    The DIV study program is a new study program so there are several courses that require practical equipment that supports the achievement of good learning of power plant systems, the current condition of practical equipment is still lacking and there are some that do not meet practical needs, so this research will create a power plant trainer tool Solar (PLTS) which functions as a learning medium in the integrated generator laboratory in the Electrical Installation Engineering Technology DIV study program. The aim of this research is to improve students' understanding of Solar Cell Power Plants, both installation methods and the working principles of supporting components both with On Grid systems and Off Grid systems. In making this trainer, it was carried out by assembling and making a trainer stand with a welding system and the mid-trainel was made using acrylic to make it easier to assemble the main components of the PLTS system. With this trainer tool, it will be very easy for students to design PLTS systems that will be used according to the energy needs used by customers. so that the installation of PLTS is in accordance with the required requirements, and also with this tool it is able to produce students' skills in assembling and installing PLTS correctly, both with On Grid Systems and Off Grid Systems, and students are able to optimize the placement of the installation position on the Solar Panel Module so that they are able to optimize the lighting received by the solar panels is good

    Mount Agung is a type of volcano that is still active and showing signs of eruption. The existence of Mount Agung is located in Rendang District, Karangasem Regency, and is a tourist attraction for the area, which encourages the acceleration of development, so that quite a few people in Rendang District, or indeed, the existing ones, live in residential areas that are included in areas prone to volcanic eruptions. This will, of course, be high-risk because the living conditions are unsafe against the risk of a disaster that could come suddenly. To anticipate the possibility of being affected by volcanic eruptions, research is needed to identify the level of vulnerability to Mount Agung eruptions in residential areas of Rendang District. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method using a spatial analysis approach with the help of GIS (Geographic Information System) analysis tools and scoring analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that residential areas in Penempatan, Besakih, and Menanga Villages are not suitable for housing because they have a high level of risk of volcanic eruptions with a total score of 131. Residential areas in Rendang, Nongan, and Pesaban Villages are categorized as suitable for housing because they have a low risk of volcanic eruptions, with a total score of 126. It can be concluded that residential areas in the villages of Penempatan, Besakih, and Menanga have a high risk of being affected by volcanic eruptions. so that in the future it is hoped that it will become a reference for the area when there will be a relocation or when developing built-up land so that the risk of disasters in this area can be anticipated

    Cost estimation as a reference for analyzing the budget for the implementation of construction projects is very vulnerable to risks, so analysis is needed to reduce losses that can occur. The aim of study is to discover dominant risks, evaluate risks, define risk mitigation strategies and risks ownership to the cost estimation process at the planning stage. The research uses mix methods beetween qualitative and quantitative and data collection through surveys and interviews. The research respondents used the purposive sampling method. The results of the study showed that the identified risks amounted to 35 (thirty-five) risks and came from 9 (nine) risk sources. Risks that are included in the dominant category are unacceptable risks (unacceptable) as many as 10 risks and undesirable (undesirable) risks as many as 25 risks. The mitigation carried out is to appoint an experienced estimator, improve coordination between teams, ensure the availability and accuracy of data and learn more details of tender documents. The allocation of risk ownership on the contractor side is 33 risks (94.29%), followed by the owner and planning consultant each have 1 risk allocation (2.86%)

    Bali is one of the provinces in Indonesia which has excellence in tourism. The distribution and development of tourism activities in Bali are considered to be less evenly distributed. In certain areas, there is a development of activities that exceed needs, while in other areas there is a shortage of activities. One way to measure the distribution of tourism activities in the Province of Bali is based on accessibility. In this study, the analysis of accessibility toward tourism area location is conducted with the resistance factor of mileage and traveling time using Bali as the case study. Accessibility is a comfort measure or eases the achievement of land use through the transportation network system. This study aims to analyze the accessibilities and their distributions using the mileage and traveling time and to provide alternative solutions to increase accessibility in the least visited area in Bali Province. Accessibility is calculated using Hansen’s index and descriptive statistics. Having calculated the mileage and traveling time, these values are used as Z-Score. Using this Z-Score, the distribution of accessibility based on mileage and traveling time can be analyzed. The results indicate that the highest level of accessibility based on the mileage and traveling time is in Denpasar city. On the other hand,  the lowest accessibilities according to the mileage and traveling time are found in Jembrana, Tabanan, Buleleng, and Karangasem regencies. The distribution of tourist area accessibility can be seen in the Z-Score. This score indicates that the district with low accessibility based on the mileage and traveling time is in Jembrana, Tabanan, Buleleng, and Karangasem regencies. Alternatively, several solutions can be done to increase the accessibility at the least visited area in Bali province such as road widening, building toll road construction, multiplying the construction of shortcut, and railroad development

