FOOD LABELING AND GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES TRAINING FOR REGION IV-BANTEN “LEMBAGA BARISAN MUDA WIRAUSAHA INDONESIA” CULINARY ENTREPRENEURS
Get PDFThe partner in this activity were the Culinary Entrepreneurs of the Region IV-Banten “Lembaga Barisan Muda Wirausaha Indonesia”. Most of the total members of the Region IV-Banten “Lembaga Barisan Muda Wirausaha Indonesia” are engaged in the culinary industry. However, only a small number already have food registration certificate from local health department and National Food and Drug Agency (BPOM). One of the requirements for applying for food registration certificate is to obtain a Food Safety Counseling certification of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). The solution offered in this activity is to provide offline and online training through Zoom meetings media regarding the food labeling and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) training so our partner can apply food registration certificate easily. Due to the pandemic conditions, the proposing team carried out activities offline and online. Offline activities are carried out by adhering to health protocols. The methods used in this activity were socialization of food registration certification regulations to the partners, and training on labeling of processed food products, training on good manufacturing practices (GMPs), and evaluation of the training provided. The socialization activity was carried out on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at the Ar Rahman Training Center BSD-South Tangerang. The results of the evaluation showed that the training participants increased their knowledge about food labeling and GMP by 88%

Get PDFIn this study, the author discusses the case of hate speech on Instagram social media using four sources whose identities are kept secret. This hate speech originated from sources who did not like the nature or physical characteristics of certain public figures such as Kekeyi, Young Lex, and Nissa Sabyan. These public figures become hate speech target on social media, especially at Instagram. Otherwise, they still famous and have a lot of fans and many haters. There are external and internal factors that encourage sources to utter hate speech. The theory used is the neutralization technique popularized by Sykes and Matza who say that violators can ignore moral and social sanctions to commit criminal acts. Origins of the theory roots form delinquency, but in this paper we use it on cyber hate. Offenders, as an individual who subscribes generally to the morals of cyber society but who is able to justify his own delinquent behaviour through a process that we called “neutralization”. The method used by the researcher is descriptive qualitative. The results obtained from this study are that there are neutralization techniques used by the resource persons such as denial of responsibility, denial of victim, denial of injury, appeals to higher loyalties and condemnation of the condemners

The background of this activity is because partners still do traditional promotions with Word of Mouth Marketing, print with brochures, promotions by looking for resellers, and cooperate with companies with the help of brokerage services commonly referred to as third people in marketing and sales. So the solution offered is to help partners create social media to conduct promotions and create e-commerce accounts to make online sales. The purpose of this activity is to change the pattern of businesses from traditional to digital marketing models by utilizing digital technology. DEVELOPING MARKETING STRATEGY BASED ON ENGINEERING MENU AT AGENG RESTAURANT, TEBET DISTRICT, SOUTH JAKARTA
Get PDFAgeng Restaurant is one of the restaurant in Tebet district of South Jakarta that serves many varian menus. A good menu can be seen from the level of sales and ability to provide benefits or the level of popularity and profitability. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the engineering menu to obtain the right marketing strategy. The method of this research was a case study. The data was analyzed by descriptive analysis which includes analysis of contribution margin and analysis of popularity index, menu classification and SWOT analysis. The Analysis on 53 menu items for 6 months show that in menu’s divided into stars’ category (13 menu’s), plowhorses category (22 menu’s), puzzles category (7 menu’s) and dog category (11 menu’s). Based on category, Ageng’s Restaurant develop Marketing strategy. Menu with star classification is a good featured menu. For this group, Ageng Restaurant needs to maintain the quality of the menu, so that it remains an idol for customers. Menus classified as plowhorses can be improved by increasing the selling price. It can be done by innovating so that it can increase the selling price. But do not increase the selling price too high, because it can affect popularity. Menus with puzzles classification can be improved by doing more promotions and give discounts or making it as a recommended menu for customers. Menu with dogs’ classification the management needs to improve the menu again in terms of taste, appearance, portion, price, quality and can innovate the menu using the same basic ingredients. The last step that can be done is to delete the menu in this category and replace it with a new menu

