Analisis Kinerja Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah (Studi Kasus Badan Keuangan Daerah Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung)
Get PDFThis study is a descriptive quantitative that aims to determine the regional financial performance of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province in 2018-2020 in terms of the degree of fiscal decentralization ratio, regional financial independence ratio, effectiveness ratio, and efficiency ratio along with harmony ratio. The locus of the research at BAKUDA Province of Bangka Belitung. The results of the analysis show that the financial performance of the regional government of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province in terms of (1) The Ratio of Degrees of Fiscal Decentralization is categorized as moderate with an average ratio of 30.78%. (2) Regional Financial Independence Ratio is still relatively low with a consultative relationship pattern with an average ratio of 46.73%. (3) The PAD Effectiveness Ratio can be categorized as effective because the average ratio is 97.50%. (4) The ratio of regional financial efficiency is less efficient because the average ratio is 95.7%. (5) The compatibility ratio, it can be proven that the provincial government of the Bangka Belitung Islands allocates most of its budget for regional operating expenditures with an average of 72.34% compared to the average capital expenditure of 35.2%.Keywords: Regional Government, Financial Performanc
PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI PTV VISSUM PADA EVALUASI KINERJA JALAN KAWASAN TAMAN BUKIT GELANGANG
No full textThe city of Dumai is an area that is currently carrying out activities such as the construction of the Dumai Islamic Center and the Lepin market, and some are already operating, such as a culinary village, Taman Bukit Arena, and Ramayana. With these places, it can increase the volume of traffic that is on Jalan Jawasan Taman Bukit Gelanggang. From the existing problems, an evaluation of road performance is carried out, whether the road is still able to accommodate the increase in traffic volume that has occurred. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of roads and intersections based on the 2014 Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI) and modeled using the PTV Vissum 22 application. From the results of the evaluation carried out, it was found that DJ was on Jalan Sudirman 0.19, which with a DJ value of that size, the road was still safe and far from traffic jams. After the simulation was carried out using the PTV Vissum 22 application, the road that experienced the most traffic movement was Jalan Raya Bukit Datuk
The Influence of Cafe Atmosphere and Menu Variations toward Customer Revisit Behavior (Case Study at Zoom Café & Resto Bengkalis)
Get PDFZoom Cafe Resto is a restaurant and cafe that not only prioritizes product menu variants but has the advantage of presenting a comfortable atmosphere. This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of cafe atmosphere and menu variations on customer revisit behavior. In this study, the sample used is customers of Zoom Cafe Resto Bengkalis as many as 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling with the type of purposive sampling technique. The analysis used includes validity and reliability tests, descriptive statistics, classic assumption tests, correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that cafe atmosphere has a positive effect on customer revisit behavior with value tcountttable is 2.1521.984 and the significant number of 0.0340.05. Menu variations have a positive effect on customer revisit behavior with value tcountttable is 10.0471.984 and the signifcant number of 0.0000.05. In the simultaneous test, FcountFtable or 142.7573.89 and a significant level of 0.0000.05 with adjusted R square value of 0.741 (74,1%). Which shows that the cafe atmosphere variable and the menu variation variable simultaneously have a significant effect on customer revisit behavior at Zoom Cafe Resto by 74.1%

