    Alternatif Menjaga Warisan Budaya: Pelestarian Aset Kuno Perpustakaan Abu Tanoh Abee di Aceh

    Aceh menjadi salah satu wilayah di Indonesia yang tidak hanya kaya akan keberagaman warisan budaya dan sejarah namun juga masih memiliki nilai berharga lain yakni perpustakaan Islam Tanoh Abee yang menarik untuk dilirik. Perpustakaan Tanoh Abee memiliki beragam koleksi ilmu pengetahuan dan manuskrip kuno Islam yang mengandung nilai berharga tidak hanya bagi dunia pendidikan namun juga mempunyai nilai berharga terhadap warisan budaya. Sehingga penelitian ini akan sangat berkontribusi sebagai landasan dan referensi pijakan dalam upaya pelestarian dan peningkatan apresiasi terhadap warisan budaya Aceh khususnya dan Indonesia pada umumnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan mengadopsi metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data ditempuh dengan cara obervasi dan dokumentasi. Sementara analisis data dilakukan dengan mereduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pentingnya pelestarian terhadap aset kuno perpustakaan Tanoh Abee karena memiliki kontribusi positif seperti menjadi sumber informasi sejarah, pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan, pengembangan pendidikan, memelihara warisan budaya dan menciptakan wisata edukasi. Adapun langkah strategis guna mencapai pelestarian aset kuno perpustakaan Tanoh Abee diantaranya meliputi restorasi dan konservasi, pengawetan dan pengelolaan, kerjasama dan koordinasi, digitalisasi, sosialisasi, serta diskusi dan promosi

    The Effect of Rice Husk Volume Fraction on the Mechanical Properties of Composites

    Rice husk waste is an abundant byproduct in Indonesia, but its utilization is still limited to conventional applications with low economic value. This study aims to utilize rice husk waste as a composite material with an epoxy resin matrix and to evaluate its mechanical properties through tensile and impact tests. The volume fraction variations of fibers used are 60%, 70%, and 80%, with the fabrication method employing the hand-lay-up technique. The tensile test results show that the composite strength increases with the fiber volume fraction, with the highest tensile strength value of 1.76 MPa at a 80% fiber fraction and the lowest value of 0.91 MPa at a 70% fiber fraction. Conversely, the impact test results show the highest impact value of 1.24 J at a 70% fiber fraction, while the lowest values are observed at 60% and 80% fiber fractions, both at 1.14 J. These findings indicate that the balance between fiber and matrix significantly influences the composite\u27s mechanical properties. This study concludes that rice husk waste has great potential as an environmentally friendly composite material with competitive mechanical properties. This utilization could serve as an innovative solution to reduce agricultural waste while enhancing its added value

    Successful breeding of striped snakehead (Channa striata) using artificial methods with stripping techniques in the Ciparanje inland fisheries area laboratory

    Channa striata, or striped snakehead fish, is a freshwater fish with high economic value that is much needed by the community. The high demand for striped snakeheads still depends on the results of capture in nature. The high intensity of capture causes the availability of striped snakehead to be increasingly limited, but the cultivation of striped snakehead has not developed much in Indonesia. To anticipate these problems, this research aims to create striped snakehead cultivation techniques using artificial spawning methods with stripping techniques. The method used an experimental method with primary data obtained from direct observation and secondary data obtained from literature studies. The parameters observed were fecundity, FR (Fertilisation Rate), HR (Hatching Rate), and SR (Survival Rate). Fecundity results obtained from female striped snakehead were 1,578 grains, fertilization rate (FR) 88%, hatching rate (HR) 70.42%, and survival rate (SR) at the age of 7 days 94%. The results of the research show that snakehead fish (Channa striata) can be artificially spawned using a stripping technique using the GnRH (Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone) hormone which is useful for speeding up the ovulation process at a dose of 0.8 ml/kg for females and 0.6 ml/kg for males.     Sensory quality characteristics of catfish fermented sausage (Pangasius sp.) with the addition of biostarter from fermented sausages

