Standard care plan: Type 2, Diabetes Mellitus
Get PDFElaboramos un plan de cuidados estandarizado sobre diabetes mellitus tipo 2 en pacientes independientes, con edades entre 75 y 80 años, que acuden a la consulta de enfermería del Centro de Salud de Osuna. Realizamos una valoración y observamos cómo el 100% de nuestros pacientes tuvieron dos diagnósticos comunes: Desequilibrio nutricional: exceso, Afrontamiento inefectivo; al 83,3% se le diagnosticó Incumplimiento del tratamiento y Conocimientos deficientes. Finalmente en el 50% existía Riesgo de deterioro de la integridad cutánea. Sobre estos diagnósticos desarrollamos un plan de cuidados con la finalidad de optimizar la gestión de tiempo en la consulta de enfermería.We developed a standardized care plan for type 2 diabetes mellitus in independent patients, aged between 75 and 80 years attending the nursing the Health Center Osuna. We made an assessment and we observed as 100% of our patients had two common diagnoses: Nutritional imbalance: excess, Ineffective Coping; 83.3% diagnosed Breach of treatment and Deficient knowledge. Finally, in 50% there was risk of impaired skin integrity. On these diagnoses we developed a care plan with the purpose of optimize the management of time in the nursing consultation

Objetivo Analizar la relación entre la episiotomía y la aparición de dolor perineal en el postparto Material y métodos Se ha llevado a cabo una revisión bibliográfica de documentos de sociedades científicas, revisiones sistemáticas y estudios científicos. Resultados Se recomienda el uso restrictivo de episiotomía Conclusiones Resulta fundamental valorar tanto la indicación para la realización de la propia episiotomía, como la técnica más adecuada de realización y de sutura.Introduction Episiotomy is the surgical technique most frequently performed in women. It consists of a section made in the female perineum at the final stage of the expulsive period of labour. Objective To analyze the relationship between episiotomy and the perineal pain. Material and methods A literature review of scientific society documents, systematic reviews and scientific studies have been carried out. Results The restrictive use of the episiotomy is recommended instead of routine use. Conclusions It is crutial to evaluate both the indication, as well as the technique for performing episiotomy itself and the suture most suitable for the repair

Con la democracia, se produjo una quiebra en esta ideología, iniciándose la puesta en marcha de acciones encaminadas a la lucha para la erradicación de esta problemática. Se analizan los aspectos positivos de la inclusión, así como los principios de la enseñanza basada en esta filosofía.This article analyzes the need for all students to receive a quality education focused on meeting their individual needs. In this way the need for an inclusive school, understood as the opposition to any form of segregation and any argument that justifies the separation in the exercise of the rights to education is valued.
