Design of Cybersecurity Maturity Assessment Framework Using NIST CSF v1.1 and CIS Controls v8
Get PDFCybersecurity threats are constantly evolving, making it crucial for organizations to maintain a robust and maturing cybersecurity posture. According to the 2022 Annual Report of the Honeynet Project of the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN), there were 370,022,283 cyber attacks against Indonesia.  One of the strategies that can be implemented is to conduct a cybersecurity maturity assessment to determine the organization's current level of cybersecurity implementation. This paper proposes a design for a cybersecurity maturity assessment framework leveraging two established standards: the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) v1.1 and the Center for Internet Security (CIS) Controls v8. The proposed framework utilizes a mapping between the NIST CSF v.1.1 subcategories and the CIS Controls v8 subcontrols, enabling a comprehensive assessment of an organization's cybersecurity maturity. The assessment methodology focuses on evaluating the implementation and effectiveness of controls aligned with each NIST CSF function. This approach allows organizations to identify strengths and weaknesses in their cybersecurity posture and prioritize areas for improvement. This research developed a mapping between the NIST CSF framework and CIS Controls v8. The mapping aligns 23 integrated cybersecurity categories from NIST CSF (including 64 subcategories out of a possible 108) with 124 subcontrols from CIS Controls v8 (out of a total 153). This combined framework serves as a tool to help organizations improve their cybersecurity maturity and capabilities

No full textThe study aims to approved empirically the influence Accounting System Information and Internal Control on accuracy of goods supply warehouse. The scope of this research focuses on the inventory of goods on CV. Mega Multi Business. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Distribution of questionnaires was carried out directly and processed and analyzed using linear regression. The results of the first hypothesis test show that the t-count value is greater than t-table (6.835) ttable (2.002), which shows that the implementation of an accounting information system has a significant effect on the accuracy of inventory. The second hypothesis test also displays the same results, namely the tcount value is greater than ttable (4.065) (2.002) which indicates that the internal control variable has a significant effect on the accuracy of inventory. The third hypothesis test also shows the same thing, where the t count is greater than the t-table of 0.771; 0.914 and F count greater than F table (27.462 3.16), which means that the implementation of the Accounting Information System and Internal Control together has a significant effect on the accuracy of inventory. The conclusion of this research is that the application of accounting information systems and internal control systems has a positive and significant effect on the accuracy of inventory items, both partially and simultaneously.Keywords: Accounting Information System, Internal Control, Inventory

No full textJalan merupakan peranan penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Kerusakan yang terjadi pada suatu ruas jalan akan mengganggu kelancaran arus lalu lintas. Untuk mengetahui kerusakan jalan diperlukan analisis penyebab kerusakan jalan. Pada saat perencanaan pembangunan jalan diharapkan dapat berfungsi secara maksimal dan selama mungkin, tetapi perkerasan jalan tidak akan utuh selamanya. Karena itu, masa pelayanan suatu konstruksi jalan telah habis dan telah mencapai indeks permukaan akhir yang diharapkan, maka perlu diberikan lapis tambahan untuk dapat kembali mempunyai nilai kekuatan, tingkat kenyamanan, tingkat kedap air, dan tingkat kecepatan mengalirkan air. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis kerusakan jalan dengan menggunakan Pemetaan Sistem Informasi Geografis, menentukan kondisi kerusakan jalan berdasarkan kategori yang ada, sehingga dapat menentukan cara perbaikan kerusakan jalan yang disurvei. Penyusunan tugas akhir ini menggunakan Metode Bina Marga. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut diperlukan data primer yang dapat disurvei dilapangan yang menjelaskan tentang Jenis Kerusakan, Lalu Lintas Harian, Sistem Informasi Geografis, gambar dokumentasi. Setelah data-data diatas, selanjutnya dapat dilakukan analisis data untuk mendapatkan nilai atau tingkat kerusakan, pemeliharaan berdasarkan jenis kerusakan dan tingkat kerusakan. Hasil penilaian kondisi jalan berdasarkan Metode Bina Marga yaitu kondisi jalan Sudirman masih dalam keadaan baik. Tambak rakyat paluh merbau merupakan salah satu usaha tambak milik masyarakat paluh merbau di Desa Tanjung Rejo. Tambak ini memiliki memiliki kincir sebagai pensuplai oksigen kedalam kolam. Fungsi kincir juga sebagai pembersih area permukaan air dan dasar air sehingga menciptakan arus air yang stabil. Untuk menggerakkan kincir digunakan listrik dari PLN. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh tambak ini adalah biaya pakan yang mahal dan biaya listrik yang juga mahal. Biaya pakan tidak bisa dikurangi karena terkait dengan produksi ikan. Namun biaya penggunaan token listrik dapat dihemat dengan penggunaan sumber listrik tenaga surya. Melalui kegiatan PKM ini akan dibangun instalasi panel surya dengan sistem hybrid sebagai sumber listrik untuk menggerakkan kincir di tambak. Diharapkan dengan kegiatan ini dapat menghemat penggunaan token listrik di tambak rakyat paluh merbau sehingga bisa mengurangi biaya produksi