    Fermented sausages are processed meat products made through a fermentation process with or without the help of bacterial starter cultures. The source of microorganisms in making fermented sausages can be sourced from natural microorganisms in meat (spontaneous fermentation), or by adding a starter culture (controlled fermentation). The purpose of this study is to find out the level of consumer acceptance of catfish fermented sausages made with the addition of biostarters from fermented sausages. The method used in this study is an experiment, namely conducting experiments on making catfish fermented sausages with different biostarter concentrations (0%, 0.2%, 0.4% and 0.6%) which are fermented within 0 days, 3 days, 6 days and 9 days. The results of the study showed that the best catfish fermented sausage with the addition of biostarter was with 04% treatment. The appearance value is 7.52 (brilliant color, attractive reddish-brown color). Aroma value 7.73 (strong smoking, fermentation and spice aroma) Taste value 8.03 (good taste, typical acidity of fermented products, not fishy). Texture value 7.62 (compact, dense and elastic). Based on this value, catfish fermented sausage with the addition of biostarter is still accepted by consumers with a fairly good quality characteristic value. There are also various technologies that experience these developments, one of which is artificial intelligence (artificial intelligence). According to the literature study, the role of AI can help investors in making investment decisions and financial planning efficiently and effectively. The purpose of writing is to analyze how AI Analysis helps investors in investment decision and financial planning. The research methods used in this writing adopt qualitative research methods. The results of the study describe the application of The Theory of Planned Behavior has several components including attitude toward the behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. AI algorithms can help identify deeper patterns of behavior in credit and investment decision making, thereby improving the accuracy of predictions and recommendations given to investors or lenders. The conclusion is that AI analysis can help investors to make well-planned and confident investment decisions. In addition, through the existence of AI can also improve the effectiveness of financial planning and reduce uncertainty. Based on The Theory of Planned Behavior is able to provide strong social norms in analyzing data, the formation of a positive attitude in managing finances, and increased control of investors in financial results

    ANALISIS LEAN MANUFACTURING UNTUK MEMINIMALISASI PEMBOROSAN PADA PROSES PRODUKSI CRUDE PALM OIL (CPO) DI PABRIK KELAPA SAWIT (PKS)

    Palm Oil Mill is a palm oil processing company that faces various challenges within its Crude Palm Oil (CPO) production flow. In this production flow, several types of waste hinder the efficiency and effectiveness of the value stream. Lean Manufacturing is a systematic approach aimed at improving production system efficiency by reducing or eliminating non-value-adding activities through continuous improvement efforts. Waste is defined as any activity that consumes resources but does not add value to the final product. Meanwhile, Value Stream Mapping is a mapping technique used to identify the flow of materials and information throughout the production process, starting from raw materials to finished products. This study was conducted to identify and minimize waste in the Crude Palm Oil (CPO) production flow. Based on the analysis results, waiting time was identified as a source of waste within the CPO production process. By implementing improvements through Current Value Stream Mapping analysis, the Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE) reached 61.09%. After further improvements by reducing non-value-adding time in the Future Value Stream Mapping, the PCE increased by 4.41% to 65.23%. Additionally, Process Activity Mapping also achieved time reduction, lowering the production lead time from 619.72 minutes to 580.33 minutes, resulting in a decrease of 39.39 minutes

    Pemanfaatan Bakteri Halotoleran Untuk Meningkatkan Toleransi Padi Terhadap Cekaman Salinitas: Review

    Salinitas merupakan salah satu masalah global utama yang mengancam keberlanjutan pertanian, dengan lebih dari 20% lahan irigasi dunia terdampak dan diprediksi meningkat akibat perubahan iklim, intrusi air laut, serta praktik pengelolaan lahan yang kurang tepat. Secara regional, dampak salinisasi sangat terasa di wilayah pesisir Asia, termasuk Indonesia, di mana padi sebagai komoditas pangan utama mengalami penurunan produktivitas yang signifikan. Berbagai pendekatan konvensional seperti perbaikan irigasi, pencucian garam, dan penggunaan varietas toleran masih memiliki keterbatasan biaya dan efektivitas jangka panjang. Oleh karena itu, solusi alternatif yang ramah lingkungan semakin mendesak untuk dikaji dan diimplementasikan. Salah satu pendekatan yang menjanjikan adalah pemanfaatan bakteri halotoleran sebagai bio-inokulan. Artikel ini merupakan kajian literatur sistematis terhadap 67 publikasi ilmiah internasional (2016–2025) yang diperoleh dari basis data Google Scholar dan Scopus (Q1–Q4), menggunakan kata kunci bioinoculant; halotolerant-bacteria; rice; salinity-stress. Hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa bakteri halotoleran seperti Bacillus, Pseudomonas, dan Halomonas dapat meningkatkan ketersediaan hara, merangsang produksi fitohormon, mengaktifkan enzim antioksidan, memperbaiki struktur tanah, serta menurunkan akumulasi ion toksik Na⁺ dan Cl⁻. Temuan ini menegaskan urgensi pemanfaatan bakteri halotoleran sebagai strategi bioteknologi yang berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan toleransi padi terhadap cekaman salinitas. Implikasinya, penggunaan bio-inokulan halotoleran tidak hanya mendukung ketahanan pangan nasional di daerah pesisir tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pencapaian agenda pertanian berkelanjutan secara global

