No full textRoads are the primary mean of transportation to reach a destination from one place to another espicially for the residents of Tanjung Kapal Village – Darul Aman. The existing condition of Sultan Syarif Kasim Road, which is the research location, consist of class B aggregate as the subbase with a width of 6 meters, which is damaged, at 250 m long, the road is flooded when the high tide reaches 50 cm.           In the planning of the construction of rigid pavement on Sultan Syarif Kasim Road in Tanjung Kapal Village – Darul Aman Village, Bengkalis Regency the PDT method No.14-2003 is still used compared to other methods. Therefore, the author reviews, designs, and plans Sultan Syarif Kasim Road in Tanjung Kapal Village to obtain the desired pavement thickness and the required budget plan.           After calculating the thickness of the rigid pavement using the PDT method No.14 – 2003, the result obtained is 200 mm or 20 cm. With the result, the flooded location will no longer experience flooding due to tidal fluctuations. The total budget required for the plan is Rp 18,913,760,000.00
A Feasibility Study of Bumdes in the Bengkalis District (Case Study at BUMDES Unggul Sari, Wonosari Village)
Get PDFBUMDES Unggul Sari is a business entity belonging to Wonosari Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province that has business units, one of which is a savings and loan business unit. The savings and loan business unit at BUMDES Unggul Sari only provides loans to Wonosari Village residents with a minimal loan of IDR 5,000,000 and a maximal of IDR 60,000,000, with a minimal loan term of 1 year and a maximal of 5 years, where the length of the loan is determined based on the borrower's ability. The research results show that BUMDES Unggul Sari savings and loan business unit was declared viable financially with a Payback Period (PP) of 8.5 years (feasible). Net Present Value (NPV) IDR I71,672,418.77 (feasible). The Profitability Index (PI) 1,5 (feasible). However, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) 11% MARR 13,25% the savings and loan business unit at BUMDES Unggul Sari is not oriented towards the benefits of BUMDES Unggul Sari management in terms of material, but rather to improve the economic development of MSMEs in Wonosari Village community. Get PDF Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME’S) activities are a business sector that is classified as independent and can develop and be consistent in the national economy. With strategies created by each company or MSME’S, companies can compete more effectively to become superior in their market scope. This research aims to determine the competitive strategy set by MSME’s ID Cake and Bakery in Bukittinggi City in running their business to be able to face competition. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was carried out through interviews and documentation. The research results show that the attraction of buyers to MSME’s ID Cake and Bakery is that the prices offered are relatively cheap or affordable with standard to good quality, MSME’s ID Cake and Bakery gets raw materials from local suppliers using a pre-order system. New competition has quite an influence on MSME’s ID Cake and Bakery, thus MSME’s ID Cake and Bakery carries out market analysis. MSME’s ID Cake and Bakery promotional media is through social media Instagram and Facebook. The economic factor that affects the company is inflation which causes the price of goods to rise, hence MSME’s ID Cake and Bakery has to increase the price of goods. Kegiatan ini diusulkan atas permintaan Direktur Bumdes Kuala Alam yang disampaikan pada Focus Group Discussion (FGD) Bersama Kepala Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (P3M) dan Ketua Jurusan Administrasi Niaga di Politeknik Negeri bengkalis. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu kelompok mitra yaitu Bumdes Kuala Alam dalam meningkatkan nilai jual produk dan kesadaran merek masyarakat akan produk – produk UMKM. Metode yang digunakan adalah workshop dan pelatihan. Luaran yang diharapkan yaitu terselenggaranya kegiatan workshop dan pelatihan Pembuatan dan Implementasi Media Campaign melalui Utilization Marketplace untuk Meningkatkan Brand Awareness Produk – produk UMKM sehingga mitra dapat mempraktekkan langsung proses pembuatan media campaign melalui utilization marketplace seperti website, media sosial (Instagram, facebook, tik -tok) untuk meningkatkan kesadaran merk masyarakat. The Talented Mr. Golden Visa: Indonesia Temporary Tax Resident
Get PDFThis study builds on a growing body of research on the territorial taxation of foreign talents with specific skills or expertise by analyzing the compatibility with the immigration policy in Indonesia. It is claimed that both the Golden Visa and Temporary Tax Resident policies will attract skilled foreign workers and foreign investments in Indonesia. However, irrespective of the increase of foreign professional roles over the last 2 (two) years, the study found that combining both policies is yet to be optimum to increase the ease of doing business in Indonesia. This study employs a qualitative approach by examining relevant laws, regulations, published literature, and media articles; and running comparative studies with temporary resident policies in Australia, Japan, and Singapore. In finding the semi-worldwide Income Tax system as relevant to Indonesia and some recommendations to establish harmony between the immigration and tax policies, the study contributes to developing more consistent and competitive residency policies in Indonesia
