No full textMost of the residents in the RT run the Micro, Small and Medium Business Units (UMKM). Although some business actors have used information technology tools to support their business, they are only limited to posting products via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and WhatsApp. Residents do not understand how to sell and market products using information technology tools. In addition, product sales turnover tends to decline during the Covid-19 pandemic and large-scale social restrictions (PSBB), due to the lack of buyers. E-Commerce is an information system technology device that can be an alternative solution in an electronic-based sales system. With the use of E-Commerce technology, business actors can market their products online anywhere and anytime. Based on the above conditions, we conducted training to build a business using Electronic Commerce (E-Commerce) technology for residents in the RT 03 RW 02 Pondok Jati Jurangmangu Barat environment in order to foster an entrepreneurial spirit based on information technology (Technopreneur). The end result of this community service activity is that residents of RT 03 RW 02 Pondok Jati Jurangmangu Barat gain knowledge and experience regarding the use of E-Commerce technology, and get assistance in building E-Commerce websites

The impact that can be felt from the application of information technology is in the field of communication. Collaboration between the fields of technology and communication can be applied through a medium. This encourages researchers to develop technology-based media. Gunung Jati Swadaya University is one of the universities that is growing rapidly. The mandatory activity every year, namely New Student Admission (PMB) requires accurate information related to these activities. To improve the effectiveness and efficiency of delivering information to the public, it is necessary to implement the use of information technology so that the audience can easily get information related to PMB without having to come to the location, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic which requires people to carry out activities at home. Information that will be provided and displayed on the website. The research method used is qualitative. The results of the research are that the implementation process that has been carried out by the Promotion and Marketing UPT has gone quite well, however, the system will continue to be updated in accordance with technological developments
The Effect of Compensation on the Performance of Operational Employees at Gema Suara Adhitama Company, Central Jakarta
No full textThe purpose of this study was conducted to determine whether there is an effect of compensation on employee performance in the Operations Section at PT. The echo of Adhitama Central Jakarta. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, sampling 65 respondents using a saturated sample, with analytical methods namely validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and t test calculated using software SPSS version 24. Effect of Compensation on Employee Performance at PT. Gema Suara Adhitama Operational Section can be seen from the correlation coefficient obtained by 0.514, there is a fairly strong level of relationship between compensation and employee performance, then with a coefficient of determination obtained a figure of 0.264, which means that the influence of compensation has a contribution of influence on employee performance by 26.4%, while the remaining 73.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The resulting simple linear regression equation is Y = 24.489 + 0.386X, which means that if the value of X increases by one unit, the value of Y will increase by 0.386 with a constant of 24,484. The results of the partial significance test for the compensation variable (X) obtained tcount > ttable (4.751 > 1.998) with a significance value (0.000 < 0.05), then there is a positive and significant effect between the compensation variable (X) on employee performance (Y)

