GENERAL ASPECTS REGARDING THE GROWTH FRESHWATER FISH IN CUBES, AN ALTERNATIVE FOR AQUACULTURE IN ROMANIA
Due to the increased consumption of fish, as an alternative to achieving healthy population nutrition, the development of European aquaculture also shows an increasing trend. At present, freshwater culture is about 42% of total European fish production. Valuable species, from an economic point of view, can be reared in intensive systems in cages on running waters or ponds, combined with less valuable species. There are also new species that are gradually becoming increasingly important for the fish industry in Europe. Freshwater aquaculture in Romania is based on rainbow trout and carp which are still predominant species, but there is significant demand for valuable fish species [11,12,16]. Â
THE STUDY ON THE FEASIBILITY OF USING IN THE FOOD CHAIN SOME BATCHES OF WHEAT AND CORN CONDITIONED AND KEPT AT CEREAL SILOS IN OLTENIA
In Romania, cereals, and especially wheat and corn, are traditional crops with a high nutritional value of seeds, which are the primary source of food for humans and animals and because they enjoy, in most areas, the conditions. favorable soil and climate. The use of seeds contaminated with fungi or microorganisms during vegetation, during harvesting, during the conservation period, every year brings considerable losses that affect both the yield and the quality of the harvested and stored production. In the presented paper we tested some batches of wheat and corn in order to determinate the presence and levels of mycotoxins as: Aflatoxin B1(AFB) and total aflatoxin (AFT), Ochratoxin A (OTA), Fumonisin B1 (FUMO), T-2/HT-2, Zearalenon (ZEA), Deoxinivalenol (DON) and heavy metal residues (Pb and Cd)
ASPECTS ON THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF SPRAYING EQUIPMENT FOR REDUCING DRIFT IN FIELD CROPS
The paper presents innovative solutions on the construction si operation of spraying machines in the view of reducing drift in field crops: with innovative electrostatic spraying system, with special panels with static condenser, nozzle protection system, spraying devices provided with hoods, downward air curtain system and with shielded system with caps for controlling drop dispersion. The paper is important, on the one hand, for producers of spraying equipment for reducing drift and, on the other hand, for farmers in the view of efficiently applying treatments in field crops, but also for reducing environmental pollution
USE OF DETACHING EQUIPMENT IN GRAPE POMACE PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY
The equipment is intended to operate within the fruit processing technological flows, respectively to detach- disintegrate the grape pomace which are formed during the fruit pressing using milling drums. These pomaces, usually are made up of fruit solid agglomerations, that have a greater seed concentration and humidity, especially when the rotary rollers are working with a certain distance between, in order to not crush the grape seeds. Based on these considerations, in the paper it is analyzed and presented the case in which the detacher can successfully be used in grape seeds separating technology from the pomace and its performances to separate the sub-products resulting from the grapes pressing operation
SOIL ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION FOR ESTABLISHING TOMATO CROP
Tomatoes (Solanum lycopersicum L.), are one of the most consumed species in the world. Their fruits have a high vitamin, mineral salts and oligoelements content, as a good human health support. Can be consumed as fresh products or processed as juice, sauce or ketchup. Due to these properties, the way their harvests are obtained have to be managed properly. The study aimed to emphasize the importance of the soil analysis in order to establish an open field tomato crop. Thee trial was established in 2018 in Hanu Conachi, Galaţi department (45°35′8″N 27°36′12″E). There are presented observations and measurements on the soil content of the available macro- and micronutrients compared to the total nutrient content, for the establishment of the tomato crop. It can be observed that, for weak alkaline soils, the total phosphorous content versus the available phosphorous is 25 - 30 times higher, due to the blockages with the soil cations. The analysis of the soil`s texture showed variations within the same plot designated for the establishment of the tomato crop
STUDIES ON THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE PLANTING PROCESS OF THE VEGETABLE SEEDLINGS IN LEGUME
