Studi Kelayakan Aerasi Bertenaga Micro Hydro Power Plant Pada Sarana Air Bersih Berkah Air Dondang
Get PDFCSR PT. XYZ berencana membangun sebuah fasilitas sistem Aerasi bertenaga Micro Hydro Power Plant di lokasi Sumber Air Berkah Air Dondang. Untuk memastikan kelayakan rencana tersebut, pihak CSR PT. XYZ meminta bantuan kepada Universitas Balikpapan. Ide ini didasari oleh keinginan memanfaatkan sudut elefasi dan jarak antara dua buah kolam penampungan yang telah dibangun sebelumnya. Dalam realitanya, belum ada pengukuran teknik terhadap perencanaan tersebut. Merespon permintaan CSR PT.XYZ, Fakultas Teknologi Industri Universitas Balikpapan segera membentuk Tim untuk melakukan survey dan studi kelayakan. Berdasarkan hasil survey dan analisis Tim, rencana pembangunan fasilitas sistem aerasi bertenaga micro hydro power plant tidak direkomendasikan. Sebab, daya air terpasang lebih kecil dari daya yang dibutuhkan. Hasil survey, temuan lapangan, hasil pembahasan dan masukan alternatif telah dituangkan kedalam laporan studi kelayakan yang diserahkan kepada pihak CSR PT. XYZ selaku pemohon. Diharapkan hasil studi kelayakan ini dapat dipergunakan sebagaimana mestinya oleh pihak CSR PT. XYZ.CSR PT. XYZ berencana membangun sebuah fasilitas sistem Aerasi bertenaga Micro Hydro Power Plant di lokasi Sumber Air Berkah Air Dondang. Untuk memastikan kelayakan rencana tersebut, pihak CSR PT. Sektor ini sangat penting peranannya karena mencakup kompleksitas pada sektor pariwisata, sektor usaha mikro, kecil dna menengah sekaligus sektor ekonomi kreatif. Diketahui bahwa sektor ini merupakan kontributor utama bagi perekonomian masyarakat Bali. Namun, kondisi yang ada dengan fenomena pandemic Covid-19 mengakibatkan sektor ini mengalami dampak buruk yang sangat besar. Untuk meningkatkan kembali sektor pariwisata, maka Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif telah mawajibkan semua indutri pariwisata untuk melakukan penerapan dalam pengembangan CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, Environment). Kawasan pantai merupakan salah satu pontensi yang perlu dikembangan kerena memiliki daya tarik di Bali. Selain itu, kawasan pantai juga memiliki peran dalam pencegahan air pasang langsung membajiri daratan, usaha pengelolaan garam dan tempat rekreasi sebagai aset keunikan budaya Bali. Tujuan dilakukannya pengembangan CHSE ini adalah untuk mewujudkan kawasan lingkungan pantai yang bersih, sehat, aman dan dapat meningkatkan pelestarian lingkungan bagi masyarakat setempat dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka . Hasilnya terbentuknya konsep protokol untuk CHSE dan poster sebagai upaya secara persuasive kepada pengunjung dan seluruh stakeholder untuk melakukan system CHSE.The tourism sector is the sector that builds and improves the economy of the Balinese people. This sector plays a very important role because it includes the complexity of the tourism sector, the micro, small and medium enterprises sector as well as the creative economy sector. It is known that this sector is a major contributor to the economy of the Balinese people. However, the existing conditions with the Covid-19 pandemic phenomenon have resulted in this sector experiencing a very large adverse impact. To improve the tourism sector, the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy has obliged all tourism industries to implement the CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, Environment) development. The coastal area is one of the potentials that needs to be developed because it has an appeal in Bali. Apart from that, the coastal area also has a role in preventing the direct tide from flooding the land, salt management business and recreational areas as unique assets of Balinese culture. The implementation team was restless and wanted to introduce English early on to students, especially at SDN 012 West Balikpapan as a form of initial recognition in order to survive and able to compete in junior high school. The method used is to provide theory and practice to the target audience. The activity of introducing English vocabulary on the theme of the school environment is carried out through face to face with the delivery of material through the lecture method followed by guidance, practice, and evaluation in understanding vocabulary with the themes of alphabets, numbers, colors and school subjects, School Things, and People in School. The results of community service activities carried out at SDN 012 West Balikpapan provide considerable benefits and are needed by students at the school. School principals, teachers, and students expect this activity to be carried out continuously through mentoring activities and forms of English language training and other lessons. This is caused not only because the poor English competence but also the poor knwolegde of the common job interview questions during recruitment process. The problem identified in this Community Service Program is the insufficient fund for training program of Balikpapan government, compare to the numbers of the job seeker. Therefore, cooperation with other party such as University to support any types of training program become one of the program that should always be conducted. The next problem identified is related to the