741.147 ton pisang, menjadikannya salah satu negara yang dikenal di dunia dalam pokroduksi pisang. Kota Sorong adalah salah satu pulau yang merupakan penghasil pisang. Konsumen buah pisang biasanya dapat mengetahui tingkat kematangan buah pisang dengan melihat warna kulitnya, karena ini adalah cara yang paling mudah. Walaupun mudah dilakukan, ada masalah yang membuat proses pemilihan buah pisang menjadi kurang optimal, terutama jika dilakukan secara manual. Pada penelitian ini dibutuhkan suatu sistem yang bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasi buah pisang secara real-time berdasarkan tingkat kematangan menggunakan Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). Dataset yang digunakan adalah citra warna buah pisang dengan total 599, yang diklasifikasikan menjadi 3 kelas. Hasil klasifikasi kematangan buah pisang secara real-time menggunakan Convolutional Neural Network berbasis android dengan model EfficientNet dapat mengklasifikasikan kematangan buah pisang dengan tingkat accuracy training mencapai 99% dan accuracy validation mencapai 90%. Pada pengujian kelas matang, precision dapat mencapai tingkat akurasi 100%, recall 92%, dan f1-score 96%. Pada pengujian kelas mentah, precision dapat mencapai 100%, recall 100%, dan f1-score 100%. Optimasi Pengambilan Keputusan Material Signage di PT XYZ dengan AHP-TOPSIS
XYZ company in the field of signage design consulting services has product output in the form of the best design recommendations. Output recommendations in design include material selection. However, several times it was found that the recommended materials were not appropriate, such as signage being corrosive. This is because there are factors that are not taken into consideration when making decisions. Factors influencing material selection and a list of material alternatives were identified by conducting interviews with experts who were directly involved in decision making. This research uses the AHP method (Analytical Hierarchy Process method) and TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) and is assisted by Super Decision software. This research uses the AHP method (Analytical Hierarchy Process method) and TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) and is assisted by Super Decision software. The research results show that there are 6 main criteria used in selecting signage making materials, namely, price, quality, availability, durability, ease of processing and processing speed. Weighting using AHP produces an order of importance for each criterion from highest to lowest, namely availability (0.2269), processing speed (0.2216), durability (0.2182), ease of processing (0.1519), quality (0.0919) and price (0.0895). The results of data processing using TOPSIS show that acrylic has the greatest preference for use as a material for making signage with a weight of 0.6569. The research results can be used as a reference for decision making in selecting signage materials with a measurable process.PT. XYZ perusahaan di bidang jasa konsultasi desain memiliki keluaran produk berupa rekomendasi desain terbaik. Keluaran rekomendasi dalam desain termasuk pemilihan material. Namun, beberapa kali ditemukan bahwa material yang direkomendasikan tidak tepat, seperti menjadi korosif. Hal ini dikarenakan ada faktor yang luput menjadi pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pemilihan bahan dan daftar alternatif material diidentifikasi dengan melakukan wawancara kepada pakar yang terlibat langsung dalam pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) dan TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) serta dibantu dengan software Super Decision. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 6 kriteria utama yang digunakan dalam memilih material pembuatan signage, yaitu, harga, kualitas, ketersediaan, daya tahan, kemudahan pengolahan dan kecepatan pengolahan. Pembobotan menggunakan AHP menghasilkan urutan kepentingan setiap kriteria dari yang tertinggi ke terendah yaitu ketersediaan (0.2269), kecepatan pengolahan (0.2216), daya tahan (0.2182), kemudahan pengolahan (0.1519), kualitas (0.0919) dan harga (0.0895). Hasil pengolahan data menggunakan TOPSIS menghasilkan bahwa akrilik memiliki preferensi terbesar untuk dijadikan sebagai material pembuatan signage dengan bobot 0.6569. Analisis Kapabilitas Proses Mesin Tenon dan Mortise Produk Bangku Kebun
