    Turn Around Time (TAT) in C-Check maintenance activities is a problem that often occurs in aircraft maintenance service organizations because it requires large operational costs for technicians, and there are losses due to waiting time for aircraft operations during maintenance. This research compares company TAT with TAT using the Critical Path Method (CPM) and the percentage of man-hours efficiency from calculating the CPM method. The research object and data were collected at the PT Merpati Maintenance Facility. The types and sources of data used in research are primary and secondary. The data analysis techniques used are Turn Around Time (TAT) planning calculations and the Critical Path Method (CPM) method, as well as analyzing calculations that have been carried out using Microsoft Excel. Based on the research results, it was found that the difference in results between company planning was 18.56 or 19 work days and planning using the CPM method was 16.94 or 17 work days, so that you get more efficient time for 2 work days in carrying out C-Check maintenance with a percentage of the man hours efficiency formula of 0.087%.Turn Around Time (TAT) pada aktivitas perawatan C-Check menjadi permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada organisasi layanan perawatan pesawat dikarenakan membutuhkan biaya operasional teknisi yang cukup besar, dan adanya kerugian karena waktu tunggu operasional pesawat pada saat perawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan TAT perusahaan dengan TAT menggunakan metode Critical Path Method (CPM) dan presentase efisiensi man hours dari perhitungan metode CPM.  Objek penelitian dan pengumpulan data dilakukan di PT Merpati Maintenance Facility. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu perhitungan perencanaan Turn Around Time (TAT) dan metode Critical Path Method (CPM), serta melakukan analisis perhitungan yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan Microsoft excel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh perbedaan hasil antara perencanaan perusahaan sebesar 18,56 atau 19 work day dan perencanaan menggunakan metode CPM 16,94 atau 17 work day. Sehingga memperoleh waktu yang lebih efisien selama 2 work day dalam pengerjaan perawatan C-Check dengan presentase rumus efisiensi man hours sebesar 0,087%

    Pengaruh Exposure Time dan Postur Tubuh untuk Mengurangi Cybersickness dengan Indikator Konduktansi Kulit dalam Penggunaan Virtual Reality

    Cybersickness is a nausea, dizziness, and losing balance while using VR. Cybersickness is caused by exposure time and the body posture of the VR’s user that until now there are still differences in research results regarding the effects on cybersickness. Therefore, this study aims to identify the effects on cybersickness and provide appropriate recommendations to reduce cybersickness symptoms. The measurement of research were Galvanic Skin Response as an objective indicator and the Simulator Sickness Questionnaire (SSQ) questionnaire as a subjective indicator. A total of 48 participants will be given the task of playing parkour activities with sitting or standing postures and played for 10 minutes, 20 minutes, or 30 minutes. To determine the effect of exposure time and body posture, were used ANOVA test and the Kruskal-Wallis test. Based on the results, exposure time has an effect on with the maximum effect at 20 minutes which has an average SSQ value of 109,863 (p-value = 0,046 < 0,05). Meanwhile, body posture also affects cybersickness which standing posture has a higher average GSR (13,082 μS) and p-value = 0,002 < 0,05. The recommendations which are given are the duration using VR is no more than 20 minutes and maintain a balanced body posture which can move their heads slowly to so that the level of cybersickness can be reduced.Cybersickness adalah gejala mual, pusing, serta hilang keseimbangan saat menggunakan VR. Faktor penyebab cybersickness adalah exposure time penggunaan VR serta postur tubuh pengguna yang hingga saat ini masih terdapat perbedaan hasil penelitian pada kedua faktor tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi  pengaruh kedua faktor penyebab tersebut terhadap cybersickness serta memberikan usulan rekomendasi yang tepat untuk mengurangi gejala cybersickness. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Galvanic Skin Response sebagai indikator objektif dan kuesioner Simulator Sickness Questionaire (SSQ) sebagai indikator subjektif. Sebanyak 48 partisipan diberikan tugas untuk memainkan olahraga parkour pada VR dengan postur duduk atau berdiri dan dengan 3 exposure time, yakni selama 10, 20, atau 30 menit. Pengaruh exposure time dan postur tubuh juga dapat diketahui dengan melakukan uji ANOVA dan uji Kruskal-Wallis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan exposure time berpengaruh terhadap cybersickness dengan pengaruh maksimal terdapat pada exposure time 20 menit dengan nilai rata-rata SSQ tertinggi sebesar 109,863. (p-value = 0,046 < 0,05). Sementara itu, postur tubuh juga berpengaruh terhadap cybersickness dengan postur berdiri memiliki rata-rata GSR yang lebih tinggi, yakni 13,082 μS dan dengan p-value = 0,002 < 0,05. Usulan rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan yaitu durasi pengunaan VR yang tidak lebih dari 20 menit serta dapat mempertahankan postur tubuh yang seimbang dengan  melakukan pergerakkan kepala secara perlahan sehingga tingkat cybersickness dapat berkurang

