    KARAKTERISTIK KARBON AKTIF BERBASIS LIMBAH PELEPAH KELAPA DENGAN VARIASI KONSENTRASI KOH SEBAGAI MATERIAL ELEKTRODA SUPERKAPASITOR

    The current energy needs are increasing due to technological advances and the increasing number of technology users. So, to solve this problem, it is necessary to make major changes and energy renewal by using alternative energy. One of the utilization of alternative energy is energy storage devices such as supercapacitors. In this study, a test was carried out on the activation of coconut stem waste as a supercapacitor electrode with variations in KOH electrolyte, namely 6M, 7M, 8M which produced voltages of 1.254 V, 1.187 V, 1.105 V and produced currents of 87.2 mA, 46.52 mA, 25.38 mA respectively. Based on the results of the study, it showed a decrease in the concentration of electrolytes 6M, 7M, 8M. So it can be concluded that different electrolytes have a significant effect on the voltage and electric current values ​​produced by the supercapacitor electrodes

    PENINGKATAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK MELALUI MODEL PBL DI KELAS VIII SMP NEGERI 2 WERU

    This study aims to increase student learning motivation through the application of Problem Based Learning (PBL) model integrated with Teaching at The Right Level (TaRL).learning. The research was conducted in class VIII-H SMP Negeri 2 Weru, Cirebon Regency using the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method for two cycles. Data were obtained through observation of student learning activities based on five indikators of learning motivation, namely perseverance, resilience to challenges, interest, success, and independence in learning. The results showed an increase in student learning motivation from the low category in the pre-cycle (31.9%) to moderate in cycle I (68.2%) and high in cycle II (81.6%). The integration of TaRL in the PBL model is proven to strengthen the active role of students in the learning process through meaningful use of technology, while the differentiation approach accommodates diverse learning needs. Thus, the application of the TaRL -integrated PBL model can effectively increase student learning motivation while supporting 21st century learning that emphasizes active, collaborative, and technology-based engagemen

    DEVELOPMENT OF POWERPOINT-BASED LEARNING MEDIA ON THE MATERIAL OF SYSTEM OF TWO VARIABLE LINEAR EQUATIONS

    The lack of utilization of teaching materials that can attract students' attention is one of the problems in mathematics education that has been identified from various sources. The aim of this study is to create a valid, practical, and effective learning resource based on PowerPoint for eighth-grade students at MTs Nurul Yaqin Tondano. This study is a research and development (R&D) type that uses the 4-D development approach (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). Evaluation by expert validators resulted in a very valid score of 91.33. Based on the responses from teachers and students, the practicality scores were 98 and 87.93, respectively, and were classified as very good. With a classical graduation rate of 81%, the created PowerPoint has met the effective criteria. In summary, the created PowerPoint is valid, practical, and effective for learning

    PREDIKSI JUMLAH MAHASISWA BARU FMIPA-K UNIMA MENGGUNAKAN MODEL REGRESI NON-LINEAR

    This study aims to forecast the number of new students in each study program within the Faculty of Mathematics, Natural Sciences, and Earth Sciences at Manado State University (UNIMA) using a nonlinear regression model, specifically a polynomial model, based on historical enrollment data from the past five years. Accurate forecasting is expected to significantly support more strategic planning in creating a better campus environment and improving the comfort of future prospective students. The data in this study were processed using Microsoft Excel software by developing a third-order polynomial model, selected based on the coefficient of determination (R-squared) as the most suitable fit for the available data. The results indicate that the number of new students in each study program at FMIPA-K UNIMA is projected to increase significantly over the next ten years. This research can serve as a valuable reference for the faculty and study programs to anticipate future enrollment trends

    IMPLEMENTASI PEMBELAJARAN AKTIF KREATIF EFEKTIF DAN MENYENANGKAN (PAKEM) DI SMP NEGERI 14 KOTA MANADO

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses implementasi pembelajaran aktif, kreatif, efektif, dan menyenangkan (PAKEM) di SMP Negeri 14 Kota Manado. Jenis Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 14 Manado, serta yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah komponen sekolah SMP Negeri 14 kota Manado, yaitu Kepala Sekolah, guru, staf administrasi, peserta didik, dan beberapa orang tua peserta didik. Pelaksanaan Penelitian dilakukan pada semester genap TA 2024/2025. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah observasi partisipatif, wawancara dan angket. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran PAKEM di sekolah SMP Negeri 14 Kota Manado masih kurang optimal disebabkan oleh masih minimnya pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam mengimplementasikan pendekatan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa secara aktif, kreatif, dan menyenangkan. Persentase pemahaman dan keterlaksanaan PAKEM di sekolah sebesar 64% yang termasuk dalam kategori cukup. Hambatan ini diperkuat oleh kurangnya pelatihan yang berkelanjutan, terbatasnya fasilitas dan sumber daya, serta budaya sekolah yang tidak mendukung inovasi pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya sistematis melalui peningkatan kompetensi guru, penguatan dukungan kelembagaan, serta perubahan paradigma pendidikan yang menempatkan siswa sebagai subjek utama dalam proses pembelajaran.               Kata Kunci: PAKEM, SMP Negeri 14 Kota Manado.   &nbsp

    UPAYA MENINGKATKAN MINAT BELAJAR PENDIDIKAN AGAMA KRISTEN MELALUI INTEGRASI MEDIA LAGU BERBASIS AYAT ALKITAB DI SD KRISTEN ARASTAMAR BONE KABUPATEN TIMOR TENGAH SELATAN

