    PENGARUH INTERAKSI TANAH-STRUKTUR PADA TANAH LUNAK TERHADAP DILATASI DARI DUA BANGUNAN TINGGI AKIBAT GEMPA

    Earthquakes that occur in buildings can lead to collision force with the next building if the initial gap between the two buildings is not sufficient for its free vibration responses. Collisions can cause amplification of the internal forces in the structural elements and the collision force on the contact zone is usually not considered in the initial design so that it can lead to damage and collapse of buildings. This study aime to determine the effect of Soil-Structure Interaction in the dilatation of two structures in soft soil with consideration of the collision to the next building. The structure is modeled as a structural system with multi degree of freedom (MDOF). The upper structure is considered linear elastic model and does not have damping as well as the lower structure (foundation). The collision can only occur on the floor level of the two buildings in which the contact zone is modeled as an elastic element. The rheological model for Soil-Structure Interaction are taken as a horizontal spring and a rotational spring. Structural dynamic equations was solved by using the Houbolt integration method. The resolution of numerical program was solved by the Matlab software. The results of study showed that soil-strucutre interaction increases the relative displacement under the condition of initial distance (gap) between the two buildings was reduced

    EVALUASI KEGAGALAN STRUKTUR DINDING PENAHAN GRAVITASI PADA LERENG TANAH KOHESIF

    Stabilitas dinding penahan tanah (DPT) gravitasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh berat sendirinya. Jika masa tanah yang berada di belakang DPT adalah tanah kohesif, maka air yang berada di dalam retak tarik akan menyebabkan bertambahnya tekanan tanah lateral aktif. Dalam perancangan DPT gravitasi yang menahan tanah kohesif dengan kemiringan lereng yang curam, sering ditemukan nilai koefisien tekanan tanah yang tidak dapat didefinisikan akibatnya nilai tekanan tanah aktif tidak dapat dihitung. Untuk menganalisis stabilitas DPT digunakan persamaan Mazindrani dan Ganjali (1997) untuk perhitungan tekanan tanah aktif sesudah retak tarik. Dari hasil evaluasi stabilitas DPT diketahui bahwa dimensi dinding DPT eksisting memiliki nilai Faktor Keamanan (FK) lebih besar dari yang disyaratkan, dimana nilai FKguling = 2.5, FKgeser = 3, dan FKdaya dukung = 3. Penyebab kegagalan struktur DPT disebabkan kaena belum dilakukan kelanjutan pembangunan DPT pada bagian lereng yang curam yang berada dekat dengan DPT eksisting. Ketika hujan yang datang berkepanjangan menyebabkan terjadinya kelongsoran lereng dan menimbulkan kegagalan struktur DPT eksisting yang berada dekat dengan lereng yang longsor tersebut. Solusi yang tepat untuk mencegah terjadinya kegagalan struktur DPT eksisting adalah dengan melanjutkan pembangunan DPT pada bagian lereng yang longsor, memperbaikai drainase dan melakukan memotong lereng menjadi horizontal

    Post-harvest agricultural products are all activities carried out from the process of handling agricultural products to the process that produces semi-finished products. Improper post-harvest handling will result in yield loss, both weight and product quality. Readiness of mature harvest and post-harvest technology will improve the quality of rice and the understanding of farmers and technology users in efforts to reduce crop losses. Bucket elevator is a tool for moving material that can be used to lift grain during the grain milling process, which can help work to move grain from the surface into the milling machine. In the Bucket Elevator test results, the effective rotational speed is 352.5 Rpm using a 1 hp 3 phase motor. The design of model 1 is the optimal bucket for lifting grain, resulting in a net weight of 243 gr/bucket contents with a maximum capacity of 280 gr/bucket. When attached to the Bucket carrier belt with 3 test results with different 1 hp motors get test results 1 = 22.5 kg/m , test 2 = 21.3 kg/m , and test 3 = 22.7 kg/m , with average result– average 22.1 kg/m. The noise test on the Bucket Elevator gets the results of noise intensity at 3 different points with an average value of point 1 (front) = 77.7 dBA, point 2 (side) = 72.0 dBA, and point 3 (top) = 77, 1dBA

