Bullying dalam Perspektif Al-Qur’an: Analisis Nilai-Nilai Qur’ani sebagai Solusi Preventif dan Kuratif
Bullying is a deviant behavior that frequently occurs in various social settings, particularly among students and adolescents. This behavior includes verbal, physical, and psychological abuse that can have long-term negative impacts on its victims. This study aims to examine the phenomenon of bullying and offer solutions based on the values contained in the Qur’an. The research adopts a qualitative method with a library research approach. Primary data sources include verses of the Qur’an related to the prohibition of harming others, the importance of noble character, and the exhortation to uphold justice and benevolence. Secondary data are obtained from classical and contemporary Qur’anic exegesis, literature on bullying, and relevant scholarly articles. The findings indicate that the Qur’an firmly condemns all forms of injustice and violence against fellow human beings. Moreover, it promotes values such as empathy, compassion, justice, and social responsibility as fundamental principles for both preventing and addressing bullying. Implementasi Strategi Pendidikan Islam Moderat dalam Organisasi Kepemudaan Berbasis Nahdlatul Ulama
Islamic moderate education serves as a crucial approach in fostering an inclusive and tolerant society. PAC IPNU-IPPNU Trucuk, located in Bojonegoro, East Java, as a youth organization rooted in Nahdlatul Ulama, plays a strategic role in implementing the values of religious moderation. This study aims to analyze the strategies employed by PAC IPNU-IPPNU Trucuk in strengthening moderate Islamic education and its impact on the local community. The research utilizes a qualitative method with descriptive analytical approach, involving interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the organization implements multiple strategies such as formal and informal education programs, training sessions, collaboration with educational institutions, and social media campaigns. These efforts have significantly influenced both organizational members and the broader community, promoting tolerance, inclusivity, and social harmony. The sustainability of these initiatives requires continued support from various stakeholders including governmental and educational institutions
Implementasi Media PUZDAYA (Puzzle Budaya) dalam Mengenalkan Literasi Budaya Madura pada Anak Usia Dini
This study aims to describe the application of Puzdaya (Cultural Puzzle) media to introduce Madurese cultural literacy to children aged 5-6 years at PGRI II Jrengik Kindergarten. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that Puzdaya was able to increase children's interest and involvement in learning local culture through interactive activities. The media effectively supports the development of language, motor, social emotional, and cognitive skills. It is concluded that Puzdaya is a meaningful media and in accordance with children's development to strengthen cultural literacy and local identity in early childhood education. as expressed by Ahmad Susanto that the right choice of media in learning is important for the success of a learning process, if teachers are able to do that, students will be motivated and committed to being actively involved in class and therefore puzdaya media (cultural puzzle) is one of the educational media designed to help children recognize elements of local culture through the activity of arranging pictures so that puzdaya not only introduces cultural identity but also strengthens children's attachment to their socio-cultural environmen
Pengembangan Pembelajaran Tingkat SD Berbasis Animasi Flash 8
Pemanfaatan teknologi dalam dunia pendidikan kini menjadi suatu keharusan, khususnya dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu dan efektivitas proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan model pembelajaran interaktif berbasis animasi menggunakan Flash 8 yang dirancang agar menarik dan efektif bagi siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD), serta mengevaluasi pengaruh penerapannya terhadap motivasi dan capaian belajar siswa. Permasalahan utama yang diangkat adalah minimnya media pembelajaran yang inovatif dan interaktif di jenjang SD, dapat menyesuaikan dengan gaya belajar visual dan kinestetik siswa. Hal ini berdampak pada rendahnya semangat belajar dan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep-konsep yang diajarkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang mencakup tahapan Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SD, dengan melibatkan guru serta pakar materi dalam proses pengembangan media. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket, dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa media animasi Flash 8 memiliki tingkat validitas, kepraktisan, dan efektivitas yang tinggi. Validitas media sebesar 4,5 dari skala 5, mencerminkan kesesuaian isi dan desain dengan kurikulum serta karakteristik peserta didik SD. Dari segi kepraktisan, media dinilai mudah digunakan oleh guru maupun siswa selama uji coba, dengan tanggapan positif lebih dari 85%. Efektivitas media terlihat dari peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa, ditandai dengan meningkatnya partisipasi aktif dan minat belajar. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis animasi Flash 8 berpotensi besar untuk diterapkan di jenjang Sekolah Dasar sebagai sarana pembelajaran yang lebih menarik, interaktif, dan efektif.
