Employing a mixed-method approach, semi-structured interviews and questionnaires were administered to refugees in the study areas. The study findings showed that these networks played significant roles in providing social, emotional, and psychological support, access to resources, and social contact. Yet, challenges like cultural differences, language barriers, and discrimination persist. The study findings present feasible recommendations that include enhanced language programs, counselling services, and targeted policy interventions.