lack of coomunication skills among job seeker in Balikpapan which in turn limit their opportunity in securing job especially during interview process that is conducted in English. The problem solving method is conducted in four stages, first is preparation, problem formulation, the training implementation and program evaluation. The process of education underwent a rapid change by utilizing digital technology, where the technology is used to facilitate the access and for the benefit of service improvement as well as for the quality of education. The problems faced by the employees are not yet creative applications to attract students to the spirit to learn. To overcome the problems faced by the partners, training will be conducted on the application of Kahoot. The game design in a multiplayer kahoot allows children to collaborate while competing through interactive, creative games. In the training will be delivered strategies that must be done in order for students to be interested in learning and encouragement. The implementation of this activity is conducted in three phases, namely: preparation stage, implementation, and evaluation. The implementation of community service was completed with Gama UI's Bimbel. Employee enthusiasm in following this activity deserves to be appreciated. The activities of community dedication are necessary and directly felt by the benefits of Gama UI Bimbel.Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu aset penting dan berdampak langsung pada organisasi atau instansi. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan dalam upaya peningkatan kinerja karyawan adalah dengan pemberian pelatihan. Proses pendidikan mengalami perubahan pesat dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital, dimana teknologi tersebut dimanfaatkan untuk mempermudah dalam mengakses dan untuk kepentingan peningkatan pelayanan demikian juga untuk kualitas pendidikan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi karyawan bimbel diantaranya belum adanya aplikasi yang kreatif untuk menarik siswa agar semangat untuk belajar. Untuk menanggulangi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra maka akan dilakukan pelatihan mengenai aplikasi kahoot. Desain permainan dalam kahoot yang bersifat multiplayer memungkinkan anak untuk berkolaborasi sekaligus berkompetisi melalui permainan yang interaktif dan kreatif. Dalam pelatihan tersebut akan disampaikan strategi yang harus dilakukan agar siswa tertarik untuk belajar dan semangat. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu: tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dilakuakn bersama bimbel Gama UI. Antusias karyawan dalam mengikuti kegiatan ini patut diapresiasi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan sangat diperlukan dan dirasakan langsung manfaatnya oleh karyawan bimbel Gama UI

Nor did it shirk its efforts to support literacy movements in the districts, especially the Kutai Kartanegara district together with the Office of Archives and the Kutai Kartanegara Library. The literacy movement itself began in 2016 has been activated by the Ministry of Education and Culture as the No. 23 of 2015 concerning Growth of Character. The strategy in supporting Kutai literacy in this service is first, through access to reading material in the nearest community library, namely by providing cultural-themed reading material in the form of print to increase the number and variety of quality learning resources. Second, local culture and history rewrite, and involving universities to expand and strengthen the public. This extension activity was aimed at youth cadets in Way Heling Village, where the purpose of community service conducted by the Faculty of Engineering and Computers at Baturaja University is to open up insights on social media and the distribution of information produced by social media in the digital age, to be selective, wise and critical in accessing and / or spreading information in the media social. The method of implementing activities in the form of counseling, discussion, question and answer and participants is youth youths added by the village helicopter Way Way. The results of the counseling showed that the teenagers were interested in creating social media in the economic, education and social culture field to improve their life expectancy and even they expected their village to be selected as a target village in terms of information and communication (information village). That is why community development using social assistance methods needs to be done to help solve the problems being faced. Community development contains efforts to increase participation and a sense of belonging to the programs implemented. Empowerment refers to the ability of people, especially weak groups to have access to productive resources that enable them to be able to increase their income and participate in the process of development and decision making. The results of this dedication show that the economic potential in Penajam Sub-district, Penajam District, North Penajam Paser Regency is the food industry, handicraft industry, restaurants and restaurants and MSMEs. Supporting factors in community development in the economic sector include natural resources and abundant human resources.