Manajemen Pengembangan Penilaian Pendidikan Karakter Dalam Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Di SMA 1 Rancaekek Bandung
Character education is a crucial component of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum to develop a generation with integrity and competitiveness. This study aims to develop the management of character education assessment at SMA 1 Rancaekek through a holistic approach oriented toward the Pancasila Student Profile. The position of this research lies in aligning character education assessment with the principles of the Merdeka Curriculum. The method used is qualitative-descriptive, with data collection procedures including observation, interviews, and document analysis. The core findings indicate that character education assessment management involves integrated planning, implementation based on authentic assessment, and evaluation through collaboration between teachers, students, and parents. The results conclude that an effective character education assessment system can improve the quality of learning and strengthen students' character, offering recommendations for other schools to optimally implement the Merdeka Curriculum
Analisis Penetapan Harga Pokok Produksi dalam Menentukan Harga Jual di PT. Wonokoyo Jaya Kusuma
The aim of this research is to calculate the production costs of a production of PT. Wonokoyo Jaya Kusuma, because production costs are one of the calculation tools in decision making, and to explain the determination of the selling price at PT. Wonokoyo Jaya Kusuma. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. To find out the cost and selling price of PT. Wonokoyo Jaya Kusuma, conducted by means of interviews, which were then analyzed qualitatively. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it can be concluded that there are several differences between production costs and selling prices at PT. Wonokoyo Jaya Kusuma with the author. The selling price of PT. Wonokoyo Jaya Kusuma follows the market price of Rp. 20,000 while according to the author's calculations using accounting theory that is equal to Rp. 22,300. PT. Wonokoyo Jaya Kusuma can follow the market price as long as the price is not higher than the cost of production because it will ensure that the company suffers a loss
Potensi Beras Organik dalam Mewujudkan Ekonomi Berkelanjutan Berbasis Etika Islam dan Kemitraan Syariah
The increasing demand for organic rice is driven by public awareness of health and environmental sustainability, making this sector have high economic value. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, involving observation and interviews with KNOC managers and partners. The results of the study indicate that the concept of organic rice not only provides better economic benefits than conventional farming, but is also in line with the principles of Islamic economics, such as justice, blessings, and public welfare. The application of Islamic economic principles in organic rice businesses is realized through a fair partnership system, transparency, farmer empowerment, and sharia-compliant profit sharing. Thus, the development of organic rice in Ngawi has the potential to improve community welfare in a sustainable manner and become an environmentally friendly sharia-based economic model.

Peran Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam Penanaman Nilai-Nilai Spiritual untuk Meningkatkan Moral Santri
This research is motivated by the researcher’s concern regarding the spiritual values of students in the current millennial era. Students have been influenced by culture and technological developments to such an extent that spiritual character values are becoming increasingly distant from their lives, especially in matters related to religion. This thesis discusses the inculcation of spiritual values by Islamic education teachers in improving the morals of santri (Islamic boarding school students). This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach and was conducted at Al-Muqri Islamic Boarding School in Prenduan. The data were obtained from teachers and students of Al-Muqri Prenduan. The data collection techniques used were observation and interviews. Data processing and analysis were carried out in four stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data was tested through four criteria: credibility (prolonged engagement, increased persistence, and triangulation), transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of the study indicate that: (1) The spiritual values of the students at Al-Muqri Prenduan are generally good; however, aspects related to self-confidence and religious commitment are still lacking and need improvement. (2) The inculcation of spiritual values by Islamic education teachers is carried out through habituation and by providing advice
Penerapan Sistem Manajemen K3 Dan Lingkungan Di Industri Otomotif
The automotive industry is one of Indonesia’s strategic sectors with a high risk of workplace accidents and environmental impact. Over the past decade (2015–2025), the government and industry stakeholders have increasingly focused on implementing Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSMS, known in Indonesia as SMK3) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS, known as SML) based on international standards (e.g., ISO 45001 and ISO 14001). This study presents a systematic literature review on the implementation of OHS management systems and environmental management systems in Indonesia’s automotive industry during the last ten years. The review results show a rising trend in OHSMS/EMS adoption driven by stricter regulations and global market demands, with many domestic automotive companies achieving occupational safety and environmental certifications. OHSMS implementation has been shown to reduce workplace accident rates and enhance productivity, whereas EMS adoption helps control pollution and improve resource efficiency. However, key challenges persist, including a lack of top management commitment, limited resources, a safety and environmentally conscious culture that is not yet firmly established, and the need to increase employee participation. Case studies of leading automotive firms highlight best practices in integrating OHSMS and EMS, but the sector overall still requires continuous efforts to strengthen its safety culture and environmental performance
The influence of gender centred aggressiveness on academic performance of learners. A case of Chishakwe Primary School
This qualitative paradigm study sought to establish the influence of gender centred aggressiveness on the academic performance of learners at a school in Mutare District, Manicaland. Case study research design was used with a sample of 25. Interviews, focus group discussions and Existing Document Analysis were used to collect data. The purposive sampling technique was used. The descriptive approach to present and analyse the results was used. The study revealed that gender centred aggressiveness has several negative effects on the academic performance of learners. It greatly contributes to poor academic performance of learners. It recommends that the government and stakeholders take drastic measures to eliminate gender centred aggressiveness
