La formazione iniziale dei docenti e il bilancio delle competenze: Un'indagine esplorativa
Get PDFThis essay, starting from the sine tempore quaestio of the initial training of secondary school teachers, aims to analyse the wide range of competencies required of the teacher and how the new training path formalized by Law 79/2022 will ensure the acquisition and evaluation of the required competencies. In this regard, initial data are presented from the Skills Assessment completed by 1735 enrolees of PF24 of the University of Naples Federico II who independently decided to fill it out. This is a reflective-investigative process that paves the way for the construction of the Teaching Portfolio.Il presente saggio, partendo dalla sine tempore quaestio della formazione iniziale dei docenti della scuola secondaria, intende analizzare l’ampio ventaglio delle competenze richieste al docente e in che modo il nuovo percorso formativo formalizzato con Legge 79/2022 garantirà l’acquisizione e la valutazione delle competenze richieste. A tal proposito si presentano i dati iniziali del Bilancio di competenze (Bdc) compilato da 1735 iscritti del PF24 dell’Università di Napoli Federico II che in piena autonomia hanno deciso di compilarlo. Si tratta di un processo riflessivo-indagativo che apre la strada alla costruzione del Teaching Portfolio

No full textTo enhance students’ environmental knowledge, art helps to transcend the classroom while incorporating academic content in multithemed lessons that integrate and meet academic standards. As Inwood remarks, this approach expands creativity and applies real world critical thinking skills to environmental problems, issues, and future sustainability. This study describes interdisciplinary instruction using environmental arts education, which encourages students to help community and local environments. The authors frame this experience for the youngsters by showing them how to create their own art so they can make immediate and personal connections to the natural environment. While participating in the educational lessons, students learn how their actions affect the environment, and through their own artistic contributions, they essentially become “environmental artists” who enrich the world at large. Students apply their understanding of these issues through self-directed learning experiences of the type described by Grava and Pole, and they discover direct connections between themselves, others, and the environment.Per migliorare la conoscenza ambientale degli studenti, l'arte contribuisce a trascendere l'ambiente classe e incorporare, allo stesso tempo, contenuti accademici come parte di lezioni pluritematiche che soddisfano e integrano gli standard formativi. Come osservato da Inwood, tale approccio espande la creatività e implementa in un contesto reale le abilità di pensiero critico, rivolgendole alle questioni ambientali e al problema della sostenibilità futura. Il presente studio descrive la formazione interdisciplinare attraverso l'educazione artistica ambientale, che incoraggia gli studenti a sostenere le proprie comunità e i contesti locali. Gli autori contribuiscono a inquadrare tale esperienza prospettando ai giovani la creazione di opere d'arte che consentano loro di costruire legami immediati e personali con l'ambiente naturale. Nel partecipare a tali attività formative, gli studenti apprendono che le loro azioni influiscono sull'ambiente. Attraverso i loro contributi artistici, diventano, in sostanza, 'artisti ambientali', che arricchiscono il Mondo. Gli studenti applicano la loro comprensione delle questioni ambientali attraverso esperienze di apprendimento autonomo [self-directed learning] del tipo descritto da Grava e Pole e scoprono, inoltre, connessioni dirette con sé stessi, gli altri e l'ambiente
A review of the psychosocial and criminological factors underlying COVID-19 conspiracy theories
Get PDFConspiracy theories and misinformation are becoming increasingly pervasive in recent years and have been spreading at an astounding rate during the COVID-19 pandemic, leading to a range of problems, including non-adherence to safety protocols, refusal to be vaccinated and disregard for public safety. The uncontrollable spread of dubious information has been dubbed an infode-mic and is facilitated by social media and the internet. The belief in, and diffusion of conspiracy theories is linked to various factors familiar to the psychological and criminological fields. Key among these factors is a trait known as conspiratorial thinking. In order to combat this pheno-menon, it is essential that we understand how and why conspiracy theories spread and what makes people prone to believing in them. This literature review aims to highlight the principal research into the identifying characteristics of conspiracy theories, as well as the psycho-social and criminological factors that sustain them. It also explores the effects that conspiracy belief can have on people and groups. It then delves into the role of social media in the diffusion of conspiracy theories during the pandemic. Finally, it illustrates the main strategies that have been used to counter misinformation and conspiracy theories and suggests some areas where further research is required

Lo sforzo, audace e inedito, è quello di riflettere su core curriculum, profilo professionale e ruolo che essi possono avere in contesti aziendali per lo più solo appannaggio di altre scienze del management.
