INNOVATION OF NATURAL MOSQUITO REPELLENT PRODUCTS (AMUK CANDLE) AS THE OPPORTUNITY FOR COMMUNITY BUSINESS
Often the word innovation is associated with the word invention. According to Drucker (1985), Innovation is a special tool in exploiting changes in various businesses and services. He added, this innovation can be presented as a discipline that can be learned and practiced. In other words, innovation is also said to be "an idea, practice, or object that is considered new by other individuals or adoption units" (Daugherty et al., 2011; Grawe, 2009; Rogers, 1995). Meanwhile, Tidd, Bessant, Pavitt, and Wiley (1998) define innovation as the process of turning opportunities into fresh ideas and being widely used in practice. Global Entrepreneurion Monitor (GEM), reports that entrepreneurship is now the main stage in the arena of public policy in most countries. As social, environmental and economic challenges face humanity, many people believe that business has an important role to play in transforming society in the future . Entrepreneurs are considered to have a special role in innovation and bringing social change, traditionally from a macroeconomic perspective (Bosma et al, 2012). The field of innovation is very broad. The ability to develop new ideas and innovations has become a priority for many organizations. Intense global competition and technological developments have made innovation a reality a source of competitive advantage. The ability of an entrepreneur to put forward the idea of a higher value can be a source of competitive advantage. Entrepreneur that can create competitive advantage are able to increase their activities with the experience gained, by the knowledge gained, over time, it may be a source of distinctive competence in the market

Traffic accidents are one of the causes of death in the world (8th rank), and the main cause of death of young people aged 15 to 29 years. Accidents can be prevented by various technical countermeasures, this needs to be done so that unnecessary accident costs can be reduced. Against this background, it is necessary to conduct socialization early on about good and correct traffic procedures especially for young children at the elementary school level, so it is expected that our children already have the provision of information and techniques about traffic in our country
SOCIALIZATION OF PRODUCTION MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT TO IMPROVING THE MSMEs COMPETITIVENESS IN MERUYA SELATAN - WEST JAKARTA
The development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia is increasingly rapid, this requires the existence of integrated handling in order to compete in the business world. Increasing competition makes SMEs must have an effective strategy. One strategy in the field of production management is good management of maintenance. Community service activities carried out in the South Meruya attended by 24 participants, the activity took place with an explanation relating to the Socialization & Training of Maintenance Management in Production at SMEs. Material related to Production Maintenance Management and production maintenance management processes. This training is an activity related to community economic empowerment through maintenance strategy training in SMEs business competition. In order to support the economic empowerment efforts of community counseling and training on Operational Strategies in SMEs business competition through residents who live in partner villages, it will help partner citizens know how to create maintenance strategies in SMEs business competition to improve community welfare. For this reason, this activity will provide training and assistance in operational strategies in SMEs business competition, so that partners are able to apply them in managing their business activities. The outputs that are expected to be realized from this activity are: 1. Development of knowledge of operational maintenance strategies in SMEs business competition in the residents of partner villages; 2. EMPOWERING WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS THROUGH KREDIT USAHA RAKYAT (KUR) FUNDS IN CENTRAL JAKARTA
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are important contributors to economic development. However, increasing the performance of MSMEs faces many obstacles and challenges, especially in the face of competition. Lack of understanding to manage businesses, capital and difficult access to external capital are the main challenges that must be faced by MSME entrepreneurs. MSME entrepreneurs find it difficult to obtain loan capital because they do not have sufficient assets to meet the loan requirements at the bank. To overcome this problem the Government issued a policy in the form of a credit program for MSMEs with guarantees namely People's Business Credit (KUR). KUR is expected to be able to help MSME entrepreneurs to increase business capital, so that business performance can improve. The purpose of this activity is to find out the difficulties faced by women MSME entrepreneurs, increase understanding in managing businesses, and provide understanding to access KUR funds. This activity was carried out in central Jakarta with a total of 150 female MSME owners. The method used is observation, training and filling out the questionnaire. VEGETABLE CULTIVATION IN LIMITED LAND USING HYDROPONIC SYSTEM
This training is an activity related to the economic empowerment of the community through the development of limited cultivation of vegetable crops using a hydroponic system. Counseling and Training on the use of hydroponic farming methods through residents of Anggadita villages will help them know how to grow vegetables by using the system to improve community welfare. For this reason, training activity will assist in the cultivation of vegetables using the system and will be able to become an example in the cultivation of hydroponic vegetable plants. Apart from being beneficial for themselves, this behavior will at least help reduce the economic burden of the family, especially for the fulfillment of healthy vegetables by utilizing the limited land. The expected output can be realized from this activity is the development of knowledge on how to grow hydroponics in the residents of the Anggadita villages, the formation of a social care group hydroponics in the Mitra village that can increase the awareness of the community members in the cultivation of hydroponic plants
