In the past, learning was only done traditionally, namely face-to-face, now the learning method can be done through online media, namely through internet intermediaries. With online media, the learning process can occur without any regional boundaries and all information can be accessed whenever we want. The purpose of this study is to provide a means for Small, Medium Enterprise (SME) and the community in an effort to increase creativity and innovation through the application of an online learning system. THE COMMUNITY NUTRITION GARDEN (POKIMAS) IN THE KINGDOM COMMUNITY OF BGBJ, BEKASI, WEST JAVA
Get PDFThe Kingdom of BGBJ or “Kingdom of the Seeds of Bantar Gebang” is a community within the Bantar Gebang Final Waste Disposal Site (TPSA) area which has an effect on the quality of public health and the environment of the area due to the lack of access to sanitation and the lack of reforestation land. On the other hand, the economic conditions and the low education of the parents make the residents around the community limited in accessing household food sources that are not in accordance with balanced nutrition. The general objective of this Community Partnership Program activity is the establishment of a Pilot The Community Nutrition Garden (POKIMAS) in the Kingdom of BGBJ, Bantar Gebang, Bekasi, West Java as a motivator for the surrounding community to participate in POKIMAS in each household. The method used in this activity adapts to the situation and conditions of the Covid 19 pandemic, training is carried out online and complete education modules are provided which will be given to all targets so that they are easy to learn independently at home. The PKM team will provide TOT (Training of Trainers) online to the core team of the BGBJ Royal Community and then the Core team is responsible for providing training to 10 POKIMAS target participants. The results and benefits that have been achieved include: increased knowledge of how to create and the importance of POKIMAS; the creation of 16 simple nutrition gardens managed by households around BGBJ which previously did not exist. Initial target of 10 POKIMAS gardens; as well as the addition of 8 participants that have nutrition gardens around the BGBJ pilot project. The program that is still running with the commitment of the BGBJ community is expected to consume vegetables and fruit from POKIMAS that are made independently by participants
TRAINING OF UNDERSTANDING SCIENCE PERSPECTIVE ON THE QURAN FOR THE INTELLIGENCE OF THE YOUNG GENERATION OF THE INDONESIAN NATION
Get PDFTraining is an educational activity to improve the ability and knowledge of a person or group of people. In this training activity, it was introduced to the millennial Muslim generation and recitation participants, regarding the development of Mathematics and Architecture in the Al-Quran. The development of Science and Architecture from time to time can be found in the Qur'an, so we can say that the Qur'an is multidimensional. Explanations and facts can be found in every dimension of human life, since the earth was created. This PPM material was obtained from the results of the study of the Qur'anic Science Perspective for the Intelligence of the Indonesian Young Generation. The method of implementing this dissemination is in two ways, namely, distributing questionnaires before and after the seminar and presenting research results. In the dissemination of the results of this study, it was carried out by showing the writings, readings, meanings of the verses of the Koran which explained the development of the space of human life from time to time. Its development can be traced from the stone age to the millennial era. So that the fostered partners understand the existence of Science and Technology in the Quran. After the training, the results of the evaluation showed that the participants were at the knowing stage and wanted to gain more knowledge. So that this training reaches the stage of getting a very good positive reaction.

In its development, BMTs face the same problems, for example problematic customers. Sometimes there is a customer who is not only having problems in one place, but also in other places. Therefore, each BMT needs efforts to coordinate in order to narrow down the movements of problematic customers. BMTs also tend to face other BMTs as competitors to be defeated, not as partners or partners in an effort to exclude people from the economic problems they face. So that it causes the level of competition that is not Islamic and will even affect the BMT management pattern. SOCIALIZATION OF THE ESTABLISHMENT OF SAVE AND LOAN COOPERATIVES IN SRENGSENG KELURAHAN WEST JAKARTA
Get PDFIn this community service activity, we collaborated with the Srengseng village in community service activities, where the Srengseng village area was still under the Kembangan sub-district, West Jakarta. Currently, Srengseng Village is led by Mrs. Hj Rusmini. After we discussed this activity plan with the Lurah, Ibu Hj. Rusmini, the kelurahan has plans in the future to form a Savings and Loans cooperative in the Srengseng village environment considering that in the area there are many people who have micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) where it is hoped that the planned formation of this cooperative will be an opportunity for the surrounding MSMEs in finding alternatives. funding their business. The targets of this community service are members of youth organizations, administrators of Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) from Srengseng Village. Considering that when this activity took place the Covid 19 pandemic was still engulfing Indonesia and even the world, therefore this community service activity regarding the training for the formation of savings and loan cooperatives was carried out in one day, which was held through a webinar in a virtual meeting room (zoom application) held by a team of lecturers. Mercu Buana University by involving Srengseng Village and South Meruya Village, Kembangan District, West Jakarta. Training activities will be carried out on February 3, 2021 starting from 09.00 to 13.00. The PPM activity on that day was attended by around 120 participants from the South Meruya and Srengseng villages. Community service activities were carried out by providing counseling for youth youth cadres, PKK women regarding the establishment of Savings and Loan Cooperatives. After attending the training, participants have more knowledge and understanding related to the formation of savings and loan cooperatives. From the webinar activity, there was also a question and answer session and discussion with participants with the implementing team, where it was concluded from the results of the discussion of the activity that a container was needed to accommodate the products of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, especially those around Mercu Buana University, especially during a pandemic like this. where their sales have decreased drastically, therefore they hope to work with the cooperative from Mercu Buana University to help sell these Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises products. At the end of the counseling event, we have provided a questionnaire to be given to the participants
