The future intention law system for welfare for the aged
Get PDF今日、各国が採用している高齢者福祉の関連法律は長い発達過程において、それぞれ異なる時代や社会的背景のもとで成立した分野別の独立法を構成要素にしている「法体系」である。ところが、現代の高齢者福祉は「高齢者問題(福祉の原因・対象)」を解決するために、参加するすべての専門分野の機能的統合体としての総合概念を持って発展している。すなわち、現代の高齢者福祉は専門性と総合性を同時に達成する科学的福祉を目指している。このような科学的福祉を目指すためには、統制法律が高齢者福祉の存在原因と解決対象である「高齢者問題」を根拠に成立され、その高齢者問題を総合的に解決するため、参加するすべての専門分野サービスを均衡的・統一的・総合的統制機能を持たなければならない。しかし、各国が採用している「現行法体系」は「高齢者問題(福祉の原因・対象)」を成立根拠にしていないため、参加するすべての専門分野サービスを均衡的・統一的・総合的に統制する機能を果たす構造になっていないことが分析される。そこで、本研究では現代福祉の科学的進展に相応しい法体系として、 「法律間の平衡的相互関係」により、参加するすべての専門領域サービスを均衡的・統一的・総合的に統制する機能を果たす未来志向的法律システムの構築を「高齢者問題のシステム(福祉の原因・対象システム)」を根拠に試みた。The current situation of law systems related to welfare for the aged adopted by various countries have been the result of along process. The system of law is comprised of laws that address differing professional fields, each having evolved according to a particular historic and social setting. However in recent years ,in order to solve the problems which face the elderly, welfare system [The problems of the elderly (the cause and object of welfare for the aged)] have been development in a synthetic way by integrating each professional field and its particular functions into the whole. In other words, welfare for the aged today, aims to be a scientific welfare system which includes both a specialty approach as well as a synthetic approach. In order to attain the quality of a scientific welfare system, the related laws must perform to control a balanced, unified and synthetic function of all professional fields. However, it has been analyzed that the present related law systems structure, composed of laws adopted by various countries, does not function to control a balanced, unified and synthetic result. Therefore, this study tries to construct a future intention law system which will perform a balanced, unified and synthetic function for all special field service which participate on the basis of "the balanced correlation between related law" as a system suitable for scientific progress in the area of welfare for the aged

Get PDF幼児期の健康教育に焦点をあて、２つの幼稚園において健康リテラシー教育カリキュラムの開発に取り組んだ。本研究は、健康教育を幼児期から科学的な根拠の基、成長発達レベルに応じた教育をすることにより、義務教育及びその後の健康教育の基礎を培い健康リテラシーに繋ぐことを目的とした。幼稚園での健康教育実践を重ね、検証を通してカリキュラムの開発を目指した。健康教育実践後、保護者と幼稚園教諭からのアンケートの回答を分析した。分析結果として、子どもたちの健康行動に変化が見られたとの結果を得た。保護者と幼稚園教諭の感想からは、幼児期の子どもたちの健康への関心と病気への予防法が身につく期待感も寄せられた。この結果を踏まえ、健康教育カリキュラムの開発に繋げると共に、今後の方向性についても検討を加えた
A大学病院におけるがん患者の退院支援への病棟看護師の思い : 訪問看護師との連携に焦点を当てて
Get PDF本研究は、A 大学病院において病棟看護師と訪問看護師が連携して実施したがん患者の退院支援に対し、病棟看護師からみた退院支援に関する思いを明らかにすることで、がん患者や家族の QOL を重視した退院支援を検討するための基礎的研究とすることを目的とした。A 大学病院で訪問看護ステーションとの連携が多い病棟看護師 9 名を対象に、半構成面接を行い質的に分析した。その結果、病棟看護師が訪問看護師と連携した退院支援に関する思いとして、【訪問看護師は退院支援における良きパートナーである】【患者・家族に対し入院中から訪問看護師に関わってほしい】【退院後の状況を病棟看護師にフィードバックしてほしい】訪問看護ステーションとの相互理解を深めたい】の 4 つのカテゴリーが抽出さ れた。以上より、病棟看護師と訪問看護師がライフサポーターとして協働していくことが、がん患者や家族に対する退院支援の質を上げることになると示唆された