    Dalam 78 tahun kemerdekaan Indonesia, diskriminasi gender tetap menjadi tantangan yang perlu diselesaikan bersama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kesetaraan gender dan pemberdayaan perempuan di Indonesia seiring dengan pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs). Dengan menggunakan data panel dari 32 provinsi di Indonesia periode 2018-2022, model ini diestimasi dengan metode analisis kuantitatif, deskriptif, dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Indeks Pembangunan Gender (IPG) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Namun, tipologi Klassen yang dihasilkan mengungkapkan permasalahan serius, yaitu semakin tinggi tingkat perekonomian, kesetaraan gender cenderung menurun. Temuan ini dapat menjadi dasar untuk merumuskan rekomendasi kebijakan yang lebih efektif dalam mempromosikan kesetaraan gender dan mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan di masa depan. &nbsp

    OPTIMIZING LOCATION SELECTION FOR RK BARBER USING SAW AND TOPSIS METHODS

    RK BARBER, a barbershop in Bandung City, was forced to close at the end of 2023 due to location-related issues and relocation plans. This research aims to determine the best new location to ensure long-term success. The selection process uses the SAW method to create a normalized decision matrix, followed by the TOPSIS method to determine preference values for each alternative. This research is classified as applied research with a quantitative approach. It employs a descriptive method with cross-sectional data collection. Data is obtained through interviews, observations, and literature studies and then analyzed using SAW and TOPSIS. The TOPSIS method ranks alternatives based on their closeness to the positive ideal solution and distance from the negative ideal solution. The results indicate that location A4 ranks first with the highest preference value (0.878), followed by A5 (0.763), A3 (0.530), A2 (0.447), A6 and A7 (0.383), and A1 (0.379). These rankings help determine the most suitable location for RK BARBER’s relocation, ensuring optimal conditions for long-term business growth and sustainability

    EFEK DIGITALISASI TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DI INDONESIA

    This study examines the impact of digitalization on Indonesia\u27s economic growth from 2000 to 2022 using the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method. The research includes variables such as the digitalization index, labor force participation, foreign direct investment (FDI), domestic investment (DI), and education (mean years of schooling). The findings reveal that digitalization and FDI significantly and positively affect Indonesia\u27s GDP, indicating the pivotal role of technology adoption and international capital flows in economic expansion. Conversely, education exhibits a significant negative effect, suggesting possibly indicating a mismatch between educational output and labor market needs. Meanwhile, labor force participation and domestic investment show no significant effect on growth. These results highlight the need for strategic improvements in digital infrastructure, educational quality, and investment policy to enhance the inclusiveness and sustainability of economic development in the digital era. The study concludes that while digitalization and FDI are key drivers of growth, optimizing their benefits requires coordinated policy support, particularly in workforce development and local investment ecosystems

    The advancement of digital trade has brought considerable benefits, yet it also presents significant challenges, particularly in protecting users’ personal data. Digital trade platforms commonly require users to share personal information, raising concerns over data security and accountability. Current regulations governing personal data protection are primarily limited to national or regional legal systems, resulting in a lack of harmonization that impedes the seamless flow of international trade. This paper explores the pressing need for a standardized global framework for personal data protection within the digital trade landscape. Using a normative juridical approach, the study examines various regional legal regimes and assesses the relevance of international trade principles in addressing data protection issues. The analysis highlights the absence of a globally recognized standard for personal data protection in digital trade and finds that existing international instruments are inadequate for meeting current challenges. Given UNCITRAL’s role in shaping international trade law, the development of a new legal framework, such as a Model Law, should be pursued. As a form of soft law, a Model Law offers a practical and adaptable tool for harmonizing legal standards across jurisdictions. Its adoption would enhance legal certainty and ensure the protection of personal data in international digital trade transactions, thereby upholding the rights of all parties involved

