Tingkat Kebisingan Di Kawasan Permukiman Sekitar PLTD Muara Teweh
Abstract: Level of Noise in the residential around muara teweh’s PLTD. Muara Teweh’s PLTD was one of the regional companied responsible for the provision of electricity serviced. The impact of the operation of the PLTD is the emergence of noise caused by the PLTD engine so that it appeared on public complainted, especially communication disordered, disordered of physiological and psychological disordered. This study aims to determine the noise level and subjective complainted felt in residential areas around Muara Teweh’s PLTD. This research was a descriptive observational describe the noise level in residential areas Muara Teweh’s PLTD. This study include cross-sectional design that aims to determine the noise until at residential areas around Muara Teweh’s PLTD and connect with public complainted in residential areas around Muara Teweh’s PLTD. The measurement resulted show noise levels in residential areas around Muara Teweh’s PLTD exceeded the NAV according KEPMEN / LH / 48/1996, which is 62.9 dBA in the North, 70.4 dBA in the Northeast, 69.3 dBA in the East , 69.4 dBA in the direction of the Southeast, 72.3 dBA in the south, 72.2 dBA in the direction of the Southwest, 78.2 in the West and 75.5 dBA in the northwest. Subjective complainted of the most widely felt in residential areas Muara Teweh’s PLTD form (45.9%), headache (56.8%), discomfort (91.9%), insomnia (83.8%) fast and emotions (40.5%). Kadar Sisa Klor Terhadap Nilai MPN Coliform Pada Jaringan Perpipaan PDAM Di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara
Abstract : Study of free chlorine levels with a value of MPN coliform in water piping distribution PDAM Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara Year 2016. Provision of safe drinking water must also meet quality requirements which include requirements physical, chemical, bacteriological and radiological. River water one source of raw water for water companies. Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara is a provider of clean water. Based on secondary data report PDAM to maintain water quality after processing up to the distribution network PDAM using chlorine disinfection materials. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the value of the levels of residual chlorine by MPN coliform in the water pipeline distribution network PDAM. This type of research is observational analytic with cross sectional study design. The samples used were water PDAM Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara in the distribution network at a distance of 0, 2, 4, and 6 km from the reservoir. The results showed that decreased levels of free chlorine from distance making 0, 2, 4 and 6 km between 1.5 to 0.0 mg / L. Test results showed coliform MPN value is 0 / 100mL. After testing regression analysis the effect of distance on the maximum levels of residual chlorine with R = 0.834 (strong) and regression analysis test the effect of distance to the minimum levels of residual chlorine with R = 0.943 (strong). To test the statistical relationship between the levels of residual chlorine with coliform MPN value was not done because the results of the coliform MPN no difference. All parameters examined in this study meet the requirements under Permenkes No. 492 / Menkes / PER / VI / 2010. Efforts to do is do a jar test dose in increments of water disinfection, to supervise the treatment system and the distribution network piping. Faktor Manusia Dengan Terjadinya Kecelakaan Kerja Di Sentra Industri Meubel Aluminium Di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara
Abstract : Human Factors With The Occurrence Of Work Accidents In Industry Center Of Aluminium Furniture Regency Hulu Sungai Utara . Work accident do not happen by accident but there is. The first group is categorized the 80-85% of the human factor and 20-25% because to mechanical/environmental factors. Human factors that can lead to the occurrence of accidents is worker characteristics (age, education level, work period, and job training), less concentration workers, work discipline (APD) and psychological factors (marital status). The purpose of this analytic research is to know the relation of human factors with the occurrence of accidents. This type of research analytic with cross sectional design. Population of research to 43 people. Data analysis used X2 (Chi Square). The results showed that once a work accident. Many accident as 40 people. The type of accident is slipped (11.6%), punctured (48.8%), cut throat (32.6%). Location of the wound (69.8%). The results showed that there is a relationship of age and educational level (p <0.05) with the occurrence of accidents. Korelasi Iklim Kerja Dengan Kecelakaan Kerja Di PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia TBK Bati-Bati Kalimantan Selatan
