ENTERPRENEURSHIP AND KOPERASI SOCIALIZATION IN BANYU ASIH VILLAGERS FOR INDEPENDENT VILLAGE COMMUNITIES
Banyu Asih Village is a village located in Cigeulis Sub-district, Pandeglang Regency, which is located on the coastline affected by the Sunda Strait tsunami. As a result of the disaster, efforts to revive the community's economy are a joint task of all parties, people who have an entrepreneurial spirit are expected to be able to rebuild the village economy towards a more independent and developed village. This activity aims to provide understanding to the community related to entrepreneurial activities that support the potential of the village and community awareness in cooperatives to overcome capital and prevent usury and loan sharking behavior in village areas that will not solve the problem, but increase the problem. The results of this activity are expected to be able to provide business communities with understanding and motivation so that the community is able to recognize the business potential in the Banyu Asih village
RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE BIG FIVE PERSONALITY FACTOR WITH ENVIRONMENTAL INSIGHTS RELATED TO GREEN ARCHITECTURE
The purpose of this study is to provide information and find out the relationship between conscientiousness with environmental insight behavior. The method used is a survey method with correlational techniques. This research is concerned with collecting data to determine whether there is a relationship between variables and how much strength the relationship has (correlation coefficient). The sampling technique in this study uses simple random sampling. the results showed that environmentally friendly behavior will increase if the big five personality factors (conscientiousness, agreeableness, neuroticism, openness and extraversion) are also increased. Factors to improve the behavior of environmental insights related to green architecture are the Policy implication as an effort to increase openness, Theoritical implication and Research implication
HOMESTAY BUSINESS STANDARS TRAINING FOR HOMESTAY OWNER ON HARAPAN ISLAND
Harapan Island is one of the islands in Kecamatan Kepulauan Seribu Utara which is visited by many tourists. This condition encourages local residents to commercialize their residences as homestays. Homestay required to meet the standards. However, there are still many homestay owners who do not understand about business standards and do not have a certificate, therefore training is needed on homestay standards for owners. The purpose of the training is to increase knowledge about the standards of the homestay business and improve the attitude of the owner. The training was attended by 23% of homestay owners. Training materials include homestay products, services and management. Material refers to regulations regarding the standard of homestay business. The training method used is reading, material presentation, self-evaluation and discussion. The standard that has not been fulfilled is the provision of a kitchen for guests, guest identity recording, availability of price lists and development of human resources. The results of the training evaluation indicate an increase in knowledge and acceptance of homestay owners. Training evaluation showed that there was an increase in knowledge and changes in the attitude of the trainees. Training is still needed to improve the knowledge and improvement of the attitude of homestay owners
INCREASED AWARENESS OF GREEN STRATEGY TO SUPPORT THE SUSTAINABILITY OF FOOD SMEs IN SOUTH MERUYA WEST JAKARTA
The government now is always trying some efforts and policy to support competitiveness of Small and Medium Enterprise (SMEs) in Indonesia. Food SMEs is one of SMEs which the quantity is very big and spreading in various location commonly near the housing and business center. Entrepreneurs of Food SMEs is also included in the entity to get attention from the government to increase the competitiveness. Environmental dynamics and care of city community of environmental problems encourage the food’s entrepreneurs to adopt green strategy in the process of production in order to get better image so that it can contribute to the sustainability of SMEs. One approach to be adopted is green productivity strategy. Green productivity strategy tries to take care of the environment by the entrepreneur not only from the environmental benefit but also financial benefit, because production process will be operating with minimal waste and efficiency of course will produce benefit financially. This activity has the purpose to increase awareness of green strategy implementation in Food SMEs in District South Meruya West Jakarta. Conducting the activity is done in one months. The approach used is to integrate lecturing, discussion and question answer, self assessment, and simulation. To measure effectivity of the activity have deployed questionnaire pre test and post test related to ability of knowledge, assessment, and analysis of opportunity and application of green strategy in the production chain Food SMEs. The outing target of the activity is increasing the knowledge and ability of SMEs entrepreneurs about the green implementation in production activity. The results of this training show that participants are able to identify the potential of solid waste on the production process that can be processed into value-added products
SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY FOR SOCIETY TOWARDS GARBAGE FARMERS IN RT09 AND RT010 / RW03 KAMPUNG BALAKANG KAMAL KALIDERES WEST JAKARTA
RW03 Kampung Belakang, Kamal Village is a RW that BPS (Bureau of Statistics) in 2016 is declared a slum area of DKI Jakarta. While Rt 09 and Rt 10 is RT which became the focus of slums in RW03. People here work as farm laborers, laundry workers and slipper factory workers in freelance.Lack of public awareness at RT.009 and RT.010 / RW.03 Kamal Village, Kalideres Sub-district West Jakarta to live in clean and healthy environment becomes the main problem of the community. Waste contained in vacant land, drainage and roadside due to unavailability of public and private waste disposal facilities. Often leads to flooding and the incidence of unpleasant odors. Rubbish is actually a potential partner of Community. To raise the potential of garbage in Kampung Belakang, RT.009 and RT.010 / RW.03 Kamal Village, Kalideres Sub-district, West Jakarta, become a source of income and livelihood of the people there. So do change the mindset and the way people view the waste. Environmentally friendly education and waste are urgently needed.The output are 1. Recycling Clinic, 2. Fertilizer Formation and 3. Formation of Garbage Bank, through the method of handling education of handicrafts from plastic waste, making fertilizer and storing garbage in Garbage Bank. The accompaniment is carried out together with the NGOs Nyiur Budi Luhur and the Kamal Community Self-Reliance Society.Counseling activities involving volunteers from the community are appropriate, as volunteers are also part of the community. Finally, Kampung Petani Sampah in RW03 was successfully inaugurated by Kali Deres Sub-district, as well as holding a community recycling bazaar
TRACING SUSTAINABLE OF BUFFALO SLAUGHTERHOUSE BASED ON KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT
The sustainability social dimension attributes of the Ruminant Slaughterhouse management can still be felt in the Buffalo Slaughterhouse which is located in Prambatan Kidul Village, Kaliwungu District, Kudus Regency, Central Java Province. This is reinforced by the results of the Dyah-Maharani’s study (2015) which states that, the index of social dimension sustainability is 54.49 or in the category of quite sustainable. One of the attributes of leverage human interaction is illustrated by the active role of the attitude of the community of buffalo slaughterhouse business users, which is a hereditary profession. Human interaction is the attitude of tolerance and togetherness of the perpetrators of service users which shows a long history related to the spread of Islam in Kudus in the 15th century (fifteen). The strategy of humanization for worship in concrete operational and technical aspects includes respecting cattle ruminants. Until now the Kudus community still adheres to the ban on Sunan Sayyid Ja'far Shodiq Azmatkhan not to cut cattle ruminants, and as an alternative is buffalo ruminants. One of the advantages of buffalo ruminants as in the study (Aziz-urRehman, 2017) concluded that, buffalo animals, including ruminants, had a low chance (1%) of paratuberculosis before being slaughtered, so that the resulting buffalo meat would be in accordance with the criteria for Safe-Healthy-Whole-Halal)
TRAINING OF FINANCIAL GOVERNANCE FOR SMEs MEMBERS OF BUSINESS GROUP OF VILLAGE RAWA KALONG, SINDUR MOUNTAIN INCREASE IN IMPROVING FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) conducted in the home environment is one of the main sources of livelihood for residents in kalong rawa village, GunungSindurSubdistrict, Bogor, West Java.to conduct a business well of course required adequate resources such as working capital, the ability of human resources to manage its business and also the available of markets for resulting products. Skills and competence of human resources is the main factor of business continuity. How about limited working capital, a micro and small business should continue to survive. The ability to manage finance to keep the business running and meet the needs of everyday becomes a major problem in the management of micro and small businesses at home, especially when business man have problems in health,children's education or other problems that require more funds than their regular expenses. Another problems faced by business man are preparation of the cost structure and calculation of working capital because sometimes the result product must follow the store payment terms, this conditions often faced by business man.With the problem above, in this training is expected to help provide knowladge, open minded insight and improve the skills of business man to be more able to plan finance, more orderly in used of working capital so that is not eroded by household needs. So in the end can get the appropriate benefits and develop the business for the better