No full textPuisi merupakan salah satu jenis karya sastra yang memiliki keunikan tersendiri yakni kata-katanya yang singkat. Walaupun demikian, kata-kata singkat yang terdapat dalam puisi itu padat dan bersayap. Sehingga setiap kata atau gabungan dari beberapa kata dapat menafsirkan banyak penjelasan. Dalam pembelajaran menganalisis unsur pembangun puisi yang terdapat pada kelas X SMA/SMK, diperlukan model dan bahan ajar yang efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran daring di era pandemi seperti sekarang ini. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini penulis menganalisis puisi yang berjudul Selamat Tahun Baru Kawan karya K.H. Ahmad Mustofa Bisri sebagai model yang nantinya untuk dijadikan pembahasan dalam bahan ajar LKS (Lembar Kerja Siswa). Rumusan permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana struktur puisi Selamat Tahun Baru Kawan karya K.H. Ahmad Mustofa Bisri sebagai model untuk dijadikan bahan ajar dalam pembelajaran menganalisis unsur pembangun puisi di kelas X SMA? Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif analitis. Data dalam penelitian ini yakni berupa teks puisi Selamat Tahun Baru Kawan karya Ahmad Mustofa Bisri yang termaktub dalam buku Antologi Puisi Tadarus yang diterbitkan oleh Adicita Karya Nusa, Yogyakarta, pada tahun 2003. Adapun teknik analisis datanya yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun hasil analisisnya yaitu bahwa puisi Selamat Tahun Baru Kawan karya Ahmad Mustofa Bisri sarat akan pesan-pesan keimanan. Puisi yang memiliki tema ketuhanan ini memiliki diksi yang sesuai dan berhubungan dengan persoalan pendayagunaan kata, yaitu ketepatan dan kesesuaian. Kemudian, pengimajiannya pun kaya makna dan penggunaan majasnya tepat sehingga perasaan yang dihadirkan pada puisi ini mampu menyampaikan pesan penulis bahwa nilai-nilai keimanan akan menyentuh hati pembacanya
PENGUATAN ASPEK KREATIVITAS MELALUI PEMBELAJARAN MENULIS TEKS NARASI DENGAN MODEL BERBASIS PROYEK
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan desain pembelajaran menulis teks narasi dan penguatan aspek kreativitas dengan menggunakan model berbasis proyek pada siswa kelas VII MTs Mahad Al-Zaytun. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode Design Based Research (DBR). Metode pengumpulan data berupa hasil observasi pada aktivitas guru dalam setiap aspek desain pembelajaran berbasis proyek yaitu penentuan proyek, perencanaan langkah-langkah penentuan proyek, penyusunan jadwal pelaksaan proyek, penyelesaian proyek, penyusunan laporan dan presentasi, evaluasi proses dan hasil proyek. Lembar observasi aktivitas siswa pada aspek kreativitas yaitu keluwesan, kelancaran, elaborasi, keaslian. Penguatan kreativitas dari hasil karya siswa berupa membuat cerita imajinasi, pada aspek kreativitas pengembangan tulisan, keruntutan kronologi, struktur alur, pilihan kata (diksi) dan penggunaan ejaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain pembelajaran dengan model berbasis proyek dari hasil observasi aktivitas guru memperoleh persentase skor 92% yang masuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Data observasi siswa dari 30 siswa, 27% kategori kreativitas sedang dan 73% kategori kreativitas tinggi, dengan nilai rata-rata persentase kreativitas adalah 74%, masuk kategori kreativitas baik. Berdasarkan data dari karya siswa berupa teks narasi imajinasi bahwa kreativitas penilaian menulis narasi imajinasi dapat diketahui kemampuan siswa, terlihat nilai rata-rata persentase kreativitas adalah 83%, semua siswa mendapat nilai 73 ke atas. Nilai ini termasuk dalam kategori baik. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kategori kreativitas belajar siswa tinggi terhadap pembelajaran menulis teks narasi dengan menggunakan model berbasis proyek
RESPON PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL PADI (Oriza sativa L.) VARIETAS INPARI 42, CIHERANG DAN MEKONGGA TERHADAP BERBAGAI METODE TANAM JAJAR LEGOWO
No full textThis study aims to determine: (1) The response to growth and yield of rice in Inpari 42, Ciherang and Mekongga varieties to various planting methods of Jajar Legowo, and (2) Varieties and planting methods of legowo row which have a good effect on rice growth and yield. The research was carried out in a rice field area belonging to the UPTD of the Food and Agriculture Security Service in Cirahayu Village, Luragung District, Kuningan Regency, from April to June 2020. The method used in this study was an experimental method, using a randomized block design (RBD), which consisted of 15 treatments of combination of rice varieties and the legowo row planting method and was repeated three times. To determine the effect of the treatments tested, analysis of variance was used through the F test, with further tests using Scott Knott's Cluster Test at the 5 percent real level. The results showed that: (1) The treatment of three rice varieties on various planting methods had significant effects on the growth and yield of rice plants. The 2 : 1 legowo row planting method on three rice varieties affected the plant height of harvested dry grain and milled dry grain per plot, while the 4 : 1 legowo row planting method in three rice varieties had an effect on the number of tillers per hill, the number of productive tillers per hill, leaf area index, number of panicles per clump, number of grains per panicle, number of filled grains per panicle, weight of 1000 grains of grain. The Ciherang variety has a good effect on the weight of 1000 grain grains, while the Inpari 42 variety has a good effect on the yield of dry grain harvested and the yield of milled dry grain per plot, and (2) the combination of Inpari 42 variety with the 2: 1 legowo row planting method gives good effect on yields of harvested dry unhulled rice and yields of milled dry unhulled rice per plot, which is 9.27 kg or equivalent to 10.30 tons of dry unhulled rice per hectare, and 7.81 kg of dry unhulled rice per plot or equivalent to 8.68 tons of unhulled rice dry milled oer acres

