A Study of the Process of Developing Students' Early Childhood Practitioner Identity : Investigation from Mock Childcare Practice
Get PDF本研究は,保育者養成課程の学生の,保育者としてのアイデンティティの確立の契機の1つである模擬保育の効果について検討した。女子短期大学生を対象に模擬保育を実施し,その後に行った質問紙調査を分析した。「保育者志望の高まり」「自信の獲得」を指標に保育者アイデンティティの確立傾向にある学生と拡散傾向にある学生とを抽出し,それぞれの特徴を分析した。その結果,保育者アイデンティティの確立傾向にある学生は保育に対する向上心が強く,明確な保育者像を持って模擬保育に臨み,実践に対する自己評価が高いことが示された。これらの結果をふまえ,学生の保育者アイデンティティの確立と,それを促す模擬保育の授業運営のあり方について議論した。This paper is a study on the effect of mock childcare practice, which gives practitioner trainees an opportunity to obtain a type of early childhood practitioner identity. The analysis, based on two indicators, "a growing desire for a career in early childhood education," and "acquisition of self-confidence," attempts to discover which traits students with a more positive tendency toward the achievement of early childhood practitioner identity possess, and which traits students with a more diffusion tendency possess. The analysis shows that students with a developing early childhood practitioner identity have a stronger desire to further develop their childcare skills, participate in mock childcare sessions with a clear professional image, and evaluate their own practice efforts highly. Based on the results of our questionnaire, we discuss the importance of students developing such a clear early childhood practitioner identity, particularly through improved management of class sessions in which students participate in mock childcare practice
Research on Regional Difference of Human Movement : Analysis of Human Movement Difference According to the Construction of Road, Port, and Airport in the Last Decade
Get PDF社会基盤整備に関しては近年、その整備効果が下降傾向にあるといわれるが地域やエリアによってその効果も異なると考えられる。特定の社会基盤を整備した場合に、その整備効果のうち供用による効果(ストック効果)を測定するにあたって、地域別の影響をみる必要がある。この場合、地域別の交易、移動は、各エリアの経済的なポテンシャルが関係しており、時間経過に応じて変動している。ここでは国内地域を9エリアとして、各エリアに投入された社会基盤のうち道路、港湾、空港に関する過去10年間にわたる供用に伴う人流の変化を分析し、それぞれのエリア別人流の発着量を分析することによってその変化要因を解析することを研究目的とする。分析の結果、時間的経過によって、地域と分野によりその離発着量にかなり差があることが明らかになった。Capital investment multiplier effect in the social infrastructure has been declining steadily over the last decade. Investment in construction of transportation facilities should be investigated beforehand to determine their actual value to the area in terms of stimulating the economy through construction and to the usefulness of the finished work. In this case, mutual trade and transportation are related to their regional economical potential with data changing over time. This report tries to investigate each human movement in 9 area, especially roads, ports, and airports of Japan.
