TINJAUAN HUKUM KEBIJAKAN PENGHAPUSAN TAGIHAN PIUTANG MACET PADA UMKM DI INDONESIA
This study aims to analyze the policy of eliminating bad debt bills for MSMEs in Indonesia based on Government Regulation Number 47 of 2024. This policy was initiated as a form of the government's commitment to support the sustainability of MSME businesses that are experiencing financial constraints due to bad loans. The approach used is normative juridical with descriptive-analytical specifications, where research is carried out through the study of documents and literature on primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The results of the study show that this policy has the potential to ease the financial burden of MSMEs by providing ease of settlement of bad credit obligations. However, the effectiveness of the policy is highly dependent on transparent implementation, clear mechanisms, and strict supervision by the government and relevant financial institutions. This policy also faces challenges, especially in reaching MSMEs that are classified as unbanked or unbankable. This study concludes that regulatory updates and more inclusive policy innovations are needed to ensure that the benefits of this policy can be felt by all MSME actors. The integration of financial technology (Fintech) and the improvement of financial literacy need to be optimized to support a more effective and equitable elimination of bad debts
A Bibliometric Analysis Sustainable Leadership in Higher Education
Sustainable leadership reveals the central role of leaders in balancing the three goals of economy, society, and environment and has become an important part of leadership theory research in recent years. The authors searched the literature related to sustainable leadership in higher education in the SCOPUS database. Based on the existing literature, we systematically reviewed the origins based on our predetermined criteria. And we also built an integrated analytical framework of sustainable leadership with the premise of sorting and summarizing the antecedents and consequences of sustainable leadership. Finally, we provide an outlook on the future research areas of sustainable leadership to further promote sustainable leadership research in higher educatio

The developed learning media is able to improve student learning outcomes from an average percentage of 75.9% to 84.4%. Based on the results of the description above, the android-based chemistry learning media on the reaction rate material developed is considered feasible and effective for use in chemistry learnin
PERGESERAN NARATIF DALAM KUMPULAN CERPEN PEREMPUAN BUTA TANPA IBU JARI KARYA INTAN PARAMADITHA: NARATOLOGI GÉRARD GENETTE
This study aims to analyse the short story Perempuan Buta Tanpa Ibu Jari by Intan Paramaditha using Gérard Genette's narratological approach, focusing on five main aspects: order, duration, frequency, mood, and narrative voice. Using a qualitative descriptive method with a combination of re-reading. The analysis shows that this short story uses analepsis (flashback) to build a non-linear narrative structure, creating a dramatic and immersive effect. Duration manipulation lengthens or summarises certain scenes to highlight emotional aspects and tensions in the story, while repetition of events reinforces narrative meaning and symbolism. Shifts in mood create an emotional contrast between introspective reflection and narrative tension, while the use of an autodiegetic narrator allows the reader to experience the story through the subjective perspective of the main character. Thus, the narrative techniques applied in this short story not only build a dynamic plot, but also enrich the thematic and emotional depth of the stor
IMPROVEMENT OF STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES THROUGH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF DIFFERENTIATED PROBLEM BASED LEARNING (PBL) MODEL IN GRADE VII SMP N 2 WERU
This research was driven by the low level of students’ overall mastery, which did not meet the expected learning objectives. The primary goal of the study is to enhance student learning outcomes. It is categorized as classroom action research and was conducted over two cycles. Each cycle included four phases: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. In the first cycle, the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model was applied using the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach. The second cycle involved the use of differentiated PBL, focusing on the topic of ecosystem component interactions. The study involved seventh-grade students from SMP N 2 Weru as the research subjects. The findings reveal that in Cycle I, student scores ranged from 27 to 97, with 57% achieving mastery. In Cycle II, scores ranged from 47 to 93, with mastery increasing to 77%. These results indicate an improvement in student learning outcomes following the application of differentiated PBL

I-V CHARACTERISTIC ANALYSIS OF WATER HYACINTH (EICHHORNIA CRASSIPESS) ACTIVATED CARBON BASED SUPERCAPACITOR ELECTRODE WITH CHEMICAL ACTIVATOR TYPE
To meet the urgent future energy needs, and the demand for sustainable and renewable energy resources continues to increase, electrical energy storage devices such as supercapacitors are an alternative for biomass-based electrical energy utilization. In this study, water hyacinth samples have been successfully modified into activated carbon from KOH and NaOH activators as supercapacitor electrodes. Chemical activation process using KOH solution concentrations of 3 M, 5 M, 7 M and NaOH 3 M, 5 M, 7 M, with physical activation using a furnace at 750oC produces a voltage with each concentration of 3 M, 5 M, and 7 M KOH of 1.235 V, 1.637 V, 1.715 V current 12.01 mA, 9.59 mA, 6.76 mA and 3, 5 M, and 7 M NaOH 1.012 V, 1.516 V, 1.625 current 10.59 mA, 9.53 mA, 6.09 mA which shows that there is a difference in the value of voltage and electric current in supercapacitor electrodes, with KOH samples with concentrations of 3 M, 5 M, and 7 M, overall KOH is better than the type of activator NaOH. So it can be concluded that the type of activator has a characteristic influence on the voltage and electric current in supercapacitor electrode
PENGARUH PENERAPAN MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA MATERI BANGUN RUANG SISI LENGKUNG KELAS IX SMPN 3 TONDANO
This study aims to identify whether the learning outcomes of students who learn using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model are higher than the learning outcomes of students who learn using the Conventional learning model on the material of Curved Side Spaces. This study used a posttest-only control group design. The population in this study were all grade IX students, with a sample consisting of grade IX A as an experimental class of 23 students and grade IX B as a control class of 23 students at SMP N 3 Tondano in the 2024/2025 school year. The results showed a difference in the learning outcomes of students taught with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model compared to students taught with the Conventional learning model. Based on these results, it is concluded that learning using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model can improve students' mathematics learning outcomes on the material of Curved Side Spaces
Peningkatan Keterampilan Komunikasi Siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Tengah tani Melalui Penerapan Model Cooperative Learning
This research aims to enhance students' communication skills in science education by implementing the STAD-type Cooperative Learning model. The subjects of this study were seventh-grade students at a junior high school, with the learning topics "Earth Movement in the Solar System" in cycle I and "Moon as a Satellite of the Earth" in cycle II. The study was conducted over two cycles, each involving the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The tool used was an observation sheet for communication skills, which included both verbal and nonverbal communication indicators. The results demonstrated an improvement in verbal communication skills, which increased from 39% in the pre-cycle to 77% in cycle II. Similarly, nonverbal communication skills improved from 32% to 69%. The highest improvements were seen in the ability to present discussion results (from 35% to 84%) and in body language during speaking (from 29% to 73%). It can be concluded that the STAD Cooperative Learning model effectively improves students' communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal. Additionally, this model encourages students to be more active in discussions, sharing ideas, and collaborating in groups