No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kombinasi pemberian berbagai pupuk kandang dan konsentrasi EM4 (Effective microorganisms) terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah (Allium ascalonicum L.). Serta untuk mengetahui hubungan antara komponen pertumbuhan dengan komponen hasil tanaman bawang merah. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Playangan, Kecamatan Gebang, Kabupaten Cirebon, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember sampai dengan bulan Februari 2019. Lokasi terletak pada ketinggian 2 m di atas permukaan laut (dpl), jenis tanah liat tipe curah hujan di daerah penelitian termasuk dalam tipe curah hujan Agak Kering (E). Penelitian ini mengunakan metode percobaan dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK). Percobaan ini terdiri dari 12 kombinasi perlakuan berbagai pupuk kandang dan konsentrasi EM4, yang masing-masing diulang tiga kali, sehingga terdapat 36 petak percobaan. Kombinasi perlakuan yang diuji di lapangan adalah : A (pupuk kandang sapi 10 t/ha dan konsentrasi EM4 0 ml/l), B (pupuk kandang sapi 10 t/ha dan konsentrasi EM4 3,5 ml/l), C (pupuk kandang sapi 10 t/ha dan konsentrasi EM4 7,0 ml/l), D (pupuk kandang sapi 10 t/ha dan konsentrasi EM4 10,5 ml/l), E (pupuk kandang kambing 10 t/ha dan konsentrasi EM4 0 ml/l), F (pupuk kandang kambing 10 t/ha dan konsentrasi EM4 3,5 ml/l), G (pupuk kandang kambing 10 t/ha dan konsentrasi EM4 7,0 ml/l), H (pupuk kandang kambing 10 t/ha dan konsentrasi EM4 10,5 ml/l), I (pupuk kandang ayam 10 t/ha dan konsentrasi EM4 0 ml/l), J (pupuk kandang ayam 10 t/ha dan konsentrasi EM4 3,5 ml/l), K (pupuk kandang ayam 10 t/ha dan konsentrasi EM4 7,0 ml/l), L (pupuk kandang ayam 10 t/ha dan konsentrasi EM4 10,5 ml/l). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang nyata dari perlakuan berbagai pupuk kandang dan konsentrasi EM4 terhadap jumlah anakan 14 hst, 21 hst 28 hst dan 35 hst, bobot basah umbi per rumpun dan per petak, bobot kering umbi per rumpun dan per petak. No full textCorporate image index merupakan survei omnibus (menyeluruh) yang dilakukan dengan mengukur citra suatu perusahaan yang dapat dinilai dari empat dimensi dasar yaitu dimensi kualitas, dimensi kinerja, dimensi tanggungjawab dan dimensi daya tarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh corporate image index terhadap citra perusahaan PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I Medan, Sumatera Utara pada tahun 2020, (2) nilai pengaruh corporate image index terhadap citra perusahaan PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I Medan, Sumatera Utara pada tahun 2020. Penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan menggunakan metode eksplanatory research. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah instrumen corporate image index yang terdiri dari 20 pertanyaan serta instrumen citra perusahaan yang terdiri dari 16 pertanyaan. Kedua instrumen ini dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Uji hipotesis pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan uji determinasi. Hasil pada penelitian menunjukkan: (1) terdapat pengaruh antara corporate image index terhadap citra perusahaan PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I, Medan Sumatera Utara tahun 2020, (2) besar pengaruh corporate image index terhadap citra perusahaan adalah 74,4%. Disarankan agar selanjutnya menentukan perusahaan lain yaitu perusahaan swasta dengan tujuan membandingkan tingkat keterpengaruhan variabel corporate image index antara perusahaan pemerintah dan perusahaan swasta terhadap citra perusahaan. Selain itu selanjutnya dapat diperdalam lagi dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus karena citra perusahaan menempatkan masyarakat sebagai salah satu partisipan

No full textPesatnya pengusahaan walet yang membangun tempat usaha penangkaran sarang burung walet yang ada di Kecamatan Tualang Kabupaten Siak, membuat pemerintah daerah setempat untuk menetapkan suatu Peraturan Daerah (PERDA), baik izin penangkaran,pajak, cara pengawasan dan letak yang berkaitan dengan tata kelola penangkaran burung walet yang ada di Kabupaten Siak, dengan adanya peraturan tersebut tidak menutup kemungkinan akan masih banyaknya penangkaran burung walet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Evaluasi Kebijakan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 18 Tahun 2018 Tentang Izin Pengelolaan dan Pengusahaan Penangkaran Burung Walet di Kecamatan Tualang Kabupaten Siak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan berbagai pertimbangan instrument penelitian observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teori yang digunakan berdasarkan Konsep Teori William N. Dunn dalam Rian Nugroho (2014:713) Efektifitas. Efesiensi, Kecukupan, Perataan, Responsivitas dan Ketepatan. Hasil penelitian Kebijakan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 18 Tahun 2018 Tentang Izin Pengelolaan dan Pengusahaan Penangkaran Burung Walet di Kecamatan Tualang Kabupaten Siak dilaksanakansesuai dengan mekanisme yang berlaku, namun belum optimal dalam pelaksanaan sosialisasi, pengawasan serta penerapan sanksi yang tegas daripihak implementor terhadap parapengusaha yang melanggar dan belummemiliki izin pengelolaan danpengusahaan sarang burung walet tersebut

No full textAbstractIn this era, the world has developed. Thus, it requires a company to be able to compete and survive in the business. As a consequence, a company must be more effective and efficient in conducting its operational activities in order to ensure the survival of the company. The success of the company's operational activities cant only be seen from the quality products it produces, but also from the services provided and the work ethic of the Human Resources in the company. And then, this research aimed to analyze how the application of Islamic work ethics to employees of BPRS Mitra Agro Usaha Bandar Lampung and how the application of Islamic work ethics affects the performance of employees of BPRS Mitra Agro Usaha Bandar Lampung. This research used field research with a qualitative approach and descriptive. Data collection used interviews and observations. The results of the research showed that employees of BPRS Mitra Agro Usaha Bandar Lampung had reflected the true work ethic of Muslims by applying the characteristics of Islamic work ethics such as honesty, discipline, creativity, being responsible, happy. Because they served and being independent in order to make BPRS Mitra Agro Usaha a transitioning Financing Bank from conventional to Sharia Financing Bank. The Bank completely applies Sharia working principles as per Islamic teachings. Furthermore, the application of Islamic work ethics had a positive impact on the performance of employees of PT. BPRS Mitra Agro Usaha Bandar Lampung.Keywords: Islamic Work Ethic, Employee Performance
