APPLICATION OF SERVQUAL TO IMPROVE LEVEL OF INDUSTRIAL SERVICE IN SOUTH MERUYA WEST JAKARTA
This activity has the purpose to give understanding and to train the ability in service industry in applying the method of service quality to improve the quality of service. Participants in this activity are stakeholders in service industry in the region of South Meruya West Jakarta those are business enterpreneur hosewives who are joined in RPTRA Mahkota South Meruya SelatanWest Jakarta. Method of training in increasing the quality of service is by using the method service quality in service industry they are: delivering material about service quality, delivering material about evaluating customer’s satisfaction with the material service quality. Participation and seriousness of the participants can be said is good enough. Result of this training is that members of Mahkota South Meruya feel satisfied and get practical knowledge about application of ServQual.

ARTWORK DISPLAY IN UILS MERUYA
Display is a channel for any artist to stay exist and sell their artwork in an exhibition. The display itself might be considered as a link and a bridge to multiple aspects and elements that are present in the exhibition room under certain intention and objective. Departing from the statement, the team of Community Service would like to educate and display the artworks of the people with disabilities in the Unit of Community Service Meruya through a training program in order to draw the purchase interest of the surrounding community toward their artworks. In brief, exhibition might be considered as a form of business meeting between the producers and the customers. SOCIALIZATION AND TRAINING ON IMPLEMENTATION OF INVESTMENT SELECTION STRATEGIES
There are only 29.66% of Indonesia population who really understand and know about financial products and services. From this number, those who truly understand the capital market are only 4.4% and those who invest in the new capital market are around 0.4%. That number is very low if we compare to neighboring countries, for example in Malaysia, the population participating invested in capital market has reached 3.8 million or 12.8%. While in Singapore 1.5 million or 30% of the population has invested in stock market and in China 100.4 million or 13.7% of the population has invested in the stock market. There are only small number of people who invested in the Indonesia stock Exchange, it means there is a big potential to increase the number of investors in IDX. All parties, not only governments and IDX must conribute to encourage people to invest in the capital market. Therefore, the community needs to be given knowledge about what types of investments can be chosen, especially those on the IDX, how to invest, how to assess the performance of the investment, and the risks that may arise
PROBLBEM SOVING AND DECISION MAKING TRAINING FOR VILLAGE OFFICIALS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF VILLAGE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT IN CIAWI DISTRICT, BOGOR REGENCY
Village finance must be managed in a transparent, accountable, and participatory manner, and carried out in an orderly and disciplined budget. For this purpose, village officials must have sufficient skills to be able to manage village finances based on good governance practices. In general, villages will experience various problems in each stage of the village financial management cycle and decisions must be made on these issues. To improve problem solving and decision-making skills, training was carried out using lecture, discussion, and simulation methods with training participants consisting of village heads, village secretaries, and heads of financial affairs or village treasurers. During the training, participants showed high attention to the material provided by the facilitators and actively participated in group discussions and simulations. The trainees also considered that the material presented was relevant to their needs and it was hoped that the knowledge gained could be applied to improve the quality of financial management in their respective village

IMPROVING THE CAPABILITY OF CONTAINER AND CHICKEN SLAUGHTERHOUSE BUSINESS IN MANAGING SUSTAINABLE WASTE RETENTION TIME
The Indonesian chicken industry is a key sector for the national economy, supplying 65% of all animal protein and employing 10% of the national labor. With the increasing business competition, it is necessary to increase the capability in managing the waste retention time generated. This study focuses on increasing the capability of the chicken slaughterhouse to manage the retention time of waste. The method used is the Multi-Dimensional Scaling (MDS) analysis to calculate The Capability of Container and Chicken Slaughtered Business in Managing Waste Retention Time. This prospective analysis is carried out to analyse the degree of strength and dependency relationships by giving a score of the level of direct or indirect influence between elements of leverage that have been generated from MDS analysis. Prospective analysis results in the form of key factorsthat form the basis of change scenario that can be achieved. The results can be concluded that the determinants factor of the Improving the Capability of Container and Slaughtered Chicken Business in managing sustainable waste retention time are: (i) Methods and ways of utilizing technology Wastewater Treatment Plant, (ii) Local Government Arrangements, (iii) Waste quantity and quality, and (iv) Financial Management
APPLYING PRINCIPLES OF GOOD GOVERNANCE AT HIGHLANDS INTERNATIONAL BOARDING SCHOOL (HIBS) MALAYSIA
Good governance is one of the factors in improving the quality of education. Some points of good governance in school are to involve all participations of school management, to ensure the use of funds appropriately, and to cooperate with school principals, teachers, and school staffs. The purposes of this program are to inform the significant use of internal communication and to encourage the school members in applying good governance in school. This study is to identify the internal communication existing, the application of good governance, and teacher’s competences. The result of this program is to deliver some comprehension and knowledge related to the awareness of good governance in which the benefits are given to the school. This study was applied at Highland International Boarding School (HIBS) Malaysia. The target program of the community service was one day-training and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) which was held at Highlands International Boarding School (HIBS) in Malaysia. The aim of this program is to gain a better management system based on good governancein its work environment. It was found that applying principles of good governance and building internal communication among school members are essential in increasing the school quality
TRAINING FOR MAKING KALANG BEVERAGE USING REED ROOTS FOR EMPOWERMENT OF PKK MOTHERS IN CAFE JLAMPRANG KELURAHAN KRAPYAK, PEKALONGAN
Pekalongan is one of the tourism destinations in Indonesia. Some cultures of Pekalongan can be developed and promoted especially in the culinary field. Pekalongan's special food and beverage offerings are one of the most potential products in attracting both local and foreign tourists. Not only because of its unique name but also because of the process of making and philosophy in a product that makes Pekalongan culinary specialties. But on its journey, Pekalongan cuisine has not been able to make the reason tourists come to visit Pekalongan. Akar alang-alang which is one of the special traditional drink ingredients of Pekalongan which is expected to be better known and available at Café Jlamprang, Krapyak Lor Village so that it can introduce Pekalongan's culinary culture more easily to the community and can embrace the young generation to get to know the Pekalongan culture. Because what is currently available are some drinks that use root-alang alang ingredients that can only be found in certain regions or in the form of instant drinks that can be found in souvenirs. In this study shows that Kalang has a unique taste and presentation. Then the production system can be done simply. Kalang has a high enough potential to be sold at Cafe Jlamprang, Krapyak Lor village so that if it is able to be developed and managed properly, efforts to preserve traditional drinks should be done not only by producers, but the government must also involve all elements of society.  
UTILIZATION OF INDUSTRIAL COMMUNITY 4.0 PLATFORM TO SUPPORT THE SOCIALIZATION OF NATURAL DISASTER MITIGATION BASED ON COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES
