A crime prediction model based on spatial and temporal data
In a world where data has become precious thanks to what we can do with it like forecasting the future, the fight against crime can also benefit from this technological trend. In this work, we propose a crime prediction model based on historical data that we prepare and transform into spatiotemporal data by crime type, for use in machine learning algorithms and then predict, with maximum accuracy, the risk of having crimes in a spatiotemporal point in the city. And in order to have a general model not related to a specific type of crime, we have described our risk by a vector of n values that represent the risks by type of crime
Treatment Automatic: Semantics Analysis and Traduction of the Frozen Expression with Nooj
The purpose of this article is to define more closely the notion of freezing which, despite numerous publications in the field, remains a vague concept. The reflections are the result of a research project that aims to build an almost exhaustive database of fixed verbal expressions in English. After a review of the essential properties of the expressions, it is indicated why each of these criteria is problematic. One of the major problems lies in the existence of related phenomena: from a semantic point of view, fixed expressions participate in the general phenomenon of polysemy, lexical solidarity brings them closer to collocations and finally, morphosyntactic fixity is present in many fixed sentences that are conversational routines and even partly in so-called free syntax. 
Sustainability of Traditional Buildings Located in Rural Area
In this days, sensitivity to environmental issues of people increased together with the awareness of the concept of sustainability. The structures, which are built in a rural residential area, are integrated with the natural environment. In Turkey, local traditional structures are structures that can be produced easily in place and materials are being used wisely. These houses which are used renewable natural materials carries a lot of features of the sustainable approach. Traditional structures have been shaped by the region where they are, because of the necessity. In this study, materials and construction systems of the traditional buildings which are located in rural areas are discussed and the buildings have been evaluated the context of ecology and sustainability

Considered the diagnosis of diseases using image processing is one of the most important areas of image processing techniques used in the medical field, where is the digital data in the field of ophthalmology focus of researchers for automatic detection of some important diseases such as diabetic retinopathy (DR).
And is defined as damage to the retina of the eye comes as serious complications and on the human body complications resulting from diabetes in the long term and is considered one of the most important causes of blindness in the world and cause serious damage to the retina.
The research aims to Assess the performance of some of the methods used in the diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy by revealing one of the most important accompanying pests him in the retina of the eye and is the exudates and through diagnosed in images digital fundus through image processing techniques where this detection process contributes in helping to early detection
Complex Ecological System Modeling
In this paper we extend our previous results in dual approach to analysis and simulation of a complex ecological system of preys and predators. We first define nonlinear dynamic equations Lotka-Volterra Model (LVM) with three preys and three predators and then simulate the equivalent situation with an Agent Based Model (ABM) which models a variety of species attributes and behaviors using NetLogo simulation environment for ABM model. The idea is that the LVM and ABM methods reinforce each other as the predator-prey models become more complex and their dimensionality rises. In particular LVM’s parameters, components of community matrix, can be fine tuned using ABM simulations. Dual approach may be able to answer and qualify some of the long standing ecological paradoxes.
 
A review on Nanoparticle and Protein interaction in biomedical applications
Nanoparticles are molecules with size depended chemical and pyhsical characteristics, enabling interesting and correlated approaches while dealing with fundamental biological questions. Nanoparticles are capable of strong and important interaction with other molecules. Many different nanoparticles are produced, with variety of different roles, but Gold nanoparticle as metal based beads, have specific importance due to their attractive physical and chemical properties, biocompatibility, and facile surface modification. In general, nanoparticles have the ability to interact with whole physiological surrounding once when they enter human body. In most of the cases, first molecule they interact with are proteins, which are the main constituens of human body and the driving force of most of the biological processes. This understanding of interaction between nanoparticles and proteins represents an important essence for secure and efficient application of nanoparticles. In this regards, several methods for nanoparticle-protein interaction were developed and analysed in this review.Further, this paper reviews the current scientific development in nanoparticle-protein interactions

Upon completition of human genome project, there has been a huge effort to identify genes that have been associatedto mental disorders like schizophrenia or depression. However, these investigations still remain at theoretical level.Thus, psychiatry does not seem to benefit from postgenomic era as desired. Rogue wave recurrence inHEMT
The GaN semiconductor bulk plasma is examined through developing a quantum hydrodynamicmodel and taking intoaccount the electrons/holes degenerate pressure, Bohm potential, and theexchange/correlation effect. The basic set ofquantum fluid equations is reduced to the nonlinearSchrödinger equation (NLSE). Numerical analysis of the latterpredicts the rough (in) stabilitydomains, which allow for the rogue waves to occur. Our results are employed to explorethe GaNhigh electron mobility transistors (HEMTs) and their intrinsic problems in high frequency/powerapplications. Aphysical solution is suggested rather than engineering due to the GaN HEMTsdrawbacks
The role of interactive technologies in improving the quality of learning and development of scientific competences in modern education
In contemporary education, interactive technologies assume a pivotal role in enhancing the learning quality and the development of scientific competencies. This research substantiates their necessity within the educational framework. The study\u27s primary objective was to justify and analyse the role of interactive technologies in improving educational quality, particularly concerning the development of students\u27 scientific competencies. This is achieved by examining their impact on the activation of the learning process, the cultivation of critical thinking, and the enhancement of communication skills. The methodological approach comprised a comprehensive literature review. The analysis encompassed 50 sources from esteemed academic databases, including Web of Science, Google Scholar, and Scopus, with selection executed through stratified sampling. The inclusion criteria encompassed articles published between 2019 and 2024 that investigated both Ukrainian and international research in the fields of pedagogy, psychology, and teaching methodology, particularly focusing on the implementation of interactive methods in instructional practices. The results showed that interactive technologies played a crucial role in fostering active learning, enhancing critical thinking, and building practical skills. The use of case studies in teaching "English for Professional Purposes" positively impacted the understanding of theoretical concepts and improved communication skills. In this environment, teachers assume the facilitators status, while students take an active part in collaboratively creating content. Nonetheless, challenges persist, including psychological barriers and the necessity for adaptation to innovative pedagogical methods. In conclusion, the study underscored that interactive technologies represent an effective instrument for augmenting the quality of education and fostering essential skills. Future research avenues should concentrate on developing models aimed at promoting communicative competence, thereby facilitating the overcoming of communication barriers among students
Innovative approaches to the use of interactive technologies in higher military education to enhance the cultural competence of students (cadets)
Considering the trends in the introduction of various innovative technologies, determining the role of modern integrative technologies in the system of higher military education to develop cadets becomes an urgent task. Therefore, this work aims to determine the main innovative approaches and technologies that will contribute to the development of cultural competence among cadets. The main research methods consisted of content analysis and comparison. Data collection was done using the Prisma approach. Total number of sources: 42. Date range: 2019-2024. The results emphasize the importance of developing cultural competence with the help of modern innovative technologies. Professional cultural training should be aimed at developing 4 main components: knowledge, experience, creativity, and motivation. These tasks are completely solved by the implementation of modern innovative approaches, in particular, the combination of offline and online courses in cultural studies and language training, the organization of special language clubs with a stable international discussion, and various international projects on the study of various cultural aspects on the examples of individual military missions. The conclusions summarize that implementing these approaches requires teachers to use various technologies: multimedia, virtual reality, simulation technologies, etc. They can contribute to forming interactive virtual classrooms, organizing virtual exchanges between students (cadets), and improving their professional skills in general