    ZAPIN VILLAGE AND ACTOR RELATIONSHIPS: CULTURE-BASED TOURISM GOVERNANCE IN BENGKALIS, RIAU, INDONESIA

    Tourism is a critical driver of economic growth, with rising demand for rural destinations grounded in cultural heritage. This study analyses actor relations in the development of culture-based tourism villages, using Kampung Zapin, Meskom, Bengkalis as a case. A qualitative descriptive design was employed, combining participant observation, and document analysis. Data were coded thematically to identify patterns of interaction, stakeholder roles, and governance strategies. Results show that internal actors, local communities and village administrations interact with external actors, including government agencies and tourism organizations, through overlapping yet complementary roles. Collaborative efforts focus on optimizing resources, seizing market opportunities, and addressing weaknesses. These findings highlight a governance strategy that integrates local strengths, namely kampung zapin, as a Malay tradition and custom, with institutional support, and offers a replicable model for visiting culture-based tourism villages. Zapin, as part of Malay culture, has proven to attract both national and international tourism. This research contributes to the literature on tourism governance and provides policy insights for enhancing rural tourism competitiveness in Indonesia and beyond

    POWER RELATIONS AND PUBLIC CONTESTATION: AN ANALYSIS OF GOVERNOR DEDI MULYADI\u27S "MILITARY BARACKS" POLICY

    This study aims to analyses the "military barracks" policy initiated by the Governor of West Java, Dedi Mulyadi as a response to juvenile delinquency as well as a complex product of power. The analytical framework uses the three-dimensional theory of power by Lukes and the sources of power by Mann to explain the political, military, and ideological interactions in public policy formation. The research method is a single case study with a Qualitative Content Analysis (QCA) approach. The data comes from the 12 most accessed national news and is strengthened by secondary data from the Indonesian Political Indicators survey (2025) regarding the level of public acceptance of this policy. The analysis is carried out through pre-processing of the text, identification of actors and concepts, the construction of discourse networks, and the calculation of network metrics to map the centre of power and framing of discourse. The results of the study show that the military barracks policy is an arena for the articulation of social forces that interact with each other. The program emphasizes how formal and symbolic power synergize to build legitimacy, while still provoking public debate about children\u27s rights and the effectiveness of militaristic approaches. This study also found that the military barracks policy is a concrete example of how power is interpreted, exercised, and debated. This policy represents the dynamics of democracy at the regional level. Policy is not only a product of the executive branch, but an interaction between political, military, media, public and legislative actors who mutually test the limits of power

    Pengaruh Waktu Fermentasi Terhadap Kualitas Eco-Enzyme dari Sampah Kulit Buah dan Sayuran dengan Penambahan Em-4 (Effective Microorganisme – 4)

    Eco-enzyme merupakan cairan hasil fermentasi bahan organik seperti kulit buah dan sayuran yang memiliki berbagai manfaat, mulai dari pembersih alami, pupuk cair, hingga pengurai limbah. Sampah kulit buah dan sayuran yang melimpah, terutama dari aktivitas rumah tangga dan usaha kuliner, berpotensi menimbulkan pencemaran lingkungan jika tidak dikelola dengan baik. Padahal, limbah-limbah ini mengandung senyawa organik seperti asam sitrat, bromelain, serta vitamin yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan baku pembuatan eco-enzyme. Berdasarkan potensi tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi waktu fermentasi dan penambahan EM-4 (Effective Microorganism-4) terhadap kualitas eco-enzyme yang dihasilkan dari kulit buah dan sayuran. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode fermentasi selama 7, 14, 21, dan 28 hari, menggunakan molase, EM-4 dan sampah organik. Parameter yang dianalisis meliputi pH, warna, kadar asam asetat, yield, serta TSS (Total Suspended Solid). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa waktu fermentasi dan jenis sampah berpengaruh terhadap karakteristik produk. Yield tertinggi diperoleh dari sayuran sebesar 99,83% pada hari ke-7 dan dari kulit buah sebesar 99,78% pada hari ke-21. pH terbaik tercatat sebesar 3,21 pada hari ke-28, sementara kadar asam asetat tertinggi ditemukan pada sayuran sebesar 0,60% pada hari ke-7. Penurunan TSS pada air sungai menunjukkan kemampuan eco-enzyme dalam memperbaiki kualitas air. Penambahan EM-4 terbukti mempercepat proses fermentasi dan meningkatkan efektivitas produk
