How to Handle “O + Chinese-Derived Words” in Elementary Japanese
Get PDF「待遇性接頭辞」の「お」と「ご」とその使い分け方法については，従来から問題点の存在が指摘されてきた。おおかたの研究の示すところは，その使い分けの要諦を「お，ご」に後接する語彙情報に拠るとするもの（「語種原則」）であったが，そこで生じる問題として「お，ご」と後接する語種とのミスマッチをどのように説明するかという点があった。本稿はこれに対して，「お＋漢語」「ご＋和語」の問題を含めて研究史を概観し，学術的にも日本語教育分野においても「語種原則」が浸透している現状について考察した。次に，「語種原則」に代わる可能性を持つ新たな説明項を模索する研究潮流について論じた。そして，それらの説明項（本稿では「解釈要素」とした）を初級日本語教育に応用することが可能かどうかを日本語教科書の「漢語語彙」を実際に検証することで考察した。departmental bulletin pape

Study on high speed calculation of electromagnetic simulation by FDTD method using FPGA
Get PDFTo understand the change of electromagnetic effect quickly due to parameter change, high speed calculation of FDTD method is studied. In this study the FPGA (field programmable gate array) which is a programmable hardware logic circuit is employed to calculate iterated calculation part of FDTD method. Get PDF「音声言語」に頻出する「縮約形」は，二次的ではあるが「文字言語」にも出現する。本稿は，その「文字言語」に現れる「縮約形」の分析研究を概観したのち，「韻文」領域の一分野である「川柳」を対象に，その句中に現れる「縮約形」の特徴を，他の「文字言語」ジャンルにおける先行研究との比較を通して考察し，「川柳」の「縮約形」は，縮約の音声過程のうち「音量の減少（音の長さの短縮）」型の使用に大きな特徴があることを述べた。また，その現象が，「川柳」に際立つものなのか，「口語性」を持つ他の「文字言語」メディアにも共通するものなのかを検証したところ，前者の傾向が強いものの，一部の縮約形では，後者にも多数の用例が現れることが明らかになった。また，「音量の減少（音の長さの短縮）」型についての他の韻文ジャンルとの比較を通して，短詩型文学の口語性の序列について論じた。
最後に，「川柳」縮約形の持つ特徴と意味を，字余りを避ける単なる定型の維持ではなく，「諧謔」や「余韻」のような言語文化的特徴を担う要素と捉えることの妥当性についても言及した。departmental bulletin pape

A List of Historical Materials Related to International Students at Seijo School : Personal Information Protection Law and Historical Materials
Get PDF戦前の成城学校（現成城中学校・高等学校）に1900年前後に留学した留学生（主として中国人）に関する史料を，整理し，作成した目録を公開するものである。成城学校は1880年代に開校したが，当初陸軍士官学校の予備的教育機関となっていた。日清戦争に敗れた中国では，勝利した日本に軍事留学することが奨励された。成城学校はその受け入れ機関の一つであり，留学生から後の東アジア史に名を留めた軍人や政治家が多く出た。このため当時の史料は重要な歴史的価値を持つ。本稿はこれらをふまえて，当時成城が留学生受け入れの機関となった経緯と，成城に残された史料発掘の経緯に触れ，公開に至るまでの条件に関する合意事項を確認した上で，作成した目録を公開する。departmental bulletin pape

The Impact of Fiscal Decentralization on Regional Economic Growth and Regional Income Disparity in Indonesia
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the impact of fiscal decentralization on regional economic growth and also investigate its influence on regional income disparity, particularly among regencies and municipalities in West Sumatra Province during the period from 2011 until 2017. The panel data model is applied on this study involving 19 (nineteen) regencies and municipalities in West Sumatra Province. As the results, fiscal decentralization which devolves the authority to collect local own revenue (PAD) prove not to promote distinguishable regional economic growth and also it contributes positively to regional income disparity. Conversely, the combination of local own revenue and intergovernmental transfer affect the positive contribution to regional economic growth and also narrowing the gap of regional income disparity. This research suggests that the intergovernmental transfer as an implication of the fiscal decentralization is still required by the regional government (cities and regencies) to support their financial resources, particularly in West Sumatra Province case. Moreover, allocating more budget on capital expenditure exhibits beneficial result to increase regional economic growth.departmental bulletin pape