Get PDFKegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini didedikasikan kepada nelayan di desa meskom yang kami temui permasalahan yaitu kebutuhan lampu navigasi untuk di kapal nelayan mereka. Kegiatan ini kami mulai dengan mendatangi masyarakat nelayan di desa meskom, berdiskusi mengenai kegiatan nelayan selama ini, berdiskusi akan kekurangan yang mereka miliki selama menjalani kehidupan sebagai nelayan. Pengabdian ini akan memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan nelayan yang memerlukan akan namanya lampu navigasi sebagai alat penerangan pada saat mereka berlayar mencari ikan pada saat malam hari. Dengan adanya pemasangan dan pengaplikasian lampu navigasi nantinya pada kapal nelayan di Desa Meskom sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah. Lampu navigasi tersebut akan mempermudah nelayan untuk menjalankan kapalnya atau menunjukkan titik keberadaan kapal dengan signal lampu navigasi pada malam hari pada saat mereka sedang menunggu jaringan tanggapan mereka dan dapat melindungi diri dari tubrukan kapal-kapal besar lainnya
Estimasi Penurunan Berat Kapal dengan Aplikasi Struktur Sandwich pada Double Hull Tanker 5704 DWT
Get PDFDouble hulls on tankers are a must to protect the environment from the oil spill effects of ship leakage. However, a double hull structure produces a heavy structure, reducing the payload. For decades, designers have tried reducing the structure's weight by applying lightweight material such as polyurethane-steel sandwich. Strong steel faceplates with a low-density polyurethane core promise significant weight reduction. Nevertheless, structural strength remains a major consideration in the design of sandwich structures. This study evaluates the structural weight reduction of replacing a conventional stiffened plate structure with a sandwich structure on a double hull tanker 5704 DWT. It also analyzes the structural strength using the finite element method. The results show that applying a sandwich structure on a double-hull tanker significantly reduced the structure's weight without decreasing structural strength. It is proven that the application of sandwich structure potentially increases ship payload
ANALISIS VARIASI MULTIPLE REPAIR PENGELASAN FCAW MATERIAL HSLA SM490YA
Get PDFEnd plate adalah bagian penting dalam struktur karena berfungsi sebagai tempat menghubungkan balok dengan kolom. Pengelasan pada sambungan antara End plate dan balok harus dipertimbangkan dengan baik dalam proses pengerjaannya. Ada kesalahan pada pengelasan, ketidaksesuaian atau kecacatan dalam sambungan bisa menyebabkan repair pada sambungan las. Banyaknya proses repair dapat menyebabkan deformasi material. Penelitian ini menganalisis multiple repair welding  dan temperatur quenching pada proses heat straightening material HSLA SM490YA terhadap nilai kekerasan dan struktur mikro pada material HSLA SM490YA menggunakan pengelasan FCAW. Jumlah repair yang dibandingkan adalah tanpa repair, 2 kali repair, dan 3 kali repair pada kedalaman 50% dari. Dilakukan heat straightening pada material yang direpair dengan temperatur 650ºC. Setelah itu, material di-quenching pada temperatur 300ºC. Hasil uji kekerasan tertinggi pada daerah HAZ dengan variasi repair 3 kali yaitu variasi senilai 206. 83 kgf/mm². Pada penelitian ini terdapat beberapa fasa struktur mikro yaitu ferrite, accicular ferrite, dan pearlite. Dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa proses repair setelah pengelasan dengan quenching pada heat straightening menyebabkan keanikan nilai kekerasan. Ini mengakibatkan ukuran butir menjadi lebih halus dan fasa material didominasi oleh pearlite.Â
DESAIN SAFETY PLAN DAN JALUR EVAKUASI KAPAL PENUMPANG KM JELATIK RUTE PEKANBARU KABUPATEN KEPULAUAN MERANTI
Get PDFKapal Motor Jelatik merupakan kapal penumpang milik perusahaan PT. Putri Riau Sejati dengan kapsitas 205 Gross Tonage memiliki panjang 34,5 meter, lebar 6,9 m, dan tinggi 2,2 meter, dengan total crew 14 orang dan 194 orang penumpang kapal ini beroperasi daerah pelayaran terbatas yang melayani rute Selatpanjang ke Pekanbaru. Sesuai Peraturan Mentri Perbubungan No 61 tahun 2019 kapal penumpang wajib memiliki Fire Control and Safety Plan. Adapun cakupan pembahasan dalam Fire Control and Safety Plan, yaitu perencanaan jumlah dan peletakan Life-Saving Appliances (LSA), membuat perencanaan sistem proteksi dan pemadaman kebakaran, serta perencanaan rute evakuasi yang efektif dan cepat ketika keadaan darurat. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah merancang Fire Control and Safety Plan, yaitu merancang kebutuhan LSA, merancang sistem proteksi kebakaran, serta menentukan rute evakuasi dan menghitung kebutuhan waktu evakuasi mengacu pada regulasi SOLAS, LSA Code, FSS Code, IMO, NCVS Indonesia, dan BKI. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa Kapal Jelatik wajib menyediakan 26 rigid life craft, 234 unit lifejacket dan 24 lifejacket anak-anak, 6 unit lifebuoy, 6 unit hand flares, 2 unit line towing appliance, 4 unit smoke signal, 8 unit parachute flares, 8 unit APAR, 9 unit Detektor, 1 unit co2 Bottle 2 unit sprinkler di kamar mesin, 2 unit pilar, hydrant dan 7 unit space monitored by smoke. Waktu evakuasi yang dibutuhkan dalam keadaan darutat untuk mengevakuasi seluruh penumpang dan crew kapal case 1 adalah selama 47,95 detik dan case 2 adalah 41,7 detik