This research focuses on the process of producing pins and holes from tenon and mortise machines. Every time the production process, namely 20 sets, experiences a failure of 20%, the characteristics of the failure are a large size between the size of the purus and the wrong hole which does not match the specifications expected by consumers. The company has a target length of the purus and depth of the hole of 30 mm as well as the width of the purus and the width of the hole. 60 mm with a tolerance limit of 2 mm. This research aims to control the process capabilities of tenon and mortise machines. The method used in this research is the IMR control chart to determine the machine process capability value (Cp) and the process capability index value (Cpk). The results of the research show that in the calculation of process capability in the dimensions of shaft length, shaft width, depth of hole and hole, all four do not meet specifications. After analyzing the process capability, the cause of the defect is then searched for using a fishbone diagram, namely creating improvement proposals using the Poka Yoke method. Results of the fishbone diagram: human factors are the dominant factor causing defects. To minimize defects due to human factors, it is necessary to design an ultrasonic distance sensor as a warning function for operators using the Poka Yoke method. The results of applying an ultrasonic distance sensor can increase the process capability value to be in accordance with specifications.Penelitian ini berfokus pada proses produksi purus dan lubang dari mesin tenon dan mortise. Setiap sekali proses produksi yaitu 20 set mengalami kegagalan sebanyak 20%, karakteristik kegagalannya berupa besar ukuran antara ukuran purus dan lubang yang salah yang tidak sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang diharapkan konsumen, perusahaan mempunyai target panjang purus dan dalam lubang 30 mm serta lebar purus dan lebar lubang 60 mm dengan batas toleransi 2 mm. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengendalian kapabilitas proses pada mesin tenon dan mortise. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Peta kendali IMR untuk mengetahui nilai kapabilitas proses mesin (Cp) dan nilai indeks kapabilitas proses (Cpk). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan pada perhitungan kapabilitas proses pada dimensi panjang purus, lebar purus, dalam lubang dan lebar lubang, keempatnya belum memenuhi spesifikasi. Setelah dilakukan analisis kapabilitas proses selanjutnya dicari penyebab cacat menggunakan diagram fishbone, yaitu menciptakan usulan perbaikan menggunakan metode Poka Yoke. Hasil diagram fishbone faktor manusia merupakan faktor dominan penyebab cacat. Untuk meminimalisir cacat akibat faktor manusia maka perlu adanya rancangan alat sensor jarak ultrasonik sebagai fungsi warning bagi operator dengan menggunakan metode Poka Yoke. Hasil dari penerapan alat sensor jarak ultrasonik dapat meningkatkan nilai kapabilitas proses menjadi sesuai dengan spesifikasi
Analisis Kecelakaan Kerja Pada Refurbish Crane Dengan Pendekatan Metode HAZOP
Currently, Indonesia has a fairly high number of accidents. According to BPJS Employment for 2018 - 2022, work accident cases are starting to increase There were (265,334) cases of work accidents recorded in Indonesia in 2022, an increase of around 13.26% from the previous year of (234,270) cases. K3 is a factor that functions to reduce the number of work accidents, as well as supporting the smooth production process, so it must be determined in each agency PT. X is a company engaged in the fields of manufacturing, design, supply, installation, steel fabrication, service, refurbish, remanufacturing equipment and components or parts for mining, gas and oil and other general industries. Work accidents were found in the product support section, such as being pinched and crushed. In this research, we analyze the potential for work accidents using the HAZOP method in the crane refurbishment process which has a risk of work accidents. The attitude of workers at PT. X has 10 activities with potential and risk of danger where there are 3 levels of danger in the extreme category, 5 levels of danger in the high category, 2 levels of danger in the medium category, and 12 levels of danger in the low category.Saat ini Indonesia memiliki angka kecelakaan yang terbilang cukup tinggi. Menurut BPJS Ketenagakerjaan pada tahun 2018-2022 kasus kecelakaan kerja mulai meningkat. Tercatat