    As a student city, the city of Padang is a residence for students from various regions. Limited public transportation in the city of Padang, students prefer to use online-based transportation for their mobility. This study aims to identify personal characteristics and travel experiences, satisfaction levels, and consumer interests of online-based transportation as a mode of transportation in the city of Padang. Research respondents are students and college students who study in the city of Padang. The online-based transportation used is Go-Jek. Data was collected through online questionnaire interviews. Data processing was carried out by descriptive statistical methods that described the characteristics of respondents, and statistical analysis of cross-tabulation was also carried out to find the level of influence between personal characteristics and travel experiences with online transportation. Analysis of the level of satisfaction and interest of online-based transportation consumers based on the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The average value of the level of satisfaction and consumer interest in aspects of service, reliability, comfort, security, and tariffs are 2.75 and 2.94, respectively. There are two attributes of facilities and services that are considered necessary. However, the level of service is not satisfactory, namely the availability of comfortable security devices for passengers and the availability of the fastest route

    Project management planning on sub structure area, very important to ensure efficient and effective construction projects. This research was purposes managing the sub structure material on precast pile and sloof using the material requirement planning (MRP) method in flat residence in West Sumatera. The scope research were the lot for lot (LFL) bar bending schedule and contingency plan (to minimize wasted material). The results of the analysis of study, the implementation of the MRP method (LFL technique) consists of cost of material planning on shop drawing, which was Rp.1,488,562,000,00; cost of material requirement planning by the lot for lot (LFL) technique was Rp.1,477,837,249,00; realization cost by combining the LFL technique and contingency plan is Rp.1,478,143,808,00. Calculation of the quantity and cost of reinforcing steel using the MRP method (LFL technique) by the bar bending schedule better than using the contingency method. Using bar bending schedule was more efficient, because it makes the remaining reinforcing steel after cutting was calculated properly

    Seiring dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, campuran beton mengalami beberapa perubahan seperti dengan diberi material tambahan atau penggantian suatu bahan dalam beton untuk memenuhi tujuan tertentu. hal tersebut dapat memberikan alternatif untuk memanfaatkan limbah plastik yang tidak termanfaatkan sehingga diharapkan mampu mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan yang terjadi dan dapat menaikkan kualitas beton yang lebih tahan terhadap retakan. Metoda perencanaan campuran beton menggunakan metoda American Concrete Institute (ACI) 112.4R 1993 dengan variasi penambahan cacahan limbah plastik HDPE terhadap agregat halus tertahan saringan 2.36 mm sebesar 0.5%, 1.5%, dan 2.5%. Berdasarkan data hasil pengujian kuat lentur beton umur 56 hari dapat diketahuibahwa kuat lentur beton umur 56 hari mengalami penurunan 9.672% pada variasi 0.5%, dan 27.204% pada variasi 1.5% terhadap nilai kuat lentur tanpa tambahan limbah plastik. Penggunaan plastik dengan variasi 0.5%, dan 1.5% pada beton belum mampu menahan retak akibat beban tarikan pada saat pengujian lentur. Sedangkan padapengujain pola retak pada benda uji dapat disimpulkan bahwa setiap pertambahan variasi cacahan plastik pada beton mempengaruhi pola retak yang dihasilkan dimana pola retak yang dihasilakan semakin memanjang