Abstract: Correlation of Work Climate With Occupational Accidents At PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Bati-Bati South Kalimantan. One of the working conditions that can cause health problems for workers is exposure to heat. Climate improper work may cause health problems and lead to impaired concentration of labor that resulted in accidents. This study aim to determine the relationship work climate with occupational accidents in animal feed production process unit in PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Bati-bati on Jl. A. Yani Km 35,5 Desa Nusa Indah Bati-Bati, Tanah Laut, South Kalimantan. Cross sectional study design with a total population of 30 labors and samples selected by total sampling were analyzed using Chi-Square test. The results showed that the working environment at the 1st floor 28,69oC , on the 2nd floor 28,90oC and 3rd floor 30,50oC which means that the working climate on the 3rd floor exceeds NAB. Occupational accidents occurred on the 1st floor of 25% , the 2nd floor of 14,3 % and 3rd floor of to 63,6 %. From the results of the bivariate analysis using Chi-square test proved to be statistically significant relationship between work climate with the accident in unit production PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Bati-Bati. Efforts should be made to address the working environment exceeds the NAB is with improved ventilation and the provision of drinking water that meets the needs of labor and provision of clothes that absorb sweat like cotton. Penerapan Hygiene Sanitasi Makanan Minuman Di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (LAPAS) Anak
Abstract: Application of hygiene and sanitation of food and drink in Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Anak (LAPAS). Lembaga Pemasyarakatan is have purpose to provide guidance to prisoner in Indonesia. The average population density Lapas the over capacity in Indonesia. Based on recent data form Kantor Wilayah Kementrian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia, the number of population in LAPAS class II A Martapura was ranked third highestof the 13 LAPAS in Kalimantan Selatan with the number of population of about 921 people. With many of population, application of hygiene and sanitation of food an drink need to be implement for the implementation of food safety. The purpose of this research was to determine how the application of the hygiene and sanitation of food and drink in LAPAS class II A Martapura. The study was conducted by observing how security measures against food, equipment, food handlers, and food holder then comparing them with standard. The results showed thet the application of the hygiene and sanitation of food and drink in the category overall enough. For variable security measures on the equipment and food handlers in the category less, variable security measures on the food holder in the category enough, and variable security measures on the food in the category good. To the optimize application of hygiene and sanitation of food and drink in Lapas, efforts to do is add sanitation facilities food holder modify the open space, ordered food ingredients should not use the car open and do not slam, washed equipment performed with the correct phases and use soap, and stroge equipment stored in a safe place to minimize contamination of biological, physical, chemical. Keberadaan Boraks Pada Makanan Jajanan Di Kota Banjarbaru