    Abstract   Hot asphalt mixtures require aggregate as the constituent material. In this study, the potential for glass waste to be used as an aggregate substitute is examined. For this reason, a mixture design was determined to obtain the Optimum Asphalt Content of the Asphalt Concrete-Binder Course mixtures using glass waste as a substitute for fine aggregate. The glass waste used is glass waste that passes through sieve No. 50 and retained on sieve No.100. The proportion of glass waste substitution is 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% to the amount of fine aggregate in the mixture. The asphalt mixture in this study was made using the Marshall mixture design method. From this design, the Optimum Asphalt Content is obtained at 5.9% (0% glass waste), 5.4% (25% glass waste), 5.2% (50% glass waste), 5.1% (75% glass waste), and 4.9% (100% glass waste). Next, test spe-cimens were made for Indirect Tensile Strength testing, and carried out for testing in dry and wet conditions, and the Tensile Strength Ratio of the test specimens was determined. The Tensile Strength Ratio of the asphalt mixture decreases with increasing proportion of glass waste and decreasing asphalt content. Overall, this research shows that glass waste can be used as a substitute for fine aggregate. Keywords: hot mix asphalt; aggregate; glass waste; Marshall Method; Tensile Strength Ratio     Abstrak   Campuran beraspal panas memerlukan agregat sebagai material penyusunnya. Pada studi ini dikaji potensi limbah kaca untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai substitusi agregat. Untuk itu ditentukan rancangan campuran dengan untuk mendapatkan Kadar Aspal Optimum pada campuran beraspal jenis Asphalt Concrete-Binder Course dengan menggunakan limbah kaca sebagai substitusi agregat halus. Limbah kaca yang digunakan adalah limbah kaca yang lolos ayakan No. 50 dan tertahan ayakan No.100. Proporsi substitusi limbah kaca adalah 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, dan 100% terhadap jumlah agregat halus dalam campuran. Campuran beraspal pada studi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan metode perancangan campuran Marshall. Dari perancangan tersebut diperoleh Kadar Aspal Optimum sebesar 5,9% (limbah kaca 0%), 5,4% (limbah kaca 25%), 5,2% (limbah kaca 50%), 5,1% (limbah kaca 75%), dan 4,9% (limbah kaca 100%). Selanjutnya dibuat benda-benda uji untuk pengujian Indirect Tensile Strength, dan dilakukan untuk pengujian dengan kondisi  telah dilakukan pengkondisian kering dan kondisi basah, serta ditentukan Tensile Strength Ratio benda-benda uji. Tensile Strength Ratio campuran beraspal mengecil dengan bertambahnya proporsi limbah kaca dan berkurangnya kadar aspal.     Perancangan Aplikasi Marketplace Meal Kit Sebagai Upaya Mendukung Pola Hidup Sehat dan Reduksi Sampah Makanan

    During pandemic, the increase in healthy lifestyle adoption through home cooking has led to a significant surge in household food waste, with a percentage up to 37%. One of the viable solutions that could be applied is using meal kit which potentially curbing 1,24 million tons of food waste annually. Based on the survey and interviews, respondents are interested in meal kit marketplace application as an effort to support healthy lifestyles and reduce food waste. The method used to design the application is interaction design lifecycle model. The needs identification that was done by semi-structured interviews generates 13 groups of primary customer’s needs and 7 seller\u27s needs. The results of identified needs was made into 3 alternative design plans, be it for the buyers or sellers. The selected alternative design is developed into high-fidelity prototype named FoodLab. The prototype is evaluated using task completion and SUS questionnaire. For the buyers, they have an average effectiveness criteria of 88%, efficiency criteria of 83,67%, and SUS score of 80,71. For the sellers, they have an average effectiveness criteria of 100%, efficiency criteria of 100%, and SUS score of 90. The SUS value has crossed the acceptance value of 68, while the effectiveness and efficiency are in the very effective and efficient category (>80%). Based on the evaluation result, several improvement were planned, such as increasing the button and font size, attaching portion information, and providing cooking tutorial video pages.Selama pandemi, peningkatan adopsi pola hidup sehat melalui kegiatan memasak di rumah menyebabkan sampah makanan rumah tangga meningkat secara tajam dengan persentase mencapai 37%. Salah satu solusi yang dapat diterapkan adalah menggunakan meal kit yang dapat mencegah hingga 1,24 juta ton sampah makanan per tahun. Berdasarkan survei dan wawancara, responden tertarik dengan aplikasi marketplace meal kit sebagai upaya mendukung pola hidup sehat dan reduksi sampah makanan. Perancangan aplikasi menggunakan metode interaction design lifecycle model. Identifikasi kebutuhan dilakukan dengan wawancara semi terstruktur menghasilkan 13 kelompok kebutuhan utama pembeli dan 7 kebutuhan penjual. Hasil kebutuhan yang teridentifikasi dibuat menjadi sebanyak 3 buah desain alternatif, baik untuk pembeli dan penjual. Desain alternatif yang terpilih dikembangkan menjadi high fidelity prototype bernama FoodLab. Prototipe dievaluasi dengan menggunakan task completion dan kuesioner SUS. Untuk pembeli, rata-rata kriteria efektivitas sebesar 88%, kriteria efisiensi sebesar 83,67%, dan skor SUS sebesar 80,71. Untuk penjual, rata-rata kriteria efektivitas sebesar 100%, kriteria efisiensi sebesar 100%, dan skor SUS sebesar 90. Nilai SUS telah melewati batas penerimaan sebesar 68 sedangkan efisiensi dan efektivitas berada dalam kategori sangat efektif dan efisien (>80%). Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, dirancang usulan perbaikan seperti memperbesar ukuran button dan font, menambahkan informasi porsi, dan penyediaan halaman video tutorial memasak

