No full textIn everyday life, the bridge is a means of accommodation that supports the smooth flow of traffic around the world, including Indonesia. A bridge is a structure that is built across rivers or other traffic barriers, so if a bridge is damaged, this is felt to disturb the comfort of traffic. One of the problems of bridge damage that occurred was damage that occurred beyond estimates that required inspection to get the right action. The purpose of this study is to analyze the estimated cost of maintaining and repairing steel bridges.           The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. One of the problems of bridge damage that occurred was damage that occurred beyond estimates that required inspection to get the right action. After conducting a direct survey, it was found that the damage had occurred and this research refers to the 2018 revision of the 2nd revision of the 2018 Bina Marga, so maintenance and repairs have been arranged in division 8 and division 10. The estimated cost of maintaining / repairing the Sungai Kembung Luar bridge is IDR 340,640,000. 00 and as for the estimated cost of work that occurs repeatedly on the Sungai Kembung Luar bridge for the next 30 years, it amounts to IDR 1,492,383,104.41
The Influence of Halal Certification of MSMEs on Purchase Decision and Customer Loyalty in Bengkalis
Get PDFThis study aims to determine how much influence Halal Certification has on Purchase Decisions and Customer Loyalty in Bengkalis partially. study uses quantitative methods using probabilistic sampling technique based on the concept of random selection. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire with a sample of 100 respondents, data processing using the IBM SPSS 25 application. The data analysis used is Descriptive Analysis, Classical Assumptions, Regression Analysis, T Test, and Coefficient of Determination. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between halal certification on purchasing decisions with a T value of 9,476 with a significance of 0,000. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between halal certification on customer loyalty with a value of is 7,752 with a significance of 0,000. The coefficient of determination on the halal certification variable on purchasing decisions is 47.8% and the halal certification variable on customer loyalty is 36.9

Nelayan simpang ayam Desa Meskom yang tinggal dipesisir pulau Bengkalis merupakan nelayan tradisional yang setiap hari ke laut untuk menangkap ikan, besarnya potensi laut yang ada menyebabkan kegiatan penangkapan ikan menjadi salah satu mata pecaharian mereka. Kebiasaan masyarakat khususnya nelayan Desa Meskom ketika mesin kapal rusak adalah mereka tidak pergi melaut, mesin hanya ditinggal di kapal atau dibawah ke rumah. Nelayan akan mencari mata pencarian lain guna memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga dan tambahan untuk perbaikan mesin. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan perawatan dan perbaikan mesin kapal satu silinder untuk nelayan Desa Meskom. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para nelayan dalam teknik perawatan dan perbaikan pada mesin diesel satu silinder sehingga bisa melakukan perawatan dan perbaikan mesin sendiri. Manfaat yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah dapat mengurangi jumlah kerusakan mesin dan menekan biaya operasional terutama biaya perbaikan mesin kapal. Metode kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah penyampaian materi teknik perawatan dan praktik perbaikan mesin kapal yang mengalami kerusakan. Hasil pelatihan ini memberikan ini memberikan dampak yang baik bagi masyarakat nelayan peserta dan sangat terbantu dengan dilakukan perbaikan mesin kapal yang mengalami kerusakan. Analysis of the Effect of Service Quality on Loyalty in Banking Customers
Get PDFThis research aims to understand the impact of service quality, trust, brand image, brand awareness, and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable in conventional banks. This research is grouped as causal-comparative research. This study targets Batam conventional banks as the subject. Purposive sampling is used to select samples, and the selected samples must meet certain requirements. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bank Central Asia, and Bank Negara Indonesia were chosen as samples because they were recipients of the title "The Most Reliable Bank" at the 2022 Indonesian Banking event. The research sample consisted of 342 respondents who were customers of Batam conventional banks. Collecting data information through distributing questionnaires was carried out using digital media such as Google Forms. The data analysis method used is partial least squares analysis using the SmartPLS version 3.0 tool. The research results show that brand image, service quality, and brand awareness can significantly influence customer loyalty. However, corporate social responsibility is not able to provide a significant influence on customer loyalty. Apart from that, rust is not able to have a significant impact on customer loyalty, which is moderated by customer satisfaction
Student Perception of Future Risk After COVID-19 Pandemic: An Exploratory Study
Get PDFThis paper seeks to investigate the effect of the risk of economic and labor market conditions on students’ optimism about their future. A questionnaire is administered to a small number of university-level students. Data were analyzed quantitatively using the SEM PLS approach to test the hypotheses. Although the study findings show no supporting evidence for the effect of perceived risk on the students’ optimism, some indicators used are proven useful for further analysis and research. This study contributes to the literature in understanding university students at how they see their future and the risks that they face in front of them. The knowledge about this will have important implications in how education programs can be directed towards alleviating problems faced by students and also to ensure their wellbeing whose long-term implication is essential for the economic prosperity of the nation as a whole