Analysis of Investment Feasibility of Fishery Product Diversification as Economic Strengthening of the Outermost Islands of Indonesia's Border (Case Study of Rupat Island and Bengkalis Island)
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the feasibility study of fish-based processed products caught by fishermen on Bengkalis Island and Rupat Island as one of the islands included in the category of Border Islands. In this study, several aspects of the feasibility study were examined which included aspects of market feasibility and marketing (product quality and taste, determination of processed product users and market maps and customer needs for products), production aspects (type of production, production capacity and use of technology) and aspects of financial (investment and economy). trials for making products using lomek fish (Harpodon nehereus), biang fish (Ilisha elongata) and gonjeng fish (Coilia mystus) with processed products that have been successfully produced are dimsum, chips, otak-otak, meatballs and nuggets. The results of this study indicate that the quality and taste of nugget products using the organoleptic and hedonic tests of the resulting product obtained for the aroma indicator is in the 3.61 interval range with the delicious/fragrant category, then for the taste indicator in the delicious category with an interval value of 3.70. Furthermore, the panelist's assessment of product texture was at an interval of 3.35 with the soft/soft category and for the color of the panelists gave an interval of 2.80 with a slightly appetizing category. Likewise with other products, the results of the organoleptic and hedonic tests showed that the panelists received and gave good responses to each test in the available indicators. The overall financial feasibility aspect of the product is feasible to run and develop more optimally, as seen from the R/C1 test results. This research is expected to bring up new business opportunities that can help improve the welfare and improve the economy of the people in the outermost island areas of Indonesia's border
Penggunaan Metode FMEA dalam Penilaian Manajemen Risiko Keamanan Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit

Tujuan manajemen risiko adalah untuk melindungi dan memperkecil setiap kegagalan keamanan sistem informasi perusahaan dari tingkat risiko yang paling tinggi sehingga tidak dapat mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Metode FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) adalah salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam penilaian dan pengelolaan risiko. Penelitian ini menganalisa risiko pada sistem informasi suatu industri yang bergerak dibidang kesehatan, yaitu RSU Indah Bagan Batu. RSU Indah Bagan Batu menerapkan sistem informasi yang Bernama SIMRS Khanza. Menentukan tingkat risiko yang ada pada sistem informasi RSU Indah Bagan Batu adalah tujuan dalam penelitian ini, karena SIMRS Khanza harus melindungi data pasien, dokter, obat-obatan, dan staf lainnya dari potensi ancaman. Berdasarkan penilaian risiko menggunakan metode FMEA yang dihitung melalui perkalian severity, occurrence, dan detection maka mendapatkan hasil RPN dengan 34 risiko yang terdapat pada sistem informasi yang digunakan. Dari 34 RPN yang dihasilkan terdapat 5 kategori level RPN yaitu 3 kategori very high dengan rentang 500-504, 5 kategori high dengan rentang 120-180, 6 kategori moderate dengan rentang 84-108, 17 kategori low dengan rentang 20-72 dan 4 kategori very low dengan rentang 8-15
Analysis of Factor That Affect The Closure of JD.ID Ecommerce Platform

Despite this, many newly established companies fail within the first five years, with the majority going out of business in a shorter period of time. The cause of this kind of failure still needs to be investigated methodically. This study attempts to investigate the causes behind the failure of  JD.ID e-commerce platform to close its market in Indonesia, despite the fact that there are many independent investigations that have offered various explanations regarding the definition of failure in jd.id general. The theoretical framework will identify the factors that affect products, finances, and markets in organizations that make start-up platforms jd.id fail. An extensive review of library research was conducted to uncover and examine the failures of the jd.id platform. His research uses websites to collect research data. The results of this study reveal that what makes the jd.id platform fail and close its market in Indonesia are product factors, market factors, and financial factors. and the jd.id business failure category falls into the inadequate earnings category.Keywords : E-Commerce, Business Failure, Factors Business Failur
Penerapan Beton Pracetak Gazebo Objek Wisata Desa Wonosari - Bengkalis
Get PDFFasilitas yang memadai sangat diperlukan untuk menunjang kebutuhan wisatawan saat berwisata. Semakin lengkap fasilitas yang ada dalam suatu obyek wisata maka akan membuat wisatawan nyaman dan betah menikmati obyek wisata tersebut. Namun karena keterbatasan biaya yang di miliki oleh Pemerintahan Desa Wonosari menyebabkan ketersediaan fasilitas pada objek wisata yang sudah dikembangkan belum memadai. Oleh karena itu tim dari Politeknik Negeri bengkalis khususnya Jurusan Teknik Sipil menawarkan solusi pemecahan dengan melakukan pembuatan fasilitasnya menggunakan anggaran PNBP Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dimulai dari desain gazebo dengan ukuran 2m x 2m, pengadaan bahan-bahan konstruksi, pembuatan beton pracetak, pemasangan beton pracetak dilapangan, pemasangan konstruksi kolom, atap dan lantai serta finishing konstruksi gazebo. Gazebo yang telah dibangun ini akan menjadi fasilitas wisata Desa Wonosari
