    BUSINESS PROCESS REENGINEERING PADA CV PUTRA SANTOSO UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KINERJA BISNIS PERUSAHAAN

    Seiring dengan berkembangnya persaingan bisnis, transaksi menjadi lebih kompleks, dan semakin luas jangkuan usaha suatu perusahaan, sudah semestinya perusahaan membutuhkan pengoptimalan suatu proses bisnis agar menjadi efisien dan efektif. Maka suatu Perusahaan terkadang membutuhkan alur proses bisnis baru yang efisien dan efektif untuk menggantian proses bisnis lama. Perubahan proses bisnis yang signifikan disebut Business Process Reenginering. Dengan menggunakan metode BPR ini akan menghasilkan proses bisnis rekomendasi yang bertujuan untuk memperbaiki kinerja pada perusahaan agar lebih baik. Perusahaan CV Putra Santoso merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang pertanian. Pada CV Putra Santoso proses bisnis yang diperoleh dari hasil pengumpulan data yaitu proses pendaftaran agen supplier baru yang memiliki nilai uji efisiensi throughput yang dihitung menggunakan diagram American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) sebesar 65,73 %. Dilakukan penyempurnaan proses bisnis dengan cara dieliminasi atau otomatisasi proses bisnis agar muncul proses bisnis baru kemudian dilakukan uji efisiensi throughput untuk proses bisnis rekomendasi dan menghasilkan nilai efisiensi sebesar 100% serta penurunan total waktu untuk proses bisnisnya

    Leveraging AI for Collaborative Writing: A Mixed Method Study on Student Experiences using AI Writing Tools

    The immense development of AI, particularly for writing tools, has made it unavoidable for students to become familiar with these technologies. The study investigates using AI writing tools, specifically Canva Magic Write, Quillbot, and Grammarly, in collaborative writing tasks. Eight third-semester students from the English Department at the Faculty of Letters, University of Persada Bunda Indonesia, were selected using a purposeful sampling technique since they have used AI writing tools, including Canva Magic Write, Quillbot, and Grammarly, in Advanced English Grammar and Essay Writing class in the academic 2024-2025 previously. The study employed mixed methods with an explanatory sequential mixed method design, which involved a two-phase data collection process beginning with quantitative data (Questionnaire) and followed by qualitative data (semi-structured interview). The results showed that three AI writing tools - Grammarly, Quillbot, and Canva Magic Write - significantly impact students' collaborative writing experiences. Grammarly improved writing quality, Quillbot enhanced confidence, and Canva Magic Write proved beneficial for idea generation. However, students faced challenges such as restricted access to premium features, issues with source accuracy, irrelevant suggestions, and technical difficulties. Despite these challenges, students expressed satisfaction with Grammarly and Quillbot, while Canva Magic Write received less favorable feedback due to slower performance and outdated sources. The study highlights the importance of understanding students' perceptions and attitudes toward using AI tools for collaborative writing

    Analysis of Language Functions in Interpersonal Communication in the English Visual Novel Game Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney

    The purpose of this study is to analyze the language functions in the visual novel Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney by Shu Takumi using Jakobson's (1960) theory of language functions. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method to examine the data. Based on the analysis, the researchers identified four of the six language functions proposed by Jakobson within the visual novel. The most dominant language function found is the conative function, with the highest percentage of 24 instances (36.4%). The second most frequent is the referential function, which appears in 19 instances (28.8%). The emotive function ranks third, with 14 instances (21.2%). Lastly, the phatic function appears the least, with 9 instances (13.6%). These findings indicate that the conative function plays a central role in the visual novel, highlighting its focus on influencing the listener's actions or responses. The presence of other functions, such as referential, emotive, and phatic, also reflects the dynamic and interactive nature of the dialogue in Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney

    This research investigates the differences in learning outcomes and student activities between the Project-Based Learning (PBL) model and the conventional teaching model on acid-base material at SMAN 2 Percut Sei Tuan. Two classes from the XI grade were selected as samples: one experimental class using the PBL model and one control class using traditional lecture and discussion methods. Data analysis involved tests for normality, homogeneity, hypotheses, and correlations. The Independent Sample T-test results indicated a significant difference in both learning outcomes and student activities, with a significance value of 0.00 ( 0.05), supporting the acceptance of Ha and the rejection of H0. Furthermore, the correlation test revealed a significant relationship between learning outcomes and student activities in the PjBL context, with a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 ( 0.005). These findings highlight the efficacy of the PjBL model in enhancing student engagement and academic performance in learning acid-base concepts

    Penilitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengkaji keterampilan online collaboration pada siswa SMPN 1 Bangsalsari terutama pada materi struktur dan fungsi tumbuhan. Keterampilan online collaboration merupakan kemampuan untuk bekerja sama secara efektif dengan orang lain melalui platform digital. Keterampilan tersebut melibatkan penggunaan alat dan teknologi online untuk berkomunikasi, berbagi informasi, dan menyelesaikan tugas bersama. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini melibatkan siswa dari kelas 9 yang berjumlah dua kelas. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui penugasan kelompok secara online berupa pembuatan poster melalui platform canva. Terdapat beberapa indikator seperti keterampilan menggunakan platform desain grafis seperti canva, jaringan data yang mendukung, kelengkapan pengerjaan tugas, serta keterampilan online collaboration dalam satu kelompok.     PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN PhET SIMULATION HUKUM NEWTON SEBAGAI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN IPA BERBASIS ICT TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN PROSES SAINS SISWA