    Population growth that continues to increase and the ease of purchasing private cars is one factor in the increase in the number of private car owners. The government is here to change public transport services in the regions, including by operating the Trans Metro Dewata Bus in four corridors within the Sarbagita area. For now, the amount of vehicle operating costs (BOK) and operating income obtained from the operation of the Trans Metro Dewata Bus are unknown. This needs to be investigated further, especially in terms of financial feasibility. Based on the results of the study, assuming the bus fleet from the government, the total operational costs of Trans Metro Dewata Bus vehicles from 2023 - 2029, amounting to Rp.282,256,543,602. Assuming the bus fleet from the operator, the total operational cost of Trans Metro Dewata Bus vehicles from 2023 – 2029 is Rp. 391,744,920,721. The operating income based on the buy the service scheme from 2023-2029 is Rp. 366,173,491,600, while operating income based on the Tariff of Governor Regulation No. 112 of 2018 from 2023-2029 is Rp. 67,495,948,574. Based on the tariff according to Governor Regulation No. 112 of 2018 the operation of the Trans Metro Dewata Bus is not financially feasible

    In this study, the focus is on the analysis of oil quality pollution caused by the thirst of the components in the engine. [7]Komponen bagian dalam engine yang dialiri oleh pelumas sangat berpotensi terjadinya kehausan yang diakibatkan oleh pergesekkan antara material yang beroperasi dalam sistem kerja engine. Oil in the engine has specifications or properties that will affect engine performance. In this study, the authors took samples on the diesel engine oil multi grade S.A.E 15W-40 which was applied to an excavator heavy equipment engine with a capacity of eleven tons. One type of Additives in engine oil is Anti-Wear which functions to reduce wear by coating the surface with an oil film. The focus of this research will be to see how much thirst occurs in the internal components of the engine that are flowing with oil. The thirst of components in the engine will be seen from the quality of the engine oil, if the thirst that occurs is greater then the work of anti-wear additives in the oil has begun to decrease so there must be a solution or analysis obtained. Test results on tests from the S.O.S. laboratory From the six sampling times, the highest wear metal value was 35 ppm at the time of operation of the 1665 Meter [Hr] unit.     Fiber To The Home (FTTH) is a network that uses fiber optics. One of the devices on FTTH is optical distribution point (ODP). There are two methods of ODP installation, namely by connecting aerial cables directly to ODP and branching. Branching is a method of branching FTTH devices. In previous studies branching was carried out in the closure. However, in the study there was a drawback, namely the branching in the closure must be carried out by connecting fiber optic cables which requires high accuracy. Therefore, this study discusses branching in ODP with the 1: 2 passive splitter method and dropcore cable. Therefore, with this method branching can be done without connecting fiber optic cables. The result of this study is branching with a 1:2 passive splitter, one of the outputs to the ODP Closure Area of the passive splitter 1:8 has a high attenuation value when at the customer's home, which is 32.23dB, compared to other outputs in the passive splitter 1:2 directly connected to the OTB has a attenuation value of 23.53dB. In contrast to branching, using a dropcore cable to the ODP passive splitter 1:4 as a branching tool produces a attenuation value of 26.55dB, which is in accordance with the standards for all four outputs. The high attenuation value affects the quality of the network in the customer's home. Therefore, good branching is to use a dropcore cable. The allowable attenuation value in the customer's home is less than 28dB in accordance with itu-T G.984 standard

However there are still many construction companies that are lacking in identifying risks of occupational safety and health(OSH) of construction project and implementing an occupational Project Safety Management (PSM)) in the process of implementing a con-struction project. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of risk occupational safety and health based on existing risk factors, and to measure the application level of SMK3 in a construction pro-ject. In this study, the object of the case study was the construction project of the Mangusada Badung Regional General Hospital, at the time of finishing work. After carrying out risk identification, 4 risk fac-tors are obtained, namely human, material, equipment and environmental factors. then the results of the identification are processed, and the level of risk obtained from the implementa-tion of the Mangusada Badung Regional General Hospital Development Project is included in the Medium Category, with a risk value of 6. Meanwhile, the implementation of the Project Safety Management (PSM) of the Mangusada Badung Regional General Hospital Construction Project was included in the good cate-gory with a total application value of 83%. Hopefully this research will serve as a reference in identifying occupational safety and health (OSH) risks, and a reference in implementing the Occupational Project Sfety Manajemen (PSM)