Ciò a partire dalla consapevolezza che i problemi legati alla qualità della vita professionale e del benessere nelle organizzazioni hanno raggiunto proporzioni importanti e si configurano come nuova emergenza educativa che chiama la pedagogia del lavoro ad un impegno di mediazione e di promozione di una sostenibilità personale e comunitaria votata alla costruzione di organizzazione positive e di un nuovo umanesimo del lavoro.

Get PDFThe legislative process that led to the closure of the Judicial Psychiatric Hospitals (OPG), replaced by theResidences for the Execution of Security Measures (REMS), constituted a significant step forward towardsthe establishment of a community model of care of offenders with severe socially dangerous mental disordersmore respectful of human rights. Among the main criticalities that had been identified in the previous forensicpsychiatric treatment system, based on OPGs, were considered the overcrowding, the problematic hygienic-sanitary conditions, the inexistence of treatment programs that were adequate to the levels of social danger that changed over time, the non-therapeutic-rehabilitative nature of the internment in OPG, the“anti-therapeutic” presence of the Penitentiary Police personnel, the hypothetically unlimited duration ofthe internment. The new model has certainly remedied these critical issues, but other issues have arisen thatneed to be worked on. The authors report here the first data of a multicenter research project that developedon the national territory during the years 2021 and 2022 aimed at validating the DUNDRUM Toolkit, a toolfor evaluating the effectiveness of forensic treatment and recovery, in validation course also in other Europeancountries, particularly adaptable to the treatment model that has been developing in Italy with the establishment of REMS.Il processo legislativo che ha portato alla chiusura degli Ospedali Psichiatrici Giudiziari (OPG), sostituitidalle Residenze per l’Esecuzione delle Misure di Sicurezza (REMS), ha costituito un significativo passo inavanti verso l’istituzione di un modello comunitario di cura degli autori di reato affetti da gravi disturbi mentali socialmente pericolosi più rispettoso dei diritti umani. Tra le principali criticità che erano state ravvisatenel precedente sistema trattamentale psichiatrico forense, basato sugli OPG, sono state considerate il sovraffollamento, le condizioni igienico-sanitarie problematiche, l’insussistenza di programmi trattamentaliche fossero adeguati ai livelli di pericolosità sociale modificantisi nel tempo, la natura non terapeutico-riabilitativa dell’internamento in OPG, la presenza “anti-terapeutica” del personale di Polizia Penitenziaria, ladurata ipoteticamente senza termine dell’internamento. A queste criticità il nuovo modello ha certamenteposto rimedio, ma sono sorte altre problematicità su cui bisognerà lavorare. Gli autori riportano in questasede i primi dati di un progetto di ricerca multicentrico che si è sviluppato sul territorio nazionale nel corsodegli anni 2020-2022 teso a validare il DUNDRUM Toolkit, strumento di valutazione dell’efficacia del trattamento forense e della recovery, in corso di validazione anche in altri Paesi europei, particolarmente adattabile al modello trattamentale che si è andato sviluppando in Italia con l’istituzione delle REMS
Il progetto PANGEA: un’analisi qualitativa dell’Intimate Partner Violence attraverso i lavoratori della rete antiviolenza durante la pandemia da COVID-19
Get PDFIntimate Partner Violence (IPV) is the most difficult gender-based violence’s form to identify and to stop. The pandemic conditions may have caused an increase of this form but it is difficult to measure. The anti-violence workers could be a valuable and reliable source to obtain informations about women and working conditions during the pandemic. Tuscany region is suitable to conduct this study because has an high rate of IPV and had a long period of lockdown. Thanks to the regional interest it was possible to make a project able to study many aspects of this phenomenon. In the first phase, described in this article, it was possible to understand the major sentiments, emotions, feelings and moods of the anti-violence workers respect of the issues in question.La violenza