A Study of the Effects of Bringing Collages into Career Education : Career Education for Junior High School Girls
Get PDF本研究では、中学 1年生57名を対象としたキャリア教育の指導案の作成を試み、職業知識や職業に対する意識の向上が見られるかどうか検討することを目的とした。
具体的には、情報活用能力の単元を扱う授業において、単に職業調べを行うのではなく、コラージュを導入し、コラージュ作品をもとにしてグループで職業に対する話し合いをするというグループ内発表の促進効果を期待した指導案を立案した。授業前後には、進路成熟態度尺度を実施し、授業の効果を検討した。
その結果、授業後に、将来の職業や就職に対する意識、職業に関する興味や関心、職業選択の重要性への認識が高まり、本研究の目的が達成できたと言えた。The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of bringing collages into career education for the first graders in a junior high school. First, the teacher asked students to select a collage to learn a job. Next, the teacher divided the students into several groups and asked them to talk about various jobs based on the collages. A "Career Maturity Attitude Scale" questionnaire was implemented before and after the learning. The results show that their awareness/interest toward their future career and their consciousness about the importance of their career choice changed positively after the lesson
Returning "Nature" in D.H.Lawrence's The Rainbow:History, Myth, Bildungsroman
Get PDFThis paper is to discuss The Rainbow written by D.H.Lawrence. In Chapter 1, I argue against a Maxisist’s critical essay which points out the lack of history in Lawrence’s apparently historical novel. In Chapter 2 I shed light on a possible feminist reading for The Rainbow especially in the postmodern age. In both chapters "myth"-the Marxist’s very target of criticism-is shown to return, through the private sphere of man-woman relationships, and relativize "modern" framework of telling history. In Chapter 3, I discuss the language characteristics of The Rainbow in relation to what I have clarified in Chapter 1 and 2

Development of the Method of Guidance for Theme Study on Natural Environments in High School Biology 2 Class
Get PDF本研究では、生物2の分野における「自然環境についての課題研究」の単元において、生徒たちが身のまわりの自然環境に対して興味や疑問を持ち、生物学的に探求する態度や方法を身につけることを目的とした、計6時間の学習指導案を立案した。本研究で立案した学習指導案は、以下の点において新規性・有用性があると考えられる。
1．生物2「自然環境についての課題研究」において、一単元の「教師用の指導用ガイド」を作成した。
2．自然環境の「土壌」を測定する手法を開発し、身近な材料を用いた測定ツールを製作した。
3．調査対象に「土壌」を取り上げることで、より身近な環境に目を向けさせるとともに、生徒自身で取り組むことができる、より簡便な採取作業・調査方法を提示した。In the present study, educational guidance of six hours was developed to induce an interest in the natural environment around them and acquire techniques and attitudes for exploring biological issues as part of "Theme study on natural environment", in high school Biology 2 class.
The educational guidance examined in the present study is novel and significant in the following ways:
1. In Biology 2, "Theme study on natural environment", one-unit "Instructional guide for teachers" was developed.
2. A technique for measuring soil in the natural environment was developed and measurement tools were prepared using familiar materials.
3. By focusing on soil as a research objective, more convenient sampling and investigational methods were developed to allow students to examine familiar environments on their own

Developing Teaching Materials by Focusing on the Hometown around "Higashiyama"
Get PDF新しい学力が、学校教育法及び学習指導要領で示された。子どもたちの「主体的に学習に取り組む態度」をバネにし、授業では「習得 活用 探究」を柱とした問題解決的な活動に取り組む。その問題解決活動の中で、教師は、子どもたちにこれまで培ってきた「思考力・判断力・表現力等」の能力を活用し、さらにいっそうのこれら能力の向上を図るという主旨である。本稿では、こうした考えを元に、現代世界の喫緊の課題となっている「地球環境の持続的発展」を目指すべき最終目標として設定し、本学の地元である大船の教材化を試みた。「地元」というのは「身近な地域」である。そして、大船を愛する「故郷意識」の育成が、学習の核として必要であると考えた。これまで、身近な地域である大船についてはあまり詳しい研究がなされてきたとは言い難い。本稿では、大船を地元として想定し、子どもの問題解決活動をとおした身近な地域学習の在り方を探った。この問題解決のために、地元の人たち始め多くの人の知恵を借りたが、実際は難解を極め、不十分な調査結果に終わっている。また、「風景としては横浜方向へ展開するよりは玉縄方向へ向かうのが昔も今も地元(大船地域）の目線だと思います」という指摘ももらった。そのため、この論文の続編として、玉縄から見た東山を今後調査研究したいと考えている。Learning ability has been newly defined in the recent School Education Law and the Course of Study Guidelines by the Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. Based on "intrinsically motivated attitudes," students should be engaged in problem-solving activities with the steps "acquisition - application - investigation." In problem-solving activities, abilities such as "thinking skills, judgement skills, and expressive skills" are practiced and cultivated. Given these guidelines, this paper attempts to develop teaching materials about Ofuna, where the author's school is located, in the ultimate hope of promoting "sustainable development of the global environment," which is a critical issue worldwide. Hometowns are where we feel we belong, and thus fostering a hometown-caring mentality with regards to Ofuna can become a core of learning. Studies about Ofuna as a hometown have rarely been seen. By defining and using Ofuna as a hometown for students, this paper explores the basics of hometown learning through problem-solving activities
