Psychoeducation of Social Media Use in Adolescence: Psikoedukasi Penggunan Media Sosial di Masa Remaja
Get PDFSocial media has become an integral part of adolescent life. While it offers benefits in terms of communication and self-expression, unhealthy usage can negatively impact adolescents’ mental and social well-being. This psychoeducation program aims to raise awareness among teenagers about the effects of social media and provide strategies for healthy and responsible use. The program was conducted using an educational and interactive approach at SMP Negeri 2 Muara Batu, including lectures, group discussions, and case simulations. Evaluation results showed an increased understanding among students regarding the dangers of cyberbullying, social media addiction, and the importance of protecting digital privacy. Psychoeducation proved effective as a preventive tool to promote healthy social media behavior among adolescents
Hubungan antara Self Awareness dengan Kedisiplinan pada Siswa SMA Kabupaten Aceh Utara
Get PDFThis aims to determine the relationship between self-awareness and discipline in North Aceh Regency students. The research method used is a quantitative method with a correlational research type. Data was obtained through self-awareness and discipline questionnaires. The subjects in this study were three hundred and eighty eight high school students who were obtained using cluster sampling techniques. Data analysis used Spearman\u27s rho and the results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0.647 with a significance of 0.000. So it can be concluded that the higher the student\u27s self-awareness, the higher the student\u27s discipline. Self-awareness helps students to be more disciplined. High self- awareness tends to create a value system within a person, so that he can reflect on himself and behave positively in accordance with established rule

Get PDFThis research aims to determine differences in academic procrastination in terms of gender among students at school. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a comparative research design which aims to determine differences in academic procrastination based on gender. Data was obtained through an academic procrastination questionnaire based on the theory of Ferrari et al. The subjects in this study were two hundred and twenty-two students, of which there were one hundred and eleven men and one hundred and eleven women, who were obtained based on a simple random sampling method in which sample members from the population were taken randomly without having to pay attention to the existing strata. The research results show a significance of 0.000<0.05, namely Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that there are differences in academic procrastination based on gender. This is because male students are more likely to engage in academic procrastination than female students

Get PDFThis research aims to determine the description of self-adjustment in adolescents in orphanages in Lhokseumawe City, using a descriptive quantitative research method with data analysis. Data were obtained through a self- adjustment scale questionnaire. The research subjects were one hundred and forty-six adolescents living in orphanages with the subject selection technique in this study amounting to one hundred and forty-six subjects using the quota sampling method. The results of the study showed that self-adjustment in adolescents in orphanages in Lhokseumawe City was in the good category (49.3%), meaning that adolescents living in orphanages could adjust well by building harmonious relationships, being able to follow every applicable regulation, being able to solve problems, and being able to respond quickly to their surroundings

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the description of self-control in Korean drama lovers at Malikussaleh University, the research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, namely using univariate analysis by describing self-control based on aspects. The subjects in this study amounted to three hundred and eighty-five students obtained based on the incidental sampling method. The results showed that most Korean drama lovers at Malikussaleh University had low self-control of 56.6%, meaning that some Korean drama lovers at Malikussaleh University still do not have good self- control, then in measuring self-control the highest aspect is behavioral control, meaning that individuals are able to control all behaviors, adapt to place something positive, while the lowest is thought control, meaning that individuals are still unable to control and think carefully before doing something and decision-making control, meaning that respondents are still unable to control themselves regarding the decisions taken

No full textThis study aims to describe career planning among modern Islamic boarding school students in Lhokseumawe City. The method used was quantitative with descriptive analysis to provide a systematic overview. The career planning scale reliability test result was 0.917. Data were obtained through questionnaires based on Dillard’s (1985) aspects, using the cluster random sampling method. The results showed that most students had a high level of career planning, namely 174 students (46%), while those in the low category were 164 students (43.4%). This means that most students were good at setting future career goals, able to choose their desired career paths with consideration, and actively sought information about their desired jobs. Gadgets also make children get carried away by the impact and influence on their behavior so that many problems occur in the aspect of bad behavior. Children\u27s souls are playing, of course, with the presence of gadgets, it has a huge impact on their growth and development. The majority of people spend a lot of time using gadgets every day. This is what happened to children in Bangka Jaya Village where the influence of gedget was very large. This is also inseparable from the role of parents towards their children. The implementation of community service in Bangka Jaya village, Dewantara district, North Aceh Regency is related to these problems. Therefore, the implementation of this PkM activity is expected to be able to improve the character of children who are virtuous and have good intelligence and mentality. This needs to be built in providing room for actualization for children but under parental control, including in the use of gadgets. In addition, the role of teachers and also the community is needed to support externally or positive support from outside the home. So Bangka Jaya village, Dewantara district, North Aceh Regency is expected to be able to implement this PkM application in the midst of its community

Get PDFSkabies adalah infeksi kulit yang disebabkan oleh tungau Sarcoptes scabiei, yang dapat menyerang individu dari berbagai latar belakang sosial dan usia. Penyakit ini menyebabkan rasa gatal yang parah, mengganggu kualitas tidur, dan berpotensi menimbulkan dampak psikososial. Data dari WHO menunjukkan bahwa prevalensi skabies global mencapai 300 juta kasus per tahun, dengan Indonesia mencatat angka kejadian yang signifikan, terutama di lingkungan pesantren. Di Provinsi Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam, skabies menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang serius, dengan prevalensi yang lebih tinggi di kalangan santri. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, Program studi Kedokteran Universitas Malikussaleh bersama CIMSA Unimal melaksanakan program edukasi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran 30 santri Dayah Riyadhatul Qulub mengenai pencegahan, penularan, dan pengobatan skabies. Program ini mencakup penyampaian materi, diskusi kelompok, dan pelatihan selama 5 bulan, dengan target peningkatan nilai akhir. Diharapkan intervensi ini dapat mengubah perilaku santri dan mengurangi insidensi skabies di pesantren.

Adoption of Cloud-Based Accounting Software in Afghanistan Medium-Sized Enterprises
Get PDFCloud-based accounting software adoption has emerged as a critical factor in enhancing financial management and operational efficiency among medium-sized enterprises (MSEs) worldwide. In Afghanistan, where digital transformation is still evolving, understanding the factors influencing cloud accounting adoption is essential for driving sustainable business growth. This study investigates the awareness, motivations, barriers, and adoption patterns of cloud-based accounting software within Afghan MSEs across diverse sectors. Employing a quantitative research design grounded in the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) and the Technology–Organization–Environment (TOE) frameworks, data were collected via structured online questionnaires from 50 key decision-makers in five representative companies. Descriptive and inferential statistical analyses were conducted using SPSS to examine adoption drivers and challenges. Findings reveal that while awareness and perceived benefits such as cost-efficiency and real-time access positively influence adoption, significant barriers including security concerns, inadequate infrastructure, and limited technical expertise hinder broader uptake. Sectoral differences further highlight variability in adoption readiness. The study underscores the importance of tailored strategies to enhance infrastructure, provide targeted training, and develop supportive regulatory frameworks to foster cloud accounting adoption in Afghanistan. These insights offer practical recommendations for policymakers and business leaders aiming to accelerate digital financial transformation within the country’s MSE sector. Limitations related to sample size and geographic focus are acknowledged, with suggestions for future research to explore rural contexts and longitudinal adoption trends.