Is to provide knowledge and facilitate the preparation of simple reports so that businesses can be funded by third parties because financial reports show the accountability of these SMEs. The training method applied is face-to-face, and direct training by being given a financial report form with SAK EMKM standard. Direct guidance to 40 SMEs participants by means of 2 sessions to avoid participants being too crowded. The results of the service are expected that all SMEs in Banyuresmi Village who take part in the training have accountable records and reports that can be used in all administrative processes including funding by third parties such as banking and others
IMPROVING THE SKILLS OF HOUSEWIVES IN ASSESSING COOKING OIL WASTE IN SUKARAPIH VILLAGE

Cooking oil used in cooking activities does not always run out in one use. The use of cooking oil that many times can harm human health. Throwing the remaining cooking oil into the environment will cause environmental damage. This happens because cooking oil contains a lot of fat which can interfere with the growth/metabolism of biota/microorganisms in nature. It is necessary to make efforts to utilize the waste cooking oil by reprocessing it both as a useful product and with economic value, such as hand washing soap. Partners in this activity are a group of PKK women who work as housewives with a lower middle socioeconomic level and the education level of which depends on the income of the head of the family. The solution offered in this activity is to provide training on how to make hand washing soap from cooking oil waste and to assist the efforts of PKK women in taking advantage of the business opportunities of making hand washing soap. Efforts to improve the skills of PKK women to utilize cooking oil waste, besides being able to minimize the negative impact of cooking oil waste, also open up business opportunities in producing hand washing soap
QUALITY OF EDUCATION FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

Through education, the community members will have a sense of equality when it comes to development. The Malaysian Ministry of Education have come out with the Malaysian Education Blueprint for both the primary schools and higher education and have incorporated SDG 4 in its strategic plan. This paper will discuss some of the initiatives taken by the Ministry of Education and also selected Foundations in achieving SDG 4. It has been shown that these initiatives do offer a positive impact to achieve Quality Education. This paper concluded that when children are offered the tools to develop to their fullest potential, they become productive adults and are ready to give back to their communities and break the cycle of poverty

The demand for high-protein fish makes farmers have to think about the best way to produce as much fish as possible. Factors to consider are feed, environmental quality and harvesting process. In the care of value fish, it is necessary to have a process of feeding fish. The distribution of feed must be given evenly so that the growth of fish is evenly distributed. The pH level in fish maintenance must be considered so that fish. In terms of harvesting usually requires a lot of manpower, in this study an automatic system for harvesting fish is made. With the help of microcontroller and telecommunications technology can be applied in the cultivation process. Arduino is used as the main processor using two microcontrollers, namely Arduino UNO and NodeMCU directly integrated into smartphones, which makes it easy for farmers to control the quality of their livestock products. Two microcontrollers connected by serial communication. The Blynk application as a user interface for monitoring and controlling so that this tool can make farmers not spend a lot of energy farming process

Get PDFAdolescence is a phase of significant growth. This phase is also a form of transition to adulthood so that it must be properly prepared for its nutrition and health for optimal growth. The forms of nutritional problems that occur in adolescents are stunting, malnutrition and overweight/obesity. One of the factors causing nutritional problems that occur in adolescents such as low knowledge about nutrition and physical activity. The purpose of the research is to increase the knowledge and awareness of adolescents about the importance of physical activity and the application of balanced nutrition. The research sample was 82 students of SMPIT Nurul Fajri in grades 7c and 7d. We motion contains interactive online educational activities, games, and the provision of interesting pocket books in the form of e-books that
can be accessed at any time. The results showed that knowledge of physical activity in the good knowledge category continued to increase, namely at the pre-test 29%, mid-test 48% and post-test 78%. In the knowledge of balanced nutrition, it also continued to increase in the good knowledge category at 32% pre-test, 43% mid-test and 73% post-test. And in knowledge about obesity, it increased in both categories, namely 66% pre-test, 40% mid-test and 72% post-test. The conclusion is that the We motion (Move and Nutrition) program: Movement to Familiarize Sports and the Application of Balanced Nutrition During the Pandemic Covid-19 can increase the knowledge of SMPIT Nurul Fajri students about balanced nutrition and physical activity.
