Get PDF本学の理学療法学専攻では，例年，学園祭において学生主体で来場者の体格や身体機能を評価する企画を実施している．今回，過去2年間分の来場者アンケート結果を分析し，専攻企画の現状を把握し来年度以降のより充実した専攻企画につなげることを検討した．130名分のアンケート結果の分析から，専攻企画全体を「よい」と答えた割合や，来年度以降も参加したいと答えた割合は90％を超えていたことは，本専攻企画が大多数の参加者から満足していただいている現状がうかがえた．一方で，企画に入りづらいと答えた参加者や2名の参加者からはバランス検査時に危険を感じたといった回答が得られるなど、測定項目に関する学生の知識・技術や参加者への接し方には改善点が認められた．本専攻企画は，学生が初めて関わる方に種々の測定を実践できる貴重な機会であるが，今後は特に安全面に対する準備をより入念にしていく必要があると考える

Get PDF近年、認知機能の低下や失語症等の疾患により、周囲との会話が困難になり、意思表示が難しい重度の障害者への対応及び個々の利用者理解を促進する手法の開発が求められている。そこで、本研究では、養成校の福祉学生を対象に場面観察方式に関する教育的実践プログラムを試験的に実施し、今後の教育にどのように反映できるのか検討した。その結果として、学生の振り返りからは「自己内省」や「根拠を求める」姿勢を持ちいること、「周りの様子」や「背景に目を向けること」があげられ、利用者の特徴をあらかじめ実施計画の段階で把握し、利用者の意向に注視することが明らかになった
Utilization of Mechanical Lift for Transfer that Encourages Getting out of Bed and Leads to Activity and Participation : Through the Caregiver Work Environment Improvement Support Project
Get PDF被介護者が離床のための移乗動作に介助を必要とする場合，介護者による介助で移乗動作が行われるが，介護者の身体的負担が大きい．本報告の目的は，移乗動作を支援する福祉用具である移動用リフトの活用状況，普及の現状と課題を把握し，教育の現場に活かすことである．先行研究等の報告書をもとに，移動用リフトの活用状況，課題を調査した．介護サービス事業を行う事業所での，移動用リフト導入率は低く，理由として「移乗は人の手で行うもの」「手間や安全性」などがあげられていた．導入した事業所は，身体的負担の軽減などの効果があった．普及が進んでいない理由は，移乗を支援する福祉用具の知識を得る機会が少ないことが考えられ，宮城県で実施している「介護職員勤務環境改善支援事業」のような専門職によるサポートや，リーダーとなりうる人材を教育現場で育成することが移動用リフトの普及につながることが示唆された．The transfer of a person who requires care and needs assistance to get out of bed is performed with the assistance of a caregiver, which places an enormous physical burden on the caregiver. The purpose of this report is to ascertain the current status and issues associated with the use of mechanical lifts for transfer, which are assistive technology that support transfer operations, and to utilize this equipment in educational settings. The usage status and problems associated with mechanical lifts for transfer were investigated based on reports from previous studies. The introduction rate of mechanical lifts for transfer was low in businesses that provide nursing care services, for reasons including “transfers are performed manually” and “time and safety.” Businesses that had introduced mechanical lifts for transfer found that they were effective in reducing the physical burden on caregivers. The reason this technology has not been widely implemented is due to the lack of opportunity to gain knowledge on assistive technology to support transfer. This suggests that provision of professional support such as what is available with the “Project to Improve the Working Environment of Nursing Care Staff,” which was implemented in Miyagi Prefecture, and fostering staff who could become leaders in education could lead to the widespread use of mechanical lifts for transfer
A Study on educational effect in the home nursing classes consists of students in different years
Get PDF本研究の目的は、A 大学在宅看護授業において、技術演習とロールプレイを通して実施した異学年交流授業の教育効果を検討することである。2020年7月にCOVID-19対策のために臨地実習が学内演習に切り変わった在宅看護実習生（4年次生）13名と在宅看護方法論を受講する3年次生61名を対象に異学年交流授業を実施した。授業後の振り返りの「異学年交流は効果があったか」の問に「非常にあり」と回答した4年次生の評定平均値は3.5点、3年次生は3.6点で0.1ポイント3年次生が4年次生より高かった。また、記述内容から3年次生は【実習経験からのアドバイス】、【知識・理解を深める】、【教育環境の充実】、【実習への拡大】、【看護観】を、4年次生は【楽しい】、【自己成長の確認】、【回想】、【学び力を高める】のカテゴリが抽出され、今回の異学年交流授業の試みは、コロナ禍において一定の教育効果が得られたといえる
