Integrasi Konsep Moderasi Beragama Dan Multikulturalisme
This research aims to explore the integration of the concepts of religious moderation and multiculturalism as an approach in building social harmony in a diverse society. In an increasingly complex global context, especially in Indonesia, which is known for its religious, ethnic, and cultural plurality, religious moderation and multiculturalism are important strategies to prevent social conflicts and increase tolerance between religious communities. Through library research-based research, this study collects and analyzes literature from various academic sources, such as books, journals, and scientific articles that discuss both concepts theoretically and practically. This study found that religious moderation emphasizes the importance of a middle ground (wasatiyyah), which avoids extremism and radicalism in religion, while multiculturalism emphasizes acceptance and respect for cultural differences and beliefs. These two concepts share similarities in the principles of inclusivity, tolerance, and equality, which can be integrated within the framework of public policy, education, and social activities to strengthen national unity and global peace. The results of this research are expected to contribute to the development of policies that encourage social cohesion and answer the challenges of diversity in contemporary society. The integration of religious moderation and multiculturalism can be a solution to maintain a balance between religious identity and cultural diversity, as well as increase dialogue between different groups
A Desain Program Diklat Berbasis Identifikasi Kebutuhan dan Tujuan Organisasi: Studi Pustaka
This study aims to theoretically describe the design of training programs. Using the library research method, this study is expected to provide a detailed explanation of its objectives. The findings indicate that the implementation of training programs involves several key stages, starting from identifying training needs that focus on skill gaps and organizational goals to designing and evaluating training programs. Training programs should be designed to meet the specific needs of participants and training objectives while considering available resources. Therefore, training design includes selecting relevant materials and setting clear goals. Effective training should demonstrate the relationship between educational theory and training practices, analyze training needs, and ensure follow-up actions that enhance the management of education and training programs. Thus, a training program design based on the identification of needs and organizational objectives can improve training effectiveness, ensure goal achievement, and support the optimal development of participants' competencies
Optimalisasi Dinamika Kelompok dalam Pendidikan dan Pelatihan: Strategi Peningkatan Kinerja Peserta di Lingkungan Pesantren
This research aims to analyze group dynamics in the training context by focusing on four main aspects: group characteristics in training activities, stages of group development, encouragement and motivation of participants, as well as changes in performance and learning patterns of training participants. Using the library research method, this research examines various primary and secondary literature sources that are relevant to the theme of group dynamics among training participants. The research results show that the characteristics of groups in training include six important aspects: members' thoughts and cognition, motivation and expectations, group goals, organizational forum, relationships between individuals, and interaction and communication. The stages of group development include formation, conflict, implementation, evaluation and consolidation. The encouragement and motivation of training participants is influenced by their desire to learn, needs and hopes for the future. Changes in participant performance can be measured through three indicators: reaction, level of learning, and level of change in behavior after training. This research concludes that the success of training is marked by significant changes in the performance and abilities of participants as the main target for implementing training

University Administration Innovation for Funding University Education
This study investigates the persistent issue of inadequate funding in Nigerian public universities, highlighting the implications for both the quality of education and university administration. The research adopts a qualitative approach using a case study methodology, focused on analyzing existing literature, official reports, and interviews with university administrators and stakeholders. The findings reveal that inadequate funding results in a range of issues including project delays and cancellations, reduced quality of service, operational difficulties, faculty staff exodus, and the inaccessibility of education for some students. The study identifies several innovative strategies for addressing these challenges, such as attracting donations, setting up university business ventures, launching new market-driven courses, introducing reasonable charges for university facilities, investing in securities markets, and strengthening alumni associations. These strategies aim to generate additional revenue to complement government grants. The research highlights the critical need for university administrators to adopt these innovative funding approaches to mitigate the impacts of government funding shortfalls and ensure the continued provision of quality education. The implications for policy and practice suggest that universities must not only depend on government allocations but also create self-sustaining financial models that can support educational development. Future research should focus on evaluating the long-term effectiveness of these innovative funding strategies and explore their application in diverse Nigerian university settings
Exploring the Causes and Physical Manifestations of Glossophobia among University Students
This study investigates the causes and physical manifestations of glossophobia among university students, with a focus on the University of Johannesburg. The aim is to identify the underlying causes of glossophobia and explore its physical symptoms in students. Adopting a qualitative research design within a constructivist paradigm, the study uses a phenomenological approach to capture the lived experiences of students. Ten participants with self-reported glossophobia were selected through purposive sampling, and data were collected via semi-structured interviews. The data were analyzed using qualitative content analysis. The results indicate that glossophobia is primarily triggered by factors such as inadequate preparation, fear of judgment, fear of failure, perfectionism, and xenoglossophobia. These factors lead to physical symptoms, including hand shaking, voice trembling, increased heart rate, sweating, and shortness of breath, which significantly impair students' public speaking abilities. Based on these findings, the study recommends several interventions to mitigate glossophobia, such as organizing public speaking workshops, creating peer support networks, promoting relaxation and mindfulness techniques, encouraging gradual exposure to public speaking, offering professional counseling, and raising awareness about glossophobia and mental health. These measures aim to alleviate anxiety, boost confidence, and create a supportive environment for students. Addressing glossophobia can enhance students' academic experiences, improve communication skills, and promote overall well-being