    Erigo is a popular local clothing brand in Indonesia. Erigo carries the concept of traveling with the theme of street style. Erigo\u27s achievements are Top Local Brand & Top Fashion Brand from the Shopee Super Awards from September 2020 to December 2020, a MURI record for selling the most shirts online within one hour and participating in New York Fashion Week 2022. From a buyer\u27s point of view, Erigo often skips things such as products that are not suitable for use, damaged, and exchanged, thus making consumers dissatisfied. The purpose of this study was to analyze the 4A marketing (acceptability, affordability, accessibility, and awareness) of the purchasing decisions of Erigo consumers at Shopee. Marketing 4A is a tool that helps marketers to align marketers’actions with the four important values that customers are looking for. This research method is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Respondents totaled 100 people with the criteria of having bought Erigo products through the Shopee e-commerce platform. The results of the f-test indicate that the independent variable has a simultaneous effect on the dependent variable. The results of the t-test show that acceptability and accessibility do not have a significant effect and affordability Erigo merupakan salah satu merek pakaian lokal yang populer di Indonesia. Erigo mengusung konsep travelingdengan tema street style. Pencapaian Erigo adalah Top Local Brand & Top Fashion Branddari Shopee Super Awardspada bulan September 2020 sampai Desember 2020, rekor MURI dengan penjualan kaus terbanyak secara daring dalam waktu satu jam, dan mengikuti New York Fashion Week 2022. Dari sudut pandang pembeli, Erigo kerap melewatkan hal-hal seperti produk yang tidak layak pakai, rusak, dan tertukar, sehingga membuat konsumen tidak puas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan analisis pemasaran 4A (acceptability, affordability, accessibility, dan awareness) terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Erigo di Shopee. Pemasaran 4A adalah alat yang membantu pemasar untuk menyelaraskan tindakan pemasar dengan empat nilai penting yang dicari pelanggan. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden berjumlah 100 orang dengan kriteria sudah membeliproduk Erigo melalui platform e-commerceShopee. Hasil uji f menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil uji t menunjukan bahwa acceptabilitydan accessibilitytidak berpengaruh signifikan dan affordabilitydan awarenessberpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Erigo di Shopee.     This study aims to explain the strategy of optimizing the human resource management function in a company, focusing on the recruitment strategy and performance assessment of expatriate employees. This study takes a case study on the placement of Indonesianexpatriates in a multinational company operating in Malaysia. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection methods used include interviews and literature studies. Interviews were conducted with expatriate employees, namely Indonesian citizens working in Malaysia. The results of the study indicate that the recruitment strategy used involves a selection process that considers cultural adaptability, international work experience, and technical competence. Expatriate employee performance assessment is carried out through target-based performance measurements that are adjusted to the local cultural context. Factors that influence expatriate performance include adaptability, interpersonal communication, and support from the company in dealing with cross-cultural obstacles. This study also identifies the main challenges faced by expatriates, such as differences in work culture,stereotypes, and language barriers, which affect their performance and interactions with local employees. Cross-cultural integration and training strategies are important elements in optimizing the human resource management function in multinational companies.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskanstrategi optimalisasi fungsi manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam perusahaan, dengan fokus pada strategi rekrutmen dan penilaian kerja karyawan ekspatriat. Penelitian ini mengambil studi kasus pada penempatan ekspatriat warga negara Indonesia di perusahaanmultinasional yang beroperasi di Malaysia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi wawancara dan studi literatur. Wawancara dilakukan dengan karyawan ekspatriat, yaituwarga negara Indonesia yang bekerja di Malaysia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi rekrutmen yang digunakan melibatkan proses seleksi yang mempertimbangkan kemampuan adaptasi budaya, pengalaman kerja internasional, dan kompetensi teknis. Penilaian kerja karyawan ekspatriat dilakukan melalui pengukuran kinerja berbasis target yang disesuaikan dengan konteks budaya lokal. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja ekspatriat mencakup kemampuan beradaptasi, komunikasi interpersonal, dan dukungan dari perusahaan dalam menghadapi kendala lintas budaya. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan utama yang dihadapi oleh ekspatriat, seperti perbedaan budaya kerja, stereotype, dan hambatan bahasa, yang mempengaruhi kinerja dan interaksi mereka dengan karyawan lokal. Strategi integrasi dan pelatihan lintas budaya menjadi elemen penting dalam mengoptimalkan fungsi manajemen sumber daya manusia di perusahaan multinasiona
