Customer-Centric digital transformation framework: Enhancing service delivery in SMES for underserved populations
This paper introduces a customer-centric digital transformation framework designed to enhance service delivery in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) catering to underserved populations. As digital technology becomes increasingly essential in today’s economy, SMEs face the challenge of integrating these tools effectively to serve marginalized communities. This review explores how a customer-centric approach can enable SMEs to create inclusive digital solutions that meet the specific needs of underserved populations, ultimately driving economic empowerment and social equity. The proposed framework encompasses three core components: accessibility, personalization, and engagement. Accessibility ensures that digital platforms are designed with user-friendly interfaces that accommodate individuals with varying levels of digital literacy. By prioritizing mobile optimization and providing resources in local languages, SMEs can eliminate barriers to entry and facilitate greater participation among underserved customers. Personalization is a key element that allows SMEs to tailor their offerings based on customer insights and preferences. Utilizing data analytics and feedback loops, businesses can gain a deeper understanding of their customers' needs, enabling them to deliver customized products and services that resonate with underserved populations. This tailored approach not only enhances customer satisfaction but also fosters loyalty and trust within these communities. Engagement emphasizes the importance of fostering meaningful relationships between SMEs and underserved populations. By leveraging digital channels such as social media, mobile applications, and community forums, SMEs can create platforms for two-way communication and collaboration. This engagement empowers communities, allowing them to voice their needs and influence the development of products and services. In conclusion, the customer-centric digital transformation framework presented in this paper serves as a strategic guide for SMEs seeking to enhance service delivery for underserved populations. Theoretical framework for attribution-related copyright trolling in creative commons licenses
This paper proposes a theoretical framework for understanding attribution-related copyright trolling in Creative Commons (CC) licenses. Attribution clauses, while essential for ensuring creators receive proper credit, have become a tool for exploitation, as some creators misuse these clauses to initiate bad-faith legal claims for financial gain. This review analyzes the legal, economic, and ethical factors enabling such trolling, focusing on gaps in copyright law, the economic incentives for creators, and the moral dilemmas this behavior poses. The paper also suggests reforming attribution clauses, improving the CC licensing system, and developing predictive models to prevent misuse. Future research is highlighted to better understand copyright trolling trends and mitigate exploitation, ensuring that CC licenses continue to support open access and collaboration.

Evaluation of the components in pre-conflict and post-conflict phases of peace-building
This work presents the evaluation of the components in pre-conflict and post conflict phases of peace-building. The paper identified some research problems which includes the difficulty in peace building agents in determining the right kind of intervention measures that addresses the various phases of peace-building. The study main objective is to determine the component of the various phases of peace-building measures. The methodology applied is the qualitative research design which includes the use of secondary sources such as journals and text books in data generation and qualitative analysis. Among the findings reached is that, the components of the pre-conflict phase of peace-building include peace advocacy and conflict prevention measures. Components of conflict phase include peace-keeping, peace-enforcement, and ceasefire measures, and the post-conflict phase include Demobilization, Disarmament and Rehabilitation (DDR) of ex-combatants and reconstructive recovery projects. Among the recommendation made is that, there should be increased peace advocacy, conflict prevention in the pre-conflict phase, quick use of peace-keeping, peace-enforcement, ceasefire, buffer zone, in the conflict phase, and high level of reconstructive recovery projects in the post conflict phase of any peace-building measure.

Innovative approaches in structural assessment and maintenance of bridges
The structural assessment and maintenance of bridges are critical to ensuring the longevity and safety of infrastructure, particularly in the U.S., where aging bridges present significant challenges. This review explores innovative approaches to bridge maintenance and assessment, focusing on advanced methodologies that integrate cutting-edge technologies such as Bently and MicroStation. These tools provide enhanced capabilities for evaluating deteriorating bridge components, allowing for precise structural ratings and predictive maintenance strategies. Drawing from my hands-on experience with structural ratings, this study highlights how these innovations streamline the evaluation process, offering detailed insights into the integrity of bridges. By leveraging 3D modeling, simulation, and data-driven analytics, these technologies enable engineers to assess wear and tear more accurately, predict potential failures, and optimize maintenance schedules. These advancements are instrumental in extending the lifespan of critical infrastructure while significantly reducing maintenance costs. Furthermore, the implementation of these technologies directly impacts public safety by providing more reliable data for decision-making in bridge management. The adoption of these methodologies not only enhances the efficiency of structural assessments but also facilitates proactive maintenance, minimizing the risk of catastrophic failures. The use of Bently and MicroStation in the structural assessment of bridges exemplifies the shift toward a more technologically integrated approach to infrastructure management, reflecting a broader trend in engineering practices toward digital transformation. This approach is particularly beneficial in the U.S., where a substantial portion of bridges are approaching the end of their design life, necessitating more advanced tools for structural evaluation. The findings of this study underscore the importance of adopting innovative technologies in bridge maintenance to ensure the safety, functionality, and cost-effectiveness of key infrastructure.

A REVIEW OF U.S. MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING EVOLUTION: INVESTIGATING SHIFTS IN TOOLS AND METHODOLOGIES IN LIGHT OF NATIONAL BUSINESS DYNAMICS
This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the evolution of management accounting in the United States, focusing on the shifts in tools, methodologies, and the influence of national business dynamics. The primary objective was to understand how management accounting practices have adapted to technological advancements, economic changes, and regulatory developments. Utilizing a systematic literature review process, the study involved identifying relevant literature through databases like Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar, employing keywords related to management accounting evolution. The selection of sources was based on predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria, emphasizing relevance, quality, and methodological rigor. Content and thematic analysis was used to interpret findings from the qualitative data. Key findings revealed a significant evolution from traditional cost accounting methods to strategic, data-driven approaches, influenced by technological advancements and changing business environments. The study identified a shift towards integrated, predictive, and data-driven management accounting practices, with a growing focus on sustainability and digitalization. The impact of technological, economic, and regulatory factors was found to be profound, necessitating continuous adaptation in management accounting practices. The study concludes that management accounting in the U.S. is highly dynamic, responding effectively to technological and economic changes. Recommendations for future research and practice include embracing technological advancements, adapting to economic and regulatory changes, focusing on sustainability, enhancing education and training, and encouraging collaborative research. This study underscores the necessity for ongoing adaptation and innovation in management accounting to maintain relevance in a rapidly evolving business landscape.

This review examines a range of policies implemented across different regions, highlighting successful strategies and lessons learned.
