Application of Artificial Intelligence in the Transformation of Digital Banking Systems: Opportunities, Challenges, and Future Outlook
The swift progression of digital technologies has quite markedly reshaped the banking sector yet traditional banking infrastructures persist in grappling with hurdles in efficiency, customer engagement, and risk oversight. Artificial intelligence (AI) has surfaced as a pivotal facilitator in tackling these issues through process automation, bolstering decision-making, and offering tailored services. This investigation seeks to scrutinise the applications, opportunities, challenges, and prospective trajectories of AI within the metamorphosis of digital banking systems. A methodical literature review was undertaken, dissecting 23 peer-reviewed pieces issued from 2018 through 2025. The outcomes demonstrate that embracing AI enhances operational efficacy, client contentment, risk management, and adherence to regulations. What is more, ethical dilemmas, data privacy quandaries, algorithmic prejudice, regulatory ambiguities, and institutional preparedness indeed linger as substantial impediments. In sum, AI emerges as a strategic instrument adept at propelling innovation, competitive edge, and enduring expansion in digital banking for that matter, so long as entities confront implementation obstacles with due efficacy
Specific Growth Rate (SGR), Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR), and Survival Rate (SR) of Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) fed probiotics (Probio-7) with different concentrations
This study aims to examine the effect of probiotic (Probio-7) supplementation on the Specific Growth Rate (SGR), Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR), and Survival Rate (SR) of Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). The research was conducted from January to March 2025 at the UNU Purwokerto Laboratory. An experimental method was used with a completely randomized design (CRD), consisting of 4 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments were: P1 (feed without probiotics), P2 (feed with 8 ml/kg probiotic), P3 (feed with 10 ml/kg probiotic), and P4 (feed with 12 ml/kg probiotic). The fish used were Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) with an average length of 6.53±0.35 cm and an average weight of 2.28±0.02 g. Feed was given at 08:00 and 16:00 until satiation. Stocking density was 15 fish per container filled with 15 liters of water, and the maintenance lasted for 30 days. The feed used was commercial pellet feed supplemented with probiotics according to the treatment, containing 32% protein. The results showed that the addition of probiotics (Probio-7) had a significant effect (P<0.05) on Specific Growth Rate (SGR), Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR), and Survival Rate (SR). Treatment P4 had the highest SGR value of 2.08±0.03 g, the lowest FCR of 0.33±0.02, and the highest Survival Rate (SR) of 84±7%.

Genetic variation and population status of sharks: A comparative mtDNA study in the waters of Aceh Jaya and West Aceh
Mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA)-based genetic analysis is important for revealing evolutionary relationships, supporting taxonomy, and providing a basis for conservation management. This study was conducted in the waters of Aceh Jaya and West Aceh, two regions with high shark fishing activity but minimal genetic data. A total of 12 shark individuals (6 per location) were collected from fish landing ports, then dorsal muscle tissue was taken, preserved in ethanol, and analyzed using DNA extraction, sequencing, and bioinformatics methods. Molecular identification through comparison with GenBank showed a very high level of similarity (Query Cover 99–100%, Identity 100%), with detected species including Carcharhinus falciformis, Sphyrna lewini, and Hemigaleus microstoma, reflecting a wide distribution in the western waters of Aceh. The nucleotide composition showed a dominance of thymine bases and a higher A+T ratio than G+C, consistent with the characteristics of shark genomes. Phylogenetic analysis showed a monophyletic clade with strong bootstrap support (100%) and placed S. lewini as the earliest differentiated taxon. Our results confirm the efficacy of DNA barcoding for accurate species identification and genetic diversity mapping, while underscoring urgent conservation concerns, as most species identified are classified as Vulnerable to Critically Endangered on the IUCN Red List.

The effect of fuel prices and sea wave height on mackarel tuna prices in Banda Aceh: A case study at the Ocean Fisheries Port (PPS) Kutaraja, Lampulo District, Banda Aceh City
This study aims to analyze the influence of fuel prices (BBM) and sea wave height on the price of mackarel tuna in Banda Aceh City, with a case study at the Ocean Fisheries Port (PPS) Kutaraja Lampulo. The study uses monthly secondary data from 2019 to 2024 and applies a Linear Regression Model for analysis. The regression results indicate that both fuel prices and sea wave height have a significant effect on mackarel tuna prices at the 0.05 significance level. The wave height variable shows a positive coefficient, indicating that higher waves tend to increase mackarel tuna prices. This finding is consistent with the theory that extreme sea conditions hinder fishing activities, reduce fish supply, and consequently increase prices. However, the fuel price variable shows a negative coefficient, contrary to the economic theory that rising fuel prices should increase commodity prices due to higher production costs. This result is likely due to the stability of fuel prices (diesel fuel) during the observation period and the operational efficiency achieved through the use of technology by fishermen, allowing them to maintain or even improve catch volumes despite rising fuel prices.

