Rancang Bangun Ultra Step Up DC to DC Converter Pada Mobil Listrik
Dunia saat ini sedang mengalami kemajuan teknologi yang sangat pesat meliputi segala bidang yang menyangkut segala sisi kehidupan manusia. Salah satu bidang yang disoroti oleh para peneliti di dunia saat ini adalah pengembangan mobil listrik sebagai suatu upaya untuk meminimalisir penggunaan bahan bakar fosil yang semakin sedikit jumlahnya di alam. Mobil listrik digerakkan oleh motor listrik yang mendapatkan energi listrik dari baterai atau aki. Apabila dalam mobil listrik ini menggunakan penggerak berjenis motor induksi tiga fasa, maka baterai harus menyediakan tegangan sebesar 311 Vdc untuk disalurkan ke inverter tiga fasa menjadi 220 Vac yang nantinya digunakan untuk suplai dari motor induksi tiga fasa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk merancang sistem penaik tegangan menggunakan Ultra Step Up Dc to Dc Converter yang mampu menguatkan tegangan yang ada dalam baterai menjadi 311 Vdc yang mampu dibebani hingga 2kW sehingga dapat meminimalisir penambahan baterai untuk menambah tegangan. Konverter ini juga dilengkapi oleh kontrol logika fuzzy sebagai pengatur tegangan pada sisi keluaran agar berada pada kondisi konstan 311 Vdc
Green Human Resource Management dan Kinerja Lingkungan: Studi Kasus pada Rumah Sakit di Kota Palembang
Based on the Environmental Quality Index reported by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia, in 2017 the Environmental Quality Index rank of South Sumatra slipped to rank 20 nationally, wherein the previous year was ranked 16. Environmental performance was one of the factors in Environmental Quality Index. Most of the previous research on environmental performance and GHRM was carried out in the manufacturing industry analysis units, while other industrial fields have not been studied much including hospitals. In fact, the hospital is one of the business sectors that is quite related to the environment. This study aims to analyze the effect of GHRM which consists of the variables Green Recruitment and Selection (GRS), Green Training (GTR), and Green Compensation (GCO) partially or jointly on the performance of the hospital environment in Palembang City. The Grand Theory which is used in this research is Ecocentrism Theory and Triple Bottom Line. The population in this study were hospital employees at government hospitals in Palembang, totalling 2,270 people. By using the Slovin formula and the stratified proportional random sampling method, the number of samples who became respondents in this study was 248 people. This research is processed by multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that GRS, GTR, and GCO partially had a significant effect on environmental performance in hospitals in Palembang City. The results also show that GRS, GTR, and GCO together also have a significant effect on environmental performance
Pengaruh Keterikatan Kerja dan Dukungan Rekan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Tugas
This study tries to explain the antecedents of task performance using Self Determination Theory from autonomy and relatedness elements that are often ignored in the work environment. The autonomy element is represented by work engagement and the relatedness element is represented by the coworker support. The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of work engagement and coworker support on task performance. Thus, quantitative research methods were chosen because according with the research objectives. Yogyakarta Provincial Government employees who have worked for 2 years as many as 150 people are respondents in this study. The results of the study prove that work engagement and coworker support contribute to the improvement of employee task performance
Pengaruh Overclocking Processor AMD Ryzen 5 Pada Rendering Video Menggunakan Adobe After Effect
Abstract - Video projects in Adobe After Effect usually use a very large number of effects, so this can increase the duration of video rendering. One of the main components of a computer that is responsible for the performance of a computer when rendering is the processor. Efforts to improve processor performance can be done using the overclocking method. Overclocking can be done over UEFI or using the on-the-fly method on Windows 10 using AMD Ryzen Master application. Overclocking on the processor allows the processor to run faster than the default conditions. In this study, the author uses an AMD Ryzen 5 2400G processor. After overclocking the processor, stability testing will be performed using the Cinebench R20 five times in a row. After the video rendering is tested using Adobe After Effect and the results obtained in the form of the length of time required for rendering a video. The time needed for rendering the video is used as a reference for the author to find out how much increased performance after overclocking
Adaptif STR-PID Untuk Pengendalian Posisi Pada Magnetic Levitation Ball
