    Smart Classroom and Laboratory (SCL) is one of technologies that can be implemented to empower the availability of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) infrastructure. All devices and components in class and labor will become entities that are integrated and embedded into electronic devices in order to make them to behave as the Internet of Things (IoT). SCL is used to assist lecturers in monitoring and managing classrooms and laboratories in real time. Moreover, the classroom / laboratory will be smarter because the lighting and cooling systems are made to adapt according to the number of people in the room

    The basic principle of metal formation is to change shape by giving an external force so that plastic deformation occurs. One example of this formation is wire drawing. The important parameter in wire drawing is the drawing force, which is the force needed to deform the wire to produce the desired reduction. The measurement of withdrawal force is carried out through a wire drawing test equipped with a dynamometer, which consists of load cell and strain gauge. From this test, the withdrawal force can be measured as an electrical quantity that can be read using a multitester or computer. For wire drawing testing dynamometers are designed and made as measuring sensors for withdrawal forces on a laboratory scale. From the results of testing with a dynamometer the average wire drawing force for copper reduction I was 72.88 kgf, copper reduction II was 95.88 kgf and brass was 126.50 kgf.     The problem of harmonics in electric power system can not be ignored, because with the increasing use of non-linear equipment (eg flouresent lamp), that flouresent lamp can cause harmonics in odd order of multiples of 3 that is equal to 15% , in this research two measurements are measured by using flouresent lamp load and incandescent lamp as comparison. The measurement used in this research is to use the harmonic power analysis instrument. From the result of measurement, it is found that in the experiments on 3 phase 4-wire system when the incandescent lamps are given each phase is balanced, the current in the neutral conductor is 0.08 Amper. While in the second experimental 3 phase 4-wire system when given 2x40 Watt flouresent lamp loads that each phase is balanced, then the current in the neutral conductor becomes excess that is equal to 0.26 Amper. The results of this measurement indicate that the harmonics caused by flouresent lamps are very worrying if the neutral cable carrier used on small-diameter electrical installation network, this could endanger the installation of fire

    The pupose of this research is to observe the effect of water cement factors to the toughness of concrete :“How is the effect of water cement factors to the toughness of concrete?” Laboratory testing is done for concrete base material, that is aggregate: Rough (pebble), fine aggregate (sand), cement (PC= Portland Cement), water. The test object is in the form of a cylinder with mix design that have variation at water cement factors (cement water factors 0,35, cement water factors 0,40, and cement water factors 0,45) for 10 pieces, which is soaked for 26 days. On the 28th day, the object will be tested press.Based on analysis and discussion, then obtained that (1) From the mixed composistion based on Water Cement Factors, it is seen that the mixture using the lowest water cement factors, Cement Water Factors 0.35 will give a stronger press value and larger elastic modulus, 23,36 MPa at Cement Water Factors 0.40 (11,34%) and increased to 26,68 Mpa at Cement Water Factors 0.35 (27,17%). (2) Compared to the lowest Cement Water Factors, Cement Water Factors 0.35 will give a higher Work of Fracture ( Gf ). This is shown from Work of Fracture ( Gf ) to Cement Water Factors 0.45 = 31,445 N/m, increased to 34,582 N/m at Cement Water Factors 0.40 (9,025%) and increased to 35,582 N/m at Cement Water Factors 0.35 (13,156%). (3). Quantitatively the hardness, the bigger value of power achieved will show the bigger concrete ductile. This is shown from Stress Intensity Factor (K) to Cement Water Factors 0.45 = 0,8267 N/m, incresed to 0,8664 N/m at Cement Water Factors 0.40 (4,80%) and increased to 0,9088 N/m at Cement Water Factors 0.35 (9,93%)

    This study aims to develop a prototype system of control and monitoring of temperature, humidity and light automatic room with fuzzy logic-based Arduino Uno Rev. 3. The prototype built will be able to perform the function of monitoring the temperature of the room, light and moisture. This function can be accessed through the web pages and the internet, simultaneously displayed on the outdoor walls of the data center with 20x2 LCD size.

    Current water use practice in Tampo Irrigation District is thought as inefficient, since water from main canal is drained to neighboring stream without further use by downstream farms. The remaining paddy farm receives less water from the same source canal. As the result the farms could only harvest once per year. A new irrigation scheme is proposed by diverting water back to the main canal to be used by farms downstream the canal. The proposed method is by using DEM and GIS information, coupled with computation of current water use of the existing farms.The study is begun by identifying the existing farms in topography, irrigation networks, and water use. We use 30 m DEM by ASTER GDEM, coupled with Google Earth to identify stream networks and to delineate basin. The results are confirmed with field measurement in which elevation of structures such as weir, gates, hubs are recorded using GPS. Pertinent points in the field are also recorded by GPS. The existing farms are delineated and marked. Water flow rate are measured in the field using traditional method.We found that the existing water use is insufficient to irrigate the irrigation district. Instead of improving efficiency of the irrigation scheme, water needs additional supply by various means.Otherwise crops cannot be increased more than once a year. We identified another potential water source near the irrigation network that can be directly connected to the existing network. This could irrigate another 100 hectares land

    The purpose of the study is to look at changes in land use and hydrograph models of  Danau Limau Manis  Sub-watershed using  data 2011 until 2015.The results shows the change of  land use of Batang Kuranji Watershed,  Sub DAS Danau Limau Manis can decreased 3.03%  from 2011 to 2015. It due to the opening of new land. While shrub rose rose 0360%, because was due of changes of forests that have not done processing. For an others using of the land  the number increase 3.40%. It due to changes of forests and shrubs into failure land.. As the runoff coefficient (C) does not occur any significant change that is from 0.405 into 0.408. Peak discharge calculated by the Nakayasu method 128.02 m3 / dt, was greater by Rational method of 127,52  m3 / dt is caused no difference in the approach used

    The production of one ton of rice straw will produce 250 kg of dry hay (Isni, 2011). A sizeable amount, straw as one of the ingredients that are very effectively used as raw material for biogas. Straw into biogas conversion value reaches 250-350 liter / kg dry weight (Arati, 2009). For a perfect straw metabolism, staw should be cut first. Enumeration is done manually is less efficient because the enumeration is done by using a knife to cut hay will produce a piece of straw that are not uniform. Good hay cutting measure is about 2-5 cm. If the straw enumeration is done by machine, then it takes the feeder to the cutting machine tool that can feed the straw so that the resulting size of 2-5 cm. To make the necessary feeder, conveyor, DC motors, magnetic clutch and infrared sensors. Conveyor serves as a carrier of straw, DC motors as actuators, magnetic clutch as conveyor control and infrared sensor as a measure of pieces of straw. After testing, show that it works and works well