    Furthermore, in the development of this potato peeling machine, human resources play a crucial role. The This study presents the development of a potato peeling machine focusing on structural reliability and efficiency. Human resources play a crucial role in this development. The machine uses L-shaped iron profiles and stainless steel plates, aligning with sustainable and recyclable materials for environmental compatibility.An analysis of the machine's shaft, made of AISI 1045 steel with a 20 mm diameter, shows high structural reliability for efficient potato peeling. The machine is designed with a 5 kg capacity, integrating 30x30x3 mm L-shaped iron profiles and stainless steel plates. Powered by a 1/4 HP electric motor, the machine measures 500 x 500 x 892 mm, including a peeling cylinder of 35 cm diameter and 34 cm height, with shaft support from P204 bearings.Frame structure analysis under a total load of 50 kg reveals maximum and minimum stress values of 69.44 MPa and 2.055e-11 MPa, both below the ASTM A36 steel yield strength limit of 250 MPa. Maximum and minimum displacements are 0.39076 mm and 1.00e-30 mm. Safety factor analysis yields maximum and minimum values of 1.217e+13 and 3.575, exceeding the recommended range for static loads. In conclusion, the heavy-duty machine frame is safe and suitable for the proposed design, ensuring safety and optimal performance. The machine combines structural reliability with operational efficiency, ideal for peeling potatoes. The use of high-quality materials and detailed structural analysis ensures durability and performance, setting a new benchmark for agricultural equipment

    In this research, a 3.5 GHz microstrip antenna was designed for 5G applications using the Complemeter Rhombus Resonator method. This antenna has a substrate dimension of 27 mm x 27 mm with a patch length of 23 mm and a patch width of 19.33 mm. The antenna design uses FR4-Epoxy material with a dielectric constant specification of 4.4, a substrate thickness of 1.6 mm, and a copper thickness of 0.035mm. 5G applications require antennas with high performance where this technology is expected to be able to increase data rates and network capacity, which is very capable. Based on the simulation results of microstrip antennas with the Complementary Rhombus Resonator method working at a frequency of 3.5 GHz with a return loss of 26.89 dB. Resulting in the improvement of the antenna bandwidth parameter to 249 MHz, where the bandwidth increases by 20% from the initial design. The initial design has a bandwidth of 208 MHz. This antenna works on the n78 frequency band, where this frequency band has a range of 3300-3800 MHz

    As one of the main fillers in concrete and asphalt mixtures, aggregate must comply with the required material standards. Aggregate sieve analysis is one of the tests that must be carried outbefore making a concrete Job Mix Formula (JMF). Aggregate sieve analysis testing is an important step to determine the size of the aggregate particle used in concrete mixtures and asphalt mixtures. Aggregate sieve analysis testing aims to analyze the aggregate grain size distribution, determine the maximum grain size of the aggregate used, ensure its conformity with technical specification standards and evaluate its impact on the quality and performance of construction materials. In this study, the combined percentage or percentage of coarse aggregate and fine aggregate was determined using analytical methods. This method involves using a series of sieves specific sizes to separate and measure the proportion of particles from the aggregate to be tested. Previous research shows that the distribution of aggregate gradations effect the stability, strength and durability of construction materials. The aggregate used as a test sample came from the Batang Kuranji river. The coarse aggregate used is 2000 grams in surface dry condition (SSD) and 1000 grams for fine aggregate. Dry surface condition on the aggregate were obtained after the aggregate was dried in an oven for 24 hours. The maximum aggregate size used for this test is 40 mm. Finenes Modulus (FM) of the material used as a test sample has accordance the required material fineness value. The results of the sieve analysis test provide a recommendation for a combined percentage of coarse aggregate of 64.8% and fine aggregate of 35.2%. Besides that, from the aggregate sive analysis test, it is known that the FM values obtained were 7.22 for coarse aggregate and 3.09 fine aggregate in the Batang Kuranji river.