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak penggunaan simulator laboratorium virtual PhET sebagai sarana pembelajaran IPA berbasis ICT terhadap kemampuan proses sains siswa di kelas VII Hukum Newton. Penelitian dilakukan di SMPN 1 Pasarkemis Kabupaten Tangerang pada tahun pelajaran 2023/2024 pada Maret 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi eksperimen Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Data diperoleh melalui penggunaan metode cluster sampling pada dua kelas subjek penelitian, kelas VII 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VII 2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Penelitian menggunakan tes (pretest dan postest) berupa pilihan ganda, serta esai dan non-tes (observasi dan kuesioner respons siswa) sebagai instrumen. Mengamati, memprediksi, menginterpretasi data, mencoba, mengklasifikasikan, dan berkomunikasi merupakan beberapa keterampilan proses sains yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Menurut analisis uji hipotesis, tingkat signifikansi adalah 0,001, kurang dari 0,05. Ini mengakibatkan tolak H0 dan terima H1. Nilai tes meningkat dari pretest 55,92 menjadi posttest 71,36, sedangkan nilai non-tes dari lembar observasi naik dari 63,33 menjadi 81,61 dan lembar angket sebesar 3,08. Maka, kesimpulannya adalah bahwa penggunaan simulasi virtual PhET dalam pembelajaran IPA berbasis ICT dapat berdampak pada keterampilan proses sains siswa kelas VII yang terkait dengan Hukum Newton

    Pengaruh antara kecerdasan emosional dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran sistem suspensi siswa kelas X1 TKR SMKN 1 Nguling, menguji ada tidaknya pengaruh signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar uji asumsi klasik dan hipotesis Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor seperti minat, motivasi belajar, intensitas belajar, kreativitas, disiplin belajar, dan pemilihan program kompetensi dapat berkontribusi pada hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran sistem suspensi. Memahami hubungan antara motivasi dan kinerja akademis sangat penting bagi para pendidik untuk mengembangkan strategi pengajaran yang efektif yang meningkatkan prestasi siswa.Berdasarkan hasil uji analisis sederhana menggunakan uji y terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dan hasil belajar terhadap Hasil Belajar siswa di SMKN 1 Nguling dengan nilai 4,554. Mengindikasikan bahwa variabel Kecerdaasan Emosional dan Motivasi Belajar memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap Hasil Belajar siswa kelas XI Jurusan Teknik Kendaraan di SMK Negeri 1 Ngulin

    To ensure that the plasma reactor tool can simulate the Plasma Activated Water (PAW) liquid accurately. To ensure the quality of the PAW liquid according to the plasma reactor design, it is necessary to create a calibration model that can ensure that the model matches the observation data and improve the predictive ability of the model. The purpose of this article is to build a calibration model based on the quality of PAW liquid produced from a plasma reactor. This study used the Principal Component Regression (PCR) method and the Partial Least Square Regression (PLS-R) method. The advantage of the PCR method is that it reduces data based on correlation values. While the PLS-R method reduces data based on the most relevant factors in interpreting the data. Based on the experiments conducted, it was concluded that to build a calibration model based on plasma reactor data and PAW liquid data, the PCR method is better than the PLS-R method. This is shown based on the RMSEP and R2 values in the PCR method of 0.09625571 and 93.04699% while in the PLS-R method of 0.09873341 and 92.84436%. For the R2 value in the PCR method is greater which indicates that the data variant value is more acceptable to the calibration model than in the PLS-R method, then the RMSEP value in the PCR method is smaller which indicates that the statistical error value is more acceptable than PLS-R

    Education is a planned effort, in the learning process and creating a learning atmosphere so that students can develop their potential to become competent in the abilities they are learning. This research aims to analyze the critical Thinking skills of high school students in solving group data statistical problems and to see the differences between students with Thinking and Feeling personality types. With a qualitative descriptive design, the research results showed an average critical Thinking ability of 18.31 and a Thinking-Feeling personality type of 21.22. However, the t-Test shows that the difference is not statistically significant (t-count -6.19 t-table 1.66 at α 0.05), indicating that personality type does not have a significant effect on critical Thinking skills, so other factors such as teaching methods or learning experiences are more likely to play a role

    The Naek Dango Traditional Ceremony is a traditional ceremony of the Dayak Kanayat community in Merayuh Village, Air Besar District, Landak Regency, West Kalimantan Province. This study aims to explore ethnomathematics in the ceremony. Through ethnomathematics exploration, various mathematical concepts contained in the Naek Dango Traditional Ceremony can be identified, such as measuring volume and surface area. This research is a qualitative study with an ethnographic approach. The subjects of this study were the Temenggung and the Traditional Head of Merayuh Village. Data were obtained through active collection and analysis by the researcher. The collected data were analyzed through data condensation, data presentation, and continuous drawing of conclusions. The results of this study indicate that there is ethnomathematics in the Naek Dango Traditional Ceremony which is shown through the activities of calculating, determining locations, measuring, designing, playing, and explaining
