Restorative Approach in Family Conflict Resolution Through ADR Process
This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of restorative approaches in resolving family conflicts through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms and to identify factors that support and hinder their implementation at the community level. The methods used in this research are empirical legal methods that combine primary data obtained through interviews with relevant parties such as mediators, community leaders, and families involved in disputes as well as secondary and tertiary data obtained through literature studies. All data are analyzed qualitatively using a deductive approach. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of justice-based restorative principles with Indonesian socio-cultural values, particularly the concept of deliberation to reach consensus as the basis for resolving family conflicts outside of court. The findings show that the restorative approach in ADR is able to provide a more humanistic alternative to resolution because it emphasizes relationship restoration, equal dialogue, and social balance. Processes such as mediation, negotiation, and conciliation have been proven to be in line with local cultural values and effective in reducing conflict escalation and the potential for violence within families. However, implementation in the field still faces a number of obstacles, including low public literacy regarding ADR, the influence of patriarchal culture that weakens the position of women, the limited number of professional mediators, and the complexity of emotional aspects and child protection. The conclusion is that the restorative approach through ADR has significant potential as a sustainable solution in resolving family conflicts. Persepsi Masyarakat Pesisir Terhadap Peran Polisi Perairan dalam Menjaga Keamanan Laut di Kabupaten Sorong
The Water Police (Polair) acts as a law enforcement agency that plays a strategic role in maintaining security and order in Indonesian waters. However, the role of the water police does not only depend on the implementation of security tasks, law enforcement and policies, but also on how coastal communities view and accept the presence of the water police. This study aims to determine the perceptions and motivating factors of coastal communities regarding the role of the water police in maintaining maritime security in Warmon Village, Sorong Regency. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive study in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behaviour through data collection techniques such as observation and documentary interviews. The results of the study show that the perception of coastal communities towards the Water Police in maintaining maritime security in Warmon Village, Sorong Regency, tends to be positive. This was obtained from the results of interviews related to communication and information, social interaction, security and law enforcement, as well as motivating factors for perception based on direct experience, social environment, the influence of mass media and social media, and local values and culture. These positive perceptions serve as social capital in building a synergistic partnership between coastal communities and the Water Police in maintaining the security and sovereignty of Indonesia's maritime territory.Polisi Perairan (Polair) berperan sebagai aparat penegak hukum yang memiliki peran strategis dalam menjaga keamanan dan ketertiban di wilayah perairan Indonesia. Namun peran polisi perairan tidak hanya bergantung pada pelaksanaan tugas-tugas keamanan, penegakan hukum dan kebijakan yang diterapkan, tetapi juga pada bagaimana masyarakat pesisir memandang dan menerima kehadiran polisi perairan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi dan faktor pendorong dari masyarakat pesisir terhadap peran polisi perairan dalam menjaga keamanan laut di Kelurahan Warmon Kabupaten Sorong. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian diskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang dan perilaku yang diamati melalui teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi masyarakat pesisir terhadap Polisi Perairan dalam menjaga keamanan laut di Kelurahan Warmon Kabupaten Sorong cenderung positif. Hal ini diperoleh dari hasil wawancara terkait segi komunikasi dan informasi, interaksi social, keamanan dan penegakan hukum, serta faktor pendorong persepsi dilihat dari pengalaman langsung, lingkungan sosial, pengaruh media massa dan media sosial, dan nilai-nilai dan budaya local. Persepsi yang positif tersebut menjadikan modal sosial dalam membangun kemitraan yang sinergis antara masyarakat pesisir dan polisi perairan dalam menjaga keamanan dan kedaulatan wilayah laut Indonesia
Implementasi Failure Mode and Effect Analysis Untuk Meminimalkan Produk Cacat
