Efektivitas Anggaran Penanganan Sampah Pasca Covid-19 Studi Pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Bengkalis Tahun 2020
During the Covid-19 period, various activities and activities were affected and underwent changes, including changes in waste management. This study aims to look at the role of the Bengkalis Regency Environmental Service (DLH) in managing the waste budget during the COVID-19 period. The budget has an important role for an organization, both government and private. Budget is a management control tool to achieve organizational goals. Local governments have an important role in planning and realizing budgets. The purpose of this study was to find out (1) the Budget Mechanism of Waste Handling in Bengkalis Regency. (2) Effectiveness of the Waste Handling Budget at the Environmental Service during the Covid 19 era. The type of data used in this study is qualitative data and calculation of effectiveness measurements. The results showed that the level or criteria for budget effectiveness for waste handling activities in 2020. The level of effectiveness in 2020 was 99.29% with effective criteria. To increase the effectiveness of budget realization, it is necessary to coordinate and cooperate between parties and make good planning and implementation to achieve maximum results
Analisis Kesehatan Keuangan dan Prediksi Kebangkrutan Perusahaan PT Pertamina (persero) Periode 2017-2020
The purpose of this study is to determine the financial health of pertamina (persero) and predict the company’s bankruptcy from 2017 to 2020 based on Surat Keputusan Menteri BUMN Nomor:KEP-100/MBU/2002 and Altman Z-Score Analysis. The type of data used in this study is company’s audited financial statement for the period 2017-2020. Data Collection technique in this study is to analyze the company’s audited financial statement from 2017-2020. The result showed that based on the ratio in SK Menteri BUMN Nomor:KEP-100/MBU/2002 based on the financial aspect with indicators namely ROE, ROI, Cash Ratio, Current Ratio, Collection Periods, Inventory Turnover, TATO, and Total Equity to Total Assets, the level of soundness of the company PT Pertamina (persero) from 2017 to 2020 it is in the unhealthy category because the total score of the health assessment level obtained from these 8 indicators is less than 65 from the total score it should be, which in 70. The prediction of PT Pertamina (persero) bankruptcy, the average Z-Score analysis value in 2017 to 2019 up 2,0 with the category of a zone of ignorance or grey area, while in 2020 when during the corona pandemic the lowest score of 1,82 in the category of a zone of ignorance or grey area, therefore the company PT Pertamina (persero) is expected to be able to improve the level of financial health and financial performance so that the company can achieve a healthy predicate or category
Implementasi Pemeriksaan Atas Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah Oleh Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan Provinsi Sumatera Barat Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19
This study aims to determine the implementation of the audit of local government financial statements by the BPK Representative of West Sumatra Province during the Covid-19 pandemic based on BPK Regulation No. 1 of 2017. This study also aims to determine the obstacles faced by the BPK Representative of West Sumatra Province in examining the financial statements of local government during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is a mixed research method. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results showed that the BPK Representative Auditor for West Sumatra Province in examining the local government's financial statements, in general, was by BPK Regulation Number 1 of 2017 starting from the planning stage to the reporting stage. However, there are some technical differences in the implementation of the inspection carried out in 2020 from last year due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The differences that occurred at the West Sumatra Provincial Representative Office during the Covid-19 pandemic in reviewing local government financial reports from the planning, implementation, and reporting stages were carried out boldly. Obstacles faced by the BPK Representative of West Sumatra Province in examining local government financial statements during the Covid-19 pandemic, among others, difficulty obtaining data, limited interviews with auditees and related parties, relatively long document inspection, physical inspection, and limited goods checking.Keywords: Audit, Local Government, Financial Repor
Sistem dan Prosedur Akuntansi Pembelian Persediaan Bahan Baku Sparepart di PT. Bengkalis Dockindo Perkasa
This study aims to find out about the accounting information systems and procedures for purchasing spare parts raw materials that are applied to PT. Bengkalis Dockindo Perkasa whether it is in accordance with standard operating procedures. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method because the data concerning accounting and other data support this research. Based on the results of the research, the company has a minimum stock to repair ships and manufacture other products, but there are some raw materials that are not available in the warehouse due to requests from consumers, so the company must purchase raw materials in an indented manner through the selected supplier. The existence of an accounting information system that regulates the inventory purchasing process should be able to take into account when and how many companies will purchase spare parts raw material inventory. Due to uncertain orders from the field, it is difficult to estimate the company's raw material purchases.Keywords: Accounting information system, purchase of raw material inventory