sebanyak (265.334) kasus kecelakaan kerja di Indonesia pada tahun 2022 yang mengalami kenaikan sekitar 13,26% dari tahun sebelumnya sebesar (234.270) kasus. K3 merupakan faktor yang berfungsi untuk mengurangi angka kecelakaan kerja, serta mendukung kelancaran proses produksi, sehingga harus ditetapkan di dalam setiap instansi. PT. X ialah perusahaan bergerak dalam bidang proses manufaktur, desain, pasokan, instalasi, fabrikasi baja, layanan, refurbish, manufaktur ulang produk peralatan dan komponen atau bagian untuk pertambangan, gas dan minyak serta industri umum lainnya. Ditemukan adanya kecelakaan kerja pada bagian product support seperti terjepit dan tertimpa. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisa potensi kecelakaan kerja dengan metode HAZOP pada proses refurbish crane yang mempunyai risiko terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Sikap pekerja di PT. X memiliki 10 aktivitas dengan potensi dan risiko bahaya dimana terdapat 3 tingkat bahaya pada kategori ekstrem, 5 tingkat bahaya pada kategori tinggi, 2 tingkat bahaya pada kategori sedang, dan 12 tingkat bahaya pada kategori rendah
Perancangan Gudang untuk Meminimasi Perpindahan Material Handling dengan Metode Hungarian
Every year PT X experiences an increase in drug production, causing insufficient raw material warehouse capacity needs. From observation result and analysis, obstacle was found because there were problems in structuring storage of raw materials that were not appropriate. In actual conditions, raw material storage uses block stocking method, but manager plans change storage method to racking method. If after racking method is implemented and turns out capacity is still insufficient, company plans to create an additional warehouse. Focus of this research begins with determining dimensions of rack then arranging rack in the warehouse, then determining size of warehouse capacity with racking method. Racking method is also used to propose additional warehouse capacity and propose models for raw material allocation. From results of the analysis, proposed rack dimensions are 1.2 x 1.2 x 1.2m3 with arrangement of rack in direction of y-axis so that a storage capacity of 166 pallets is obtained. In actual conditions, PT X uses a raw material storage policy with a random storage policy model and the results of this study propose use of shared storage policy by considering frequency of entry and exit raw materials from warehouse. Determination of location of raw materials using a modified Hungarian model with aim function of minimizing total distance required by material handling. This model has been tested using historical company data that matches the function of goal to be achieved and gives the result that minimum distance required for material handling is less than 100,000meters.PT X merupakan salah satu perusahaan bumn yang bergerak dalam bidang farmasi. Setiap tahun, PT X mengalami peningkatan produksi obat-obatan sehingga menyebabkan kebutuhan kapasitas gudang bahan baku tidak mencukupi. Dari hasil observasi dan analisis, kendala ini ditemukan karena ada permasalahan penataan penyimpanan bahan baku yang belum sesuai. Saat ini perusahaan menggunakan metode block stacking dalam penyimpanan bahan baku. Perusahaan berencana menggunakan metode berbeda yang dianggap lebih efisien yaitu metode racking. Jika metode baru ini sudah diimplementasikan dan ternyata diperoleh hasil yang belum maksimal maka perusahaan akan membuat gudang baru. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan mengukur rak gudang pada kondisi aktual kemudian menentukan kapasitas gudang tambahan dengan menghitung kapasitas gudang aktual menggunakan metode racking. Selanjutnya diberikan usulan model penyimpanan bahan baku. Dari hasil analisis, usulan dimensi rak adalah panjang 1.2m, lebar 1.2 m dan tinggi 1.2m. Rak pada gudang disusun secara membujur sehingga diperoleh kapasitas penyimpanan lebih dari 150 palet. Penelitian ini juga mengusulkan perbaikan kebijakan penyimpanan yaitu dari random menjadi kebijakan dengan mempertimbangkan frekuensi keluar masuk bahan baku. Model yang digunakan adalah assignment problem linear dengan fungsi tujuan minimasi total perpindahan material handling. Model yang diusulkan telah diuji dengan menggunakan data historis perusahaan sehingga sesuai dengan fungsi tujuan yang diinginkan dan memberikan hasil jarak perpindahan material handling kurang dari 100.000 meter.
