Hyaluronic Acid for Sperm Selection in Patients Undergoing IVF with Teratozoospermia : a Bibliographic Analysis
Sperm selection technique and Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) often overlook patients with teratozoospermia, who are more likely to have Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA) fragmentation in their sperm, leading to reduced fertilization rates, poor embryo quality, and lower implantation rates during In Vitro Fertilization (IVF). Hyaluronic Acid (HA) binding sperm offers enhanced outcome in ART. This study aimed to obtain information from global scientific research related to HA and sperm selection during In Vitro Fertlization (IVF) procedure by identifying key research trends, influential studies, and emerging themes through bibliometric analysis. The Scopus database was employed to search articles published with keywords “HA,” “teratozoospermia,” and “IVF.” VOSviewer was used to visually represent the bibliometric data, revealing trends in research related to HA for IVF procedure in patients with teratozoospermia. There were 150 articles identified, of which terms like “fragmentation”, “teratozoospermia”, and “sperm abnormalities” are the highlight emerging topics to understand male infertility. Through the years, newer methodologies and techniques in sperm analysis and fertility treatments research had evolved, while research in HA and IVF had increased significantly in many publications and institutions. In conclusion, this bibliometric mapping study has identified key themes and emerging trends, including the critical roles of sperm morphology, motility, and selection in IVF. The growing interest in the relationship between HA and sperm selection techniques highlights the need for ongoing research into HA\u27s application in sperm selection, particularly regarding DNA fragmentation and its effects on fertilization and embryo quality to improve reproductive outcomes

Demokrasi di Tangan Milenial: Inisiatif Pengabdian Edukasi Politik Dalam Menyambut Pemilu
The 2024 General Election in Indonesia marks a critical democratic milestone, with 56% of voters comprising millennials and Gen Z. However, youth political participation faces challenges such as low political literacy, apathy, and misinformation on social media. This article examines a community service initiative through a public lecture titled Millennial Contributions to the 2024 Election organized by the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) at Malikussaleh University for Public Administration students. The program aimed to enhance political awareness, digital literacy, and students roles as democratic agents. Methods included needs-based material preparation, expert-led lectures, interactive discussions, reflection sessions, and post-event questionnaires. Key topics covered election mechanisms, information disorders (misinformation, disinformation, malinformation), and strategies for becoming informed voters. Results indicated significant improvements in students understanding of electoral processes, the impact of misinformation, and the urgency of active participation, with 75% of participants expressing increased confidence in engaging with the 2024 election. Identified challenges included political skepticism, gaps in advanced political literacy, and reliance on unverified social media content. The initiative emphasized countermeasures such as fact-checking tools, educational campaigns, and collaborations with institutions, alongside legal frameworks like Indonesias Electronic Information and Transactions Law (ITE Law) to combat hoaxes and data breaches. The study concludes that academic forums effectively foster critical political awareness among millennials. Despite persistent barriers, enhancing political and digital literacy is pivotal to improving electoral participation quality and strengthening Indonesias substantive democracy.