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS (IPR) SOCIALIZATION OF SASAK TRADITIONAL SOCIETY’S SUBHANALE WOVEN FABRIC IN CENTRAL LOMBOK
Get PDFThis community service activity is motivated by the work of indigenous peoples in the form of Subhanale woven fabric that do not yet have intellectual property rights (copyright). With the progress of the times and the incessant amount of information, it is very necessary for the Sasak indigenous people to protect the works of indigenous peoples that already exist from generation to generation, so that this community service activity has the aim of (1) providing an understanding of the importance of maintaining their creations, (2) encouraging traditional society leaders and village officials to immediately register the intellectual property rights (copyright) of Subhanale woven fabric.This activity is a regulations socialization so that indigenous peoples know that the intellectual property rights (copyright) of their works can be protected by the government. It can be seen from the artworks owned by the Sasak people in the form of woven fabrics with the Subhanale pattern which are very popular with the public even from abroad. Because there is no intellectual property right (copyright) for the work, it is vulnerable to be claimed by other parties who are not entitled to it. The conclusion of this socialization activity received a positive response from the community, which was marked by understanding the copyright importance of their work and will immediately manage the intellectual property rights (copyright) with support from local academics and other related parties so that indigenous peoples get legal recognition of their artworks
BATIK PRODUCT INNOVATION THROUGH COLOR THEORY IN DESIGN AS A FORM OF PRODUCT DIVERSIFICATION
Get PDFThe purpose of Bina UMKM Batik is to provide training on the technique of mixing and matching (composition) colors, motifs and other materials (plastic) with batik waste produced by SMEs in order to produce batik products that are attractive in terms of color composition. As well as helping MSMEs in reducing the waste of batik cloth produced. The form of utilization of Batik waste will be the use of unused cloth from the rest of batik production which has been made in the form of patchwork in various sizes, colors and motifs characterized by Pekalongan batik. These materials will be designed by taking into account the type of product to be made, the materials used and the color composition to be used in the design of batik products such as bags, chair cushions and table ware sets. It is hoped that from this training, Batik SMEs can utilize the remaining batik cloth waste and reduce waste from existing batik and can produce product diversification that has design value and economic value. The process of making products will gradually be documented with videos so that MSMEs can follow how to produce products that have been designed. And product prototypes that have been made will be used as examples by MSMEs so that they can follow the design and quality standards of the products that have been made
DESIGN WEBSITE AND MOBILE APP WITH E-COMMERCE AND DIGITAL MARKETING OF MICRO SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES (MSMEs) HYDROPONICS IN BANDUNG CITY
Get PDFCurrently, most of the small business in Indonesia are in struggle because of Covid 19 Pandemic so the government encourage any activity to help Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in any provinces. Beside it, certain hydroponic communities surrounding city of Bandung were formed in purpose to enlarge the activities of the planting and harvesting of hydroponic media. Some prefer to think it as a hobby by planting them in the front or back of their home but other members want to develop a small hydroponic industry such as MSMEs. One that is being developed is the MSME group located in Cileles Village, Jatinangor District, Sumedang Regency, West Java. Although Sae Garden Farm hydroponic business has reached the stage of producing tens of thousands of vegetable plants per month, they cannot regularly supply them successfully to their customers. In fact, they need an online site that can promote and sell their products. In addition, this business requires better management of information systems known as a digital marketing. Our plan is to assist Sae Garden Farm SMEs to create a website, a mobile application and continue it with digital marketing. Our first stage will be to build a website followed by building an Android-based application (Mobile App) and it will be combined with strong Digital Marketing which can later be continuously developed by Sae Garden Farm SMEs. We hope that in the future various Hydroponic communities throughout Greater Bandung can work together so that through this community development activity, many people will benefit in the middle of the Pandemic of Covid-19
DISSEMINATION OF DOCUMENTARY STAMP TAX BASED ON THE NEW LAWS IN SOUTH MERUYA

Documents that are subject to stamp duty are documents made as a tool to explain an event of a civil nature and documents used as evidence in court. The imposition of this Stamp Duty is based on the law established by the government, namely Law No. 13 of 1985. After 35 The year the government replaced the law on Stamp Duty with a new regulation, namely Law No. 10 of 2020, which came into effect on January 1, 2021. In this new law, several changes are adapted to the situation, good socioeconomic condition, law, and information technology. Because it is a new law, some people are not aware of any changes to this law.For this reason, it needs to be disseminated so that people are aware and able to use Stamp Duty by the provisions of the new law. The dissemination was carried out by the lecture method online using the Zoom application. The results can be seen from the questions given to the participants, which can be understood by the participants and answered correctly. This dissemination can further raise public awareness to know and understand the new regulations related to stamp duty
COACHING OF CREATING MANGROVE FOREST MOTIF MUARA GEMBONG AS A SOURCE OF BEKASI BATIK MOTIF IDEAS
Get PDFBekasi Regency has beautiful sea views and the existence of a stretch of mangrove forest, namely in Muara Gembong. Currently, Bekasi Regency does not have a typical Bekasi Regency motif as a regional characteristic. The potential of the mangrove forest can be used as a theme in the creation of a distinctive Bekasi motif design. The purpose of this community service is to create new, unique, creative, and innovative batik motifs based on the theme of the Muara Gembong mangrove forest, Bekasi, through graphic design training for students of Tunas Jakasampurna Vocational High School, Bekasi. The method of community service uses the Direct Coaching & Monitoring method. Of the nine students who were trained, one of the best designs was selected to be used as a sample in prototype training through screen printing technology and direct to the garment in the form of batik cloth and various forms of products. The results of this community service are expected to be Vocational High School students as motivators for Bekasi Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) products and even encourage the creation of new products from Bekasi MSMEs.
