Get PDFVillage Funds provided by the Central Government are a form of state attention to advancing the economy In rural areas. In managing village funds, it is demanded that there be an aspect of good governance wherein the management of village funds at each stage, namely planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability needs to be implemented in transparency and accountability.This study aims to analyze qualitative data using ethnographic methods through the role of Tunjuk Ajar Melayu culture in increasing transparency and accountability in the management of village fund allocations in Bukit Batu Village, Bukit Batu District, Bengkalis Regency with eight (8) informants, namely the village head, village treasurer , village secretaries, village head, chairman of the Bukit Batu village BPD as the main informant who understands village fund allocations as well as village community leaders, village religious leaders, and LAM figures who understand the Malay Demonstration Culture in Bukit Batu village. Data collection was carried out through observation and interviews.The results of the study show that Village Fund Management is up to standard and applies the principles of Transparency and Accountability. The form of Transparency is through the installation of billboards and activity information boards as well as Accountability as outlined in the form of accountability for budget use. Cultural values have been applied by village officials to avoid fraudulent behavior in managing Allocations Village Fund. With the Malay Teaching and Learning Culture which contains Islamic and customary values based on sharak and the book of Allah which is in the identity of the Malay people, this is a guide for the village community in Bukit Batu in carrying out all actions and activities including in the implementation of transparency and accountability in the management of ADD.Transparency and accountability related to honesty and responsibility, this is the same as what is contained in the Malay Teaching and Learning culture which contains the values of shidiq' (honesty), Amanah' (trustworthiness), tabligh (smart and energetic in acting) and fathonah in being accountable for an action.Keywords: Transparency , Accountability, Culture, Malay  Teaching and Learning, Village Fund Allocation Managemen

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the acceptance, management, efectiviness and factors that affect the fisheriesbusiness permit retribution as an effort to increase locally-generated revenue in Bengkalis regency. The results of this research is that the mechanism for managing levies for fisheries business permits in Bengkalis Regency is constrained by the legality process or permits processing which takes a long time, because there are several requirements that must be met and sent to different agencies, ineffective while in 2020 it was categoriez as very effective with an achievement of 100,21% with the realization reaching Rp. 288.000.00,-. The problem is the low receipt of retribution for fisheries business permits, namely aquaculture business land which is peat land and/or primary natura forest and includes HPT, the amount of cost that must be incurred to obtain a business license, the lack of understanding of shrimp farming business actors towards regulations management of SIUP, business actors do not understand the PIPPIB process for primary natural forests and peatlands, and there is no legal action against business actors who do not have SIUP
Studi Eksperimental Pengaruh Ekstrak Limbah Sayuran Terhadap Nilai Kuat Tekan Beton Dalam Proses Self Healing Concrete (SHC)
Get PDFBeton merupakan bahan paling banyak digunakan untuk pembangunan infrastruktur. Tetapi munculnya celah di dalamnya tidak dapat dihindari. Jika retakan terjadi di tempat-tempat yang sulit dijangkau, maka perbaikannya akan menjadi lebih rumit. Perawatan, pemantauan, dan perbaikan yang sering juga mahal. Pembentukan retakan terjadi karena kesalahan manusia, tenaga kerja yang tidak terampil, dan kondisi cuaca. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perubahan pada fisik beton dan menganalisa pengaruh faktor air semen 0.55 terhadap nilai kuat tekan beton pada mutu beton self healing dengan metode yang digunakan untuk menghitung campuran beton (Mix Design) berdasarkan SNI 03-2834-2000. Persentase variasi yang digunakan yaitu 0%, 2%,4%,6%, dan 8%. Hasil kuat tekan beton pada perendaman umur 28 hari pada penelitian self healing concrete ini variasi 0% dengan nilai kuat tekan 33,45 MPa. Untuk variasi 2% bakteri dengan nilai kuat tekan 27,62 Mpa. Untuk variasi 4% bakteri dengan nilai kuat tekan 25,44 MPa. Untuk variasi 6% bakteri dengan nilai kuat tekan 20,06 MPa. Untuk variasi 8% bakteri dengan nilai kuat tekan 18,99 MPa. Kuat tekan beton setelah pemulihan retakan 28 hari dengan variasi 2% bakteri nilai kuat tekan 28,14 MPa. Untuk variasi 4% bakteri nilai kuat tekan 28,38 MPa. Untuk variasi 6% Bakteri nilai kuat tekan 27,29 MPa. Untuk variasi 8% bakteri nilai kuat tekan 19,59 MPa. Nilai kuat tekan beton pada perendaman 28 hari mengalami penurunan di bandingkan dengan beton variasi 0% bakteri dan pada beton setelah pemulihan retakan 28 hari mengalami penurunan kuat tekan pada persentase variasi 2%, 4%, 6%,8%
COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION BETWEEN CORNER BAKEY AND CAFE AND MM BAKERY IN BENGKALIS
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze differences in customer satisfaction between Corner Bakery and Cafe and MM Bakery, determine the factors that differentiate customer satisfaction between Corner Bakery and Cafe and MM Bakery. The type of research is comparative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was all consumers of Corner Bakery and Cafe and MM Bakery in Bengkalis. The number of samples in the study was 100 people. The data analysis used is descriptive statistics analysis. The dimensions used to measure customer satisfaction of the two bakery shops are product quality, service quality, emotional factors, and price. The study result that customer satisfaction of Corner Bakery and Cafe gets a better rating than MM Bakery based on dimensions of product quality, service quality, and emotional factors. The results also show that service quality is the most factor that differentiate customer satisfaction between Corner Bakery and Cafe and MM Bakery with a difference value around 0.21.Â