Dalam struktur organisasi Polbeng ada sub bagian Hubungan Masyarakat Polbeng (Humas Polbeng) yang mengurus urusan informasi, interaksi hubungan ke pihak- pihak terkait. Humas Polbeng merupakan pusat informasi yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan- kegiatan akademis sampai dengan penerimaan mahasiswa baru dan lain-lain. Pada penelitian sebelumnya telah dibuat suatu alat atau media iklan (video tron) yang dapat menampilkan informasi digital dengan cara mengungah video yang sudah disiapkan ke alat tersebut namun tidak bisa menampilkan video secara online. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang diusulkan adalah untuk membantu operator menampilkan informasi secara real time, live streaming yang dapat dipantau atau dikendalikan hanya dengan menggunakan smartphone Android melalui jaringan internet. Sehingga operator dapat menggunakan media informasi digital tersebut secara maksimal dan efisien dan tentunya dapat mengikuti perkembangan teknologi yang sedang berkembang saat ini. Metoda yang akan dilaksanakan adalah membuat atau mengganti sebuah kontroller video tron, membangun software development atau megembangankan sebuah aplikasi perangkat lunak yang dijalankan secara sistematis, dapat menampilkan informasi secara real time, live streaming, YouTube dan lain-lain sehingga dapat dipantau atau dikendalikan hanya dengan menggunakan smartphone Android melalui jaringan internet
Intangible Asset to Improve Firm Value: The Moderating Role of Managerial Ability
Get PDFThis study examines the relationship between intangible assets and firm value moderated by the role of managerial ability. The study used 498 companies from 2012 to 2022 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data was processed using unbalanced panel regression, using Eviews application version 13. The study's results stated that intangible assets have a negative relationship with firm value. Second, managerial ability can positively moderate the relationship between intangible assets and firm value. When managers are able to provide communication and provide good management of intangible assets, it will provide positive value and will be able to increase the contribution of company value. This research implies that the role of managers in managing intangible assets is very important to achieve company value. These results also provide reinforcing evidence on RBV theory that managerial ability is a unique resource capable of creating value and providing a competitive advantagethis purpose

The Medan Labuhan community has activities in the coastal area that are the center of their economic activities. One unique reason we focused our research on this sub-district is that according to statistical data for the city of Medan, the productive age in this sub-district is very high, above 60% of the total population of Medan city. Method The research used is the population; in this research, people of productive age live in the Medan Labuhan sub-district. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling, namely a sampling technique where not all members/elements of the population have the same chance of being sampled. Pengaruh Worklife Balance dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Bank di Kecamatan Bengkalis
Get PDFThis study aimed to determine how much influence worklife balance has on employee performance, how much influence compensation has on employee performance and how much influence worklife balance and compensation have on employee performance. This research is a quantitative study with a research instrument test approach, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and determination coefficient test (R2) to measure the relationship between variables. Research data obtained from distributing questionnaires to customer service and bank tellers in Bengkalis. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The results showed that the worklife balance variable had a significant effect on employee performance at the Bank in Bengkalis, the compensation variable had an insignificant effect on employee performance at the Bank in Bengkalis, and the worklife balance and compensation variables simultaneously or together had a significant effect on employee performance at the Bank in Bengkalis. Keywords: Worklife Balance, Compensation, Employee Performance, Bank Employee
