The effect of nano-lubricant TiO2 in cooling system R134a on vapour compression cooling system
In this day and age, cooling frameworks assume a significant part in gathering human requires, and consistent exploration should be finished by numerous analysts are attempting to work on the presentation of these frameworks. Here, an endeavor was made to further develop framework execution. Our present review on the trial examinations of TiO2 nanomotes scattered in polyalkylene glycol (PAG) oil with R134a cooling system, noticed that there is a lessening in the evaporator\u27 glow, an improvement in the thermo-actual properties of the nano-cooling system, and an improvement in the exhibition coefficient by (13.948%, 22.645%, 28.249% ) at the hotness heap of the evaporator 40 oC, and it is observed that the presentation coefficient improved (14.913%, 19.266%, 23.755%) at the hotness heap of the evaporator 50 oC and the exhibition coefficient improved (11.821%, 20.113%, and 24.358%) at the hotness heap of the evaporator 60 oC. Contrasted and unadulterated cooling system R134a. The exploratory results show that the hotness move coefficient of cooling system-based nano-fluid is more imperative than that of pure cooling system, very much like the coefficient of execution and when are utilized nano-cooling systems, power use is diminished by 3 to 20%, and the glow is decreased by (40 oc – 17 oc)
Analysis of the problems of electricity in Iraq and recommendations of methods of overcoming them
The Iraqi power sector is at a critical stage that requires urgent reforms. Concerns regarding the ability of the system to provide steady power and its operational inefficiencies, in general, have been expressed by the industry and academia. Currently, the power industry is experiencing one of the highest demand growth in the world, and given that it is capital intensive, it takes up a large share of Iraq’s government capital investment program. More so, there is a huge increase in the financial burden of the Iraqi electricity supply industry due to the high subsidies required for the coverage of the recurrent expenditure. This subsidy is regarded as one of the highest in the world, given the extremely low traffic which does not cover up to 20% of the periodic expenditure. Apart from the huge subsidy in electricity tariff, another major and indirect socioeconomic subsidy is the fact that the industry is over-staffed with over 50,000 employees which under normal circumstances should not be more than 15,000. The estimated annual cost of the aforementioned inefficiencies and insufficient power supply is about $3 to 4 billion. In 2013, about 70% of the generated electricity was lost, and this loss is in three areas, including commercial, technical, and administrative losses. Therefore, there is a need for massive reforms that are targeted at addressing the entire issue. This can be achieved through the engagement of the private sector, higher competition, and the introduction of novel regulatory and legislative frameworks. In addition to that, the available sources of energy in Iraq need to be optimized alongside gas usage related to oil extraction, while solar energy in Iraq is explored and the solar hybridization of the current power stations
The difficulty and implementation of online assessment in higher education
The study goal is to look into the difficulties of online assessment in higher education and how it could be implemented. In order to achieve this goal, this study must evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of e-assessment activities based on a review of university experience. Cheating, technology, integrating learning goals, and student adherence to deliver evaluations were all recognized as major concerns in online examinations. The most efficient approach for reducing cheating was shown to be developing different responses for each student. It was also discovered that regulating academic integrity violations through an online presentation was a viable option. Integrating various assessment procedures, such as report submission with an online platform, aids in the reduction of cheating by allowing the examiner to confirm that the submitted work is the student\u27s work
Design and analysis of multiband circular microstrip patch antenna for wireless communication
The study proposes a novel Approach of Circular Microstrip Patch Antenna for Multi-Band. The Proposed Antenna Dimension is (40 30 1.6) on the FR-4, Which has equals(4.3) and Loss tangent (0.002). Both Patches and Grounds are Copper Material With Thickness (0.035 mm) Five Bands are Achieved, At Resonance Frequencies (9.658 GHz), (11.68 GHz), (16.054 GHz), (21.28 GHz), and (29.704 GHz) Respectively. This Antenna Operates In Wireless Applications for Operation in The X-Band, Ku-Band, Ka-Band, K-Band, and 5G. Also it is Works for Radar, Satellite Communications, Wireless Network Computer, Medical Communication Devices, and Local Multi Point TV, to Detect Vehicles Speeding, Especially in Europe Vehicles Speeding, Especially in Europe. The Proposed Antenna is Effectively Manufactured and Checked Using a Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) and is Simulation Using CST-MW Software version 2019
How universities have responded to E-learning as a result of Covid-19 challenges
E-learning environments designed with adaptive technology in mind can help students learn and retain information more effectively by enhancing their learning experience and increasing their level of engagement. Here, students\u27 learning styles are considered in creating an adaptable online environment, and the effects on student engagement are examined. For the sake of this study, we\u27ve also attempted to describe and compare the suggested adaptive learning environment to an existing e-learning technique. With Covid-19 in the classroom, technology advancements have grown exponentially, and this progress has coincided with the process of teaching and learning. Virtual classrooms necessitated an e-learning process since it was the most user-friendly teaching method. A descriptive, correlative, transversal and prescriptive research approach was used. An online survey was used to gather data to get a random and voluntary sample of 3560 university students from Peru. A lack of reading comprehension is an issue, but students may use communication technologies and the Internet to improve their teaching and to learn via self-learning
The impact of the application of International Standard No. 13 on the market value of banking sector companies in the Iraqi Stock Exchange
The topic of the research aims to consolidate the concept of fair value, and then to identify the international financial reporting standard and its role in the application of fair value in the Iraqi local environment and the possibility of using it in determining the value of the company. To achieve the goal of the research, the analytical approach was adopted for the data and information that was obtained by the researcher by conducting interviews with a number of bank and department managers in a sample of Iraqi banks registered in the Iraq Stock Exchange, and then analyzed by adopting some quantitative financial methods. The researchers reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which was the impact of fair value accounting in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standard on the value of the company in financial institutions, and that the adoption of fair value measurement in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standard 13 is more reliable on other accounting standards in determining the value of the company. The researchers recommended the need to pay attention to the actual application of the concept of fair value, due to the advantages that this measurement enjoys because of its preference over the historical cost affecting the country\u27s economy. 