This study aims to determine the effect of customer perceived value and customer trust on customer loyalty on JT delivery services in Bengkalis. The type of research used is associative research with a quantitative approach. The variables in this study include the value of customer perception, customer trust and customer loyalty. The population of this research is people who use JT delivery services in Bengkalis. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents who were taken using purposive sampling technique and the data collection method was using a questionnaire. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, T test, and F test. The results of this study indicate that the variable perceived value by customers partially has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, customer trust also has a positive and significant impact. significant to customer loyalty. And simultaneously the two independent variables have a significant effect on customer loyalty
The Role Of Management Ownership In Moderating The Effect Of Liquidity On Firm Value
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the role of management ownership in moderating the effect of liquidity on firm value in Manufacturing Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017 – 2021 period. Using purposive sampling, 135 companies were selected as research samples. The data was processed by multiple regression analysis using help of the IBM SPSS Statistic 26 application. The results showed that liquidity had no significant positive effect on firm value. The results of testing the moderating variable indicate that management ownership does not moderate the effect of liquidity on firm value. The managerial implication is the existence of managerial policies that can be carried out by management in an effort to increase the value of the company. The level of liquidity ratio needs to be maintained in a safe position to ensure the company's ability to meet short-term obligations, but does not cause large amounts of idle funds

Get PDFProses pengupasan pinang oleh masyarakat Kabupaten Bengkalis masih banyak dilakukan secara manual menggunakan cungkil, hal ini dapat memperlambat dan memakan waktu yang lama. Oleh karena itu, perlu diciptakan mesin dengan menggunakan transmisi yang mampu meredam kejutan dan terjangkau oleh masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan kupasan pinang yang baik dan meningkatkan produksi karena mesin ini dapat menghemat waktu dan tenaga. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan studi lapangan kemudian melakukan studi literature dan memulai perancangan serta pengumpulan data dan bahan yang akan digunakan dalam proses pembuatan alat tersebut. Berdasarkan perhitungan komponen transmisi yaitu menggunakan sabuk-V 64 tipe B, ukuran puli 10 inch, dan diameter poros 25 cm. Berdasarkan perhitungan kapasitas alat yang didapatkan sebesar 197,5 kg/jam. Dari hasil penelitian dengan 2 kg pinang kering diperoleh hasil pinang yang paling banyak terkupas dengan kualitas baik yaitu 1,091 kg dan yang tidak terkupas sebanyak 0,07 kg dengan waktu pengupasan 21 detik. Biji pinang yang berkualitas didapat pada kecepatan putaran mesin 1600 rpm

Get PDFKegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan dan tantangan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menenganh (UMKM) khususnya dilingkungan Kabupaten Bengkalis, adapun masalah UMKM yaitu belum tersedianya pusat layanan untuk foto produk UMKM dan konten foto pemasaran UMKM banyak yang belum layak untuk dijadikan konten promosi digital, sedangkan tantangan teknologi dan perkembangan bisnis sudah mengharuskan UMKM Go Digital. Oleh karena tim pengabdian melakukan observasi dan diskusi dengan beberapa pemerhati UMKM dan akhirnya dengan berbagai pertimbangan tim membuat keputusan untuk bermitra dengan Kamar Dagang dan Industri (KADIN) Kabupaten Bengkalis dan Bengkalis UMKM Community (BUC). Kegiatan Pengabdian ini diharapkan mampu membantu UMKM dalam menyelesaikan masalah tersebut, dengan cara yaitu : 1. Pembuatan studio foto produk yang dapat diakases oleh UMKM, 2. Workshop penggunaan studio foto dan desain konten digital marketing. Dalam pelaksanaannya, kegiatan dimulai dari persiapan dan ujiocoba studio foto hingga penerapan nya di ruang Sekretariat KADIN, kemudian workshop penggunaan foto studio serta desain konten digital marketing. Kegiatan Pengabdian sudah terlaksana dengan peserta terdiri dari Pengurus BUC (keberlanjutan program sebagai Pengelola Studio Foto Produk dan mendampingi pelaku UMKM dalam pengambilan foto produk di Studi Foto Produk UMKM), pelaku UMKM, Konten Kreator, pendamping UMKM, dan Mahasiswa. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan ini adalah tersedianya sentra layanan foto produk untuk UMKM di sekretariat KADIN dan untuk keberlanjutannya dikelola oleh BUC, dan konten kreator dari kalangan generasi muda (bukan pelaku UMKM) untuk membantu UMKM dalam menyiapkan Konten Digital yang berkualitas

Get PDFThe ability to maneuver a ship (seakeeping) is one of the important aspects of a ship. This relates to the movement of the ship which is a response to external forces acting on the ship. For fast ships, the movement caused will greatly affect the comfort (seasickness) of the crew, and also affect the safety of the ship. The ship's motion was analyzed to show the heaving, rolling and pitching motion of the ship at speed = 28 knots at full load and half load conditions from various angles of wave entry and wave height. From the results of the seakeeping numerical analysis, it is known that the ship's response to extreme wave conditions is at sea state 5 in full load conditions, the highest heave movement occurs in the wave direction of 135° with a wave height of 4 meters, which is 1.06425 meters, the highest roll movement occurs in wave direction is 90° with a wave height of 3.25 meters which is 6.883°, and the highest pitch movement occurs at wave direction 0° with a wave height of 4 meters which is 2.27075Â