Abstract: Boraks availability on food hawker at Banjarbaru city. Pentol bakso is a very popular food in Banjarbaru City. Almost all walks of life loved this dish because flavors are tasty and the prices are cheap so not surprised if traders bulb meatballs mushrooming in every area. To meet the standard that favored consumers save time and extend the bulb meatballs, many merchants are not responsible for adding chemicals that are actually prohibited from foods like boraks. This research aims to know the existence of boraks and factors which determine the presence of boraks on food hawker bulb meatballs sold around Field Murjani. The type of research used are descriptive i.e. describing the existence of boraks, level of knowledge, and merchant processing on food hawker pentol bakso sold around the field with the approach of cross sectional Murjani. The results of laboratory examination showed that all samples taken from the pentol bakso traders selling in the vicinity of the field there is no boraks Murjani. All merchants using only food additives are allowed in processing pentol bakso. It is supported most traders have a good knowledge about the food additives. The traders expected that pentol bakso still give priority to safety and security of consumers economic interests above personally by not entering the banned food additives into processed food products. Nilai Resistivitas Dengan Variasi Jarak Di Tempat Pemrosesan Akhir Sampah Gunung Kupang Banjarbaru
Abstrak: Nilai resistivitas dengan variasi jarak di tempat pemrosesan akhir sampah Gunung Kupang Banjarbaru. Tempat Pemrosesan Akhir Sampah (TPA) Gunung Kupang Banjarbaru terletak di Kecamatan Cempaka. Pembuangan sampah di TPA ini rata rata 1000 m3 atau 65 - 85 ton per hari. Pada daerah ini diduga terdapat rembesan air lindi. Tujuan penelitian ini diperolehnya gambaran pola distribusi akumulasi rembesan air lindi di sekitar TPA Gunung Kupang berdasarkan nilai resistivity (tahanan jenis listrik). Metode penelitian secara eksperimen yaitu dengan menetapkan variasi jarak dari lahan Tempat Pemrosesan Akhir Sampah kemudian dilakukan pengukuran nilai resistivity lapisan tanah dan batuan. Perlakuan yang dilakukan adalah variasi jarak dari TPA mulai dari 0, 10 meter dan 40 meter sedangkan variabel yang diteliti adalah nilai resisistivitas dari lokasi yang berhubungan TPA. Hasil penelitian menunnjukkan bahwa rerata nilai Resistivitas pada lintasan A (0 m dari TPA ) 13.075Ωm , pada lintasan B (10 m dari TPA ) 30.995 Ωm dan pada Lintasan C (40m dari TPA ) 91.3 TPA 91.3 Ωm . Ada perbedaan bermakna rata-rata nilai Resisistivitas (p= 0.056). Rata-rata nilai resistivitas lintasan A(0 m dari TPA) dengan Lintasan B (10 m dari TPA). tidak ada perbedaan bermakna (p= 0.74) dan ada rembesan lindi pada jarak 10 m dari TPA. Rata-rata nilai resistivitas lintasan A(0 m dari TPA) dengan Lintasan C (40 m dari TPA) ada perbedaan bermakna (p= 0.027). Rembesan cairan lindi terbanyak memanjang dari jarak 0 sampai 100 meter pada lintasan A memanjang pada jarak 60 – 72.5 m pada lintasan B dan pada lintasan C memanjang pada jarak 80 – 140 m, dengan nilai resistivitas antara 2 – 8 Ωm. Disarankan penggunaan metode penyelidikan geolistrik konfigurasi Dipole dipole Res2Dinv D bisa dipakai untuk evaluasi tentang kemungkinan cemaran lindi dari Tempat pemrosesan Akhir sampah. Efektifitas Abu Sekam Padi Dan Poly Aluminium Chloride Dalam Menurunkan Zat Warna Limbah Cair Industri Sasirangan
Abstract: Effectiveness Of Rice Husk Ash And Poly Aluminum Chloride In Reducing Exposure Colour Liquid Waste Industry Sasirangan. Sasirangan fabric industry is the textile of industry in Kalimantan Selatan produce wastewater of dyeing cloth sasirangan process that uses water as a primary adjuvant in stage process.The study aims to determine the effectiveness of rice husk ash and Poly Aluminium Chloridereduce levels of dyes in wastewater sasirangan "Oriens Handycraft". This study tested a laboratory scale with dose variation of rice husk ash and Poly Aluminium Chloride for reduced levels of dyes in wastewater sasirangan. The study design is a randomized pretest - posttest control group design. The population of the waste liquid fabric manufacturesasirangan results and samples are the waste from the manufacture of cloth sasirangan which represents the population. This study conduct statistical tests usingKruskal Wallis and Mann-Whitney Test.Theresultsofthestudyof color levels priorto treatment equal to 2,712 PtCo and after treatment ranges from 676.3 to 978.7 PtCo at a dose of 58 grams of rice husk ash; 59 g; 60 g; 61 g; 62 gr and Poly Aluminium Chloride 0.5 gr. For a dose of 58 grams of rice husk ash; 59 g; 60 g; 61 g; 62 gr and Poly Aluminium Chloride 1 g of color levels before treatment and after PtCo 1775 amounted to 227.7 PtCo ranges up to 240 PtCo. Rice husk ash and Poly Aluminium Chloride effective at pH 