Life Consciousness and Future Outlook of Middle-aged Women: A Preliminary Study on Consciousness of Loss and Acquisition
Get PDF40歳〜60歳代の中年期女性50名に質問紙調査を実施し、 現在の生活状況、 生活意識の実態について把握し、 将来展望との関連を検討した。 さらに、 これからの人生で 「失うもの」 と 「得るもの」 に対する意識を自由記述により把握し、 その内容の分析から、 喪失感と獲得感について検討した。 その結果、 現在の暮らし向き、 健康状態、 主観的幸福感は、 ポジティブな時間的展望と有意な関連を示した。 「喪失」 と 「獲得」 の内容は、 心身の機能、 家族を含めた人間関係、 時間、 仕事・経済力、 自己の内面的な変化に大別された。 これからの先の人生について、 「喪失」 と 「獲得」 の両者を含んだ将来展望を抱いていることが確認された。We conducted a questionnaire survey on 50 middle-aged women aged ≧40 years to analyze the relationship between life consciousness and future outlook. The contents of the consciousness of loss and acquisition in the remainder of the subjects’ lives reported in free response format were also investigated. Current life circumstances, health status, and subjective well-being were significantly related to a positive time perspective. Regarding future outlook, subjects had both consciousness of loss and acquisition

Get PDF肥満解消に植物性化学物質 (フィトケミカル) が有効であることが示唆されている。 そこでマウス脂肪細胞へソバ含有のルチンを作用させ、 悪玉アディポサイトカインである PAI-1 産生を測定した。 ルチン添加で濃度依存的に PAI-1 mRNA 発現量の増加が認められたが、 分泌量およびその活性の減少には有意差を認めなかった。 一方ルチンによる脂肪分解酵素発現は、 用量依存的に増加した。 この結果はルチンが貯蔵脂肪分解に有効であると考えられ、 4 〜 8 時間のルチン曝露による PAI-1 活性は抑制傾向であったことから、 ルチン摂取量や摂取間隔を検討し、 食生活にソバを積極的に取り入れることは健康増進に意義があると考えられた。Phytochemicals have been suggested to be effective for reducing obesity. Rutin, a phytochemical, was added to murine adipocytes, and the production of plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1, an adipo-cytokine), and lipoprotein lipase were measured. The addition of rutin resulted in both a dose-dependent increase in the expression of PAI-1 mRNA and a dose-dependent increase in the expression of lipoprotein lipase mRNA in the adipocytes; however, no change was observed in the secretion or activity of PAI-1. These results suggest that rutin may be effective for reducing body fat, and thus foods containing rutin should be included in the diet

Classification of Several Commercial Teas According to Tastes
Get PDF市販の500mL ペットボトル入りミルクティー ( 6 社 8 種) を用いて、 官能評価の結果を、 商品解析に用いられているプロダクト・マッピングの手法に応用し、 味の特徴について系統的に分類することを試みた。 さらに、 商品の販売数と商品の味の特徴とに関連性が見いだせるかどうかを検討した。 この結果、 商品の味を、 「甘さ」 が強いか 「苦さ」 が強いかの軸と、 「紅茶風味」 が強いか 「ミルク風味」 が強いかの軸の 2 軸で考えることで、 系統的に配列できる可能性が示唆された。 また、 販売数と商品の味との関連は低く、 広い味の範囲で好まれていると考えられた。Several commercial milk teas served in 500 mL plastic bottles were attempted to be classified according to tastes. The tastes of milk teas were tended to be correlated with 2 indexes, which were, the index of between sweetness and bitterness, and between milk flavor and tea flavor. The results suggested that commercial teas can be systematically classified according to these 2 indexes. However, the sales of these teas were not associated with their tastes, teas with various tastes seem to appeal many people