TRAINING MAKES BRANDING STRATEGY THROUGH ONLINE MEDIA FOR MICRO, SMALL BUSINESS, MEDIUM ENTERPRISES IN KEMBANGAN SELATAN VILLAGE
Micro, small and medium businesses (SMEs ) are business people engaged in various business fields, which touch the interests of the community. In Indonesia, this business is considered as an effective way to reduce poverty. From the statistics and research carried out, SMEs represent the largest number of business groups. SMEs are the largest group of economic actors in the Indonesian economy and are proven to be the safety valve of the national economy in times of crisis, as well as being a dynamic economic growth after the economic crisis. In addition to being the business sector with the largest contribution to national development, SMEs also create considerable employment opportunities for domestic workers, which greatly helps efforts to reduce unemployment. The development of information and communication technology has an impact on behavioral changes, especially consumer spending patterns, where people prefer to trade online rather than conventionally. This training is intended to improve the ability of participants in making branding strategies through online media. The invited participants were 35 people. The approach method offered to solve the problem of the target audience is the owner of a craft and food business, housewives in the Kembangan Selatan village. The results of the training evaluation revealed that participants stated that training was very useful to improve understanding regarding the effectiveness of using media online on bussiness
RIBA PROHIBITION FOR THE COMMUNITY ECONOMIC SUSTAINABILITY
This is a community service related to the development of economic society through socialization on riba and muamalah principle in the daily transaction. Nowadays, some people in Indonesia have begun to care about the dangers of riba and its impact on the economy. Muslims have believed that riba is haram. Some of them certainly can define as well as interpret the term riba. According to the perspective, Islam always encourages the practice of profit sharing and forbids riba. Ironically, there are still many ordinary people do not understand the general rules of riba. In returning the economic and monetary to riba-free system, it is necessary to learn deeply about this subject. For this reason, there is a need for socialization to the wider community to increase good understanding of the riba and get literacy about sharia finance well and certainly can be implemented in family financial planning in Indonesia.  
SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND ITS IMPACT ON SOCIETY : SPECIAL SOCIAL-ENTREPRENEURS @HIGHER EDUCATION PROGRAMME IN MALAYSIA
Social entrepreneurship is defined as activities created by an innovative social value to achieve societal needs and financial sustainability. It is a business concept that involve conducting business that does not emphasis much on profit but for the benefit of mankind. Special Social Entrepreneur @Higher Education (SSEHE) is a programme mastered by Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) that collaborated with four other universities in Malaysia. The aim of SSEHE is to get handicapped youths to get together and follow talks and discussion in order to create awareness on how they can stand on their own to make a living. The main objectives of SSEHE are transforming the mindset of the disabled youths that they can be independent by involving in entrepreneurial activities, introducing the basic entrepreneurial knowledge to the disabled youths, opening job opportunities to the disabled youths and helping the disabled youths to start and/or expand their business. SSEHE has high hope to continue this programme in the future so that disabled youths are aware that they can use their skills to make a living for themselves and their loved ones
DEVELOPMENT OF SAWARNA BEACH TOURISM OBJECT THROUGH ESTABLISHING CITY BRANDING
Sawarna Tourism Village is a tourist village in Bayah Sub-District, Lebak District, Banten. The village area is directly bordered by the Indian Ocean, and therefore, it is in a coastal area. Of 204 tourism objects in Banten Province, the charm of the beauty of Sawarna Beach tourist destination has its own magnetism fortourists. The beach beauty located in Bayah Subdistrict, Lebak is called as "Little Paradise" by foreign tourists from European and American countries and Australia particularly who like surfing. The location is far from the downtown and therefore, media access in Sawarna Village and its surroundings is relatively difficult. So far there are a few mass media whether they are print or electronic media that cover the natural beauty in Sawarna Village. This certainly affects the development of Sawarna beach tourism object as one of the mainstay tourist destinations in Banten Province. As a tourist object, Sawarna Beach is as good and attractive as similar tourist objects in Indonesia, such as those in Bali and Lombok. An important issue that Banten Provincial government should make the big concern relates to the City Branding Development. After participating in this counseling, it aims that Sawarna Villagers know and understand the importance of establishing the city branding to develop their beach tourism objects. Moreover, it is expected to empower the villagers around the Sawarna beach andtherefore, it will increase their income
