La formació, cal que estigui ben planificada amb un disseny adequat perquè s’assoleixin els objectius. La comunidad médica considera que se ha de desarrollar una ciencia de la relación fundamentada en la evidencia, donde resulta imprescindible dar cabida como evidencia también a las percepciones, intereses e inquietudes tanto del paciente como del personal sanitario.The communication that is established between the health personnel and the patient entails a great importance both at a diagnostic and therapeutic level. It is therefore fundamental to consider the patient as the subject of health care and not as the simple object of it.