Evaluation of structural properties of Baghdad-Baquba road pavements
Structural evaluation of the road pavements is an essential concept to ensure their efficiency to carry traffic loads and to archive the data for future usage especially in major highways. Baghdad-Baquba is an important interstate highway as it connects the capital of Iraq with Diyala governorate which is one of the biggest governorates in Iraq. In addition, this highway connects Baghdad city with several governorates in the north of Iraq. However, this highway exhibits low serviceability due to poor condition of its pavements. Therefore, the structure of the pavements must be evaluated to specify the causes those lead to the decrease in its serviceability and to propose the suitable rehabilitation methods. This study aims to adopt a field survey to extract a number of samples from selected section in this highway to evaluate the structural properties of the pavements based on laboratory testing. Four cores and one pit with 1×1 m dimensions were extracted from the pavements in the field. Several tests were implemented on these tests based on standard methods. The results of the tests were adopted to evaluate the capacity of the pavement based on AASHTO 1993 method. The results exhibited that the estimated applied traffic load exceeded the calculated allowable traffic load by more than 12 times which reflect the disastrous situation. Therefore, the study proposed to rehabilitate the pavements by reconstruction. The study proposed to construct three layers: asphaltic layer with thickness of 240 mm, granular base with thickness of 250 mm, and granular subbase with a thickness of 250 mm. The study stated that all layers must have superior quality with high elastic modulus to resist the predicated traffic load
A comparative study using silicon carbide and zirconium dioxide nano material’s to improve the mechanical properties of 6261AA
The applications of nanotechnology differ in different areas of life. Despite all the advantages of nano-materials, there are many difficulties that need further research the most important of which is obtaining cheap, practical materials with appropriate specifications for use in various applications. This study examines the addition of multiple proportions of two materials (Silicon Carbide and Zirconia) to 6261 Aluminum alloy. Results were obtained stating that using the two nano-materials together is better than using each one separately. The best ultimate tensile strength (UTS)waders were obtained at (1.5-2.0 wt%) ratios ranging. 1.5% wt. of ZrO2 and (%SiC+% ZrO2). The improvements were (75.1 %) and (92 %) respectively. The UTS improvements (84.3%) for Al/ 2.0wt. %SiC. Also, a significant improvement was seen in the hardness values for all the weight ratios of the nano-additives with respect to the base alloy. The percentage of ductility has decreased after adding nano-materials

Banking activity is essential in countries\u27 economies, as banks are considered intermediate financial institutions between surplus and deficit. Bank managers work on achieving the main objectives of any bank, which are: (profitability, liquidity, and security) by balancing the management of assets and liabilities and avoiding risks that face their work, such as liquidity risks and credit risks, as asset management is concerned with choosing the optimal investment combination for available sources of funds, as the funds are utilized in a variety of ways to reduce risks and obtain profit. Maximizing the bank\u27s profitability is the responsibility of the management, as maximizing profitability is a strategic goal for the bank, and it will contribute to expanding the bank\u27s work and obtaining a larger market share. The research was based on the analysis of banking profitability indicators (income of assets, income of investment) and their impact on profitability. As asset management is the one factor that affects the returns of assets and acquisitions, and, in turn, bank profitability is concerned. Thus, asset management must invest money elaborately and keep risks at bay
The transformation strategy and its role in forming the structure of future architecture
Nature\u27s strategies and solutions represent a significant and rich source to benefit from in creating an architectural composition that corresponds to its structure, which leads to the emergence of unexpected, vibrant, and constantly changing architectural forms due to the continuous development and progress in technology and science. Transformation is one of the strategies of nature that can be used to form the structure of future architecture, characterized by diversity and continuous formal change. Therefore, this strategy must be studied to create an adaptive architectural structure. The research aims to develop a theoretical framework that explains the role of transformation strategy in forming the structure of future architecture. The study thus reviews the basic concepts of transformation and future architecture. Then it presents the mechanisms to achieve transformation in architecture. Indicators of the conceptual framework of the transformation strategy are extracted from the knowledge provided about it. The conceptual framework represents a tool for enhancing the transformation strategy taken from nature to create innovative future architectural structures that look like living organisms, where they can perform adaptation processes and formal diversity