di genere è un fenomeno molto frequente e l’Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) è la forma più difficile da identificare e contrastare. Le condizioni pandemiche potrebbero aver causato un incremento di questa forma, ma misurarla risulta estremamente complesso. Gli operatori anti violenza sono delle valide ed affidabili risorse per ottenere informazioni riguardo alle condizioni delle donne, ma anche riguardo alle condizioni lavorative durantela pandemia. Considerando che la regione toscana ha un alto tasso di IPV e che in questa regione il lockdown è durato a lungo, è una delle migliori regioni in Italia dove condurre uno studio di questo tipo. Grazie all’interesse mostrato dalla regione è stato possibile iniziare un progetto in grado di valutare molti aspetti di questo fenomeno. Nella prima fase, che sarà descritta in questo articolo, è possibile comprendere i principali sentimenti, emozioni,stati d’animo e atteggiamenti degli operatori anti violenza rispetto alle tematiche in questione
Accompagnare i docenti professionisti a trasmettere la propria conoscenza nell’Istruzione Tecnica Superiore (ITS): i contributi della Didattica Pro-fessionale e della Cultural Historical Activity Theory
Get PDFThe aim of this article is to contribute to strengthening the relationship between training and work, in particular by rethinking training and didactic design in the Italian Higher Vocational Education system (ITS). For the purposes of a training and didactic design capable of respond-ing effectively to the actual skill requirements of work contexts, a space for dialogue is high-lighted between two theoretical approaches, both oriented towards activity analysis: Profession-al Didactics (DP) and Cultural Historical Activity Theory (CHAT). If the former is oriented towards eliciting the tacit knowledge possessed by professionals at work, considering socio-technical and ergonomic aspects in the analysis of the work situation, the perspective of the lat-ter approach focuses on the relevance of production strategies and motives/reasons in shaping collective activities and tacit knowledge at work. Both can contribute, therefore, to highlighting not only the importance that the contents of the professional knowledge to be taught are devel-oped from the effective knowledge of work, but also that the didactic transposition of this knowledge considers the ways and contexts in which it was learned and will be used. In con-clusion, it emerges that the collaboration between higher vocational education centres and enter-prises is crucial in order to create the conditions for professionals to become do-cents through the elicitation of their tacit knowledge.Lo scopo del presente articolo è quello di contribuire a rafforzare il rapporto tra formazione e lavoro, in particolare ripensando la progettazione formativa e didattica nel sistema di Istruzione professionale superiore (ITS). Ai fini di una progettazione formativa e didattica capace di ri-spondere efficacemente ai fabbisogni di competenze effettive dei contesti lavorativi, si evidenzia uno spazio di dialogo tra due approcci teorici, entrambi orientati all’analisi dell’attività: la Didattica Professionale (DP) e la Teoria dell'Attività Storica Culturale (CHAT, Cultural Historical Activity Theory). Se il primo è orientato a elicitare la conoscenza tacita posseduta dai professionisti sul lavoro, considerando gli aspetti socio-tecnici ed ergonomici nell’analisi della situazione di lavoro, la prospettiva del secondo ap-proccio focalizza l'attenzione sulla rilevanza delle strategie di produzione e dei motivi /ragioni nel plasmare le attività collettive e la conoscenza tacita sul lavoro. Entrambi possono concorrere, quindi, a mettere in luce non solo l’importanza che i contenuti della conoscenza professionale da insegnare vengano sviluppati a partire dai saperi efficaci del lavoro, ma anche che la trasposizione didattica di tali saperi consideri le modalità e i contesti in cui essi sono stati appresi e verranno utilizzati. In conclusione, emerge che la collaborazione tra centri di istruzione professionale superiore e imprese è fondamentale per creare le condizioni in grado di far diventare i professionisti dei docenti grazie all’elicitazione della loro conoscenza tacita