Korelasi Sektor Pertanian dengan Tingkat Kemiskinan di Kabupaten Klaten
Kabupaten Klaten memiliki total PDRB terbesar kedua setelah Kota Surakarta di Wilayah Solo Raya, namun tingginya PDRB ini berbanding terbalik dengan temuan bahwa Kabupaten Klaten memiliki jumlah penduduk miskin tertinggi di Kawasan Solo Raya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis besaran kekuatan dan arah hubungan antara sektor pertanian dengan tingkat kemiskinan di Kabupaten Klaten serta melakukan proyeksi tren selama lima tahun mendatang menggunakan data historis tahun 2004-2023. Metode dasar dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian yaitu Kabupaten Klaten. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis tren metode kuadrat terkecil dan analisis korelasi spearman. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tren kemiskinan Kabupaten Klaten lima tahun mendatang dilihat dari variabel persentase penduduk miskin, indeks kedalaman kemiskinan, dan indeks keparahan kemiskinan konsisten menurun. Tren sektor pertanian Kabupaten Klaten lima tahun mendatang dilihat dari variabel PDRB sektor pertanian, dan luas panen padi konsisten meningkat. Hasil analisis korelasi spearman menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang kuat hingga sangat kuat antara sektor pertanian dengan tingkat kemiskinan di Kabupaten Klaten
Pengaruh Modal, Lokası, Jenıs Dagangan dan Lama Usaha terhadap Pendapatan Pedagang Sayur dı Pasar Terong Kota Makassar
Tujuan pada penelitian ini yaitu mengidentifikasi besaran modal, lokasi penjualan, jenis sayuran, lama usaha, pendapatan, dan pengaruh modal, lokasi, jenis dagangan dan lama usaha terhadap pendapatan pedagang sayur di Pasar Terong Kota Makassar. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi analisis deskriptif, analisis pendapatan dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Modal rata-rata yang dimiliki oleh pedagang sayur di Pasar Terong Kota Makassar sebesar Rp. 24.122.807 per bulan (2) Lokasi penjualan pedagang sayur di Pasar Terong Kota Makassar secara umum berada pada kategori sedang artinya, lokasi usaha sudah cukup mendukung aktivitas perdagangan, terutama dari segi aksesibilitas, visibilitas dan lingkungan. Namun, masih terdapat kendala pada aspek lalu lintas pembeli dan keterbatasan ruang untuk ekspansi, yang dapat menghambat pengembangan usaha ke depannya (3) Rata-rata setiap pedagang sayur di Pasar Terong Kota Makassar menjual sekitar 6 jenis sayur dari 35 jenis sayuran (4) Rata-rata lama usaha pedagang sayur di Pasar Terong Kota Makassar adalah selama 20 tahun, artinya sebagian besar pedagang telah menjalankan usahanya dalam jangka waktu yang cukup lama (5) Rata-rata pendapatan yang diperoleh pedagang sayur di Pasar Terong Kota Makassar sebesar Rp. 7.642.573 per bulan, atau setara dengan Rp. 91.710.876 pertahun (6) Modal, lokasi, jenis dagangan dan lama usaha berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan pedagang sayur
Analisis Nilai Tambah, Profitabilitas dan Sensitivitas Agroindustri Penyulingan Minyak Daun Cengkeh di Kabupaten Bone: Studi Kasus Usaha Kamsir dan Usaha Agustan di Desa Abbumpungeng, Kecamatan Cina
Cloveleaf oil distillation is an agroindustrial business that utilizes agricultural waste in the form of dried clove leaves into a high-value product. Cloveleaf oil has broad market potential, particularly in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and aromatherapy sectors. The objectives of this study are: (1) to describe the cloveleaf oil distillation process; (2) to analyze the yield of clove leaves into oil; (3) to analyze the added value generated; (4) to calculate the income from cloveleaf oil distillation; (5) to analyze the profitability level; and (6) to analyze the sensitivity of selling prices to profitability. The methods used include descriptive analysis to describe the production process, yield analysis, added value analysis, income analysis, and profitability analysis through the Break-Even Point (BEP) approach (in units and rupiah), comparison of the Margin of Safety (MOS) and Margin Income Ratio (MIR), as well as sensitivity analysis. The results show that the cloveleaf oil distillation process in Enterprises 1 and 2 in Abbumpungeng Village consists of five main stages: raw material preparation, distillation, cooling, filtering, and packaging. The resulting yield is 1.95% (moderate category). The added value reaches 65.7% (high category). The average monthly income is Rp38,727,750, with a profitability level of 38.2% (moderate category). Sensitivity analysis results in a value of 1 (quite sensitive), indicating that changes in selling prices significantly affect the profitability of cloveleaf oil distillation businesses in Abbumpungeng Village, Cina District, Bone Regency