Currently the problems being faced by PT. XXX Medan is a biscuit defect that exceeds the standard defect limit desired by the company, namely a maximum of 5%. Based on these conditions, it is necessary to resolve the causes of biscuit defects using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method. The results of the Cause and Effect Diagram and FMEA analysis that have been carried out, it is known that the highest RPN value is 320, namely the oven temperature changes causing the biscuits to not be cooked perfectly, so it is necessary to control by checking the cooking temperature parameters on the oven machine display so that they always match the temperature. which are expected. Improvements need to be made to the SOP by establishing a system for checking the machine display every certain time during cooking so that the temperature value does not change. The response to the cause of this failure is continuous maintenance.PT. XXX bergerak dalam bidang industri makanan ringan yang salah satunya adalah biskuit dan wafer. Saat ini permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi PT. XXX Medan adalah kecacatan biskuit melebihi batas standar kecacatan yang diinginkan oleh perusahaan yaitu maksimum sebesar 5%. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan penyelesaian terhadap penyebab kecacatan biskuit dengan menggunakan metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Hasil analisis Cause and Effect Diagram dan FMEA yang telah dilakukan, diketahui bahwa nilai RPN tertinggi sebesar 320 yaitu suhu oven yang berubah-ubah menyebabkan biskuit tidak matang sempurna, maka perlu dilakukan kontrol dengan memeriksa parameter suhu pemasakan pada display mesin oven agar selalu sesuai dengan suhu yang diharapkan. Perlu dilakukan perbaikan pada SOP dengan menetapkan sistem pengecekan display mesin setiap waktu tertentu selama pemasakan agar nilai suhu tidak berubah-ubah. Penangulangan untuk penyebab kegagalan ini adalah perawatan yang dilakukan secara terus menerus
ANALISIS TINGKAT KEPUASAN PENGGUNA JASA TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN DI TERMINAL MARISA KECAMATAN MARISA KABUPATEN POHUWATO
Dalam upaya meningkatkan jumlah dan mutu pelayanan transportasi khususnya untuk angkutan darat tidak sebatas untuk menyediakan sarana dan prasarana jalan raya yang aman dan nyaman. Akan tetapi berkaitan dengan itu secara terpadu perlu disediakan juga sebuah terminal angkutan sebagai komponen sistem transportasi yang memadai sesuai jenis dan volume serta karakteristik angkutan yang beroperasi di wilayah setempat, maka dari itu tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna jasa terhadap kualitas pelayanan di Terminal Marisa Kabupaten Pohuwato. Penelitian akan dilakukan di Terminal Marisa Desa Marisa Utara Kecamatan Marisa Kabupaten Pohuwato. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Bulan November 2022 sampai dengan Januari 2023. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 40 responden. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan metode Costumer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna jasa terhadap kualitas pelayanan di Terminal Marisa yaitu puas sesuai dengan kriteria CSI yang mempunyai nilai sebesar 74,78%. Nilai atribut terdiri dari atribut keandalan sebesar 76,41%, keresponsifan 78,19%. Nilai atribut jaminan sebesar 76,41%, nilai empati 71,39% dan nilai berwujud sebesar 71,00%.Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna jasa terhadap kualitas pelayanan di Terminal Marisa Kabupaten Pohuwato. Pragmatic Analysis of Directive Speech Acts in English Learning Book
This research aims to analyze the forms and function of Directive Speech Acts in English Learning Book for 3th grade senior high school. This type of research is Qualitative Research. The object of this research is English Learning Book For 3th Grade Senior High School (Textbook) written by Bachtiar Bima M., E. Nirmala Kusumaning Ayu and Susiningsih published by Intan Pariwara in 2021. This research was conducted over a period of 9 months from April to December to analyze the data and complete it. Data collection techniques are reading the instructions Learning Book, making notes and marking elements and analysis. Data analysis techniques in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that there are 3 forms of directive speech acts contained in each instruction in English Learning Book, namely, Command, Advice and Request. This is show by the total appearance of the speech function in each instruction in English Learning Book, namely Command (164 data), Advice (13 data), and Request (1 data). Through the analysis, the researcher found that the most commonly used in English Learning Book for 3th grade senior high school is "Command" with a commanding function which has a total of 164 data, where students are required to immediately work on every activity or problem in the book. That the activities in this book require students to carry out them according to the instructions explained in the book independently. Meanwhile, the second is commonly used is "Advice" with a suggestion function totaling of 13 data, where students should complete their assignments in groups so that students could have the opportunity to learn and solve the problems together. The last one is "Request" with a request function that only has 1 data, where students could have the opportunity to think critically and express their opinions
Accountability and Transparency in Vote Recount ss Good Governance Practice in Sidenreng Rappang
