En este sentido, el siguiente artículo presenta una serie de estrategias metodológicas y recursos didácticos y tecnológicos que pretenden servir como instrumento de ayuda al profesorado para mejorar y promocionar la salud de la vida cotidiana de los centros y de la comunidad educativa.The educational centres are fundamental for the development of knowledge, values, actituds and habits related to the physical and mental health of boys and girls. In this sense, the following article shows a series of methodological strategies and didactic and technological resources that aim to serve as an instrument to help teachers to improve and promote the health of the daily life of the educational centres and the educational community

Get PDFEl Trabajo Fin de Grado, lo llevo a cabo en el CEIP Adamancasis en el Municipio de El Paso (La Palma) presentamos una muestra de 30 niños (10 niñas y 20 niños). Pretendo desarrollar una investigación descriptiva, cuantitativa y transversal con los alumnos de sexto curso de Educación Primaria. La educación emocional ha sido definida como: Un proceso educativo, continuo y permanente, que pretende potenciar el desarrollo emocional como complemento indispensable del desarrollo cognitivo, constituyendo ambos los elementos esenciales del desarrollo de la personalidad integral. (Bisquerra, 2000, p.243).The Final Degree Project, I carry out in the CEIP Adamancasis in the Municipality of El Paso (La Palma) we present a sample of 30 children (10 girls and 20 boys). I intend to develop a descriptive, quantitative and transversal research with the students of the sixth year of Primary Education. Emotional education has been defined as: An educational process, continuous and permanent, which aims to enhance emotional development as an essential complement to cognitive development, constituting both the essential elements of the development of the integral personality.(Bisquerra, 2000, p.243)

Effects of physical activity on bone remodeling
Get PDFLa contribución de la actividad física a la activación y mantenimiento de la remodelación ósea ha sido evaluada en los últimos años. La mayoría de los resultados mostró una relación positiva entre actividad y hueso. El envejecimiento lleva consigo una serie de cambios, muchos de los cuales se relacionan con la estructura ósea. Con la edad, se espera que nuestros huesos se debiliten. Sin embargo, podemos ralentizar este proceso haciendo ejercicio y teniendo una ingesta de calcio apropiada. Pero, obviamente, existen otro tipo de factores sobre los cuales no podemos incidir directamente.The contribution of physical activity to the activation and maintenance of bone remodeling has been evaluated over the last years. Most of the results showed a positive relation between activity and bone. With aging many changes take place in bodies and one of those changes has to do with bone. With age our bones are supposed to get weaker. However, we can slow this process down by doing exercise and having and appropriate calcium intake. But it is obvious that there are other types of factors, such as heredity, regarding which we can do almost nothing to prevent its risks

Get PDFResumen: En nuestro entorno el cuidado familiar informal recae mayoritariamente en las mujeres y tiene lugar en condiciones cada vez más difíciles debido a su complejidad, diversidad, invisibilidad e inequidad. Esto supone un impacto negativo en la salud y en la vida de las mujeres cuidadoras abocadas a decidir entre su bienestar y el de las personas que cuidan. Sólo a través del análisis e interpretación detallada de los significados que las mujeres cuidadoras otorgan al proceso de toma de decisiones en el contexto del cuidado informal, es posible llegar al conocimiento profundo del mismo.Abstract: In our setting, informal family care relies mainly on women and takes place under increasingly difficult conditions due to their complexity, diversity, invisibility and inequity. This implies a negative impact on the health and life of women caregivers who are in a position to decide between their well-being and that of the caregivers. Only through the analysis and detailed interpretation of the meanings that women caregivers give to the decision-making process in the context of informal care, it is possible to reach a deep knowledge of it
Transition from additive thinking to multiplicative thinking
Get PDFEl objetivo de esta obra es analizar los obstáculos que encuentra un estudiante para pasar del pensamiento aditivo al pensamiento multiplicativo. A tal fin, se estudiarán las respuestas y razonamientos usado por los estudiantes de educación Primaria y de Secundaria para resolver cuestiones en las que se ven involucrados estos dos tipos de pensamientos, así como las diferentes variables que pueden influir en las respuestas. Además, se analizarán diferentes libros de texto mediante las técnicas de la Teoría Antropológica de lo Didáctico, que nos proporciona un marco teórico para observar los métodos que se utilizan para explicar los problemas proporcionales.The objective of this work is to analyze the obstacles that a student finds to move from an additive type of thinking to a multiplicative thinking. Therefore, we will study the answers and reasoning used by Primary and Secondary education students to solve issues involving these two types of thoughts and different variables that can influence those answers. The importance of the secondary characters in Don Quixote
Get PDFLos personajes secundarios en la obra cumbre de nuestra literatura son un elemento muy importante que merece especial atención. Si bien, en comparación con don Quijote y Sancho, quedan en la sombra, Cervantes hizo un magnífico retrato de la sociedad de su tiempo, personajes con los que se topa el hidalgo por los caminos, los que viven en su aldea y son amigos, así como de la nobleza. Aunque su aparición sea anecdótica, Cervantes siempre les dio un halo de vida y gracias a ello podemos hacernos una idea de la gente que poblaba nuestro país y su problemática.The secondary characters in the masterpiece of our literature are a very important element that deserves special attention.
