Get PDFLos últimos estudios demográficos evidencian el envejecimiento de la población en España, así como en todos los países desarrollados. Por este motivo el objetivo de trabajo ha sido poner en marcha un primer estudio piloto con la finalidad de analizar los efectos de un programa de actividad física específico sobre la capacidad física funcional en personas adultas-mayores que presentan desórdenes metabólicos. Los resultados de este estudio muestran una mejora muy significativa en las capacidades funcionales y los parámetros de la marcha varían permitiendo que ésta se realice tras el proceso de forma más segura y estable.The latest demographic studies show the aging of the population in Spain, as well as in all developed countries. For this reason, the objective of this work has been to launch a first pilot study with the purpose of analyzing the effects of a specific physical activity program on functional physical capacity in older adults with metabolic disorders. The results of this study show a very significant improvement in the functional capacities and the parameters of the gait vary allowing it to be carried out after the process in a more secure and stable way

Son numerosos los usos que se les puede dar a las TIC en el aula, convirtiendo las clases en mucho más motivadoras y atrayentes para los alumnos. Además, las TIC están favoreciendo la interacción del alumno, ya que éste ha pasado de desempeñar un rol pasivo a uno más activo y responsable. Tenemos que informarnos si dentro del ámbito escolar existe uno de ellos para poder tratar enfermedades o heridas leves. En algunos casos el centro es quien se encarga del rellenado del botiquín, pero algunas veces somos nosotros los que debemos suministrar los fármacos, en concreto si nuestro hijo requiere de una medicación especial. También sería recomendable saber quién es el que custodia dicho botiquín, como administran los fármacos y si están capacitados para dicha tarea.It is vital to have a first aid kit in school for possible health problems in our children. We have to inform us if there is one of them in the school environment to treat illnesses or minor injuries. In some cases the center is responsible for filling the kit, but sometimes we are the ones who must supply the drugs, specifically if our child requires special medication. It would also be advisable to know who is the custodian of the first-aid kit, how they administer the drugs and if they are trained for this task

Este nuevo concepto de enseñanza/aprendizaje consta de tres niveles, que van desde la enseñanza tradicional hasta el espacio público virtual como entorno de aprendizaje. Además, desarrolla numerosos cambios en el contexto educativo, todos ellos encaminados a mejorar la forma de enseñanza. Además permiten al alumnado: obtener mejores resultados académicos, propiciados por la mejora de la atención y la flexibilidad mental; mejorar las habilidades sociales, a través de la inhibición comportamental; así como el desarrollo del autoconcepto positivo potenciado por la autorregulación emocional. En este artículo exponemos una serie de actividades para trabajar cada una de las funciones ejecutivas.There are numerous contributions from neuroeducation, which show the importance of the development of executive functions from the earliest ages, as they favor the integral development of the child's personality in its different areas: physical, emotional, social and intellectual. They also allow students to: obtain better academic results, fostered by the improvement of attention and mental flexibility; improve social skills, through behavioral inhibition; as well as the development of positive self-concept enhanced by emotional self-regulation. Get PDFEl Aprendizaje Cooperativo no es únicamente un medio al servicio de otros aprendizajes; también ha de suponer un fin en si mismo, para que su funcionamiento sea cada vez más provechoso. Los estudios demuestran que, desde la mejora de las habilidades cooperativas y del fortalecimiento de la interdependencia positiva, se puede alcanzar mayor provecho en los aprendizajes. Este trabajo pretende generar una propuesta didáctica que sirva para potenciar esta relación bidireccional, generando una sinergia en la que a medida que se adquieren aprendizajes en uno de los elementos analizados, mejora el desempeño en el otro.Cooperative Learning is not only a means at the service of other methods of learning, it has to be assumed to have an end in itself, so that its functionality will be each time more beneficial and capable of overcoming the usual obstacles that appear during its process.