Applying accountability and transparency in the vote recount (PSU) process is crucial in ensuring good governance and electoral integrity. This study aims to analyze the implementation of these principles in Sidenreng Rappang District, particularly during the recount process in response to electoral violations. Using a qualitative approach with descriptive-analytical methods, the research involved in-depth interviews with key informants, document analysis, and participatory observation. The results show that while transparency efforts were made through information dissemination via official channels, many citizens still relied on informal sources for updates. Furthermore, the accountability process faced challenges, such as a lack of standardized reporting and weak communication between election authorities and the public. The study concludes that despite normative principles of good governance, the actual practice of PSU in Sidenreng Rappang District falls short regarding transparency and accountability. It is essential to improve the technical capacity of election organizers, enhance public participation, and strengthen oversight mechanisms to ensure legitimacy and public trust in the electoral process.Menerapkan akuntabilitas dan transparansi dalam proses penghitungan suara ulang (PSU) merupakan hal yang krusial untuk memastikan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik dan integritas pemilu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan prinsip-prinsip tersebut di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang, khususnya pada proses penghitungan suara ulang sebagai respons terhadap pelanggaran pemilu. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif-analitis, penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara mendalam dengan informan kunci, analisis dokumen, dan observasi partisipatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun upaya transparansi telah dilakukan melalui penyebaran informasi melalui jalur resmi, banyak warga negara yang masih mengandalkan sumber-sumber informal untuk mendapatkan informasi terbaru. Selain itu, proses akuntabilitas juga menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti kurangnya pelaporan standar dan lemahnya komunikasi antara otoritas pemilu dan masyarakat. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa terlepas dari prinsip-prinsip normatif tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik, praktik aktual PSU di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang masih jauh dari kata cukup dalam hal transparansi dan akuntabilitas. Penting untuk meningkatkan kapasitas teknis penyelenggara pemilu, meningkatkan partisipasi publik, dan memperkuat mekanisme pengawasan untuk memastikan legitimasi dan kepercayaan publik terhadap proses pemilu
Analisis Praktik Investasi Sosial Melalui Implementasi Program Enam Pilar LAZISMU
This study aims to analyze the implementation of the six-pillar programs of LAZISMU Bogor City in the context of social investment, as well as to evaluate the strategies, impacts, and challenges involved in their execution. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with program managers and document analysis of the organization's profile and annual activity reports. The findings indicate that the six pillars education, health, economy, social preaching (dakwah), humanitarian aid, and environment are implemented not merely as direct assistance, but as sustainable community empowerment strategies. Programs such as educational scholarships, healthcare services, entrepreneurship training, and the construction of worship facilities have proven to improve the welfare and socio-economic resilience of beneficiaries. Despite challenges in optimizing certain pillars, such as social preaching and environmental programs, LAZISMU has generally demonstrated participatory, transparent, and strategic implementation. Overall, these programs strengthen social capital, increase public trust in the institution, and reduce dependency on aid. Thus, the social investment model implemented by LAZISMU has proven effective in addressing short-term needs while creating sustainable social impact, and it can serve as a replicable best practice in zakat management based on community empowerment.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi enam pilar program LAZISMU Kota Bogor dalam praktik investasi sosial serta mengevaluasi strategi, dampak, dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaannya. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pengelola serta studi dokumentasi terhadap profil lembaga dan laporan kegiatan tahunan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keenam pilar pendidikan, kesehatan, ekonomi, sosial-dakwah, kemanusiaan, dan lingkungan diimplementasikan tidak hanya sebagai bentuk bantuan langsung, tetapi juga sebagai strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat secara berkelanjutan. Program seperti beasiswa pendidikan, layanan kesehatan, pelatihan kewirausahaan, serta pembangunan sarana ibadah terbukti meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan ketahanan sosial-ekonomi penerima manfaat. Meskipun terdapat kendala dalam optimalisasi beberapa pilar, seperti pada aspek dakwah dan lingkungan, secara umum LAZISMU mampu menjalankan program-programnya dengan pendekatan partisipatif, transparan, dan strategis. Keseluruhan program terbukti memperkuat modal sosial, meningkatkan kepercayaan publik terhadap lembaga, serta mengurangi ketergantungan masyarakat terhadap bantuan. Dengan demikian, model investasi sosial yang diterapkan LAZISMU tidak hanya efektif dalam menjawab kebutuhan jangka pendek, tetapi juga menciptakan dampak sosial yang berkelanjutan dan dapat direplikasi sebagai praktik baik dalam pengelolaan zakat berbasis pemberdayaan
Rasionalitas Keputusan Bertahan Ojek Pangkalan dengan Adanya Ojek Online di Stasiun Balapan Kota Surakarta