Model Strategi Pengembangan Kapasitas dan Kelembagaan Petani Hortikultura menuju Kelembagaan Ekonomi di Kecamatan Golewa Barat Kabupaten Ngada
Kemajuan sektor pertanian memerlukan SDM yang berkualitas untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi dan penyediaan pangan yang aman dan berkelanjutan. Penguatan kapasitas petani dan kelembagaan menjadi kunci agar mampu bersaing secara global, melalui pendekatan terpadu berbasis pengetahuan yang dikenal sebagai manajemen pengetahuan. Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk menganalisis kapasitas petani hortikultura, menganalisis pola kelembagaan petani hortikultura, menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan kelembagaan ekonomi petani, serta merumuskan strategi pengembangan kapasitas dan kelembagaan ekonomi petani hortikultura di Kecamatan Golewa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder serta dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif, analisis pemodelan SEM PLS dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif untuk perumusan model strategi pengembangan kapasitas dan kelembagaan ekonomi petani. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Kapasitas Petani memperoleh nilai skala 3,97 dengan ketegori Baik. Selanjutnya pola kelembagaan yang terbentuk di lokasi penelitian adalah pola koperasi tani simpan pinjam dan pola kelompok tani sosial. Sedangkan faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kelembagaan ekonomi adalah kapasitas secara jalur tidak berpengaruh terhadap kelembagaan ekonomi melainkan harus melalui pola kelembagaan. Sedangkan kapasitas berpengaruh terhadap pola kelembagaan begitupun juga dengan pola kelembagaan berpengaruh terhadap kelembagaan ekonomi. Strategi pengembangan ekonomi petani yaiu peningkatan kapasitas petani yang harus didukung oleh kebijakan pemerintah, pendampingan intensif dan transformasi pola kelembagaan menuju kelembagaan ekonomi yang kuat dan berkelanjutan
The Effectiveness of Hanging Ornamental Plants in Absorbing solar Radiation for Enviromental Temperature Control
Global climate change, characterized by an increase in the average temperature of the Earth, is an important issue that affects human life. One of the phenomena that occurs is the Urban Heat Island (UHI) phenomenon. This phenomenon occurs due to the lack of green plants that function as absorbers of solar heat. However, the effectiveness of plants in absorbing solar heat can vary. Therefore, experimental scientific studies are needed to determine the extent to which hanging ornamental plants can absorb solar heat. This study tested five types of hanging ornamental plants to obtain heat absorption values, namely Epipremnum aureum, Chlorophytum comosum, Paperomia hopei, Discidia geri, and Tradescantia spatcheae. The results of the study found that Chlorophytum Comosum (spider plant) had the highest heat absorption value of 1 kJ. This study contributes to providing solutions for controlling environmental temperature
Stress and Strain Analysis of the Front Planetary Sun Gear of a Helical Differential Using the Finite Element Method with Variations in Initial Crack Conditions: Analisis Tegangan dan Regangan pada Front Planetary Sun Gear Diferensial Roda Gigi Miring Menggunakan Metode Elemen Hingga dengan Variasi Kondisi Retak Awal
This study aims to analyze the stress and strain distribution on the front planetary sun gear of a helical differential using the Finite Element Method (FEM). The analysis was carried out under two conditions: without a crack and with an initial crack of 1 mm placed at the tensile side tooth root, in order to evaluate the effect of defect presence on the mechanical behavior of the gear under an operational torque load of 175 Nm. Three-dimensional modeling and meshing were performed using ANSYS software, with SCM420 steel as the material, which has an allowable stress of 1,300 MPa. The simulation results show that the maximum stress in the uncracked model reached 8,859.6 MPa, while in the cracked model it increased to 15,258 MPa. Meanwhile, the maximum equivalent elastic strain increased from 4.437 × 10⁻² mm/mm to 1.154 × 10⁻¹ mm/mm. This significant increase indicates that the presence of an initial crack intensifies stress concentration and amplifies local deformation, potentially accelerating crack initiation and propagation due to the increased strain energy accumulated near the crack tip. Based on these findings, optimization of the fillet radius and the application of surface treatments such as shot peening or advanced carburizing are recommended to reduce peak stresses and extend gear fatigue life. The results of this study demonstrate that the FEM approach is effective in predicting structural behavior and serves as a basis for the development of reliability-based design and condition monitoring systems in modern automotive transmissions