PROMOTING TEMPE AS INDONESIAN INDIGENEOUS FOOD AND CULTURE
Tempe is an indigenous food from Indonesia. Historical evidence show that soybean tempe originated in Central Java and appeared in the Javanese food culture around five centuries ago. Until recently, little attention has been paid to promote tempe even it contributes significantly to the nutrient intake of Indonesians and could prevent hypercholesteremia and hyperglycaemia. This activity aimed at promoting Tempe as Indonesian Indigenous food and culture; and gaining the support from professional organizations, government, community, producers and consumers in order to include tempe in the national list of intangible cultural heritage. This activity was held since 2015 till 2018. The way to promote it was through seminars, online and offline support, and competition. During the last three years, fifteen seminars on the health of tempe were done in fifteen cities covered 4500 women leaders, scientist and government officers. Information about culture and health benefit of tempe was also promoted through social media, and competition, as well as online petition. As much as 22 related professional association, central government institutions, universities, tempe producers and consumers supported written that tempe should be proposed to be national list of intangible cultural heritage; and further to be intangible cultural heritage of UNESCO. The final result of this activity was the Ministry of Education & Culture formally launched that tempe was included in the list of national list of intangible cultural heritage based on certificate number 60089/MPK.E/KB/2017. Besides, tempe also include among the five unique indigenous culture to be promoted to be and intangible cultural heritage of UNESCO
THE INFLUENCE OF COMPENSATION AND LEADERSHIP ON EMPLOYEE TURNOVER
It is necessary to do this research because of the high employee turnover in the last several years. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of compensation and leadership on employee turnover. The analysis unit of this research is the employees who have not worked in a company anymore. The population consists of 76 employees with 44 samples obtained from the use of slovin sampling technique and questionnaire as the research instrument. The method of quantitative analysis is used in this research with the tool of Multilinear Regression analysis, followed by determination analysis (R Square), partial hypothetical test (t test) and simultaneous hypothetical test (F test), alpha (error tolerance) five percents. Before spreading questionnaire, validity and reliability tests are carried out until all the questionnaires are said to be valid and reliable. To fulfill the criteria and requirements of Multilinear Regression analysis, classical assumption analysis such as normality test, homogenity test, multicollinearity test, heterocedasticity test are done first. The tool aid for data processing is SPSS version 21.0. The result of this research is that the variable of compensation in partial has a significant influence on employee turnover, whereas the variable of leadership insignificantly influences employee turnover
INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY TRAINING IN FULFILLING INCLUSIVE EDUCATION AS THE ACHIEVEMENT OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS (SDGS) POINTS 4
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) covers 17 goals with 169 measurable achievements and deadlines determined by the United Nations in 2015 as the world development agenda for the benefits of human beings and the Earth. The joint development ambition is set to be done in 2030. For the community service discussed in this article, the team focuses on the 4th goal, namely quality education. The goal ensures the quality of inclusive and equitable education, and promotes a lifetime learning opportunities for all. The practical objectives of such education include direct goals by children, teachers, parents, and the community. Such education means providing equal and fair opportunities for all disregarding their backgrounds, circumstances, economic abilities, etc., which are considered as obstacles to obtain education. The development of Information Communication Technology (ICT) has touched many fields in everyday life and is no exception for persons with disabilities. For persons with disabilities, ICT devices are widely used to support and ease the process of completing tasks and encourage creativity. The ICT training for educators and caregivers is an educational process aiming to provide sufficient understanding on the use of ICT device systems as supporting systems for completing daily tasks thus increasing productivity