    This study aims to analyze the relationship between the implementation of Bible verse songs and the increase in interest in learning Christian Religious Education (PAK) at Arastamar Christian Elementary School in Bone. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach and correlational analysis. The research sample consisted of 32 students, taken from a population of 151 students using a sampling technique based on Suharsimi Arikunto's theory. The validity test results showed that 11 out of 15 statements on the Bible verse song implementation variable (X) and 8 out of 15 statements on the PAK learning interest variable (Y) were valid, with a correlation value ? 0.349. The reliability test showed negative results (-0.38347 for variable X and -3.09991 for variable Y), indicating poor inter-item stability. The normality test using the Liliefors test showed that the data were normally distributed. The hypothesis test indicated a positive and significant relationship between the implementation of Bible verse songs and the increase in interest in learning PAK, with a calculated t-value (68.59531) greater than the t-table value (2.042272) at a significance level of ? = 0.05. However, the correlation coefficient (-0.30641) indicates a weak relationship strength. It can be concluded that the implementation of Bible verse songs has a significant positive effect on increasing interest in learning PAK, although the correlation is weak. This study highlights the potential of song-based approaches to enhance student engagement in learning Christian Religious Education

    PENERAPAN METODE DESAIN THINKING DALAM PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM PENJUALAN BERBASIS WEB PADA TOKO MULIA PATI

    Transformasi digital telah menjadi kebutuhan bagi bisnis, termasuk UMKM, agar tetap kompetitif di pasar yang semakin dinamis. Toko MULIA Pati merupakan retail yang bergerak di bidang suku cadang otomotif, menghadapi penurunan penjualan akibat meningkatnya persaingan dan pergeseran perilaku konsumen yang lebih menyukai transaksi daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem penjualan berbasis web menggunakan metode Design Thinking untuk meningkatkan daya saing toko. Pendekatan Design Thinking diimplementasikan melalui lima tahap: empati, definisi, ide, prototipe, dan uji coba, dengan fokus pada pemahaman mendalam tentang kebutuhan dan pengalaman pengguna. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pelanggan dan karyawan toko. Prototipe yang dikembangkan mencakup fitur-fitur utama seperti katalog produk, pencarian barang, keranjang belanja, pembayaran, dan pelaporan penjualan. Pengujian kegunaan menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) menghasilkan skor 77,75, yang menunjukkan kategori "Baik" dan kegunaan yang dapat diterima oleh pengguna. Sistem ini terbukti efektif dalam menyederhanakan transaksi, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, dan memperluas jangkauan pasar Toko MULIA terutama melalui pembaruan stok secara real-time dan proses pembelian yang lancar. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan Design Thinking sangat efektif untuk menciptakan solusi digital yang adaptif dan berpusat pada pengguna yang memungkinkan UMKM seperti Toko MULIA tetap relevan dan kompetitif di era digital

    The Application of Binary Numbers in Digitalization

    Education today is driven to adapt to the demands of the modern era, particularlythrough the integration of technology into the learning process. The implementation of digital-based binary number learning provides students with a foundational understanding for developing programs, games, and even simple electronic circuits. This approach encourages students to innovate and be creative in designing technology products based on binary numbers—0 and 1. This study was conducted at SMP Cinta Kasih in Sorong City. The researcher carried out classroom observations and collaborated with the teacher to design and implement this learning model for Grade 8 students. A quantitative research method was employed. Digital-based learning was implemented using the Tinkercad application. Data were collected from students’ performance scores, which were compiled into an assessment rubric and conducted through group activities. The findings indicate that the students’ final mean score was 79.769, which falls into the “competent” category. This suggests that students at SMP Cinta Kasih possess adequate competence in applying digital-based binary number concepts

    ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS ELECTRONIC TRAFFIC LAW ENFORCEMENT (ETLE) DALAM SISTEM PENEGAKAN HUKUM DI KABUPATEN TANGERANG

    The problem of undiscipline and disobedience in driving traffic is a problem that is still faced by law enforcement officials in Indonesia. The birth of Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE) is a complementary effort in overcoming the problem of traffic order violations. So that its position does not eliminate conventional methods in direct traffic control. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of ETLE in the law enforcement system in Tangerang Regency. The method used is empirical legal research using primary data and secondary data. The results show that although the ETLE system can improve efficiency and accuracy in traffic law enforcement, its effectiveness is still constrained by several factors. The limited number of monitoring points, lack of socialization to the public, and low legal awareness of motorists are the main obstacles. Although the number of traffic violations netted through ETLE is quite significant, there is still a need for infrastructure improvement, better socialization, and an approach to form a stronger legal culture among the community so that traffic law enforcement can run optimally and sustainably

    INDONESIAN LANGUAGE FOR FOREIGN SPEAKERS (BIPA): INDUSTRY-ORIENTED MATERIAL DEVELOPMENT NEEDS ANALYSIS

    BIPA has gained significant momentum on a global scale since the Indonesian language (IL) became the official language. Due to the high demand for industry-specific material development, researchers conduct a needs analysis regarding IL as a foreign language. From the standpoint of target situation analysis, this study aims to identify the outcomes of a need analysis of foreign learners concerning industrial-oriented IL skills by utilizing a qualitative methodology through a questionnaire. A total of fifty-two people participated voluntarily. The data analysis was qualitative. The findings revealed that IL skills should be related to the industry context, which covers listening, speaking, reading, writing, and knowledge of language structure. It is also essential to reflect metacognitive strategies through the content on material development. These findings will guide the design of learning material and processes by considering the learners' needs and characteristics from the perspective of BIPA as a foreign language
