PENGGUNAAN SERAT IJUK DAN LCP SEBAGAI BAHAN TAMBAH ALAMI PADA BETON
Get PDFAbstract – SNI 03-1974-1990, Added material is material other than the basic constituents of concrete (water, cement, and aggregate) which is added to the concrete mixture. The aims of this study are to find the effect of adding palm fiber (SI) and nugmet shell toward the concrete charasteristics, and to determine the compressive strength value of concrete characteristics. Varition of fiber (SI) and nugmet shell (CP) addition toward the weight of cement is 0%, 0,25% and 0,5%. This research is a sample-based laboratory research and analysis of aggregate characteristics and concrete compression test. The research results shows that the addition of palm fiber (SI) and nugmet shell (CP) into the concrete mixture affects the compressive strength value of concrete characteristics (fck'). The characteristic compressive strength (fck’) in normal concrete is 66.95 kg / cm2, fck’SI 0.25% concrete sample of 70.32 kg / cm2, SI 0.50% of 66.80 kg / cm2 decreases when compared to normal concrete while the fck 'value of CP 0.25% had increased concrete sample was 80.03 kg / cm2, 0.50% CP of 86.13 kg / cm2. The value of concrete shell compressive strength (CP) was 0.25% and CP 0.50% increased by 16.34% and 22.26% at the age of 28 days.Â
PENGARUH KECEPATAN POTONG TINGGI PADA PEMOTONGAN PADUAN ALUMINIUM 6061 TERHADAP KEUTUHAN LAPISAN PAHAT KARBIDA BERLAPIS BAHAN (TiAlN/TiN)
Get PDFPeningkatan performa alat potong jenis karbida (Wc+Co) yang banyak digunakan pada bidang pemotongan logam proses pemesinan dilakukan dengan melapisi bahan dasar alat potong dengan bahan pelapis. Dari hasil penelitian sebelumnya disimpulkan bahwa alat potong yang dilapisi dengan bahan pelapis Titanium Aluminium Nitrida dan Titanium Nitrida (TiAlN/TiN) memiliki ketangguhan ketika memotong stainless steel. Penelitian lain menyimpulkan unsur bahan pelapis tidak berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya ketika dipakai untuk memotong paduan logam non ferro (Titanium). Keutuhan unsur pelapis sangat erat kaitannya dengan mekanisme aus pahat yaitu berupa reaksi kimia. Tindak balas antara unsur bahan pelapis TiAlN/TiN dengan bahan dasar yang dipotong yaitu paduan Aluminium 6061 menjadi bahasan untuk diamati dalam penelitian ini. Metode pemotongan dibagi menjadi tiga kategori yaitu rendah dengan kecepatan potong (Vc) 800 m/menit, sedang dengan kecepatan potong (Vc) 1000 m/menit dan tinggi dengan kecepatan potong 1200 m/menit. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan pada setiap kondisi pemotongan yang ditentukan untuk setiap titik pengamatan unsur pelapis TiAlN/TiN sudah tidak ditemukan. Â
AN ANALYSIS OF ENGLISH LOANWORD IN MALAY TELUK BUNTAL SUBDIALECT
Get PDFThis study aimed to analyze and describe the types of English loanword in Teluk Buntal Malay sub-dialect. This was classified into descriptive research. The source of data was taken from the recorded dialogue which was interpreted into written data. The result of the study showed that there were 8 English loanwords that commonly used in daily conversation by the Malay people of Teluk Buntal. The type of English loanword discovered in this study encompassing loanword, loan blends and loan shift. Hence, all of the words found to be the most dominant type were loanwords and based on structure of English loanwords type, it was categorized into simple word in term of spelling and meaning
Writing Style: Analyzing How the Students Express Their Ideas in Descriptive Paragraph
Get PDFThis research was done to analyze how the students’ writing styles are in their descriptive paragraph in terms of sentence structure, word choice, degree of details and descriptions, and degree of formality. This is a descriptive qualitative approach with content analysis method. The sample of this study was 26 of fifth semester students of English Education Program UIN TS Jambi academic year 2018/2019. Technique of collecting the data was by documenting students’ descriptive paragraph writing and doing semi structure interview.  The result finding showed that the students have different style of writing. In terms of sentence structure, some students used many simple sentences in their writing that make their paragraphs are monotonous and boring to read; while a few students used a mixture of these sentence types that make their paragraphs are interested to read and seemed attractive. In terms of word choice, the students’ paragraphs mostly used sensory details and a figurative language of simile in describing the object. While in degree of details and description, in general all of students’ paragraphs are specific and descriptive by using prepositional phrases and adding many adjectives to describe the characteristics of the object. In addition, related to degree of formality, in general students’ descriptive paragraphs are casual

Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, competence, commitment, and organizational culture on the implementation performance of the Quality Performance at a packaging manufacturing industry. The study sample as population is all 300 employees of packaging industry. The analysis of this study uses SEM (Structural Equation Model) with LISREL software program version 8.70. The results show that leadership and organizational culture have significant influence on the implementation performance of quality management system, while motivation, competence and commitment do not affect the implementation performance of the quality management system

The benefits of this research as a contribution to develop tourism components in Lorong Basah Night Culinary in order to continue to be known as a culinary tourism destination in the city of Palembang. This research is quantitative research with respondents cosisting of 115 society’s who have visited in Lorong Basah Night Culinary. The determinination of respondents by accidental sampling data collection is done by questionnaires, interview, documentation, and literature study. The result of the questionnaires is measured by using Likert scale then interpreted. The results represent that most society’s perceptions showed agree of the categories from four tourism components in Lorong Basah NightCulinary, but the scoring results show a small percentage of the accessibility component isabout 65% because there is one indicator in the neutral categoryand small result too of amenities component is amount to 65.6% because there are two indicators in the neutral category

Toko ST JAYA merupakan salah satu toko dari sekian banyak toko pakaian yang ada di pasar baru yang masih melakukan penjualan secara manual. Selama proses penjualan terkadang ada masalah yang sering timbul, seperti berulanngnya pencatatan penjualan, jumlah stok pakaian yang tidak sesuai dengan yang ada dan sebagainya. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sebuah system informasi berbentuk aplikasi web yang dapat mengolah data pakaian termasuk pada proses penjualannya dan juga pada proses laporan. Penulis menggunakan metode extreme programming untuk membuat aplikasi web ini. Dengan metode ini diharapkan dapat membantu dalam proses penjualan maupun dalam proses pengolahan data pakaian
