Pengaruh Medan Listrik Terhadap Komponen Elektronik
This research reviewed the effect of induction voltage resulting of the electromagnetic induction from the thunderbolt attack to the electronic equipment especially if the induction effect to the component has a high sensitivity rate that was IC CMOS component. In this study the experiments done in the laboratory of High Voltage Technique where the impulse voltage as a simulation to the thunderbolt external voltage surge for the Electronic circuit. Experiment I the distance component of the test article to the test point was 5 cm with the impulse voltage of 99.3 kV, induction voltage 158.41 V, Experiment II with the distance of 7.5 cm, the impulse voltage 88.3 kV so the induction voltage 105.62 V IC, in the experiment III the distance of the test article was 10 cm from the test point. The impulse voltage 88.3 kV and the induction voltage was 79.2 V, In the experiment IV the component distance was 15 cm. the impulse voltage 88.3 kV and the induction voltage as big as 52.74 V.From each experiment IC make damage, where distance component from each experiment settled more distant so component no make damage. From the measurement and calculation yields then the induction voltage resulted will damage the IC component conformed to the yield presented by Hasse in the table 2.1 where the component CMOS 70-100V. Perbandingan Cost Significant Model Dengan Metode Parametrik Untuk Estimasi Biaya Gedung Bertingkat 2 di Provinsi Sumatera Barat
The estimated cost at the initial or conceptual stage is an estimate made when there is still little information about the image, description and specifications of the work to be done. This estimate is needed to provide information on the initial description of the total construction costs. Estimated costs must be accurate so as not to cause problems in the future. To obtain a method that meets these needs, we compare two estimation methods, namely the Cost Significant Model and the Metode Parametrik. This study aims to determine the components of the calculation needed by the Cost Significant Model and Parametric Method and the comparison of the two in making cost estimates and for determining the most accurate method. This research was applied to the construction of a 2-storey building in the province of West Sumatra. Data related to the study were collected from consultants in the city of Padang with 9 (nine) RAB data complete with project information originating from 2013 s.d. 2016Based on the Cost Significant Model analysis, the regression analysis formula is obtained: Y = 1,340,187,179 + 3,175 X2 + 0,295 X10 + 7,072 X11 + 1,881 X4 - 4,134 X13, where X2 is Foundation Work Cost, X10 is Wall Work Cost, X11 is Door Work Cost and Window, X4 is Column Work Costs, X13 is Floor Work Costs. This cost estimation model has been validated with an average error percentage of 0%. Metode Parametrik Analysis using the formula set out in Presidential Regulation No. 73 of 2011 Article 14: Total Project Costs = HSBGN x K x Project Area, where HSBGN is the Price of the State Building Building Unit and K is the multiplier multiplier for multi-storey buildings. This cost estimation model has been validated with an average error percentage of 32%. Based on the results of this error percentage, it is concluded that the most accurate method is the Cost Significant Model.To obtain a small earth (near zero) resistivity value is determined by the number of planted electrodes and soil type properties. Difficulty in obtaining this small resistivity value often errors in estimating soil properties or soil type resistance so that failure to obtain soil barriers often occurs.To determine the desired amount of material can be measured soil type resistor value, by measuring the soil resistivity value so that the estimated material cost estimation can be achieved well. then in this research using geoelectric method with Schlumberger configuration. Schlumberger method is a method with a constant system of spacing rules with the note of the 'n' multiplier is the comparison of the distance between the C1-P1 or (C2-P2) electrodes with P1-P2. The instrument used is a resistivity meter ( Naniura) equipped with four electrodes which have the ability to read output voltage response due to current injected into the ground surface through two current electrodes and two potential electrodes. In this study used progress to map the 2D isoresistivity beneath the measured surface. .The results of this soil resistivity measurement can be determined with certainty the amount of material used and the cost of workmanship provided to establish the proper grounding system to be attached to a 20 kV Distribution substation at the State Polytechnic Padang State Electricity Laboratory. Server is a computer that serves a particular task in the network which can be used by other computers. The server damage will cause some losses in various parties who use the server services. Losses can be in the form of financial or others. The server damage can also be caused by natural disasters, such as earthquakes, floods, landslides and others. Therefore, it is necessary to create a portable server for VoIP and web server. VoIP servers are built by using asterisk as well as using the zoiper app and 3CX Phone to run VoIP. Meanwhile, the web server is created by using sentora panel. sentora panel is used because it has an installed packet like apache, php, mysql, phpmyadmin and other supporting software, hence it does not need to install it one by one. This portable server can be taken anywhere and can also be used in various PC or Laptop. So when the natural disaster occurs, the server stay safe, and ready to use