Bentuk boat dengan tipe lambung catamaran model twin hull streamline cocok digunakan untuk daerah perairan yang memiliki gelombang cukup tinggi, karena memiliki performa stabilitas yang lebih baik. Pada studi ini dibuat desain ambulance boat untuk wilayah perairan Madura dengan bentuk lambung catamaran. Desain difokuskan pada bentuk konstruksi lambung dan analisis stabilitasnya. Desain konstruksi mengacu kepada aturan dari BKI untuk kapal FRP, sedangkan analisis stabilitas mengacu kepada kriteria IMO untuk special ships

Get PDFHidrostatik merupakan salah satu komponen penting yang menjadi dasar awal dalam proses perencanaan kapal. Dengan dimulai memberi input ukuran utama kapal yaitu berupa L lebar kapal,  B Iebar badan kapal, H tinggi kapal selanjutnya kemudian diolah menjadi persamaan parametris dan diproses dengan surface fitting sehingga menghasilkan vertek dalam ruang 3-D, dari data tersebut kemudian diolah melalui sejumlah rumusan, baik itu berupa luas, volume dan momen inersia digambarkan dalam bentuk kurva hidrostatik untuk mengetahui kareteristik-kateristik badan kapal berdasarkankan sart air yang di butuhkan. Model pada penelitian ini adalah kapal High Speed Craft dengan Panjang 38 m, lebar 7.6 m, tinggi 3.65 m dan sarat 1.89 m. Pada penelitian akan membandingkan pengambaran 2 model kapal mengunakan panel mesh geration pada software Hydrostar dan Maxsuft dengan metode panel surface. Hasil kalkulasi yang didapat bahwa nilai hidrostatik propertis pada masing-masing metode metode mesh geration dan panel surface adalah Displasmen 24,54 ton, 240,5 Ton WPA 235.68 M2 dan 234.64 M2, WSA 285.8 m2 dan 284.055 KB 1.308 dan 1.302 LCF 15.825 dan 15.797 serta BM 4.282 dan 4.265 dengan deviasi selisih 0,004 atau kurang dari 2 %  sehingga hasil dari validasi pengambaran model kapal metode mesh generation telah berhasil sehingga dapat dilanjutkan pada proses selanjutnya yakni analisa seakeeping kapal

This research aims to analyze good and correct language skills among regional students using a qualitative descriptive method approach. The research subjects were students from various ethnic groups in Indonesia who studied at the Indragiri Hulu Institute of Technology and Business, selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation studies. Qualitative data analysis includes data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The research results show that there are still many regional students who do not have good and correct language skills. This research also examines the importance of Indonesian as a unifier of the nation, views on the essence of good and correct use of Indonesian in the campus environment, its influence and benefits for students from various ethnic backgrounds, responses to the use of regional languages on campus, factors causing pronunciation difficulties good and correct Indonesian, as well as efforts to increase the use of Indonesian in the campus environment.