This research analyzes rational choice among traditional motorcycle taxi drivers at Balapan Station, Surakarta City. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a single case study based on James Coleman's rational choice theory, focusing on the micro level of actors and resources, as well as supporting three indicators of collective behavior, norms, and corporate actors to explain the phenomena at a macro level. Data was obtained through observation, interviews, and document studies. The findings suggest that actors leverage their ownership of resources to survive within the conventional system amidst the rise of online motorcycle taxi services. The resources held by actors include physical health conditions, ownership of motor vehicles, the location of their base, and loyal customers. Traditional motorcycle taxi drivers also consider economic value, flexibility, and comfort of work, as well as solidarity value, as preferences. Base motorcycle taxi drivers implement several steps as a strategy in facing the development of online motorcycle taxis. The adaptation employed out by traditional motorcycle taxi drivers includes promotions, price adjustments, and the use of Whatsapp application to enhace services.In a macro analysis, collective behavior arises because actors have similarities in actions, norms as a means of control, and corporate actors of the base motorcycle taxi association at Balapan Station.Penelitian ini menganalisis pilihan rasional pada pengemudi ojek pangkalan di Stasiun Balapan, Kota Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis studi kasus tunggal berdasarkan teori pilihan rasional James Coleman, yang berfokus pada level mikro aktor dan sumber daya, serta dukungan tiga indikator perilaku kolektif, norma dan aktor korporat untuk menjelaskan fenomena secara makro. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa aktor mendayagunakan kepemilikan sumber daya untuk tetap bertahan dengan sistem berbasis konvensional di tengah perkembangan layanan ojek online. Sumber daya yang dimiliki aktor meliputi kondisi kesehataan fisik, kepemilikan kendaraan motor, lokasi pangkalan dan pelanggan setia. Pengemudi ojek pangkalan juga mempertimbangkan nilai ekonomi, nilai fleksibilitas dan kenyamanan kerja serta nilai solidaritas sebagai preferensi. Pengemudi ojek pangkalan menerapkan beberapa langkah sebagai strategi dalam menghadapi perkembangan ojek online. Strategi adaptasi yang dilakukan pengemudi ojek pangkalan melalui promosi, penyesuaian tarif dan penggunaan whatsapp untuk membantu layanan. Dalam analisis secara makro perilaku kolektif muncul karena aktor memiliki kesamaan tindakan, norma sebagai alat kendali dan aktor korporat paguyuban ojek pangkalan di Stasiun Balapan
Environmental Disclosure on Biodiversity Dimension: Does Media Exposure Matter ?
This study aims to examine the influence of media exposure in regulating the relationship between foreign ownership, institutional ownership, and environmental performance on biodiversity disclosure. The study uses secondary data obtained from sustainability and annual reports of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020–2022 period, selected using a purposive sampling method. A quantitative approach is applied using multiple regression analysis, specifically Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), to test the moderating effect of media exposure. The findings indicate that environmental performance positively affects biodiversity disclosure, and media exposure plays a role in moderating this relationship. However, the measurement of media exposure remains general and does not differentiate between positive and negative news tone. This study provides empirical evidence from Indonesia that highlights the relevance of media exposure and environmental performance in improving biodiversity disclosure practices among corporations
The Mediating Role of Learning Orientation on the Effect of Customer and Competitor Orientation on MSME Business Performance
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competitor orientation and customer orientation on business performance mediated by learning orientation. Learning orientation is taken as a mediating variable, because MSMEs must continue to learn and learn, so that they are able to have a competitive advantage. Muhammadiyah's role in supporting this is through the LAZISMU institution, namely through the MSME empowerment program. The MSME empowerment program, in addition to distributing funds, also provides coaching and learning for MSME actors so that they can run their businesses well. This study uses a quantitative approach, by distributing research questionnaires to MSME actors fostered by LAZISMU. There are 53 respondent data processed using SmartPLS. This study uses PLS-SEM analysis with the results of the direct influence between customer orientation on learning orientation and business performance showing positive and significant results, as well as the influence of competitor orientation on business performance. However, competitor orientation on customer orientation does not show a direct influence. The results of the mediation test, the influence of customer and competitor orientation on business performance can be mediated by learning orientation. This shows that learning orientation improves the organization's ability to translate market insights into strategies and innovations that improve business performance. In other words, only MSMEs that are able to internalize customer information and use it as a basis for continuous learning will be able to consistently create business value