    This study aims to obtain comparative data between the standard Honda BeAT PGM-FI motorbikes and those added by Arduino with an interpolated model. Interpolation is a method for obtaining data based on some known data. The method used is experimental based on relevant references. From the test results, it was found that the standard condition data was 6.2 hp at 2500 and 2655 rpm. while with the addition of Arduino the power value is 6.3 hp at 2500, 2664 and 2750 rpm. So that there is an increase in power of 0.1 hp or 1.58% between standard conditions and those using Arduino interpolation patterns

    Bangkitan perjalanan menimbulkan salah satu masalah transportasi yaitu parkir, hal ini disebabkan pengendara akan memerlukan tempat untuk parkir jika ingin ke tempat yang dituju. Peningkatan jumlah kendaraan bermotor di Kecamatan Kediri - Tabanan berpengaruh terhadap kebutuhan ruang parkir seperti di Jalan M.H Thamrin Kediri-Tabanan. Penerapan Terminal Parkir Elektronik (TPE), maka dilakukan bentuk upaya pembenahan manajemen pengelolaan parkir On Street, untuk mengurangi kebocoran pendapatan, transparansi pendapatan, serta mengoptimalkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan evaluasi kelayakan finansial dari penerapan Terminal Parkir Elektronik. Data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi data primer yang diperoleh melalui metode, seperti: survei inventarisasi parkir, survei patroli parkir, dan data sekunder yang dapat diperoleh dari instansi pemerintah daerah. Analisis kelayakan finansial menggunakan tiga skenario, yaitu skenario 1 dengan tarif tetap, LV= Rp.2000/jam MC=Rp.1000/jam, skenario 2 dengan tarif parkir tetap, LV= 3000/jam MC=2000/jam, skenario 3 dengan tarif parkir progresif, 1 jam pertama LV= 3000 MC=2000, 1 jam selanjutnya LV= 2000/jam MC= 1000/jam. Untuk mengetahui kelayakan finansial digunakan syarat penilaian investasi yaitu dengan menganalisis NPV, BCR, IRR dan Discounted Pay Back Periode (PBP). Hasil analisis karakteristik parkir untuk sepeda motor didapat jumlah 108 stall kendaraan dan indeks parkir 0,527 serta untuk kendaraan ringan didapat jumlah 67 stall kendaraan dan indeks parkir 1,138. Hasil analisis kelayakan finansial dengan suku bunga acuan Bank Indonesia, yaitu 5,75% /tahun diperoleh untuk skenario 1 didapat NPV Rp 1.375.105.319,-, BCR 1,5, IRR 44% , skenario 2 didapat NPV Rp 4.637.723.362,-, BCR 2,55, IRR 112%, dan skenario 3 didapat NPV Rp 6.714.171.169,- , BCR 3,2, dan IRR 154%, hasil analisis sensitivitas dan Payback Period didapat skenario 3 lebih baik dibandingkan dengan skenario 1 dan 2 . Jadi evaluasi dengan ketiga skenario tarif parkir menunjukan skenario 3 Penerapan Terminal Parkir Elektronik layak direalisasikan

    Perancangan Mesin Organic Bin Recycler dengan Bioaktivator untuk Menghasilkan Pupuk Kompos

    The Organic Bin Recycler machine is designed on a small scale to be placed in the kitchen and functions as a special trash can for organic waste. The design of this machine aims to reduce the problems related to the disposal of organic food waste and kitchen waste, reduce environmental pollution, and to produce compost. Composting in this machine is done by adding a bioactivator. The design is carried out with the catia v5 software in accordance with the calculations that have been done. The machine has two main components, the organic waste crusher, and the waste stirring component. The crusher uses an electric motor with a power of 0.75 kW or 1 Hp with a rotation of 1400 rpm. The stirring component uses a motor with a power of 0.18 kW or 0.245 Hp and a rotation of 1400 rpm which is reduced to 30 rpm using a 1:20 reducer gearbox.