Magnetic Levitation Ball merupakan suatu sistem yang terdiri atas bola baja bersifat ferromagnetik yaitu benda yang memiliki sifat kemagnetan yang kuat, dimana benda tersebut akan melayang diatas permukaan suatu medium udara atau di bawah sebuah elektromagnet. Permasalahan utama Magnetic Levitation Ball terletak pada sistemnya yang nonlinier, dimana perubahan setpoint tidak sebanding dengan perubahan keluaran. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu kendali untuk mengendalikan posisi Magnetic Levitation Ball  agar benda itu melayang sesuai dengan setpoint dan karakteristik sistem yang diinginkan, dalam hal ini kendali yang digunakan adalah Adaptif STR-PID, dimana Adaptif STR (Self Tuning Regulator) mampu melakukan adaptasi nilai parameter PID sesuai dengan setiap keadaan yang terjadi pada sistem tersebut, seperti mampu mengikuti perubahan setpoint dan mengatasi adanya gangguan. Dari hasil penelitian ini, telihat STR-PID mampu mencapai setpoint yang diinginkan, dengan error steady state= 0 m, overshoot= 0%, dan mampu mengatasi gangguan yang terjadi
Meter Daya 1 Fasa Dengan Proteksi Over Voltage Dan Under Voltage berbasis Internet of Things (IoT)
This research discusses about design and implementation of the power meters which are equipped with over or under voltage relays at 1 phase load based on internet of things (IoT). The power meters use power sensors that can detect active power values (P), apparent power (S), voltage (V), current (I), power factor (PF), frequency, energy, and total harmonic distortion (THD). Data on the power meter will be sent and stored in the database. Data on the power meters can also be monitored remotely via smartphones and personal computers using internet media. The power meters are equipped with indicators for over voltage, normal and under voltage conditions. This power meter is also equipped with a relay to disconnect the power at the load when there is interference with over voltage or under voltage on the system. From the results of tests that have been carried out, the relay will cut the load when there is interference with over voltage or under voltage on the system. Based on the results of testing that has been done, the design of the power meter made in this research had an average error of 0.0562% for resistive load and has the largest data readout error is 9.255% for non-linear load
Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Penghindaran Pajak pada Perusahaan Pertambangan Di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Tahun 2016-2018
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of return on assets, leverage, company size and sales growth on tax avoidance. The population in this study were all mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period from 2016 to 2018. The research sample was obtained by using the purposive sampling method, where only 21 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange met all the criteria so that 63 data were obtained, used as a research sample. The data is secondary data. Sources of data in this study were obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. This study uses multiple regression models to examine the effect of each variable on tax avoidance. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the variable return on assets, leverage, company size and sales growth affect tax avoidance
Mekanisme Penyaluran Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) Fisik dan Dana Desa Melalui Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara Dumai pada Wilayah Bayar Kabupaten Bengkalis
This study aims to describe the mechanism for disbursing Physical Spesific Allocation Funds and Village Funds and revealing problems that arise in the implementation of disbursing Physical and Village Allocation Funds at the Dumai State Treasury Service Office in the pay areas of Bengkalis Regency. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive approach to data checking and interpretation. Data collection techniques performed consisted of interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the mechanism for the distribution of Physical Spesific Allocation Fund at the State Treasury Service Office is carried out in stages, at the same time, and at the same time as a recommendation. The disbursement of Physical Spesific Allocation Funds which is carried out in stages consists of three phases, in phase I distributed at the latest in February and no later than July 2019 at 25%, at stage II distributed at the fastest in April and no later than 31 October 2019 at 45%, and in stage III it is distributed as much as the difference between the amount of funds that have been distributed up to stage II. Then for the Distribution of Village Funds is also carried out in stages, in phase I distributed the fastest in January and no later than June 2019 at 20%, in phase II it will be distributed the fastest in March and no later than 21 July 2019 by 40%, and phase III will be distributed the fasted in July until the end of the fiscal year in December by 40%
