PERBANDINGAN BIAYA TEBAL PERKERASAN JALAN PADA WILAYAH PRIORITAS (Studi Kasus Desa Kuala Penaso, Kecamatan Talang Muandau, Bengkalis, Riau)
Jalan Kayu Api Desa Kuala Penaso merupakan jalan poros menuju ibu kota Kecamatan Talang Muandau kondisinya sangat memperihatinkan apabila terjadi hujan maka jalan tersebut akan tergenang air disebabkan banyak lubang – lubang yang berada disepanjang jalannya. Kemudian terjadi ketidaksepakatan antara Kementerian dan Dinas PU terkait pengambilan keputusan jenis perkerasan yang digunakan pada jalan tersebut. Untuk menjawab pertanyaan diatas, Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan perencanaan yang baik untuk mendapatkan jenis perkerasan mana yang paling efektif dan efesien untuk dipilih sesuai pada Jl. Kayu Api desa Kuala Penaso tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil survei LHR dan CBR pada kondisi eksisting didapat sebesar 10%, sehingga teridentifikasi bahwa tebal perkerasan hasil desain dengan metode Bina Marga 2003/ Pd T-14-2003 yaitu 180 mm dengan estimasi biaya Rp. 23.056.720.000 sedangkan metode Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan/MDPJ 2017 dengan tebal sebesar 220 mm Rp.21.671.0

ANALISIS MODULUS KONSTRUKSI AKIBAT PERUBAHAN TINGGI MAIN DECK DAN PENAMBAHAN PANJANG RAMP DOOR STUDI KASUS: KMP. CITRA MANDALA BAKTI
Kapal Motor Penyeberangan KMP. Citra Mandala Bakti untuk melakukan bongkar muat dilengkapi dengan jembatan atau ramp door yang menghubungkan kapal dengan dermaga atau kade. Kapal tersebut mengalami perubahan konstruksi berupa penurunan tinggi main deck di ceruk haluan dan penambahan panjang konstruksi ramp door. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada, maka dilakukan rekayasa sebagai berikut : 1. Penurunan tinggi main deck di ceruk haluan sebesar 300 mm dan panjang penurunan 3000 mm bertujuan memperbesar sudut Ø,dari1680menjadi 1800.2. Perpanjangan konstruksi ramp door, hal ini dilakukan tidak hanya memperbesar sudut Ø saja, tetapi dimaksudkan agar kapal mampu melakukan bongkar muat dipantai atau diluar dermaga yaitu dari 3300 mm menjadi 9300 mm. Akibat adanya penambahan panjang ramp door perlu dilakukan tinjauan ulang pada perhitungan kekuatannya atau modulus kerangka utama pembujur ramp door. Hasil perhitungan modulus Ramp door denganmetodeMekanika Teknik, W1 = 362,700 cm3,  hasil perhitungan modulus profilmenurut rule BKI, W2= 362,855 cm3, hasil perhitungan modulus profil maksimal dengan metode titik berat, W3 = 368,290 cm3 . Dari hasil perhitungan diatas dapat ditetapkan bahwa konstruksi ramp door dapat menahan beban sebesar, P = 7,800 ton dan beban maksimal sebesar, P = 7,920 ton
THE EFFECTIVENESS OF TOTAL PHYSICAL RESPONSE TO IMPROVE STUDENTS’ VOCABULARY MASTERY
The research is aimed to know whether there is a significant difference of student’s vocabulary mastery between those who are taught by using Total Physical Response and those who are taught by using Direct Method. The researcher took the ninth grade student of Mambaúl Hikmah Islamic Boarding School Magelang as the population. There were 80 student. We used total random sampling and divided the student into two groups, group A as the Experimental group was taught using “Total Physical Responseâ€and group B as the control group was taught by using “Direct Methodâ€. The methods used to collect the data are documentation pre-test and post-test answer sheet. There were two tests given in this research. They were pre-test and post-test. To analyze the data the researcher used comparative analysis. The comparative formula of the data analysis used t-test calculation. The researcher used t-test to analyze the data. In which the pre-test score group A is 53, 275 that was higher than the second group. The post test score of group A is 67, 25 that was higher than the group B as the Control group. While t-test proves that difference is significant because the result of T-test is higher that the figure shown on the t-table. Based on the above result, the researcher concludes that there is significant difference between the student who are taught using “Total Physical Response†and those who were taught using “Direct Methodâ€. It is better for English teacher to use “Total Physical Response†as one of technique in teaching vocabulary mastery for junior high school especially in the Islamic Boarding School
Musik Dalam-Toko dan Perilaku Pembeli: Kajian Empiris di Minimarket
This study experimentally tests the effects of in-store background music on the shopping behavior of its customers. Field experiments employ pre-experiment the one group pretest-posttest. The researcher chooses a kind of musics tempo and volume as structural characteristics (2 x 2 factorial experiment). The analysis technique used is the analysis of variance (ANOVA). The results of the analysis found that tempo and volume of music did not play a significant role in the amount of money spent, but influence significantly on shopping time and mood change. The research answered urgency for designing the musical environment in the retail stores to influence shopping experience and consumer responses, especially for a small store (minimarket)
PERAN KNOWLEDGE SHARING SEBAGAI MEDIATOR PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL POLITICS DENGAN INNOVATIVE WORK BEHAVIOR
The purpose of the study was to examine the influence of perceived organizational politics on innovative work behavior and to identify the mediating effect of employees’ knowledge sharing. A questionnaire survey was carried out to 493 minimarket employees. Pearson’s correlation analysis was carried out to identify the characteristics of variables and their mutual relations, an multiple regression was also conducted for Baron Kenny's (1986)’s mediated effect analysis. The finding suggests that there exists a negative relationship between perceived organizational politics and knowledge sharing, and a positive relationship between knowledge sharing and innovative work behavior. With regard to the role of knowledge sharing in the relation between perceived organizational politics and innovative work behavior, results of knowledge sharing as a full mediator have confirmed the hypothesis

The Single mooring buoy ( SMB) is a facility that has dimensions in a small horizontal plane where a large size vessel is tethered and allows the vessel to rotate 3600 around its belay point. Thus, it can be said that many SMBs are located for offshore locations. As a supporting tool for ship navigation, the quality of SBM maintenance is needed, one of which is SBM hull painting. Protection against corrosion in SBM with the painting method and the stages in the painting, because almost all SBM constituent materials are metal, the protection of SBM bodies from corrosion by coating. The total area to be repainted is 40.87 m2, which is the largest in the SBM bottop area of 19.78 m2. Paint needs for 1 layer as much as 5 liters, equivalent to 1 can of size 5 liters per laye

Online study or online tutoring from Ruangguru is the highest number of students who have registered in Indonesia. THE MAKING OF GUESS ME GAME CHALLENGE TO LEARN VOCABULARY FOR JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
As a phenomenon that many students are not so interested in the subject of English. One of the causes is lack of supporting media used by teachers to support the learning process. Students get bored in learning process because some teachers are book-minded. This project deals with The Making of Guess Me Game Challenge to Learn Vocabulary for Junior High School students. The formulation of the problem is how to make Guess Me Game Challenge. The study belongs to descriptive research. The purpose of this study is to make Guess Me Game Challenge to help student in learning vocabulary. There are two components in this game; they are self-made and expert-made components. The conclusions made after the making process of this game are the making processes of Guess Me Game Challenge. The results of this study are Boards, Clue Cards, Nametag and Figures. Keywords: Guessing Game, Vocabulary, Junior High School Student