PERANCANGAN TEBAL PERKERASAN KAKU MENGGUNAKAN METODE MANUAL DESAIN PERKERASAN JALAN 2017 (Studi Kasus Jalan Pelabuhan Sungai Pakning, Kecamatan Bukit Batu, Kabupaten Bengkalis)
Jalan pelabuhan Sungai Pakning merupakan jalan utama untuk menghubungkan Sungai Pakning dengan Pulau Bengkalis, jalur ini digunakan oleh masyarakat untuk penyeberangan barang maupun orang. Kondisi saat ini jalan pelabuhan Sungai Pakning hanya memiliki 1 jalur dengan lebar 6 meter, kondisi tersebut menyebabkan terganggunya arus keluar dan masuk kendaraan dipelabuhan. Kondisi tersebut diperparah oleh adanya kendaraan berat yang melewati jalur tersebut. Oleh karena itu diperlukan penambahan jarur baru agar arus keluar dan masuk kendaraan dipelabuhan tersebut dapat dibuat terpisah. Untuk mewujudkan rencana tersebut maka perlu dilakukan perencanaan perkerasannya. Jenis perkerasan yang dipilih adalah perkerasan kaku bersambung dengan tulangan (BBDT) dengan mutu beton K-350, jenis ini dipilih karena memiliki umur layanan yang panjang yaitu 40 tahun. Perencanaan tebal perkerasan menggunakan metode MDPJ 2017. Dari hasil perhitungan maka didapat tebal perkerasan beton sebesar 17,5 cm, lebar 6 m, panjang jalan 150 m, diameter dowel dan tie bar 12 mm, jarak dowel 600 mm, jarak tie bar 750 mm dan anggaran biaya pembangunan sebesar Rp 853, 100,000,00

Liberika coffee is coffee that is cultivated in the lowlands which only has a height of about two meters above sea level. Liberika coffee that lives in the lowlands of Rangsang Pesisir, Meranti Islands Regency, is one of the typical icons of Meranti, so as not to lose the taste of Liberika Meranti coffee. The author wants to design and build a coffee roasting machine to make it easier to determine Light, Medium, Dark roasts so that coffee quality is maintained and the price is more affordable for a coffee roasting machine. From the provisions in coffee roasting according to the criteria, it can be concluded that roasting using a coffee roasting machine with a rotary working principle of an initial temperature of 180℃ can produce a light roast in 3 roasting experiments, the average value of which is Light Roast at a temperature of 162.5 . Medium Roast 164.4 . Dark Roast 168.1 . For rotary shaft analysis, coffee roasting machines get the feasibility results from the moment given during installation using Autodesk Inventor 2019 analysis for the shaft to get a load of 100,000 N/mm in the Von Mises category 0.479368 MPa, 1st principal stress 0.35322 MPa, 3rd principal stress 0.0449345 MPa, Displacement 0.00601512 mm, Safety Factor 15 ul
Analisis Karakteristik Aerodinamis Airfoil Simetris Dan Airfoil Camber Pada Turbin Angin Poros Vertikal Jenis Helix
This journal discusses the airfoil simulation on a helix type vertical turbine blade. The airfoils used are NACA 0018 and 4418. The simulation uses a Computational Fluid dynamics (CFD) application. In this simulation, TSR values are entered starting from 3.5, 3.8, 4.1, 4.4, 4.7, 5.0, 5.3, 5.6, 5.9, 6.2, 6.5. The results of the simulation show that the highest inhibition coefficient value is at TSR = 5.3 with a  value = 1.631 and for NACA 0018, and for NACA 4418, the highest inhibition coefficient value is at TSR 6.5 with a  value = 1.582. In the calculation results, the highest drag force (Fd) is at TSR 3.5 of 0.678 Newton at NACA 0018 with a turbine power of 10.78 Watt with a value of  = 0.35, turbine efficiency 35%.Keywords : Airfoil, TSR, NACA, TASV, CF
Kontrol Proteksi Kerusakan dan Peremajaan Sound Sistem di Mushalla Kampus Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis
Masjid (Mushalla) Kampus Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis merupakan sebuah bangunan yang diperuntukkan dosen, Tenaga Pendidik (Tendik), mahasiswa dan staf kampus muslim lainnya untuk beribadah. Sebagai tempat ibadah seperti sholat, mengaji ataupun memperkenalkan budaya agama Islam lainnya. Keberadaan Masjid (Mushalla) di tengah- tengah kampus juga sangat berpengaruh dalam pengembangan budaya islam. Namun sering terjadinya kerusakan pada sound system terutama putusnya koil speaker corong (TOA) pada masjid (mushalla) kampus, permasalahan berikutnya adalah kecilnya suara azan dengan kualitas yang minim sehingga tidak terdengar di lingkungan kampus Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis.Solusinya adalah dengan menambahkan peralatan yang untuk meminimalisasi kerusakan pada sound system serta menambahkan (Peremajaan) peralatan untuk meningkatkan kualitas suara sound system di mushalla kampus Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis. Dengan harapan peran dan fungsi Masjid (Mushalla) kampus dalam pengembangan budaya Islam. Secara umum Masjid (Mushalla) bisa menjadi tempat berkumpul untuk beribadah sekaligus membahas berbagai ilmu. Namun Masjid (Mushalla) juga menjadi tempat untuk membiasakan kegiatan agama melekat pada generasi muda