The objective of the study is to evaluate the comparative data on the mechanized planting works of seedlings, made with the rotating seed pot planter compared to the work done with the planer with flexible disc distributor. It was followed by the qualitative indices of the work, namely: the rows planted to be as straight as possible, the percentage of plants caught, the vertical fixation of the plants, the planting depth to be equal and constant, the distance between the plants to be uniform and constant, between rows to be equal.            As a result of the study, the increase of the qualitative indices of the work in the case of the rotary distributor with nutrient pots was found, compared to the planer with flexible disc distributor
CROP SUITABILITY ANALYSIS AND EASTERN CRAIOVA MAIN SOILS PRODUCTIVITY CAPACITY, CIRCEA AREA
The analysis on fertility, crop suitability for different plants and eastern Craiova soils productivity capacity, i.e. Circea village area, was carried out by estimation work under natural conditions, a complex specialized work which highlights natural conditions of the area, where the soils and their physicochemical properties emerged and developed. Due to a varied natural conditions range, mainly because of the landscape, a large variety of soils, such as the reddish preluvosoil have formed in the area where the research was carried out; out of which, on wider areas, reddish luvic preluvosoil, reddish eroded and stagnic preluvosoil and reddish alluvial preluvosoil. As a result of land evaluation and crop favourability classes, depending on natural factors and soil properties in the researched area, one can note that the alluvial reddish preluvosoil is characterized by the highest natural fertility, being followed by the luvic red preluvosoil. Reddish stagnic preluvosoil is characterized by a very low natural productivity potential, highly differentiating itself from the other three types of soil. The highest productivity is that of the reddish alluvial preluvosoil followed closely by that of the reddish luvic preluvosoil, and the lowest productivity is that of the reddish eroded and stagnic preluvosoils; that of soils on slopes, where the lowering or limiting factors of productive capacity are represented by the processes of erosion and stagnogleyzation
RESEARCH ON THE OPTIMAL FERTILIZATION SYSTEM FOR THE LUCERNE CULTURE IN MIXTURE WITH PERENNIAL FOREST GRAMINES IN THE OLTENIEI AREA
Organic and mineral fertilization of temporary grasslands is one of the essential measures for obtaining increased feed and lucerne crops.(Bărbulescu, C. s.a. 1972;1991; Moga I. s.a. 1993; Cotigă C,2010;2012). By applying 30 t/ha of manure, in conjunction with a modest dose of nitrogen, in the temporary grasslands, the botanical composition is maintained in a good balance
AGROCHEMICAL STUDY IN THE AREA OF SILIŞTEA-GUMEŞTI TELEORMAN COUNTY, WITH AN AREA OF 210 HA, WITH THE PURPOSE OF ELABORATING THE FERTILIZATION PLAN ON CROPS
In order to carry out this study, work was carried out on the morphological, physical and chemical characterization, determining the productive potential of the soil cover, enunciating the measures of soil improvement and elaborating the fertilization plan on crops. The field stage includes the presentation of general and local ecopedological conditions. In this regard, observations were made on the territory from the point of view of each ecopedological factor. Based on the movement on the ground, observations were made on the micro-relief, the level of the groundwater, the vegetation and the degree of anthropization of the soil cover following the mobilization, preparation of the germination bed and current maintenance. The soil samples were collected according to the cadastral plan, with an area of 210 ha being located on the radius of SilişteaGumeşti commune, Teleorman county. For the characterization of the soil cover from the above mentioned surface, a soil profile and a few surveys were carried out, in order to correctly identify the representative soil type. Also, agrochemical mapping was performed, 44 soil samples were collected from the arable horizon (0-20 cm) in disturbed system (in plastic bags). The description of the pedogenetic conditions and the soil cover from soil boiling, was carried out according to the "Guide for the description in the field of the soil profile and the specific environmental conditions", authors: Munteanu I., Florea N., 2009 and "Methodology for the Development of Pedological Studies ", ICPA, 1987. The classification of soils at type and subtype level was made according to" Romanian Soil Taxonomy System (SRTS) ", ICPA, 2012