The availability of bovine bone waste is very abundant and has not been utilized optimally as raw material for the manufacture of Hydroxyapatit (HA).HA is widely used in the field of orthopedics and dentistry, because it is biocompatible and bioactive, bovine bone wastes are synthesized by thermal-mechanical methods to obtain HA. The first stage of bovine bone preparation is done to obtain HA from bovine bone waste by mechanical collision to obtain bone meal smooth. The second stage of calcination at a temperature of 800oC. The results of microstructural observation with SEM obtained granules obtained almost evenly smoothness with average size 42.25 μm in span (irregular spherical (30.29-136.4μm) and chemical composition with XRF obtained by Ca / P ratio of 1.61, close to the optimal value of HA of 1.67

High number of vehicle theft and damaged vehicle caused climate factor such disasters on conventional garage has made an encouragement to the owners to decrease those risks. By using special access and by putting the garage down tothe basement can be trusted way to minimalized those risks above.This system works by communicate RFID reader and infrared sensor an inputs. RFID reader MFRC522 has a role as authentication tool for vehicle owners by manifest their card identities to the system. Meanwhile the infrared sensors IR-FC51 work as the input of automatic system. All these inputs will be proceeded by Arduino Uno as smart system data processor and ended by the movement of the dc motor as the lift motor and LCD as the information displayer.The registered owner card will get a special access to entering parking lot on basement, while the users that didn’t have registered card has no access to enter. Inside the lift, there will be infrared sensors to detect the vehicle on the lift and automatically will moved the lift upside or downside

An antenna is a device that can receive electromagnetic waves at the receiver, and radiate electromagnetic waves on the transmitter. With the antenna we can receive information transmitted by the transmitting station through the receiver. In other words antenna helps in doing long distance connection with transmitter. In general, the antenna used to receive television signals uses many elements such as driven, reflectors, and directors. But in this study the antenna was made by using a parabolic reflector with a half-lambda driven dipole without using a director.Antenna is made there are several parameters measured as a proof of the success of the antenna. The parameters are: antenna gain, antenna impendance, VSWR (Voltage Standing Wave Ratio). The success of the antenna is also determined by the antenna's ability to receive a television signal which can also be seen by performing a direct test of the antenna

One of the diseases that can be detected through blood tests is Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF). The number of platelets are one of the guidelines used by doctors diagnosing DHF. Actually, platelets can be calculated manually, but it will be very difficult if the platelets are counted quite a lot. So, we need a technology that can calculate the number of platelets quickly and automatized to get more accurate results. The automatic systems built by using the template matching method with image processing include HSL Segmentation with Luminance type and Reverse Color Manipulation. After building the system, the system will automatically look for objects that match the template in the sample image and then give the marking and calculate it.The overall system testing results are the number of platelets which are then classified manually at what degree of DHF
Analisis Pengaruh Nilai Peak Ground Acceleration (PGA) Terhadap Story Shear Bangunan Bertingkat
This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of peak land acceleration value (PGA) on shear story using dynamic method of response spectrum. The PGA value and the spectrum response used are the spectrum responses issued by the PU ministry. The review is soft land in the citys in Riau. The results showed that the higher the story shear value, the higher the PGA value in each region. The areas with the highest inner and PGA grades are Pasir Pangarian (Rohul) and the lowest is Kota Selat Panjang (Meranti District). This is because the area of Rohul Regency is an area close to West Sumatera Province that has a high enough earthquake intensity when compared with Meranti Regency which is a coastal area located on the lower plains