Get PDFThis study was carried out to implement bilingual flashcards method in Fiqh learning, especially during a pandemic to the first grade students at SDNU Sleman Yogyakarta. This research method is classroom action research (CAR). The data was collected using pretest and post test which were then processed using the SPSS v.22 application. The results of these data indicate that the average change of both, before using flashcard media is 49.44 while after using flashcards media is 86.66. The increase in the average indicates a very good result. While the result of significance (tailed2) is 0.00 less than 0.05 so that it shows a significant difference between the two variables and shows a significant effect on the difference in treatment between the two variables

Data analysis in this study uses several approaches, namely IFAS and EFAS Analysis, Alternative Strategies, and Priority Strategies. The results of the study explain that the SPACE matrix where the Cartesian diagram is located is in quadrant I where the organization/business is in prime and stable condition, so it is very possible to continue to grow. Based on this, it can be concluded that it can provide strength to take advantage of existing opportunities and support aggressive growth policies
Customer Perceptions Of The Merger Of Three Islamic Banks Into Indonesian Islamic Banks (BSI) in Bukittinggi City

The purpose of the study was to determine perceptions, the impact of mergers, and factors that can influence customer perceptions of the merger of three Islamic banks into Bank Syariah Indonesia in Bukittinggi City.The method used in the research is a qualitative method with a literature study approach (library research). The research was conducted in the city of Bukittinggi The data used in this study are two, namely primary data and secondary data accessed via the Web and Informants, namely post-merger BSI customers. Data analysis techniques with Display, Reduction, Verification, and Conclusion Drawing.Research results: (1) Customer perceptions of the merger of three Islamic banks into Bank Syariah Indonesia in Bukittinggi City, gave rise to two perceptions of customers Each customer must have a different point of view in responding to the changes that occur. Because with the merger of three Islamic banks into Bank Syariah Indonesia, it will bring changes both in management and the Islamic banking system used. (2) The impact of the merger of three Islamic banks into Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) on customer trust and loyalty. The results of the merger of the three Islamic banks are also in line with the government's efforts to create a halal economic ecosystem. Islamic banks will be an important pillar in the success of Islamic financial integration in Indonesia. Many conventional banks have supported the halal industry because of its wider reach and the flexibility of the products offered and can improve the efficiency of financial performance by being able to compete in the financial industry in Indonesia. (3) Factors that can affect the level of trust and loyalty of Indonesian Islamic bank customers in the city of bukittinggi, namely Service Quality provided by Bank Syariah Indonesia to customers, Tangibles (direct evidence / tangible), Reliability dimensions, Perceptiveness dimensions (responsiveness), Assurance dimensions (assurance), Empathy dimensions (empathy). As well as the level of convenience, security and transaction systems that are able to adjust to the level of community life needs in following technological developments. So with the merger carried out by three banks in Indonesia, it has a positive impact and has the ability to increase trust and loyalty for customers of Islamic banking cities in the city of Bukittinggi