6.5 - 7. Results of normality test showed abnormal data. Kruskal Wallis test probability value 0.002 <0.05, there is a difference between the average dosing in the control group and the treatment group and the Mann-Whitney Test probability value of 0.009 (0.018 <0.05), the rice husk ash dosing and Poly Aluminium Chloride 1 g more effective than rice husk ash dosing and Poly Aluminium Chloride 0.5 g.Efforts government can do is provide the appropriate policy on effluent quality standards and attention to industrial waste disposal sasirangan. Abstract : Characteristics Description Of Workers And Events In Mine Intantradisional Helminthiases Banjarbaru City. Description of Characteristics and Genesis Helminthiases Workers in Traditional Diamond Mine Banjarbaru . The disease is common worm infection in the community and are often considered harmless. This condition if left unchecked will mengakibatkatkan malnutrition, decreased endurance and work productivity , symptoms of chronic worm infection is the occurrence of anemia. One of the biggest potential danger from mining activities are biological factors that worm infection . This study aims to describe the characteristics of workers and events kecacingandi traditional diamond mines in the district Cempaka Banjarbaru . This research is descriptive . The study population was all workers in the traditional diamond mine in the village of Desa Sungai Tiung, Kelurahan Cempaka, Banjarbaru city with a sample size of 60 people . The variables studied were the characteristics of workers and the incidence of intestinal worms . The results of the study illustrates the proportion of 46-50 year age mostly ( 25 % ) , the majority of elementary education level ( 73.3 % ) , long working mostly 6 hours ( 50 % ) , most of the work period 16-20 years ( 28 , 3 % ) , long break 1-1.5 hours ( 100 % ) , the largest work activities that pelinggangan fine sand ( 45 % ) , normal nutritional status ( 46.7 % ) , lack of knowledge level ( 63.3 % ) ; using PPE at work ( 63.3 % ) ; Good personal hygiene ( 51.7 % ) , bowel habits are not eligible ( 60.0 % ) and worm infection ( 33.3 % ) . Expected workers use personal protective equipment , health checked regularly , get used to living a clean and healthy behavior and positive special miners infected worms always take medicine and health centers as well as familiarize dengaan consultation defecate in the toilet / latrine healthy . Pemakaian Alat Pelindung Diri Pada Tenaga Perawat Dan Bidan Di Rumah Sakit Pelita Insani
Abstract: The use personal protective equipment on nurses and midwifes in Pelita Insani’s Hospital. The hospital is an institution and public services working in the field of health services with the use of equipment high technology, materials, and medicines are harmful to health for diagnostic measures, therefore, exposure of medical personnel at the hospital against hazardous materials and seedling diseases have a high risk to the health status of health personnel. The purpose of this research was to gain an overview of the use of personal protective equipment on nurses and midwifes in Pelita Insani’s hospital, Martapura. The study was an observational cross-sectional study design, namely direct observation on the application of the use of personal protective equipment in Pelita Insani’s hospital, Martapura then analyzed based on the theories and regulations. This study did not use sampling or total population of as many as 48 nurses and midwifes in Pelita Insani’ hospital, Martapura. The results showed the male sex more is not better in terms the use of personal protective equipment (66.67%), 56.52% of nurses and midwifes in the age range 20-27 years was not good in terms of the use of personal protective equipment . Level of education, length of service and length of employment showed 58.33% was not good in terms of the use of personal protective equipment. The nurses were not good in terms of the use of personal protective equipment (62.07%). Availability of personal protective equipment in Pelita Insani’s hospital, Martapura already available enough for all nurses and midwifes. The need for counseling are scheduled on a regular basis about the benefits of personal protective equipment to increase self-awareness of nurses and midwives and accompanied with strict supervision.Keywords: Personal Protective Equipment, nurses and midwifes, hospital
